I have had this A106 for over an year now. From a few days back i have been experiencing thermal warnings every moment after even a few minutes o[censored]se when it has actually not heated up, because of which the phone shuts down. By the time I had finished this complaint it has shut down twice already. I am totally fed up by this and expect immediate action necessary to be taken by Micromax. This is causing a great deal of trouble, so please help.

I have submit mobile for repairing wide dated 09/10/2015, and promise of mobile repairing after 20 days, but till date not provided my mobile and not responding customer care no.[protected], and service center no. switch off, no. is[protected], [protected].

Hello sir. i gave my phone its micromax A120 that i submitted this in 21sep 2015 now two months al most completed and in my hand set not any major issue but still they are not providing my phone back even i told them that i[censored] r not available to give a bettet service so please my phone return me but they are not listening my problem so please takr a strick action for micromax service center and also take action for micromax company. they are not trust worthy. so please do something...

Sub:- Micromax Tablet P 470-Replacement and Complain for your service center at Sectro-16, Faridabad Sir, I purchased Micromax tablet P 470((silver, IMEI no-[protected]) ) just about 5 month back. Start from beginning this tablets giving problem and till date four times retained tablets at your service centre at Sector-16 Market, Faridabad. Every times they retained the Tablets for 25-30 days stating different problem. In this way the service center retained the Tablets total about 3 month out of 5 month of Tablet life. The genuinety can be verified for several job sheet no ( N[protected], N[protected] etc.) already recorded. Again At this time, vide Job sheet No-N[protected], dated[protected]the same Service centre M/s Hans raj services, Sco-101, FF, Sector-16 Market, Faridabad) retained the tablet stating for battery change. They are saying about manufacturing defects in Tablets. I visited several times to service center but they are not responding and behaving very bad. I called to your customer care from mobile no-[protected]/[protected] but they even not taking complain regarding above. Before going to consumer court for justice, I request you that my Tablet to be replaced as it is manufacturing defect and lodge the complaint of service center for 5 month of Mental Agony and Harassment. Im Mr shibu and i was purchased the micromax handset on 2014.the above mentioned issues i am facing from two three months at last i am submitted the handset to the customer care center in Kollam distract on[protected]Micromax Check point cosmocell KARBALA junction Kollam [protected], Service sheet number 25009)The executives has informed that will return back with in a day but i used to call from the submission date each an every day more then 5 times, but they are even not responded even for a single calls or any more conversations in real also .today morning i mad a call to the same center but i got the reply from the office staff, the technician is on leave so u con't not get the phone today ...

we trust the meaning of the caption of company MICROMAX nothing like anything ... but now we are feeling we are in a trap ... if this massage you peoples are watching pls contact and resolve the issue as fast as possible ... my contact number is [protected] ...

I had purchased micromax A111 battery from askmebazaar.com vide order ID DGA 7358597 on dt. November 9, 2015. Which was delivered to me on dt. November, 23 with delhivery awb[protected] for amounting to Rs. 334.00.
In this regard it is submitted that the product Micromax A111 Battery which was delivered to me is defective. it give up back up while using internet on 1-2 hours and without internet it works only 2-3 hours only.

Sir/Madam it is requested that the battery delivered to me is defected and it is also requested to kindly replace the defective battery delivered to me... and arrange to supply the original battery to me as replacement of defective battery.

I gave my mobile for battery replacement at micromax center at New tirupati cellulars, pimpri on 31st October 2015. Jobsheet no.: W[protected] Complain No.: MMX[protected] While giving a mobile for battery replacement they told me that they will give my mobile within 1 week . but when I called at micromax care on 21st November 2015, they told me that more 20 days will require. Micromax service center is making a so much of delay just for battey replacement. I need my mobile very urgently. Please help me on this.

Dear sir, i have bought a micromax canvas selfie phone worths Rs. 15, 700 just before four months from Nikhil Mobile Gallery, kottarakkara, kollam, kerala. Now it's not working. I had given the phone to an authorised service centre of micromax at kottarakkara before 20 days. They are making delay. Is this the way you are treating your valuable customers?

