Hlo micromax care I am jagrit sharma.
I bought micromax canvas xpress2 from flip kart and the phone is awesome but there is one problem which I may facing is that there is no adoption to move app data to SD card. I have big apps also buy there is less internal storage so I may facing many problems. Help me. Please add the 'move' option in the update please add an update of micromax canvas xpress2 or micromax e313.help me please.

    Brought the phone in November. phone stopped working in july. phone was under warrentry so gave the phone to fix it. After 2 months they gave a phone which was getting abnomially heated up.so returned it as it was of low quality and was dangerous.Now they are not giving my phone back. Eventhough after repeated complaints and follow up.

            The complaint is regarding the pathetic consumer service of micromax. I had encountered issues with my micromax canvas knight A350 and reported it to the customer care center at Patiala on October 1, 2015. I was asked to leave the phone there and wait for a call in 10-15 days. On November 9, 2015 i received a call from them, to take back my phone. inspite of the delay and poor service I adjusted hoping that my phone would now work well. to the contrary, the phone i got back was in even worse condition compared to what i had submitted to them on 1.10.15. my new phone was transformed into a device full of scratches here and there.the camera was also found to be functioning in reduced quality.All in all, my phone was better off before i had reported to the customer support. On inquiring about the cause, i was told to consult the company my-selves and was further told that they had no claims in this regard.I refused to take back my phone because of its bad condition So am attaching the job sheet with this. i went there to resolve my issue not to get more problems. Thus, i request you to please take appropriate action against them and get me a replacement as soon as possible.

              Sir, i have purchased a micromax A250 canvas handset for 9499 rupess from Flipkart.com (Online) on 25/12/2014 and after 4 motnhs o[censored]sage it got problem and used to hang time to time and got switched off automatically so i submittet to Anu Mobile Gallery(micromax service center in Warangal(Telangana) service center gave a job sheet and didnt mentioned the return date of the mobile handset to be given i have submitted on 17/08/2015 and i have called many times the micromax service center no one picks the call by luck if it connects they always extend the date i have called them 5 times they always tell different date for the return of the phone i am tierd of calling them many times they even not listen just cut the call.But after my many request they return the mobile after 2 and a half months at Warangal(Telangana) customer care in the same condition.and again they told that they submit my phone back to upper level customer care and told that wait for again 30-days. they are either giving me a new handset nor giving my money back please resolve this complaint, customer Name (My NAME) :Abhishek Shah, Micromax they gave me 2 numbers on the sheet and those numbers are [protected] and [protected] and i dont know what these numbers are for, Warangal Micromax Care Name= Anu Mobile Gallery Mob.No=[protected] and phone=[protected]. They give my mobile after 3 months and now my mobile is in the same position my mobile is not even repaired i think. This is which type of services Micromax provide??They Cheat to customer...They again submit my phone at customer care and ask for 30 more days to resolve this... sir, i m completely disappointed with micromax. My new phone is totally a waste product...i need new phone or money back..Resolve my complaint early as soon as possible...reply please... my contact no is = [protected]

                Hi,

                My Micromax tablet P480 screen got damaged and I submitted the same for repair on 25th August’2015 at Micromax Service Center and I have told that, it will be repaired within 15 days.
                I called many times the service center & some time micromax center and every time they told me that you will receive the device next 10-15 days. Now, it’s almost going to 3 months and I’m badly facing problem. I’m not able to utilize the money I expended and the device warranty getting decreases without any usage.

                This is my humble request you take necessary action. Kindly get my device repaired on urgent basis or return my device cost or provide me replacement.

                  I have given my micromax Fire 2 mobile for repair in one of your micromax service center at Dondaparthi in visakhapatnam on 29/9/2015 but till now i didn't get any status about my phone i went to service center and asked for my phone but they are saying that the phone has not came back to them from the head office, already more than 30 days have been over but still i didn't get any status regards my phone .

