I bought a micromax p 480 at 17 november and the screen is not working now it is in service center they said that it will return after 35 or 40 days. How can you do that only after only 10 days it has problem like this. Please return it soon.

    My phone model is Micromax A106. It had the touch problem, so I submitted it on 5th november 2015. They committed that you will get your repaired phone within 1 week. I called after one week. They told me it would take some more days of 1 week. Next time I visited the service center they said it take 2 or 3 days and surely you will get your phone repaired. when I visited after 3 days again they said its not repaired and it might take some more days. I haven't seen such kind of worst service than ever. They are fooling their customers and has wasted their money. Please don't puchase micromax products as they have very bad service.

      I had purchase micro max q391 before 4 months and last month their was some problem in their motherboard and batter so i had submitted mob in service station on dated 22nd oct'15 and my job sheet no is W[protected] and today also most 1 month and 8 days completed but still i didn't get any resolution and every time when i called in customer care they given only one replied that it takes some time. even when i told him that i want to talk with higher management they denied to transfer a call and even till date i am not received their call back from supervisor. now i am very tide to getting followup with them please help me in this.

        I gave my mobile 03/10/2015 for service before 2 months ago in Barrackpore Micromax service center but 30/11/2015 still now i didnt received my mobile canvasA093.The service center could not received any phone call. The service is too bad & disgusting, when they received my mobile they said returned it within15 days, but still 2months latter i didnt get it back.your employes are said to me they shifted the center in Naihati.and behaved rudely.           Sir, I purchsed micromax mobile A092 IMEI - [protected]/[protected] from goodluck watch & mobile store beawar with bill on date 27/3/2015. moblie condition is good in 2-3 month after that it charger is not working it was taking more time for charging . some time charger was not giving output . then mobile taking more time for full fill charging. i inform to goodluck mobile store . So he say me it is in warranty period battery & charger is faulty & check to nearest service center. I go to micromax service center shri sai mobile center AJMER on date 26/09/2015. i told them for changing the battery & charger. they collect battery & say me i forward your issue & give me token reciept. Till date i have not get any call or information from cervice center. i need mobile in urgent basis. this is not a major matter. My home town distance from cervice center is 80 km. i attached the scan copy of mobile bill & cervice center token reciept. So i request you to inform the cervice center or goodluck watch & mobile store for changing the battery and charger. Two month completed but no any response from micromax care or service center. i request you to if micromax not able to warranty services plz refund me phone cost & i purchase another company phone.           Already i have made contact to costumer care & service center but still i didn't received any feedback about battery and charger, as i need it at earliest at possible.
          This is very urgent and serious matter, as you know very well that without mobile phone communication breaks that affects all aspects in life.
          previously i have done so many mails to micro max sites ---Micro max Support but still didn't received any positive answer .i have contact ajmer service center to manish ji contact no [protected] and he was assured me to receive battery with in 3 days but i didnt get my battery yet .it has been long time now two month passed . Since i visited three times at ajmer service center and spent too much money in conveyance /phone calls etc.

            I bought a Micromax Tablet P[protected] IMEI No: [protected] from an authorized out let in Thrissur Kerala on 15 Oct 2015. Now the Tablet is not working. When we try to charge it, it is not charging. I contacted the authorized service centre at Thrissur. But they refused to take it and asked me to complain to the company directly. It is very sad that these people are not taking it seriously. I kindly request you to take up my complaint. I demand that the company should replace the Tab to me.

              I have very inconvience from where i had purchased my Micromax device from Homeshop18 dated 12/12/2014.

              First its screen is damaged and i had handover it in customer service center on 20/12/2014 at Maninagar, Ahemedabad. Then i got it return after 1 month and 13 days . And it also damaged after that service, I had already given it into the service center 4 times after purchasing it in timespan of 9 months.

              And today my mobile got in dead position, and company service center has told us that mobile is not repairable at service center and will send to factory and estimated time 20 to 25 days to repair.

              From the date of purchase approx six months time my mobile is lying with service center and i had used mobile is very less time then how can i calculate warantee time. The mobile is either bad quality or service center can not able to complete solutions of my mobile.

              Now any how i want to replacementof this mobile as you can see my mobile history of service center. so please consider as a special case and replace my mobile at the earliest.

                I purchased the new Micromax Canvas 4G smartphone. On browsing for just say 10 minutes, the phone gets intensely warm and cant be even held in the hands. This is not expected of from a brand like Micromax. I want to know what could be done to resolve this problem, and whether it is the issue wit this phone, as such. And primarly you have a smartphone customer service number that does not function...

                  My headset only speaker problem i m submit my mobile micomax canvas a250 on 31st october & micromax care operator said me after 7 days i m call you & u will take your headset but after 20 days (20th october) a call come from micromax care & say your headset is ready when i m going to take my headset again call came from micromax care & say me your mother board is damaged so please give me 5 days i m call after 6 days (26th october) but care operator said your phone is take on 29th october butwhen i m call on 30th october care operator said me your phone is ready on 5th november i m so angry for this reason my phone is not ready after 1month & 6 day i m so afraid please solve my complaint as soon as possible

                  micromax claim center call me on 2 nov(after 1 month 3 days) & tell me ur phone is refund on 3 november & take my sbi bank account no. but at today after 4 days no responce & contact no. is switch off([protected]) off
                  so i m so angry for this reason & today 5 november i again call center but operator again say after 4-5 days its ready my problem is not shortout
                  & i have mail my invoice micomax.[protected]@india.com on 3 november when a call came from([protected]) micromax claim center & they tell me your phone is refund because its not available for replacement but after contact no. is switch off & not given my refund i am so puzzeled & after 1 month & 6 days & micromax claim center on 2 november to till now my complaint is not solve & why the nclaim center contact no([protected]) is switch off & why ask my bank account no when not refund my account & my warranty is approx to expire on 12 december so please solve my complaint as soon as possible please

