We bought a 50K2330UHD LED TV of Micromax from Flipkart in june 2015. Within 3 months, the TV started having sound issues. Service people couldn't rectify it.Then, the TV showed up a prominent line in the center. Complained again. The company sent a replacement. To our surprise, the replacement was defective as well. Thereafter, we asked for a refund as we did not want this brancd itself. Both Flipkart and Micromax are shirking and making us through a Merry go around. No one is taking a responsibility.

    I bought a micromax canvas juice 2 handset on 1st september 2015. But its sensor was not working so I submitted it to the service centre on 29th september 2015.Service centre told me that i would get my mobile within 15 days . But when I contacted with them they told me that they do not know when i will get my mobile. Its passed 46 days but they even do not responding in my request. My mobile''s IMEI NO. [protected]/[protected] Service centre job sheet no. E[protected]. Please help me sir. I bought that mobile by saving money for 2 years.

      I have purchased 6 led from online stores.free online ew for 2 yrs offer will end on 15 nov.i want to extend warranty of my tv till 15 nov 15.i called so many times to micromax from 1 nov to till now but nobody is picking up phone on [protected].very poor response.very lazy people.poor service.till now m not able to extend warranty of my leds.

        Sir,
        Four sided red shadows are coming from the said TV. I have complained the same to the Shopkeeper who has sent one Abhijit Dutta, Your authorised Serviceman to check and after checking he told to take one photo to show the Company. But owing to under repair of Company's Camera, it will take time untill repair of Camera. After submitting of photo to the Company, it will take one month time to replace the TV.
        Now it is the request to You to replace the same within seven days.

          My micromax A 311 mobile lost its display and I have given it to the service centre, M/S Moblab, Kochuvilayil Building, Pulamon Po, Near KSRTC Bus stand, Kottarakkara on 8/ 8/ 2015, its warranty period expires on 10/01/ 2016.My complaint is they havenot yet returned my mobile till today. They are not even attending my calls. I have to call 25 times to get a reply from them...They are telling me to wait everyday.

                I have purchased the laptab lt666 on june 2015. With their instruction i have installed windows 10 in it. after installation, the touch screen, keypad and mouse becomes dead. for the past 3 months i am chasing the customer to get the replacement but still not done. all mails and calls are vain. very worst service.

                Whenever you the call customer care toll free number they are not picking up. But they are expecting we have to...

                I bought a Micromax canvas a1 phone on April 9th, seeing the google involvement. After 1 month, it stopped working and after submitting the phone on the same day they took it for 1 month and afterwards the phone was not charging. I submitted the phone 3 times continuously but in no vain. These guys have the worst service and I need it urgently as I use it for important things.

                  I bought Micromax unite 2 A106 mobile on[protected]. In October 2015, the mobile doesn't show tower signal. So, I could not place or receive call. When i call to the micromax care number[protected] they said the number is busy and try call later. Next I give the mobile to nearest service centre. They told me that there is a problem with IC and it cost about RS 550 to repair. After repairing this problem, the camera, flash-light are not worked and charger pin in mobile doesn't worked. Next I give it to same service centre. They said, to repair these problems in mobile it will cost about RS 450. I said, already i spent RS 550 for repairing. This problem occurs after repaired from you. They said, ok give me only RS 300. I gave RS 300, and the camera, flash-light, charging problems are solved. After i went to home, I place a call, I can hear the receiver voice but they can't hear my voice. When i record a video, the audio is not recorded. i.e. there is a problem with mic. Initially there is a problem only with tower signal. camera, flash-light, charger pin, mic are worked fine at that time. But after i gave mobile to service centre, they repairing the problems with high cost and creating a new problem. I think labours in the service centre are fraud and making money by creating new problems in mobile. I believe Micromax before buying this mobile and also refused to buy other brand products such as Samsung, Nokia etc, because it was Indian company. But now you make my belief false. The service center is located 10KM from house. I went to the service center for 4 times and totally spent RS 850 (13% of phone price) still my mobile has problems.                     This is to inform you that I purchased a Micromax canvas Nitro few months back but I am sorry to inform you that the started hanging many times and also noticed with several software problem.The same has been addressed by the concerned service centre of Saheed nagar, Bhubneshwar, Odisha. The Customer care has kept my phone couple of days providing job card number as ( E[protected])and returned me back after that saying that the phone is ready to use .But I am really sorry that the the service guys of the provide service centre are literally thief and fraud. when I received my phone I found that : 1.My Phone's Touch pad is different and not working 2.My Phone's speakers are not working 3.keypad is dead and many more After looking that i have complained once again fro your product and for that once again a job card (E[protected])has been created assuring me that it will be done within 7 days.after seven days I had contact with your service team several times and as a result several dates has been postponed.now finally received a date of 20th of Nov, That is one month 10 days.Is it a some kind of joke.that a person using using phone for a use will submit it for one month and more for your poor service and forgery. I just want to confirm that how is it possible that that a complain has been launched for something else and the output received is something else. Is it a some kind of forgery, fraudulent, theft and cheating made intentional.I suppose yes.And this is not the only case many more are suffering.I need a reply and solution to it as soon as possible or I shall be bound to file a consumer case and a High court notice to your respective offices along with the media persons Because I don't think this is that easy to escape by cheating people. Waiting for your reply and quick response.

