Dear Micromax,
This was biggest blunder of my life to purchase Micromax phone. I really made a sin after having this. If one wants to make his or her life ‘HELL’ I suggest him to go for Micromax phones. These are some of my reviews about Micromax Company. Yes ‼
I purchased the micromax A300 phone on 8th Nov. 2014(bill attached). After 5 months it starts creating problems. Firstly its back camera went off. It didn’t click the pictures. I just ignored because it was not really needed to me. After 15 days or so its charging jack was creating problems. The phone charged on a particular orientation with the charger. Oh my god‼! I was sick of it. Then one day it stops charging. That was my first day I went to your service centre. On 27/6/2015 I submitted my phone to your service centre at Ambala city. They didn’t give me any job sheet instead they provide me their visiting card after writing the complaint over it (the same is attached). They told me to come after 4 days. After 4 days i contacted them they told me to come after next 4-5 days. After next 4-5 days i contacted them they told me that there is a problem in the motherboard and it will go the company. So come to us after 20 days. OK‼! I don’t have any way. After 25 days i went back to them then also they made some excuses but after a hot discussion they return me my phone saying this that the IMEI no and motherboard has been changed/replaced. I insisted them to write the new IMEI no on my bill. They do so (shown in bill). So after more than one month (on 15/08/2015) i got my phone back with new IMEI no. Thank God i got my phone back. But what is this, after 2 days it again created a new trouble. The phone was hanged again and again. When i switched it on it didn’t switched on and making a loud vibrating sound. The phone gets heated up. It stops automatically and again i tried to start. This time it starts. Again after 2-3 fays the same problem persists. So that was the time to visit your service centre again. On 22/8/2015 i went to your service centre and narrate the entire story. This time they create the job sheet (attached) with no N[protected] and told me that the phone will go to the company. They further told me to come after 25 days for the phone. I was totally helpless so I handed over the phone to them.
Now, the phone was at your end. I contacted to the customer care with the job sheet no and told them the whole story. They created a new complaint no MMX[protected] and ensure me to rectify the problem in 20 days. After 20 days when I contacted to customer care they further extended the time to next 20 days. I told them to transfer my line to your senior executive or who can handle the problem. They told me that our senior will call you within 24 hrs. But no call came. Ok‼. No problem. After some days i contacted again to customer care and they told me that your phone will be rectified soon. And one fine day (last week of October) i got a message from Micromax Company that your phone has been repaired and please contact it from service centre. I called to customer care and asked him what was happened to my phone. They told me that some IC’s were replaced. Wow‼ I was very happy. I went to service centre. They checked their record.…it was showing that the same phone has come from company but they didn’t find at their end. The made excuses that we sent the phone to someone for rechecking and all. They told me to come next day. Next day i went to them and ultimately they gave me my phone. It was i think 2 or 3 Nov 2015. Finally again my phone was in my hand. I came to my home, insert the sims, start the phone. It started. Thank God. I downloaded my applications and mails for my routine work. But, what the hell is this. On the same evening it again hanged. I cried like anything. Frustrated a lot. Switched off, switched on, switched on switched off. The process continues. The same situation, the same phone, the same loud vibrating sound. Now i didn’t make courage to go to service centre again. It was 11/ 08/2015 i came to know that my service warranty is over because i purchased it on 08/11/2014. On 20th Nov 2015 (morning) i contacted to customer care again and he suggested me to write a mail to you. We will extend the warranty as per our policy. He also promised me to
It was 27/6/2015 after purchasing since it was roaming from service centre to company and to me and the cycle continue.
But sir, i don’t want to extend the warranty. I am really sick of it. I am frustrated. I want to get it replaced with a new phone or give me refund of my money. I don’t know what you have done with this phone. Please stop cheating the people. Improve your customer care and service centres.
Kindly look into the matter otherwise I have to take some legal action against the company.

    Dear sir,

    I am using micromax unite2 A106 and I have facing the problem of auto working of some applications and hanging issues and for that i have given the mobile to micromax service center in ankleshwar. After repairing of the mobile first time i have start facing the new problem of auto working on phone call like automatic recieving of call...auto dialing of call...auto disconnecting of call and again i have give the mobile to same service center and after 15-20 days i have recueced the mobile just few days back and now i have start facing the new problem that some applications are not working.

