I have purchased Micromax Canvax A311 mobile on Dec 2014 having 1 Yr warranty. After 6months the set became defective. I showed it to the local outlet from which I have purchased. After some rectification they returned it to me. But when I start using the same problem occur. It is not working.Whenever I am giving it for repairing the service center is not repairing it properly. For last 3 months it is in the service centre (Hazaribag, Jharkhand).
I am completely fed up and frustrated with the poor service and response of the company. I request the company to replace my mobile set with new one.

    I purchased a micromax Moible handset bearing IMEI/ESN No.[protected][protected] in the month of 10th October. 2014. During the waranty period chging/usb connectintion problem found in set hence i approach the nearest micromax service center Authorized Service Centre M/s. The Mobile Care (Delhi) Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, The engineer deposited the set vide token no N[protected] dated 06/10/15 with assurance that handset will be servised within 20 days but afer a long period of 45 days i could not receive nither repaired set nor any proper responce . This the non busisen responce of branded compny and its faiyhfullness in costomers.       I bought my phone in January, 2015.One month back its touch sreen was not working properly, so I took the phone to the service centre onOctober 15th and received my phone after one month in November 18th.Coming home I found my camera doesn't work.Again I took it to the service centre, they could not repair it and said they wilk change some parts after some days which they did not have at that time.Again coming home I found nothing works properly except a few things in my phone.dailer does not work properly.On opening gmail, msgs get deleted automatically, whatsapp is out of work, google opens automatically, major touch screen problems, camera doesnot work moreover one corner has been damaged by the service centre.On contacting customer care, I was told to do factory reset and so I did bt the condition is getting worse day by day.I want replacement of my mobile at any cost.

        Sir, I have purchased a micromax E311 handset on dated 10th oct 2015 and from the very first day it was having issues like battery life and hanging. I talked to the phone delaer from where i bought this handset and he was not helpful and he just told me to visit service center. On dated 26th i gave this handset to micromax service center phagwara punjab and i got a slip with some refrence number. After 10 days i visited them to pick up my phone but i was surprised that no body knows where my phone was. After searching for 2 hrs they found my phone and nothing was done on it and they again gave me a new slip with confirmation number and they dint returned back the first slip. Now its more than 15 days again and i have visited the service center thrice and they are saying its going to take 2 months. Please help me on this. As a customer i feel cheated. I spend 10k for this phone and till now it have only given me tensions. No body in micromax is responding to my concerns. Thanks Jyoti

          I purchased LED from flipkart with reference to subjected order id. During the time of purchase they offered 1 year company warranty plus 2 years additional warranty to total it would be 3 years. Now I am struggling to reach Micromax to update my warranty to 3 years from 1 years but they are not responding. I tried to reach micromax customer care also but even they are not replying.

          I tried calling on[protected] number which has been given by Flipkart and even mentioned on Micromax websiet but no luck.

          Even tried on (Consumer Electronics):[protected] but no one is picking since last 22 days.
          This is really very poor response I got from Micromax. Where to go if any fault occur? No body is responding. Even these all numbers looks like fake.

          I am really fad up and now logging this complaint. Please support for further clarification and proofs. I am ready with all.

          I called Micromax customer care no 1860 500 8899 . On these no earlier response I am unable to contact Customercare Executive but Now I am able to contact. I had explain my issue and they send one SMS containing EW no.

            I have given my phone for repair on September 10 2015 and said that it will take around one month for repair but have not provided anything in written. It had been almost two and half months and between this I have complained three times including today and each time they said that it will take 20 days more. Today when I asked them for delivery date in written but they again said that they could not do the same.Today when I complained they again said i will get my phone in next 20 days that means after three month but while depositing my phone I was told one month only.

              I have purchased canvas nitro 3e455 from ernkulam on september 21 -2015 now my mobile has a lot of problems 1.before some days my phones IMEI number is missing and not accepting the sim cards 2.phones sound doesnt work. No sound is coming from the phone even i cant play a song 3.mobile battery is very weak it is loosing charge quickly 4.phone hangs alot and heating problem while using 5.phone end button not working properly 6.I have spend 10000 rs for this mobile So please replace my mobile with a new mobile. Its only have been 2 months tha i have purchased this mobile

                My cell is in warrant gave to the service center due to got smoke in the charger point, hence it is not charging, sent my cell to the service center with my office guy.