                    I submitted my phone in micromax service center in Uttam Nagar New Delhi ( M/S Shri Laxmi Enterprises) on 6th october 2015 for Phone does not switch on issue, My phone is under warranty . I was told that I will get my phone back within 31 days and it has been over 50 days and whenever I ask and visit the above mentioned service center they ask me to wait for another 15 days or to contact the Gurgaon headoffice .                         I submitted my handset on 1sep. Since than i m being befooled. First i was told that i will get my handset back in 8-10 days. Then ur customer care people are making fool of me day by day. When i call them they just extend timeline by 20 days. I[censored] people cannot repair handsets than for what have u opened ur setvice centres? I want my handset back immediately else i m going to sue you. Enclosed job sheet.

                          My micromax a300 gold i have purchasing in December 2014. In 11 month it goes in service center 4 to 5 time. Again and again product create a problem. my all business and life is belong to my hand set. i'm not able to give handset to company every time for 15 to 1 month. company have to change my hand set if its create problem again and again and problem could not resovle perfectly by service center

                              PATHETIC SERVICE BY MICROMAX COMPANY. POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. I purchased MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT A350 of Rs. 13, 499/- on 24.11.2014 under warranty of 1 year. I confronted some issues with mobile i.e. ON/OFF buttons & Volume buttons are not working and not showing incoming calls number on screen so i had given my mobile to authorized micromax service center on 01/10/2015 being JOB SHEET No.: W[protected]. They told me the mobile will be ready in 15-20 days but its already 2 months now I still not received my mobile back. Whenever i call customer care they give me same time frame of 20 days, What the hell is this. How long i have to wait for my mobile. No proper answer i am getting from the company.

                                I purchased the similar device in kanpur. The device connects succesully but after some time the download speed drops to zero and internet stops. I have to await until the download speed increases. Also, the device disconnects & than reconnect automatically several times. I visited the service centre in karachi khana (kanpur) but they are saying thst they don't have the authority to check the device there and that they will send the device directly to the company and the company will check the device and i will have to wait for atlest 1 month to get my device back. I have never seen such a service centre where devices can not be checked and problem can be resolved. Useless device . I think i have waisted my money. Ashish agrawal kanpur (u.P.)

                                    Hi I have big doubt on Micromax customer care and service centre. You guys sold mobiles for customers free. you get money for what you sold. Then y we can't get good product and good service. I have buy mobile Micromax canvas colours 2 A120. Its has some problem when using it. So I give my mobile to service on 23 October for service at ozone care service centre at velachery its one of the Micromax service centre. They guys told me to wait for 25 days because of sending my mobile to Bangalore to main office to ready. So I have waited for 25 days and I have call to service centre on 26th day there was not good response and they told me to wait for one more week. I have waited and yesterday I have call to that service centre. Now they guys easily told me that your mobile motherboard has some problem so it can't able to ready ..she easily told. We give replacement . I think they give same model new mobile. But I get shocked on there next word. They give replacement of Micromax AQ5001 . My question - mistake is on your company product.If problem means u want to give new same model mobile or you want to call to me and tell about the problem and about replacement procedure.. How dare you choose your self and return this mobile.. I m very disappointed on this. Its very worst . I can't believe from Micromax service.

                                      I have submitted my micromax mobile model A290 imei-[protected] / [protected] to the micromax authorized service center on 28th SEPTEMBER, 2015 at 12:11PM which was in warranty at that time(jobsheet no.- N[protected]).The problem was the faulty display as some blue marks appears on it always, and G.P.S. is also not working and WiFi also not working as it will automatically disconnect from the every router. They told me that the mobile has to be send to main micromax office and they will inform once the mobile is fully repaired.After 15 to 20 i tried to contact them. I call on [protected] and talked to some ladies staff and she told me that my phone is rejected by the company itself. but they will repair it by themselves in the service center, i said no problem just do it. after two days i call again on that no. and talk to same ladies staff she told me that they ordered the parts of the mobile phone from the company and they will receive it soon, i said ok but tell me some time at least, she told me 10 days. I call again after 10 days they did not picked my call. i call next day they picked and tell that there is no record of my phone. I am shocked and go to the service center and met to Ms kajal at dispatch counter she told me not to worry she had my phone.I said show it to me, they keep searching about half an hour they finally find it with lots of scratches on it.she again told me they will do it by themselves. parts are not available. after that i regularly used to call their but sometimes they did not call and some times they say we have changed motherboard but still we got same issue, sometime they say we have changed screen but we got same issue..they used to keep changing their statements. Thank god i have all call records as i have call recorder software installed on my phone.

                                        It's really very disheartening to say that my experience with micromax is speach less. As per my chain of mails, I reached India in October and submitted my A300 in a service centre in chandigarh. Job sheet date: 15/10/2015 IMEI: [protected]/[protected] ITEM NAME: BTY A300 MODEL CODE : SPAMOB8804 The service centre upon multiple requests weren't able to deliver my phone before i could fly from India. As a result I had to leave my phone with micromax service centre and authorise my parents to collect the same. The worse is even after the wait of 25 days and using the phone thereafter for.few days the phone is in the same condition. My father who is a senior citizen has to wait in the long queue of tokens and re deposit the phone again as the problem still persist. I would request the designated authorities to either change the mobile handset or refund the full money as we cannot tolerate this mental harrsament and physical trauma of coming and going to your centres again and again but àll in vain. I have been chasing this case since February this year and all my requests have been ignored nicely. After this I would only be taking a legal action for the cheating and harassing senior citizens mental and physical health for just few thousands.
