I bought micromax canvas juice 2 mobile on 1 april 2015 but this is not a good mobile.hanging and tuch problem in my set. 2 times i go to service center sodala jaipur but not a satisfy me. So plz help me and do my mobile complaint solution..

      Complaint Regarding Job Sheet No. N[protected] And Bounce Job Sheet No. N[protected] On 09.01.2015 I bought a A-120 Kanvas 2 colours mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has touch screen problem. After that I made a contact to your Micromax care and instead of replacement with new one they give me a second hand phone A-108 model. Again I face the same problem next two times and same solution has been given from your side. Now I want to say that I am facing same problem with last replacement (Second Hand) and I am not satisfied with the product because it has not performed as it should as well as I am not satisfied with your customer care services so I want to request you that either replace my phone with new one or reimburse me the phone cost. If you are unable to do so then I will have to take some legal action against Micromax that I do not want.           I have deposited my Micromax A 107 to Customer |Care Centre Kottayam Kerala on 23 Nov 2015 due to touch pad brocken. The same is receipted vide Customer Copy No 4833. Since then no action has been taken to rectify the complaint by Customer Care Centre. Thus results customer's struggling to get repair the default. This leads the manufacture responsibility for the items one sold. You are kindly requested to take necessary spare part to despatch to Customer Care Centre Kottayam Kerala as early as possible.                 I have bought a new MicromaxCanvas model 8 months back. The product is still in warranty. But in the last 8 months, many issues happened and mobile was in the service center for more than 5 months.Issues are many listing down few of them,
                - Mother board complaint
                - Tocuh Screen not working
                - Charging not proper etc.

                I have been following up with service center for the last 6 months. There was no proper response and they are not ready to replace the phone.

                  Sir, I gave my micromax mobile (model-a310 nitro)for reparing to the micromax service centre, lalbag, lucknow on 5 oct.2015.Micromax send it to Headoffice, delhi on 7 oct 2015. and said that your handset will be back from headoffice after one month.but it is not received still.when i am calling to micromax head office he says that, your handset will be dispatch after 15 days from now from last two times.but nothing is done.                     DEAR SIR, I have purchased a micromax canvas Saprk mobile IMEI no. [protected] and invoice number S2CE/15-16/12722 Date 29 april 2015 through snapdeal . After received this mobile my opinion about Micromax Mobile company totally changed that micromax mobile company is not a good company for after sales service. When received this mobile i was happy because this is Micromax company mobile phone but i was totally wrong. my five thousand rupees totally waste. Many time i visit your meerut service centre at M/s Shree jee Communication Vardhman plaza, garh road. My mobile was in your meerut service centre at M/s Shree jee Communication Vardhman plaza, garh road, meerut for repair with complain registered in month of may 2015 by mobile no [protected], in June by mobile no.[protected], August/Sep by [protected] and recently mobile is again in your service centre at M/s Shree jee Communication Vardhman plaza, garh road, meerut with mobile no.[protected] on 7 november 2015 for display blank 4907 and 5401 application loss user data with job sheet no N[protected] and mobile is in your service centre for repair and not repaired till date( with in 27 days). Approx 6 and 1/2 month this was in your service centre 4 times and approx 2 months. My earlier problem was sound of battery and display blank hanging but your service centre said that battery warranty is expired. Now tell me please that without having and operating my mobile and battery, why battery warranty expired, i have mobile approx 4.5 months only with in 6.5 months. Your service centre deny to mention battery problem in job sheet and say batter warrenty expired.                         Sir you send me feedback message on 4/11/2015 but i can not receive my mobile phone A310 till date 27/11/15.
                        and i went many time to care center, first they told that they don't receive my mobile from Delhi and then making lots o[censored]nusual answers...but the important thing is that .they have my mobile, they receive it but don't send me any message and call after receiving.
                        they all are irritating me. i am totally fed up and have no believe on this center .

