Sir ihave given my micomaxcanvasa93 mobile to vashi care center with job sheet no[protected] from 2 months i have not got my mobile they have have given my mobile to delhi center for repair.my mobile is in warranty, i tried calling care center but they are keeping my phone on hold.please sir give my mobile as earily as possible.

    Dear Ma'am/Sir, I had purchased a Micromax S300 from Karan and Co. M.G. Road, Chikmagalur - 57710. Kanataka. on the 19th of October 2015 for Rs. 3150/- . After having used it for about 20 days (from 19th October till 6th November 2015) it just stopped working. The hand set refuses to switch on no matter what. Specs: IMEI No: M-IMEI1: [protected] Battery no: S_IMEI2: [protected] On the 6th of November '15 I had given the same to your authorised dealer Sri Rama Telecommunications, M.G. Road, 6th Cross, Near Anjaneya Temple, Chikmagalur- 57710. They advised me to come the next day but when I went there they demanded for the original bill even though I had given them a photocopy the previous day as requested by them. They made me go home (about 6 kilometers away) in order to get the original bill. After producing this they kept me waiting for another half hour and then told me that they have to send the product to the company and it would take about a month to get the handset fixed. In the meanwhile I did try calling your help line[protected] but there was no response. This kind of customer care will not get you anywhere and I will make it a point to inform all my friends and others whom I am in contact with not to purchase your product because it is not worth the money and effort.         I have purchased micromax tab few months back. However the device got stuck after 4 months and I have given it for repair at Sai Mobiles service centre @ Secunderabad on 3rd Oct 2015.

        I keep getting SMS messages stating the device is repaired and to collect the same. However when I connect with Service centre they inform that its not ready yet.

        Its almost 1 month 10days. Still the device is with you only.

        My job sheet number - S[protected]

        I spoke to customer care and noted the complaint number - MX[protected].

        Any help you may extend to resolve is appreciated.

        Let me know if I have any other options aside to reach customer care, service centre !!!

        I do not understand meaning of warranty !!! seems its redefined.

          I recent purchased a micromax TV .I want to get it installed. I tried many times to their customer care number[protected]. They always put call on hold and play automatic voice note" Please hold the line, we will connect to customer care executive". Even spending hours no one responds to it and balance also gets deducted.

That their is green line on the display Once micromax technician visit at my place and said that it will replaced within 20 days But when i call at coustomer care they apways say one thing that its not yet approved.               I hav purchase a above said hand set in d month of August 2015 which is not proper in network and sound means which is not listenable since the purchase date.
              Our distributor said it is n having manufacturing problem. And always u people are changing ur service center hither or thither. 2nd time i am getting problem 1st it was Canvas2..

              Plz give me suggetion Or replasced it .

                This is to inform you that my Handset was given to Micromax Gallary, Mulund -west branch (refer attached WO) on 9th Oct 15 for display touch screen issue. Since last 1 month, i am without mobile handset and customer care executives & gallary staff are not giving proper response. I made a call to gallary staff as well as cutomer care for status every single day and always getting response that the handset is under repair and it will take 20 days. Now already 1 month have passed and still there is no positive reply from micromax staff. This is such an unethical support from Micromax. Every day i am talking to different persons and they are giving same information and straightway telling that it will take another 20 days. Micromax gallery staff informed me to send a mail to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com id for your queries and they are not responsible for dealy. So many mails have been exchanged with the said id. but there is no proper response from them also. Request you to look into the matter and arrange to resolve my handset issue and return it to me immediately. Reference to your ticket id- 129541 Or else pls change my handset as the same is in warranty.

                  My job sheet number s[protected].SET WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICE ON[protected].even after one month you have not returned after service.When contacted your office through phone number [protected] every week, Customer care people are telling like still not get repaired and they are telling you have to contact service center, If i call services center people is telling its in head office its in head office every alternative days, you have to wait 15 days 15 days it seems by telling this from past one month when i called them same dailouge, i am really feed off this . If mobile dont get repaired i told them to replay new mobile they are not ready for that also. customer care person was informed that your Executive would contact me in 24 hours.I don't whether your 24 hours is more than two weeks. Today when I repeated my attempt, I am asked they sait to wait for 15more days. This is too bad and worst srevices. Did I make a mistake by purchasing your so called product? . I told the customer care people and service center people many time to replace my mobile set but no use. from both side people are playing with me. If i dont get my mobile with in next week directly i am gonna a case file in consumer court, after that you people have to suffer a lot, i have recoreded the call logs also of they spoke i'll submitt those proofs in court. ( Try to replay my new mobile ASAP) sunitha

                    I bought the phone canvas Gold in december 2014 end and from last 4 months the battery easily gets die and maximum last for two hours after its get full charged.

