I have booked 2 nos Touch cell phones through Amazon.in deepavali offer. But after receipt of the phones, the said phones are not functioning properly. Sir, I like to inform you that I have given my moblie phone CANVASS DOODLE 3, ITEM NAME A102, MODEL CODE-SERM0B0428 at the Micromax service centre at Asansol on 06/10/2015 but since then I have not received back my mobile phone and every time getting a callous response from the officials at the service centre at Asansol that they have sent it to some other cities and they are quite unsure when they will be able to deliver it back, it may be worth mentioning here that I had to give my handset for reparing on an earlier occassion also vide job sheet no-xxxx-xxx-xxxx1 and received it back after a long delay. Sir since I have purchased the phone it never worked well and lying with you service centre all the time. I would like to say that you have given me a faulty handset, which I have failed to utilize at any point of time and due to which I have been through a great mental and physical harrassment. Be it further mentioned herewith that my maternal aunt is a serious cancer patient and I along with my family members was in need of the phone at the time of our medical urgency and at the time of the critical hours which we failed to meet up and I am student and I am/was also in need of the phone at the time of my exams, besides my day to day purpose. Sir now I find it a matter of great fault to repose trust upon your company, which even dont understand the day to day urgency of a cell phone in todays situation. So sir please take a serious note of the aforesaid matter as my phone is a faulty one and I want an immediate response from your end. Regards

My mobile phone (micromax canvas A120) is sent to delhi for repair since 2 weeks. I need that phone within a next week very urgently so i want them to repair it soon. I don't know what has happened to that phone it gets disturbed after afew days i have get it repaired almost 3 times and i need it perfect this time.

My Micromax Bolt A064 phone is out of order within 5 months of buying. No sim card is detected by the phone.I called the customer care numbers but they did not pick my call. The service provided by Micromax is horrible. Also the product quality is very low. I would discourage anybody from buying any Micromax product.

Maine apna mobile 29-10-15 ko service centre pe repairing k liy diya tha...mere mobile ka sorf power button properly work nhi kr rha tha..service centre executive ne mjhe 3 din ka commit kiya aur aj 15 din ho chuke lekin nap to head office se koi proper answer kar rha h na hi service centre wale...dono hi misguide kr rhe h.. Micromax android one mobile : AQ4501(B) in warranty. IMEI/ESN NO:[protected]/[protected] The Mobile was deposited to micromax service center ambala cantt, haryana on 14/08/15 with job sheet no: N[protected]. After one or one half months when i checked with the service center, it again gave me another jobsheet no : N[protected] and told that the mobile was sent to company for repair. After that i have talked to the micromax customer care representative ([protected]) 2 or 3 times. but every time they say 'it will take another 15 to 20 days'. My resent complaint ID (Provided by representative) is : mmx[protected] on 14 nov 15. Please resolve the issue, as the mobile is already 3 months with micromax.

I have bought my A300 phone few months back and now from few days the phone is giving touch problems like ghost touches. when i went to the service centre at GTB Nagar. They said the phone wont be repaired under warranty because it has some oily substances in the inner area which have been entering through the power key & volume key. and so they asked me to pay Rs.6500. When I tried to argue about the warranty now they say that they will be giving a discount of 500 only. Now i want to ask the company what is your warranty for? A show off? my phone is not dropped in a tank of water or oil.Some oily substances might enter through the keys due to regular use or sweaty hands sometimes as i ride bikes but it is total unintentional so why are they denying the warranty?? and the customer care number never recieves any call !! Is this a new policy of harrasing the customers??

I have submitted my phone on 22/08/2015 for repairing purpose and i was assured that i would get my phone within 15 days of my submission, but unfortunately i have not received it yet.. i have been calling the service center frequently but they are delaying the job for quiet some time. I am very annoyed . I am in urgent requirement of my handset and i wish to find it properly repaired. I hope you would take proper action as quickly as possible. Dear sir, it is inform that, i had purchesed a mobile hand set micromax model-a104 on dec'2014. Now a day the hand set not working properly and handed over to micromax service center panvel navi mumbai on 23.10.2015 under waranty period. On dated 31.10.2015 the call center informed me that your hand set complaint has been rectified come and bring the same. R set not yet working properly and the same is to be senbut the service center informed me that when i went to bring the h/set you our newdelhi service center.Again on dated 10.11.2015 the call center inform me bu sms micromax warrenty password (mwp) 3292 and on the same date they informed me that your hand set rectified and you can collect the same from our panvel office navi mubai.On dated 12.10.2015 i went to mm panvel office but they replaied that mobilr touch pad not yet rectified and the set has sent to delhi office. Sir really i and my family member facing lot of problem.. Hence immidiate action may please be taken inthis regard by replacing new one set, otherwise there is no any way except knock the door of court aswell as publish in media. Our my sincer advice and warnig that marketing such low quality of mobile phoens is to be discouraged. Urgent action is required within one week. Actually I went to authorised service center(Reliable Enterprise) of Micromax and complaint about the overheat issue and battery discharge immediately. They have not repaired my mobile and they are asking for fitting charges. So please help me out...

After first day of the installation LED tv display not working only audio audinble. For compaining, their customer care number is always unreachable, i.e. always putted my number on hold. It has cost me alot. Through lots of effort i was able to finally register a complain. But after 3 days one technician came. And he said that he need some part for replacement which he said he will bring after two days.but he didnt came. Now nobody replying from micromax. I have wasted my whole time, money, my peace.

Today I visited micromax service center at kalkaji and submitted my phone canvas spark q380 which having problem (not getting start only micromax welcome screen appear when I Start) your people told me that it will take one month to solve this problem from your side ...why ???? One month????? Please tell me is this your costumer service??? What should I do without that phone??? Even people sitting their talking rudely with costumer I haven't seen this type of behavior from any of other service provider...Please do the needful

We had purchased the micromax 50 inch led tv just 4months ago, now the picture display has completely gone and tried to contact the service center but there was no response for more than a week now some authorised person visited and said this is a manufacturing defect with a major fault in the picture tube or related, service has no guarantee for the product when still under the warranty period, so we request you to replace with new one or refund the amount. The matter will will be taken into detail and further if no action

Micromax- Poor quality at Low price...Warranty is a Bluff

I bought canvas nitro A311 mobile just one month before. From last week its display quality was reduced, picture/video was blurred and lines were appearing in center and in corner ... Now display is not working . their service centre people say that it is not cover under warranty as display is damaged. There is not even single scratch on touch and they are saying that display got damaged because of mishandling ... Such poor quality phone i never saw...Never buy any product of Micromax... they are cheater...Kamal [protected]

I had bough Micromax 32T2820HD 81 cm (32) LED TV from Flipkart and now it isnt working. I had raised a request for support and the support person responsible had called me saying he would attend on Monday, he hasnt yet showed up. The Support Request is HR[protected].