Sir, i have Canvas A 109 hanset of micromax. because of display problem, i have given mobile to Diya communication at Jamnagar Gujarat at 12.10.2015.still i have not get my mobile from the service center, my mobile is under varanty period. i have send about 25 mails to customer care but no respond.recepit no of diya comication is 19688710 mt reference ticket id is 131279. also i rise the compaint and no. is MNX[protected]. This is Naresh Goli, From Hyderabad, I am using micro max A120 Smart phone, 2 months back i was given mobile in service center purpose of device not charging,
So they are taken complaint and resolved problem and changed new battery after 1 month. Then now what whatever changed battery now blowing, with in two months. So now again iam given complaint in service center, they are taken complaint but asking amount against new battery, but i am not pay amount, my mobile in warranty.It is a company technical issue. So i will not pay amount against new battery. So please find problem and resolve problem and exchange new battery Shortly.

I brought micromax canvas a1 on 23/12/14 and it stopped working on 08/09/15 and and i submitted it to the most cromax service center they assured me i will have my phone within 45days but 80 days have passed and they are always saying to hold on for 10 days what should i do. My complaint no is[protected] My mob no. Is [protected]

I was placed order for maicromax canvas spark q380 8gb, which is unit price is Rs-5275 delivery charges rs100 discount applied rs 276, paid amount is Rs-5099. And had received micromax canvas spark2, price Rs-3999. Which is not matched my ordered item.

I have sudmitted my micromax A104 for service at Eluru service center, Andhra pradesh at 06/10/2015 . job sheet no S[protected]. But till today i dont get my phone. This is the worst service provided by your company .

I purchased Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114 thro' Flipkart on 20th Jan 2015. It suddenly not working for the last 2 days. I sent my son to one of the authorized service center @ Egmore, Chennai.

They refused to take the device under Warranty Terms. Giving so many reasons and explanations sticker is not there; screw is not there. We cant do under warranty. It is Chargeable.

The cost of charges and all others is Rs.4, 300/- approximately. I contacted Micromax Customer Relations center @ Guargon; explained everything. This mobile used by my wife; she is house wife. she never opened and we have not taken this device to any other mobile shops for repairs. They are not listening our Grievances. I have my Tax INvoice, Warranty Book etc.,

They are not ready to hlep us. My valuable money of Rs.6, 500/- got last. Earlier I have same experience when I used Micromax Q5 phone and same experience.

Consumer Complaints forum can take suitable action on my complaint.

Job Sheet No:E[protected] Handset Deposit Date-28 -sept-2015, First Inquiry Date-19-Oct-2015, They told me it will solve within 20 days, after 20 days i call them again they told it will solve within 20 days, and nothing status they given, i am already harassed by the service provider.

I gave my phone for repair last week and they told it will take 5-6 days for repairing but now after 6 days my phone is still lying as it is and they are saying it will take around 15-20 more days. Moreover the service center employee is telling me you can take back your phone if you want but it is not possible for us to repair it under 15-20 days, we have shortage of material from companies side. Hi, I had bought Micromax A350 in August 2014. There were few issues related to battery & touchscreen hence I submitted my phone in service centre (M/S Media Enterprises, Shop No 63 / 64, PP Chambers, near KDMC office, Dombivli east) on 29th May, 2015. They promised me to return my phone within 20 days. Now its almost 6 months I haven't received my phone. I am continuously calling service centre as well as Micromax customer care, they hardly respond to my calls or never ever receive calls. Only update I got from service centre that they have sent my phone to Delhi office on 30th July, 2015, after that no response from either side.

I have given my Micromax Mobile MODEL NO Q380, JOBSHEET NO W[protected] to M/S TAMANA INFOTECH service centre IN ANDHERI EAST ON 29/10/2015. First day they told me, u will get ur mobile with in 10 to 15 days. After 15 days again i have visited they told me wait for another 15 days bcoz ur mobile parts are not available with us and the manager had told me the headoffice is not sending ur mobile parts. After listening such a nonsense answer i have shouted on manager i want my mobile within 5 days in a good condition . After 5 days again i have visited i have not received my mobile, again the same response get from the M/S TAMANA INFOTECH wait for 15 days . When I call to micromax care no, they also told me to wait for some days and the same dialogue they repeated. My mobile is in warranty period. I am not having any other mobilephone. Now I will go for consumer case against micromax.
