Dear Micromax,
This was biggest blunder of my life to purchase Micromax phone. I really made a sin after having this. If one wants to make his or her life ‘HELL’ I suggest him to go for Micromax phones. These are some of my reviews about Micromax Company. Yes ‼
I purchased the micromax A300 phone on 8th Nov. 2014(bill attached). After 5 months it starts creating problems. Firstly its back camera went off. It didn’t click the pictures. I just ignored because it was not really needed to me. After 15 days or so its charging jack was creating problems. The phone charged on a particular orientation with the charger. Oh my god‼! I was sick of it. Then one day it stops charging. That was my first day I went to your service centre. On 27/6/2015 I submitted my phone to your service centre at Ambala city. They didn’t give me any job sheet instead they provide me their visiting card after writing the complaint over it (the same is attached). They told me to come after 4 days. After 4 days i contacted them they told me to come after next 4-5 days. After next 4-5 days i contacted them they told me that there is a problem in the motherboard and it will go the company. So come to us after 20 days. OK‼! I don’t have any way. After 25 days i went back to them then also they made some excuses but after a hot discussion they return me my phone saying this that the IMEI no and motherboard has been changed/replaced. I insisted them to write the new IMEI no on my bill. They do so (shown in bill). So after more than one month (on 15/08/2015) i got my phone back with new IMEI no. Thank God i got my phone back. But what is this, after 2 days it again created a new trouble. The phone was hanged again and again. When i switched it on it didn’t switched on and making a loud vibrating sound. The phone gets heated up. It stops automatically and again i tried to start. This time it starts. Again after 2-3 fays the same problem persists. So that was the time to visit your service centre again. On 22/8/2015 i went to your service centre and narrate the entire story. This time they create the job sheet (attached) with no N[protected] and told me that the phone will go to the company. They further told me to come after 25 days for the phone. I was totally helpless so I handed over the phone to them.
Now, the phone was at your end. I contacted to the customer care with the job sheet no and told them the whole story. They created a new complaint no MMX[protected] and ensure me to rectify the problem in 20 days. After 20 days when I contacted to customer care they further extended the time to next 20 days. I told them to transfer my line to your senior executive or who can handle the problem. They told me that our senior will call you within 24 hrs. But no call came. Ok‼. No problem. After some days i contacted again to customer care and they told me that your phone will be rectified soon. And one fine day (last week of October) i got a message from Micromax Company that your phone has been repaired and please contact it from service centre. I called to customer care and asked him what was happened to my phone. They told me that some IC’s were replaced. Wow‼ I was very happy. I went to service centre. They checked their record.…it was showing that the same phone has come from company but they didn’t find at their end. The made excuses that we sent the phone to someone for rechecking and all. They told me to come next day. Next day i went to them and ultimately they gave me my phone. It was i think 2 or 3 Nov 2015. Finally again my phone was in my hand. I came to my home, insert the sims, start the phone. It started. Thank God. I downloaded my applications and mails for my routine work. But, what the hell is this. On the same evening it again hanged. I cried like anything. Frustrated a lot. Switched off, switched on, switched on switched off. The process continues. The same situation, the same phone, the same loud vibrating sound. Now i didn’t make courage to go to service centre again. It was 11/ 08/2015 i came to know that my service warranty is over because i purchased it on 08/11/2014. On 20th Nov 2015 (morning) i contacted to customer care again and he suggested me to write a mail to you. We will extend the warranty as per our policy. He also promised me to
It was 27/6/2015 after purchasing since it was roaming from service centre to company and to me and the cycle continue.
But sir, i don’t want to extend the warranty. I am really sick of it. I am frustrated. I want to get it replaced with a new phone or give me refund of my money. I don’t know what you have done with this phone. Please stop cheating the people. Improve your customer care and service centres.
Kindly look into the matter otherwise I have to take some legal action against the company.

I have given my phone on Sep month 2015 it's still not resolved as customer care ppl always said some technical issue will take more 20 days now its Nov month and almost 3 months now still issue not resolved.
Customer care don't have any idea what is going on always reply as some tech issue.
