I have purchased micromax canvas juice 2 from sachdeva communication ghaziabad . my problem in battery when i was talking about the phone suddenly the phone heating and i try to exit the battery from phone, but the battery is inbuilt the phone so the battery doesnt not exit the phone . In this situation i went to service center but the service center says to me u try the battery exit by phone i am not responsible for that . And they are not talking write way . So what can I do .         I have bought Micromax Knight A350 last year in Oct-14. Till June-15, I have replaced the touch screen two times. In july it again stopped working, I submitted to the service center on 30-Jul-15 with the Jobsheet no. N[protected]. This again took around 45 days, and finally got it replaced with Micromax E471(Knight 2), which has the lower value than my A350, but i had to accept it, as i have no other option. They extended my warranty period by two months. Now around 10 days back on 16-11-15, this new handset(E471) too stopped working, (Volume down key not working, Power On Key not working properly, GPS related issue etc.). I felt cheated. I raised a complaint with reference number MMX[protected]. They responded very quick and send me a replacement handset within two days, which was in the worst condition, outer body of the handset was broken, scratches all over. I did not accepted the handset and send it back with the same courier guy. I called up the customer care and reported about it. Now still i am waiting for the replacement. This is the way, micromax mobiles works. I purchased this mobile to use, but the mobile is eiher in no use condition or submitted to the service center. They even downgraded my mobile. I purchased A350 which has Full HD display, 32 GB Memory, but the replacement handset has only 16 GB memory and only HD display. I dont know about others, but this is for sure, that neither i am going to buy nor recommend any one to buy Micromax mobiles.

        Yesterday[protected] i received a call from Micromax Permium Helpdesk ([protected]), he told me about the replacement handset's docket number, and assured me that they have checked and sending a fresh handset. Today[protected] i received the handset, and again it was a refurbished and used handset in the courier box. PFA the image of the handset received. I returned the parcel back to delivery boy.

          I bought A107 mobile 8 months back, now I got the touch screen problem. I have approached micromax service center at Chennai-Tambaram

          One of the worst experience I am having now, till now I went to the service center thrice, till now the job sheet itself not created. Whenever I go there, they are searching for my mobile which takes 45 mins, after that they are saying that they will create the job sheet and let me know

          Till now I am chasing them, no updates. My mobile is with them for more than 3 days untouched. I never seen such kind of irresponsible people. I feel cheated by micromax

          Please don't go for any of the micromax products. They are cheaters and provides no service at all

              I purchased micromax canvas 5 on 18/11/2015 from patiala.Now within 5 days it causes problem. 1. it takes 3 to 4 hours to charge the battery. 2.Head phone are not properly inserting in the jack of the phone. either jack is blocked or not properly fitted in the phone. 3. sound is cutting during the phone. 4. display is blocked or working slow. I lodged online complaint with customer care with referenc e no.               on 25/11/2015 i visit micromax care for DEO of phone as per my online complaint dated 24/11/2015 but care centre is closed due to guruparb holiday.
              on today 26/11/2015 i again visited micromax care, the people there dont listen to me. they said today more than 7 days spent so they cant DEO the set. they even dont refuse to repair it by saying that they left the work.
              how 7 days spent. i registered complaint of the phone on 24/11/2015 with comp no MMX[protected] and on 25/11/2015 care centre is closed. its not my fault.
              so i request you to look into the matter and resolve my problem. they people are harassing the customers.