                    My phone is still falling under warranty period. I want the Company to check the battery and if found above mentioned problem then replace it with new one.

                    If my complaint did not addressed within a week from complaining then i will raise a complaint in the Consumer Court, New Delhi.

                      Sir, Its my bitter experience by using Micromax handset in my life. I have given my handset Micromax Fire A 104 for repairing vide jobsheet No. N[protected] with promise to given back to me after 20 - 22 days. But it is to my utter surprise that even today the service centre is not confirming about the status of the handset. If company of this stature is not following there words then I am sorry to say that the handsets of the company are not worth buying anymore. The last mail was registered 4 days back in my name and if it is not delivered in time then I will be moving the plea to consumer court. Do flash the status of the handset at my number [protected].                         I want to complain about service provided by micromax care centre ratnagiri, Maharashtra.
                        please read following points carefully.
                        1.At micromax care centre working is up to 6 p.m.on 4th Nov 2015when I went at 6.10 pm the shutter was half closed.there were 3 customers waiting and I was fourth.they were waiting to take their repaired mobiles.but care centre employees were not opening the door and were not picking up the phones.customers came from far places to receive their phones but your employees did not respond.
                        2.secondly on 5th Nov 2015 I went before 6pm to change my battery.but the scenario was the same.your employees were not opening the doors.after many efforts evetually they opened.The language of your employee was very rude.he hadn't given me battery and said after 6pm we are not selling any parts.
                        further he rudely said don't come after 6pm even though i was there before 6pm.
                        I request you to talk with him and discuss the matter carefully.at last customers are very important to you.

                          My Handset has dead on 17 Oct 2015 . I have submitted handset in micromax care after 4 days he said you will get new handset on your home after this i got call on 27 October from micromax head office and he said you will get new handset within 7 to 9 days but still i did't get any handset and when i called in my micromax care, he said due to some technical reason you will get your docket number within 24 - 48 hours .

                          My handset has dead two times in one and half month and this is very surprise thing and now about replacement of handset, micromax customer care team making fool . i think this is very bad experience with micromax,

                              It's about mobile with jobsheet no. N[protected]. Mobile model canvas nitro A310 It was given for repair a month ago. The problems was it was not charging. But now when I received it after being repaired the same problem still continues and now it is out of warranty.

                                  Dear sir i deposited the unite 2 a 106 mobile on service centre rewari haryana on date 20/08/2015 for resolving the sensor problem and p c connection problem, job seat no. Is n[protected]. After 2 months company has sent me a old scratched phone which is in much bad condition than the phone which i deposited. This phone is not mine and i did not receive it. I require my own phone which was in very good condition. I have complained earlier too on 17-10-15, i got response from micromax care that i will surely get my phone in 1 week, but i have not got my phone yet. I require my phone in 2 - 3 working days.                                       I AYUSH SAHU has purchased my phone micromax A106 three months before..and i gave in service centre on 10 october 2015 for service.. My phone problem was that battry was heating alot..and wifi & bluetooth was not working. I am daily receiving messages from service centre that phone has been repaired..but when i go to take my phone .they dont give me back and ask me to come later..and they asked me that you will get your phone back by complaining in consumer forum..                                         I had purchase Micromax Doddle handset from NATRAJ CELLULAR NAGPUR on 04.04.15 within four month it has started giving problem.hence contacted to the Natraj Cellular he has send handset to Micromax service cenre for repairing.on 27.o8.15 after one month Micromax has return the handset but it was not working we have immediately submitted the hand set to Natraj cellular he has promise that you will get NEW HANDSET .he has shown us Micromax Job receipt Dt 10.10.2015 and given contact no of Mr.Amit of Micromax[protected] we have contact him he promise that he will give new handset within 8-10 days.After for 10 days I have contact him but he was not lifting the phone.hence I have conact to Natraj cellular he said that new hanset has come at Micomax servise centre Nagpur hence we had gone to collect new handset but it is found that the handset which was received was old used handset, we have return this handset.Till date we have not received new handset.
