Dear Sir/Ma'am

This is to inform you that My Micromax Yureka phone is dead during Soft Reset (Format process) on[protected]. As per company policy saying that if your phone is dead and there is no chance to repair, Your phone will be replaced from your door step.On 13th Nov 2015, I talked to yureka helpline no. and they Said that your phone will be replaced by 24-48 Hour and Still they are not taking any action for Replacement.
I also want to mentioned that during Purchase the company mentioned that if your phone causes any problem your phone will be picked by your Door step from our service boy and will be repair or Replaced by us.and for this we will provide a other phone for using.But company is not following any Steps.
Please Provide me a solution and take a necessary action upon this.

There is very worst service from Micromax for their own products. They are showing interest in selling the products only but no one is serious to looking afterwards even they are not worried about customers complaints. I would suggest all of you to never purchase a micromax product so that you can save your money & time. I have purchased one micromax phone & it's starts giving problem within 3 month from purchase. I had submitted my Micromax phone ( x086) in Micromax service center ( MS. Galore Services, Sector 22, Noida) on 27th Oct'15. I was facing blank screen issue in my new Micromax phone which i recently purchased through flipcart. It has already been passed 22 days but i have not received my phone back after servicing. I am surprised to see the delay in service delivery which is not accepted by any customer even not good for customer satisfaction. 2-3 times i had queried about my status but response is none even they are not picking the phone sometimes. As per the service center they are always giving me false commitment & stating that " MICROMAX KI SERVICE TO AISI HI HAI HUM KYA KAREN, ABHI 20-25 DIN AUR LAGENGE APKA ISSUE RESOLVE HONE ME" Very Worst & Poor service...     I had given my canvas A350 mobile which was still under warranty to the Pune service centre on 15/09/2015 (Job code - W[protected]). The only fault was that power button was not working. I was assured it would be repaired in 21-28 days maximum. Its been more than 2 months now, I called the service centre multiple times and every time they say the part is not available and i should get it in a few days. I am very frustrated with the service and I want resolution as soon as possible.

      I want to bring your attention towards unethical, dubious, wrongful, unprofessional, unhelping attitude of M/s AVJ communications to whom i have deposit my device under warranty for replacement on 28.07.15 with above mentioned job sheet no, and promised i will get replacement within one month but today that is 16.11.15 it is almost 4 months and even visiting this service centre several times, calling them again and again they just postponed to return my device. Some of the staff names i contacted is Payal Sahil Vivek Diya and Himanshu who is in designation of Service Centre mobile no. [protected] i was promised several times from Himanshu seeking 7-8 days every time to return my product and last date of returning was 15.11.2015 but that to passed today and receiving no response from him i am bound to file online complaint against AVJ Communications and there staff specifically Himanshu who even stop receiving my Phone calls its like complaining to deaf Ears, i want you to request you to end my ordeal and apologize for disgusting behaviour of M/s Avj communications and there staff, moreover after my constant persuasion i came to know that the have received my replacement and it got physical damage at the end of Service Centre and they have closed my JobSheet without returning my device, please do the needful else i will take it to Consumer Cell and mind i will definitely do so if not hear from you in next seven days.         Please be informed that i have purchased Canvas Nitro 4G E455, IMEI No. [protected] on 29th Aug. Since last 25 days, mobile is having display issue...as lot of black n white Lines are coming on the cell. Date of Incident - Client Number - [protected] / [protected] Description:- While visiting to Micromax Customer Care Office Raipur, they said that this set is premium set hence service will be registered online and representative will come to your address and repair or replace (as per requirement) the cell. Now while registering online complaint, firstly they said that your complaint has been registered now you will get call from our representative within 24 hour. but after 2 days also, we did not get any call. While registering complaint again online, now they said that please drop email to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, with all details. Then again they asked to send screen shot of display. Then all mails were getting bounced while sending mail with screen shot. Finally we have reduced size of image, and send the screen shot as well, and now they are saying they are not able to understand the problem. They are making whole process too much complex and since last 25 days i am suffering from this mental tension, i visited multiple time customer care office as well, but no response. Kindly Requesting you to provide assistance for the same.