                    I have already submitted a complaint regarding my mobile phone.my phone was not working properly.it shows blank screen.in reference of my previous mail regarding complaint, i have receivd a call from micromax employee.he told that he will refund my 95% of amount.he ask me my saving account details.according to him it is compulsory that the saving account is in sbi, pnb and axis bank but i m sorry to inform you that i have an account in oriental bank and bank of india.i have already given sbi acount no ofmy brother but again they told me that for refund purpose atm card is must.i dont agree with this bcoz for refunding of amount rtgs details are sufficient which i already mailed.so i request you to kindly refund my amount through rtgs in boi bcoz i m the employee of bank of india otherwise i wil take serious action.your service is very very poor.looking forward for your cooperation.contact no [protected]

                            I have purchased a mobile from local retailer on 06/06/2015 micromax q372 and had problem in the screen of the mobile on 25/08/2015. i have given it to sevice center and got back on 26/08/2015. but the problem changed the mobile was not charging so i have returned the mobile and on 27/08/2015. on 23/11/2015 i went to micromax service center they were trying to give me other piece which was not mine and telling me they are replacing the mobile with upper version as it costs 10780. It was not sealed pack not it was with manual and every thing. they might have lost my mobile and they are giving me another mobile which used one and old one. I have asked them to extend warranty and give me a fresh piece(new one). it is costing my time and my money is wasted by them which have invested. if they are not giving me my mobile back then i wont new piece that is brand new with extended warranty or my money back with 12% int. and fine of 10000 for harassing me for these many days.

                                  I am using Canvas Knight A-350 smart phone since 25th November 2014. However, I am facing problems with its display. The display is blurred and it gets worst while I try to view any image. I am facing this problem after I have received back my phone from Micromax Ghaziabad Service center after I was facing the problem with the back button on the screen of the phone. The service center address is as below:

                                  While I was giving my phone, the outer metal of my phone is bit coming out/damaged from where we plug ear phones. The staff at the below service center have accepted my phone in the same condition and did not raise a question about this damage. They have returned my phone after almost 45 days and it was working fine after that for few days.

                                  On one day, it's display has started getting blurred from bottom and when I view any image, it got worst and I could not see the image at all. I again went to the same service center in Ghaziabad for this problem on 21st November 2015 and this time, they people are saying that this phone is damaged and hence, it has gone out of warranty. However, there is no new damage in the phone except the one which was there when I have first given my phone for back button problem and my phone is well in warranty as I have purchased the same on 25th November 2014, hence it is covered in the warranty of 1 year.

                                  The staff at this service center was not at all co-operative. They asked me to talk to the customer care and took their approval. Only after that, they would entertain me and accept my phone for repair. I have even talked to the service center head Mr. Sudesh Kumar Bhardwaj. However, he was not at all co-operative and understanding. One other person, Mr. Ankit was very rude and not at all understanding my problem. I have come from a distance of around 15 kms far and still I was not getting any satisfactory response from the staff. I have requested again and again that my phone is in the same condition as I have given to you at the time of first repair and no further damage has happened to it after that. However, they were not understanding my problem and I had to come back home disappointed. I was feeling like I have made a blunder mistake by purchasing Micro max phone.

                                  I have also talked to your customer care executive to tell them my problem but they were not understanding it as well. I have requested the executive Mr. Mohsin to arrange a call from his senior. He replied that you will get a call back within 24 hrs. from my senior. However, I have not received any call/ mail from any person concerned with Micro max.

                                    I have contacted the micromax service centre on 07/11/2015 regarding the charging issue. They said it would require 6days for the repair since the part has to arrive from delhi. Its being 16days now. I have visited the service centre thrice and every time they keep postponing my date. Now when I called customer support, they say it takes still 20days. Also no one is able to tell me what is the status of my phone. I am complaining because there is an hardware and software issue in mobile. and by believing thats it as good brand. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted to your customer desk staff at your malad west on 29/9/2015 the reciept no of mobile reparing is 5294.that time they have told with in 25 working days your problem will solve and i'hv visited 4 time to your service center and till now i'hv don't get my mobile phone and now its irritating to me to visit your service center again and again I believe that this response is unfair because i'hv purchased a mobile by believing that its a good brand product.I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. To resolve this problem I would like you to give me replacement of another phone or give me my mobile in working condition. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.                                         Till date(22/11/2015)nobody take any action regarding replacement of my faulty device& as per above mail regarding deposit of faulty hand set at your nearest micromax service centre but service centre not ready to deposit the device, address & tel, no. mention above. nobody take any major action to solve My Problem.