    When i have purchase the micromax mobile at that time i was having impression that micromax mobile is most reliable..high performing mobile in the market but it seems that i was wrong because i am suffering a lot from this mobile.

    So kindly look in to matter and solve my problem and make me most happiest user of micromax mobile.

      Hi these is vijay from hyderabad i had bad & worst experience with micromax .. Actually i have canvas knight a350 suddenly on 1 day my charging pin was not working approached to nearest stores in hyderabad (dilshuknagar, basheerbagh, secunderabad, kukatpally & ammerpet) they sad charging strip was broken need to replace i said k do it and every1 is saying we don't have stoke and every1 is saying different different prices above 1300 upto 2500rs there is no fixed price for them finally by gods grace ameerpet service centre has stoke and i asked them to replace the strip within in 10 mins these ***** has changed my my problem strip as well as they stolen my other original strip which came from company(display strip ) i had not noticed that because they closed it and gave to me after a couple of month again the same problem has encountered we opened the mobile and checked while observing i noticed that they has changed it..I cant do anything because it is already late ..I left it and again approach the same service centres again for the part they are saying the same dialogue that we don't have the part we need to place an order ..I said k and i will pay the whole money for these part before the part arrives but these **** are saying that no no we dont want money we need the cell till the part arrives to service centre ..I said y u need the cell? when i'm paying the total amount they said no we need cell only..I told them about my last experience faced in authorised service centre so i don't want to deposit my cell i'm ready to pay the total amount after arriving the part give me call i will came and replace it in your service centre but they are not willing to do that..I don't know y they are doing like these.. How can i trust them again after my 1st experience with the micromax service centres .. (to receive the part is 10 to 15 working days excluding sat & sunday).. And if we are handovering the cell to them they are keeping for months to give ever service centre is doing like these ..The customer who came to the micromax service centre are facing many problem like this i has seen many incidents from these service centre.. Please dont cheat the customer... Worst worst worst experience from micromax i don't go again for mm..Friend please don't trust them... Not having the cam phone to upload the pic but i'm having the spare part..Requesting you to kindly take action on them and make customer feel happy..Thank you

        Everytime my phone geta switched off and on after every 15 to 20 min. Earlier i thought it was virus and even after installing the anti virus it is the same.i cant use the phone and everytime the phone gets on and off my battery drains and i can barely use my phone.

          I have deposited my mobile to micromax service centre ms simran communication nit faridabad in the month of aug 2015.That time the problem was that my mobile is not working properly due to hang.After few days i receivd call from the ce ntre to collect the same.I visit and recived my handset then i found that its screen become blank .I have again deposit on 03.10.2015.BUt till date i have not receive any respone from the centre .I have never face such a poor service in my life.kindly solve my matter as soon as posible otherwise i wil take this matter to higher authority.job sheet date is 03.10.2015 no N[protected] in the name of sunil kumar meena contact no [protected].

            Last month i was facing problem with my micromax spark phone. The battery is not charging. So, i went to the customer care center Batala(Punjab).They told me that, they are sending my phone to the micromax center for repair and i will get it back within 20 days.After 20 days i went to the center for the phone but the told me that my phone is still at micromax center.They gave me the mircomax customer care number([protected]).On calling the customer care i have to wait for more than 10 mins as the executives are busy on other line, after that they take my call and explain them my full problem.They registered my complaint and provide me with the complaint number(MMX[protected]), told me to contact them after 10 days.Now after 40 days they are not receiving my calls i m very disappointed with micromax service. Micromax is worst company with cheap service .Karbonn is still better as compared to micromax.I have repaired my two Karbonn mobiles with satisfactory solution from the service center.

              The set bearing no [protected] was purchased on 18.04.2015 from passion infotech, Jajpur, Odisha, 755001, mob. no [protected]. the set produced charging problem, i.e. the charge indicator was on but no charging. sometime it get charged and sometime it does not.the set was set to micromax care at Jajpur Road on 02.06.15 and returned after 15 days. the same problem persisted. by October the mouth piece was out of function. the set with charger sent to care on 02.11.2015. the set returned on 11.11.2015 with charging problem remained unsolved. Again the set is sent to micromax care in 16.11.2015 and the job sheet no is 20281607. my Dear sir, patient surpassed my limit of tolerance. please take care of your reputation. I think the set will be returned 23.11.2015. If the problem found to be persist, I will lodge a consumer case against the company and the shop. the set is under insurance coverage for one year.