          I am Virat singh, bought A069 touch screen
          Mobile from Gurgaon (HR) in august but after working for one months the display touch screen and camera stop working
          And even it did not receive any call. Immediately I went to your service center and they checked and said
          That the phone touch screen is not working and they kept the phone on 21/09/2015. After that when ever I visited
          The service center they are saying the touch screen is not available and soon we get will inform.
          I called your service center number given by your service center[protected]
          And he just lodged a complain and given me only job sheet no. N[protected]
          Considering the above, please let me know when can I get my phone back since it is over two months
          I am without my phone and how can wait again and again.
          Please let me know the status immediately and return my mobile as its condition

              It have been 1 month since the brand new micromax phone having manufacturing defect has been given for repair but no response is received. The reason being no spare parts are available. How can a new phone launched in 2015 has no spare parts available from last 1 month. We need strong action against the company.

                        Model no is X3203...the problem reported was display fading...it has been only 2 months since we purchased the phone and this problem occured...we gave the phone in the authorized service centre of micromax on 09/09/2015 .. we have also contaced micromax customer care thrice...every time the executive told us to wait for 20 days and now its almost 67 days we didnt got any response from the company...also the executive told that he will make me talk to their head in the next 24hrs but again there was again no response from their side...so i wanted to know what is the time required to repair the phone under warranty period and if not the phone should be replaced by a new phone within the same range as that of the old phone

                            I bought my TV in march 2014 in Thane... In April i got transferred to Pune for 8 months... Till this time i didnt use the TV at all... Just used for few months this year... Now its not getting started only.. calles micromax 40 days back... Technician came after 7 days... Without even checkjng anything tells me to get the motherboard changed... Cost Rs5200.. almost 1/3rd of the current cost of Tv.. still i agreed... Uts been 28 days i am waiting for them to fix it... Still waiting.. have called micromax multiole times but with no effect..

                              Dealy in refund money of damaged mobile canvas juice 2 AQ5001.i have sent mobile bill scan copy dated on 18 nov but only provided the transaction id on which basis i am unable to take money.when i want to contacts to service center, he receive one call out of ten.so do the needfull and necessary action bcaz without mobile i am facing a lot of problem.I am unable to withdrawl the money by card money so use other way for transaction like as NEFT, IMPS OR CARD to card transfer.

                                  I buy tv from reliance digital ghatkopar. On dashera occasion.. But from last 15 days my tv is not working. I complaining from last 15 days but nothing happened no promising answer from both the parties they are just claiming on each other..and i am suffering from that...reliance guys not picking my from after two times i called..i want replacement of tv as its not one month yet...i hardly use it for 5 days..from the date of installation...micromax guys also not giving any positive responce they are only saying we will get part and then repair it...i dont want repaired tv as i given 50 k.. I think i wasted my money on this brand... Now i m hopeless...

                                    I have given my Micromax Canvas HD Plus (A190 white) to Micromax Customer care (M/S Space Telecom) in Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar for its display replacement on 24.09.15 and they told to repair it within 7-10 days but 1 and half months passed they are not repairing it at all and every time I call them they are telling they have ordered spares and which they are not receiving so they can't tell how much time it will take to get repaired. By this they are putting me in great trouble. They should give a new phone if they were not able to repair the phone in time as it is under warranty.                                       I submitted my micromax unite 2A106 handset at s s telecom, bander bagicha Patna for repair as it went off by itself and didnt start on 10th oct 2015.                                         I purchased android one mobile and i had been facing with a lot of complaint during warrenty period, 3 or 4 month warrenty is remaining. I went to service centre more than 3 times and they hanged up the phone around 45 days and said that the board was short, yet the phone will not be working smoothely. I humbly request you to take an action to fullfil my complaint...
