What is your reply. self-going on sending mails to you, but no one is responding. I think Micro max is not having proper experienced back up team to solve this type of problem.
One day you all have to reply officially. I have started action against MicroMax.
Reply immediately and also kindly advise your service centre to hand over my set without change of any spare parts. Am not told to repair the same in extra cost.
Advise concern immediately to return the my mobile set as it is (without do any repair work. am not interested to pay anything)and confirm.

Every day morning am expecting your reply. But no response from your end. Kindly note this mobile is purely my property. Why you are keeping with you & your people are at all solving customer’s problem. There is no meaning of keeping on hold my complaint. I never expect from Micromax like this act, as a Micro Max is a Global Company is not solving small problem of customer’s. Kindly try to solve the same immediately.
Am really disappointed about Micro Max team service.
Please look & clear the above said without further delay before today COB. If my problem continues I will share my experience to my colleagues through my company portal and also will send all hard copy of our communication to your below mentioned top management team through registered Post.
Kindly once again note, am sure & promise I never done any mistake like liquid damage (because am using Car to office and other works). That’s why am fighting with Micro Max. Am also working in Corporate office (L&T). Am not interested to make foolish to your Company. Because of real problem only am going on pugnacious. Paying of amount is not a problem (INR 2500). we want honesty. hereafter self will not send any e mails to you and I will act as per my company’s legal Department advice.
If you feel I have done any mistake in this regard kindly regret.
This is my final request. I hope this time will get solution from Micro Max. (I had complaint on 13th August 2015).

1) Kindly go through first below mails from 13th August 2015 to 15th Sep 2015 then only you can understand my problem.
2) I had purchased Micro Max A 102 (IMEI [protected]/2815) phone on 06th Dec 2014 (Tax Invoice No: UTN 9859351).
3) My phone was worked well up to 11.08.2015, from next day afternoon onwards my phone display was not working. I have receiving Incoming calls and touch screen also working well. without knowing incoming phone no. am attending phone calls. Only thing is display is not working.
4) Then I rushed to service centre M/s Mobi Vision Old no:61 new No: 149, Kodambakkam High Road, T.Nagar, Chennai. They told this fault is occurred due to sweating. I surprised and laughed. Due to sweating mobile phone get repair? I told this is purely manufacturing defect only. At the time of purchasing they sold defective mobile to me.
5) Kindly note Am working Corporate office in Larsen & Toubro Limited, Head quarter Chennai as a Sr. Manager, and also am using always Car only. How sweating will come/
6) My request is this is under warrantee period, you have to repair the same in free of cost.
7) as per customer care officer (like you) request, self went to above service centre in Chennai so many times, but they are not at all responding properly and not giving job sheet .(as per their statement this is out of warrantee)
So I can’t go again to same place unless you should give proper e mail to me & service centre.
Am already preparing all detailed documents and to send through our legal department (through Notary) to your top management shortly by registered post.
If possible please solve immediately otherwise we will meet legally.

I have visited your service centre through Univercell, they told mother board is not working and also said water is there. Kindly note am using car to office am sure there is no water inside (No chance at all). Am not going to accept this.
If water is there inside, how incoming calls are coming & touch screen is also working.(only display is not there)
I had already send all details to you. am not have any job sheet no. because I had send the mobile to service centre through Univercell.(there only I had purchased my phone).

So many e mails I had send to you, still am not received any proper reply. If you are not repairing the same in free of cost, I will write a letter / e mail to your CEO also.

At the time of purchase no one was informed us regarding replacement of mobile is available only week time from purchase date.
We really surprised of your below reply. If any problem comes in mobile after couple of week time from purchase date, as per your statement customer has to do repair the same.
As a customer, I have paid full amount and Guarantee also available for my mobile. If problem comes, you supposed to change the set.
No one is interested to repair the mobile after immediate purchase. If you are in customer side can you accept this policy.(after immediate purchase you will allow to repairing the mobile).
Kindly note, whatever money they asked, we had paid. So we want good product. Every customers expectation is like this only… (not in defective product).
We never expect these type of reply from a leading Company like Micromax… Am also working in Corporate Company….
Kindly consider my request as a special case and replace the same at the earliest.

I had purchased Micro Max A 102 (IMEI [protected]/2815) phone on 06th Dec 2014 in UniverCell Telecommunications India Private Limited, Virugambakkam Chennai Tamilnadu.(Tax Invoice No: UTN 9859351).
The cost of mobile Phone is INR 8000/.
Within a month of Purchase date, the volume problem was started. Then I contacted UniverCell Telecommunications and it was repaired by free of cost. That time itself I asked to replace the mobile. Because no one was getting repair within a month of purchase. Any have they compromised me and promised no more problem will come in future.
My phone was worked well up to day before yesterday(11.08.2015), from yesterday afternoon onwards my phone display was not working. I have receiving Incoming calls and touch screen also working well. without knowing incoming phone no. am attending phone calls. Only thing is display is not working.
Then I rushed to same shop (Univercell) and handed over the set to them and asked to replace the same immediately. They told we will send to Micro Max Service centre and get it repaired. Any have I have handed over the same to them.(Copy attached)
Kindly accept this is purely manufacturing defect only. At the time of purchasing they sold defective mobile to me.
Am never expected from Micro max, this type of problem we will face regularly.
Am working in Larsen & Toubro Limited, Head quarter Chennai as a Sr. Manager,
Herewith I have attached my mobile bill copy & mobile handed over copy (univercell copy) for your reference.
Kindly advise me, where I have to get replace the my mobile.
Kindly note, am not at all interested to repair the same again and again. This is 100% manufacturing defect.
We are really upset of this and also we feel we have cheated by Micro max. Kindly replace the same immediately without further delay.