                Scenario 1: The girl in the service center treated so cheaply, arrogantly, and in job sheet she mentioned, mobile is in out of warranty,
                2nd ly she mentioned charging pin has been broken, but there is no chance in breaking charging pin, and she took Rs.100 from my boy.


                Finally i gone to the center, and had a conversation with that same lady (Ms.Sapna), she was to arrogantly answering, saying that if you want service you can take or else you can take your mobile and go, this is the way micromax give service, and I asked to show the broken piece, she has shown, but it is not broken, I have that piece with me same piece I shown in other local service center, they told the piece is good, but it is burnt.


                Coming back to my warranty:Micromax terms and conditions in the warranty card says that if your mobile is in warranty, but there was any physical damage only for that product purchase will be charged and service charges will be not applied, but in my bill you have charged for service also..

I submitted the handset to the jalpai more siliguri micromax service center. On 23rd octobern 15.                       This is with reference to Micromax A350. Story starts when i have purchased this mobile on 12/10/2014. I am writing this today on 20/11/2015. Sorry to inform that i was having trouble in handset some time for battery and keys . But somehow i have used. But on 10/09/2014 it was not been able to use. I have submitted my handset to M/s. V CARE MOBITRON - Ghatkopar East, Job sheet No. W[protected] Dated 10/09/2015. They told me it will take minimum 30 days to resolve the issue. After which, I have called up service center and call center on 25/09/15 as well as on 10/10/15 complaint no. was MMX[protected]. On 25/09/15, they informed me it will be done within 15 days, again i have called upon 10/10/15 - same thing they have repeated.
                      On 21/10/2015 they have raised ticket i.e. Reference to your ticket id- 121257.

                      On receipt of handset on 19/11/2015 ie after 70 days, it was not working properly again same story started i.e

                      Till today i have not received reply on ticket raised i.e. Ticket ID is 121257 dated 20/10/2015.
                      Thank you for providing my handset back after 70 days, but sorry to inform you that
                      I have received today i.e. on 19/11/2015 @ 5.30 PM from V Care Mobitron - Ghatkopar East ( Micromax Service center) and it is not working and having same issue.
                      Can you resolve my queries.
                      1) What about extended warranty
                      2) What about problem persist again and same issue is going on
                      Can you please resolve the issue and replace the handset on urgent basis, as i have tried several times but no reply.
                      I have contacted several person in all center but till now not received satisfactory reply, i was getting reply within 15 days you will get, after all company may be having standard policy in replacing the handset. Now again today on receipt handset and used for maximum 2 hours have to launched complaint for warranty to be extended as told by Mr. Saurabh with reference to Complainnt No, MMX[protected] and for replacement of handset as communicated. Attaching herewith job sheet copy for your ready reference.
                      Can you please, please replace handset and arrange call back.

                      During above period of 70 days I have interacted with several peoples in micromax and paid huge amount in calling and wasting my time for following up, have incurred huge monetary value and hassle. Can anyone can check with company why no one is ready to reply on urgent basis and have courtesy in reverting on urgent basis. Will be wanting to resolve all above query and please compnay has taken into consideration huge monetary loss which is happened due to hassle and calling.

                            Sir iam akhilesh gupta. iam purchasing micromax Q338 smart phone on 02 oct.2015. and my mobile screen display automatically disturb on 16 oct.2015. i submit my mobile to abacus system micromax care center manimajra chandigarh on 16 oct.2015. But i not recieved my mobile 20 nov.2015.when call to micromax center then 20 day time period repairing time.