                      I purchased a laptab on may 23 and it stopped working in october and i registered a complaint regarding it on 14 october and they told me that they will send a replacement.. And after 15 days i got a call that u r shipment is delayed and u ll get your replacement in a week... I said ok...and today its been approximately a month and when i call they dont pik up the call at once .. When they do they require all the information again and they say that all we can do is suggest wait a ten days more...wht the hell is this... And my laptab suffered a problem that it blacked out and it wasnt charging at all... I am seriously disappointed by this...pathetic... U run a company man... U r a brand atleast stay on your words due to the replacement my class project is still pending...seriously

                      I had purchased a canvasLT666W lap tab on 14th jan 2016 . Within 3 months it been not working coz of software issue. I tried so many time to customer care regarding this and visited service center as well. Only b coz of No EMI no i'm not getting warranty from your end. Tab only showing IME serial number. What is the solution and how can get my warranty.. Kindly do needful on this.

                          I have purchased this Yu Yuphoria phone(IMEI: [protected] & [protected], Sl no: 1e251064) on 17 July'15 and started using it. after adding two sims (Dual sim-micro)some days later there was issue related to data connection(internet) and proximity sensor(may be i haven't noticed when i bought).
                          first i called up the customer care of YU (YU Care-not a tool free) to lodge compliant related to phone network connectivity and proximity sensor issue a coordinator answered the call professionally and suggested to do factory reset that would solve all phone issues.
                          as per solution it was done and lost all personal data but issue stood unresolved, later again when i called up YU guys and got same response(to do factor reset) but this time they asked me to hold for long time to check further where i lost my phone balance and time but no solution.
                          Till now issue is not solved and they are not even ready to lodge complaint for this issue(if we insist they will ask us to hold for long time and will give solution to do hard reboot or factor reset).

                          Need my money to be refund with compensation for wasting my time and money on this phone.

                          I have missed number of important calls due to this network issue, only one sim or network will be available in phone another number will not reachable most of the times.

                          Before sending this comment and putting up in site i have called service provider from Airtel and Docomo number of time and have inquired, got signal strength checked.

                          it is an issue with YU phone, both sims are working well in my other Micromax fire 2 phone.

                                I had purchased an LED TV through flipkart. The same is under warranty and I have been trying my best to register a complaint through their customer care number. However, I was given another number[protected] and I am not able to register my complaint there too. There is no proper response from Flipkart as they seem to provide all such contact numbers available on website. None of the contact numbers seem to respond. I have finally managed to raise a ticket through Flipkart and I am hoping that Consumer Electronics LED TV division of Micromax will contact me to service the LED TV which is under warranty. I am promised to get my complaint resolved before 23-Nov-15 from Flipkart.

                                  I am very much disappointed to inform you about my sufferings by purchasing a new micromax canvas xpress mobile phone.
                                  I have purchased new micromax canvas xpress mobile phone online on first week September, 2015. (No. [protected]/62; Model [protected]) After 10 days there was a complaint with the phone. Battery is not charging . I have lodged a complaint with you. It was instructed to contact with the nearest service centre. On 29.9.2015 I had given my set to Trissur (Kerala) service centre. (No.[protected]. After that I have contacted the center so many times. Since the date I have not returned the set.
                                  Please return me a working set otherwise it will make somany sufferings to me.

                                    I gave my mobile Canvas A111 to repair at Yelahanka Micromax service center on 6th Aug 2015. The only reason I gave my phone for repair is the 3G connection was not working on the phone. They asked me to pick the phone after 4 days, till date the 4 days have almost turned to 4 months. Whenever I call them they say 4 days and the phone is in Delhi. Such a pathetic service ever I have come across. Micromax should look into this issue seriously.Refer to the attached image for the invoice from service center.