                I purchased mobile of micromax canvas knight A350 in the month of october 2014 from amazon.in. From the month of August 2015, there is problem in my handset's zeck. I submitted it Royal Services, 3425 Mahindra Park, Rani Bagh, Delhi-34. Due to little bit damage of my handset back cover the service man asked me that your handset warranty has spoiled. I paid rupees 1950 for only changing of zeck of my handset on[protected]. But after that my handset zeck not worked properly and I again submitted it on[protected] in same service centre but till now i did not received my handset. It is very bad service provider and making headache of mine. We have visited the such service centre many times but there is no positive response from there side. Kindly help us for taking legal action.

                          I gave my A350(W&GOLD) for repair on 04/Sep/2015.They not returned my mobile yet.I have warranty to claim.The worst customer service.Their products are not good.they are not the responding calls properly. Even though my mobile has warranty they not return my mobile.If we ask their customer service they are not providing information properly.

                            Dear concern i perchase a mobile " micromax canvas doodle" on dt-15.04.2015, but after one month my mobile continuously prolem so i submit my mobile at micromax service center "shri laxmi enterprises" two time but i not got any solution, my mobile going deposit in service center from previous 26.10.15 to till date . so please check at your end please resolve query as soon as possible.

                              I have given my handset for servicing of battery at SAI MOBILES, SECUNDERABAD ( MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE) on 02/11/15. on 19/11/15 I got to get the handset. I was shocked to see my handset in a curved shape. All the screen was broken and the handset got a V curve. I demand a genuine solution for this negligence.

                              when i update complaint i will get a phone call from micromax and they said we will solve problem . i waited 1 month for to get response from company . i visited service center so many times and call for micromax customer service every time i have to tell whole story and last they will said pleas go to service center get new job sheet . i am totally waxed so i m going to raise a complaint in consumer form i have a complete plan and reports . please solve this problem as soon as possible .
                              [protected] this is the number who called to me and he told i am from micromax company send your sbi account number to micromax.[protected]@india.com and go to atm machine and call me i will tell you how to transfer money from company i visited atm he told me to go to card to card transfer and given a transection id [protected] and[protected] enter this as card number in my account having 00 balance he said first fill your account with 10000 and then transfer he try to fool me. i am going to book a complaint on this number. this website is fake don, t book a complaint on this.

                                  My MICROMAX mobile is under warranty and the same is with service centre pattom, trivandrum, kerala for the second time with the complaint of NOT CHARGING, Last time it took about 30 days to get it back. Now 38 days elapsed. I am not in a condition to buy a new one and I am suffering a lot without a mobile. more than that the warranty period is elapsing without use as the set is with their service centre itself. Hence the warranty period must be extended for this much delay in getting back the set. My job sheet no is S[protected] NECESSARY ACTION MAY BE TAKEN TO GET BACK MY MOBILE AT THE EARLIEST WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY

                                    New 50" LED got defected in 3 months and now care center una delaying it from replacement its in a warranty period and not possible to repare so need to b replaced.Batter if they refund my money i will go for samsung or sony made a huge mistake after purchasing this LED its arround 1month nobody is taking care of it finally going for consumer court

                                      Obsheet No : S[protected] Complain No: MMX[protected], MMX[protected] I Gave Micromax mobile to M/S.CARWIN ELECTRONICS service center (01/10/2015) to (In-charge of service center) committed that within 20 DAYS the mobile will be repaired and given to me. but still he reply the same answer today itself, past 3 to 4 days he told the same answer and finally today (19.11.2015) he told me to call the customer care and confirm the comlaint about the mobile... past 50 days i had suffer a lot. kindly take necessary action and repair my mobile within the warranty date.

                                        Sir, i have purchased an android mobile micromax E455 NITRO Vasundhra info com Indore at the date of[protected]. from the purchasing date i have suffering a problem in it. mobile phone is verry heating when i using internet. and battery not proper charged. my mobile phone is under warranty. i am go to micromax service center but there was no any support. kindly resolve the problem.