                              HI, I'm Shyam. I had a problem with Power button and Display on my Micromax A94 mobile .I approached Micromax Service center. Please find the address below : Address: D.NO. 6-3-864/4/B/1, 1st floor, SBN Arcade, Opp Greenpark Hotel, Greenlands, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016, India. They asked me to wait till evening on the same day I reached the service center to find out the actual issue. and they came up to me that my phone had Power button and Display problem which I told the same thing in the morning session. They told that can be resolved and they need 7 working days. I've submitted on[protected] and till now they have not done the repair. I have visited the center 4 times in a month and for the first time, they told that they have not received the display piece from the company yet. They keep on saying the same thing even at my third visit. When I reached 4th time they told that my mobile had a mother board problem.I don't understand how these people work. If It has a motherboard problem, why these people did not said about this problem along with my power and display problem on the day I submitted my mobile. As per my opinion, they have not tested the piece and they simply wrote on the job sheet, what I said to them while submitting my mobile and they never tested my mobile. At last when I visited for 4th time they gave my cell back saying that, this phone cannot be repaired. They have took the job sheet and unfortunately, I've not taken a copy of it. Do Micromax mobiles are really can't be repaired? In that case why do the company fool the customers. Or Why do they give authorizations to the service centers who really do have stuff in them. Please take this into consideration so that NO other customer suffers. Thanks, Shyam.

                                I braught micromax fire 4. 3months ago.. now my phone getting dead which leading to go to service center all the time... and Panvel service center is also giving problems to us... First time when my phone got dead I went to service center with bill reciept since phone was in warranty. But they said no need of any reciept we have evrything in system... I got my repaired phone in next day... again aftr 10 days my phone got dead I sended my sister to service center without receipt since last time they said evrything is in system. But this time they rejected to take phone without reciept...after my req that I will show reciept when I will come for delivery of phone.. but they rejected my request not evn submitted my phone.

Sir I am purchase the two micromax nytro 4ge455 phone In purchase of date 17112015 in hot spot alaknanda shop. but phone is heavy heating in the use on time please help me I am visiting to the micromax service centre kalka ji new delhi 110019 but very very poor service in the micromax service centre I am demand for the do letter before two days purchase but no issues the do letter by company

                                    Dear Micromax Team i am regular user for Micromax Product (I have Micromax LED / Smartphones), Earlier i have used Canvas 4 which is briliant in performance, Later on i have upgraded to Canvas Gold which is released & pretty excited on the feature & i have purchased from Mobile store, After 3 Months o[censored]sing i have been facing the issue in Wifi connectivity which works only for 2 Mins post that it gets disconnect unable to reconnect the wifi without Rebooting the Device which is is very bad.

                                    I have done Twice Factory reset which does't not helped me. Now a days it is horrible. it get's disconnect after 30 -40 seconds of connectivity. every time i need to reboot the device to get WIFI on my mobile,

                                    Please help & close this or replace the any other model.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am raising this complaint on Micromax company and their authorised service center in Hyderbad,
                                      I have purchased Micromax tablet model no. P650 for Rs.14699/- on oct 2014, after 7 months i have noticed a black line on screen display but still I have used for 1month and found it may be issue with screen as it is still under warranty (one year warranty) so I have showed to Micromax authorised center in Hyderbad on 20th August 2015 and they have examined and said it is defect and will get repaired under warranty (Job sheet no. s[protected]) and they have informed that i need to wait for 30 working days to get it repaired. So I agreed and submitted my tablet on 20th August 2015.
                                      After 30 working days i started calling them to check the status they said still it might take time and waited for some more days and after me calling the service center in the month of oct they said that the part is not available and they have offered be P666 model tablet but this is lower configuration than P650 and also cost Rs 8000/- so I have not agreed to take it and I have insisted them to give my P650 repaired and again I have started following them by calling several times but service center say Micromax has to come back. then i called micromax customer care and raised complaint (MMX[protected] and waited for one week but no response and again i started calling them for the status they keep saying go to service center and speak and when i call service center they say micromax has to come back. then again i have written mail to [protected]@micromax.com by looking into their official website and I got reply with ticket no. 145538 and after 2 working day that is on 12th Nov saying to coordinate with service center and again i replied to them saying that service center say waiting for MIcromax response.
                                      Today again i called customer call and when i give the ticket no. they are disconnting the my call after asking all details, I called service center they say still waiting for company response.

                                      I request you to kindly help me in this, as this tablet was bought for my son and now he is totally disappointed and I have spent so much going to their service center which is very far from my place and so many calls to them.

                                        I bought this phone on 20.7.14 but within a year I found that it's motherboard is not working properly. so I changed it by spending my own money even though it was there in the warranty period -15.6.15 (Jobsheet no :[protected]. But again I faced the same problem within 5 months. I am not understanding what to do with this phone now. I really dont know whether they have given the new one or used one motherboard. Request for your guidance and support