                      I have submited my tab p666 on dt 13/10/2015 for screen damage on service center (Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Dharampali Palace, Near Vinayak Hospital, Sector 27, Noida, 201301.) its said your phone is replaced after paying Rs 4500/- and i agree to pay. but till now i have not received our tab p666 (approx 30days). what i do.

                        Dear All,
                        I had always been a Blackberry user but in world of Smartphones, I also decided to buy one smartphone and I purchased on Micromax A-350, Canvas Knight in September 2014.
                        It is sad to note that it has been approximately 1 year (warranty is on 1 year) that has passed and my Micromax has been declared dead by the Micromax service centre.
                        Clearly I have every reason to believe that the Phone was designed in such a manner that it just last for 1 year.
                        All buyers I have also developed opinion that Micromax is just a cheap Chinese phone.
                        Buy Micromax at your own risk.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is as per your telephonic (Mob No.[protected]) discussion had on 08.11.2015 regarding the complaint raised by me regarding non-delivery of my LED TV from your service centre.

                          I have raised several complaints regarding this issue, from 12.10.2015, but so far neither from your service centre or from Micromax no positive results have been put forth .

                          Details of the complaint is mentioned in brief . Your product was delivered on 17.06.2015. and the TV stopped funtioning on dt.12.10.15 and on the same day I have contacted your Micromax coustomer care.

                          Micromax Service representative from( Bhudi Mata Khankal Haridwar ) visited our premises four days back and checked and found that the MotherBoard is not working .

                          And Second time visited our premises and repalced the motherboard but LED TV was not working and has taken the Micromax LED TV at his service centre on 17th and till now he has not returned the TV,

                          I have raced several complaints regarding the above matter, Hance i have left with no other option but to approch your good selves to resolve this issue at the earlist. As per your version you have stated to take the Job Card, but being a consumer we dont know what are the steps & rules to be taken .It is your service centre responsibility to give the Job card or any other relevant documents pertaining to the above complaint. Now I realize that I have made a great blunder to purchase this LED TV from your end .Also I like to state that I have a Panasonic TV and the same time of problem was faced by me and Panasonic representative resolved the issue within 3 days.This shows how much care they take for their consumers.

                          As per your instructions I am enclosing the Invoice copy of the above. Hence replace the TV or hand over the TV in good condition.

                          Your early action is awaited by warfooting.

                                We have purchased a tablet model No.P470 during Jan'15. During we given it to service centre due to nil battery back up. It came to us after one month. Subsequently, we handed over to your service centre viz.M/s. Sri Kalaivani communication on 26.9.15, service job sheet No.2075 for the problem auto off and battery back up issue. But not yet received it from service centre. Kindly provide us with new tablet.

                                  Sir my canvas spark q380 mobile has power on problem and i had given it to micromax care on 18th September 2015 at nellore district, andhra pradesh state. they said that there is a problem in the board so they said that it should be sent to the company and also said that the phone will be returned to me within 30 to 45 days so i accepted it but now 50 days completed still no response from them and when i asked about the mobile they are saying that the company hadn't sent the mobile. Do my mobile will be repaired ot not? when do i get my mobile? still how many months should i wait? do i get my mobile or not? please understand my problem and respond me. 50days completed but i still did not received my mobile. i had attached the jobsheet slip please watch it. awaiting for your reply.

                                      I was purchase micromax mobile in july 2015 but after 2 months its display not working so i give it to simran communication (micromax service center) but after 1 and half month my phon was not given to me and they continuously making me fool. then i mail to customer care at micromax but no satisfactory reply. i am very dipressed i want my phon back in good condition.

                                        Sir, I have booked Micromax 40B5000101CM LED TV vide, Invoice no.6A69FC/15-16/5082 dt.10.06.15 from M/s Vivek LTD. Mannnpakkam-Chennai by online shoping with Snapdeal order no.[protected].

                                        After few days the TV stopped funtioning.Hance i contected on dt.12.10.15 Micromax coustomer care.