                          Dear Sir/Madam, On 17th October 2015 I deposited my MMX Mobile Q331 (black & silver) at Micromax Service Centre in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. M/s Shri Laxmi Enterprises, A-54 (FF) Gulab Bagh, Opp Metro Station, Pillar No.-750, New Delhi First day they told me they will return my mobile in 7 days, after 7 days I went there but they said they will return it on next week. After 2 weeks again I went there but they said will return it in next 7 days as your handset is new and we don’t have screen of this mobile, screen is coming from our Gurgaon Head Office. Pursuing with service center but I have got same response. After an month on 23rd Nov 2015 I have received message from MMX mentioning : “Dear Customer, your device deposited with us under jobsheet no. N[protected] has been repaired. Please collect it from the service center.” I called no of times (twice or thrice a day) on service center no[protected] but they told me same story it’s not repaired yet and when I said please connect with me one of your senior they always said his not in office or gone for meeting. After 35 days I went at their service center taking short leave from office but they have same answer. I called Micromax customer care and share my experience that I have with service center they told don’t worry sir we are arranging a call from our senior but I didn’t receive any call yet. Now it’s completed more than 42 days yet I haven’t receive my Mobile Q331 or any call or news about my mobile from Micromax service center and customer care both. I cannot explain poor, pathetic service rendered by Micromax Service Center and Micromax Company and how much I have suffered from it. I request you to register my complaint against the SHRI LAXMI ENTERPRISES AUTHORISED MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER, Uttam Nagar New Delhi.                             I had submitted my A120 phone(which was under warranty), which stopped working, on 21st July 2015 to service center(F-Tech Services, Pune Phone no - [protected]) and service center sent it to Micromax for repairing. After following for several times, company sent A200 model(which is of different model than mine) because my A120 phone was not repairable. I rejected it and requested for A120 phone. After few days, company replied me saying that they sent new A120 phone to service center. Hence I visited service center, they told me that they didn't receive A120 phone. I was getting different answers from service center and company. There was not proper communication among them. Hence I sent email to both company and service center saying - service says they didn't receive A120 phone and company says they sent A120 phone. Why is information discrepancy between them? Service center never replied my email, even though in last 15 days I sent them email thrice. But company replied saying our team is working on it to solve this issue with priority. It has more than 15 days, still Micromax not able to solve the issue and I still didn't get my phone. Looks both service center and company are deceiving me.

                            Since Micromax should give me A120 phone or should refund money and should explain why there is discrepancy in information from company and service center.

                            Since last 3 months, I've been following Micromax and its service center (F-Tech Services) twice every week and I still didn't get when I'll get my A120. And Micromax here asking to share again my concern. It sounds ridiculous.

                                    I have buy a mobile which micromax canvas nitro a311 before 4 months ago the problem with my phone is my phone dead problem i have gave my mobile at micromax service centre at karimnagar swetha communications on 21/09/2015 my mobile imei no is[protected] w/o no.[protected]it is upto 42 days they are not returning my mobile.when will they return my mobile i also called to service centre 4 times they are every time saying that only 15 there are so many 15 days had over i want my mobile with in 2days thanking you please solve my problem as soon as possible...

                                      My mobile was not worked proper so, i was submitted my mobile on 17/11/2015. And i was visited service centre in pune at 15 times till today's date(1/12/2015) but still i got any information about my mobile. This is very bad service ever i seen in my life. Service centre boys telling me that it's takes another 1 and half month, is this a service??

                                        After complain service center person contacted to me and as per disscussion i sent the mobile bill scan copy on mail id-micromax.[protected]@india.com dated on 18 nov. after that he give transaction id-[protected] for refund the mobile .transaction is not possible by SBI CARD with help of ATM so refund the money by other way NEFT, IMPS OR Card to card.a lot of time already has passed and i am facing huge problem without mobile so do the needfull & take necessary action as soon as possible.
