I have purchased a micromax 32 aips200hd 81 cm hd ready television on 24th oct. 2015 online from snapdeal, which was received on 28th oct 2015. There was an offer of free extended warranty of 24 months with 12 months warranty. Now when i am trying to register for the EW there is no response from micromax. I am not getting any callback after so many messages. they are not even attending the customer care number.
Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Sir/Madam,

    I had purchase Micromax Max Canvas Spark Q380 in Snapdeal just Rs. 4999/- delivered from dtd. 12/7/2015. As on dtd.

    All mobile related problem as noted below:

    Day 1: After 10 days it was arrived some issue such as automatically stopped to work and shutdown and can't Start once again. Next day i had visit from my nearest micromax CSD inspection (104 Sri Arabindo sarani, Hatibagan More kolkata-700 006), the problem was fixed the same day.

    Day 2: After two days later it was arrived same problem. They had told me we will take your mobile for observation(15 Days) and change the battery. After 15 days i had get my mobile running like before.

    Day 3: After 5 days later the same problem was arrived once again i had visit your CSD inspection your relationship officer was told me we will send your mobile from HO Delhi for repair. After 10 Days i got my mobile and run like before.

    Day 4: 06/9/2015 Day a new problem was arrived auto rotation cannot done if rotate can not goto the privious form, take picture after saving picture show in reverse rotation back cover also not locked properly etc. Once again i'm visit today they had told me same like day 3 they and some PCB issue need 20 days for repair.

    More than 1 month my mobile in your service centre.

    Till date i'm not take any call with this mobile. im Just 24 days use that mobile.

    It is my request weather you refund or replaced i can't cooperate with you because its not a first time more trice times. I hope i will get a positive reply from your end.

      Dear sir What is your reply. self-going on sending mails to you, but no one is responding. I think Micro max is not having proper experienced back up team to solve this type of problem. One day you all have to reply officially. I have started action against MicroMax. Reply immediately and also kindly advise your service centre to hand over my set without change of any spare parts. Am not told to repair the same in extra cost. Advise concern immediately to return the my mobile set as it is (without do any repair work. am not interested to pay anything)and confirm. How sweating will come/ 6) My request is this is under warrantee period, you have to repair the same in free of cost. 7) as per customer care officer (like you) request, self went to above service centre in Chennai so many times, but they are not at all responding properly and not giving job sheet .(as per their statement this is out of warrantee) So I can’t go again to same place unless you should give proper e mail to me & service centre. Am already preparing all detailed documents and to send through our legal department (through Notary) to your top management shortly by registered post. If possible please solve immediately otherwise we will meet legally. This is for your kind information and records please.         My Micromax unite A106 phone working well up to 6 months from purchasing.
        after 6 months onwords it's giving a lot more troubles to me.
        on first time "Phone was getting hanged and i am unable to restart as well as switch off the mobile also",
        at that time when i reached Micromax service center (Chandra Layout, Bangalore) problem with software update, and they done with factory reset mode, and they given back the mobile to me.
        after i taking the mobile i checked for the problem resolved or not,
        within 10 min same problem happens again,
        i showed the problem to those service center guys,
        they immediately told "this is because of battery problem you need to replace with new battery it will charge 900/- even there is no problem in my battery the forced me to buy a new battery i refused their suggestion and,
        but i check with my friend battery also, same problem was happend i informed same to service center people they replied in hesitated manner."
        after a long discussion they taking my mobile and said that we will send this mobile to Delhi HQ service center to detect and fix the issue, it will take 30-45 days to come back. i said OK, i handover my phone to them, after one month i get my phone back.

        but within few days only i faced a same issue(hangging of mobile) and another issue is auto restating the mobile even batter charging is in good condition.
        i went back to the micromax sevice center, they taken my mobile and kept it for 10 days for checking purpose, within these in between 10 days period they didn't informed me about my phone status, i only every time called to service center and know my ph status.and one day they told your ph is ready you can come to service center
        and take your phone with you.

        after that call, i went to service center, i waited for more than 40 min they give my phone, when seen my phone they updated my phone with Kitkat OS to Lolly pop v5.0 os.
        and within few min only same problem arised in my phone(auto restarting/ switch off), i showed to them, and they told me this is problem with battery even my battery working fine.
        still i am facing the same problem with my phone.
        and i hesited with my phone, so please help to take a necessary action on that service center(M/S SUN TECHNOLOGIES, Micromax, 327/328- 10, Widia Loyout, Chandra Layout Main Road Vijaynagar Bangalore) about on their bad customer service.and push them to solve my handset issue, if possible "Please replace my handset with new one".

          I purchased this phone in October 2014. exactly after 6 months the battery showed problem (It was swollen). Since it was in warranty it was replaced. Moreover, the support centers what they claim to be don't respond properly. Most of the support centers listed in their website doesn't even have valid phone numbers to contact them.                 I had given my phone "MICROMAX A255", which is under warrenty for servicing at a micromax service center named M/S TELILOGIC COMMUNICATIONS, JALAHALLI CROSS, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA. I had given my phone on 03/09/2015, i did not get my phone back still and they are not even responding properly when ever i visit them. They had told me that i will get it back with in 30 days and it has been 2 months, i still did not get my phone still. i had been to that center for at least 5 time and also called them many times, from past few weak they are not receiving my calls also.                   Sir, I have Micromax Canvas Nitro A310. Its touch was not working properly, mostly time not working. I approached to service center, they sent it to company. I got back my phone in about 40 days. At the time of receiving it was working correctly but after about 10 days, its touch not working again. When I went to service center again, they said they have to send it again to company. After checking purchase bill, they replied sir, its warranty over. I said that i gave to you in warranty period, but the same problem arise again just in 10 days only? They put their hand up.
                  Sir, I bought it worth 12, 000 Rupees and before 1 year, it futile for me. My issue is that Company didn't repair it correctly that why same fault arise again with in very short period. Now what should I do to get it repaired again from Service Center?

                    I have purchased E455 on 29 Aug 15, but some time it's touch screen doesn't work, means u can not answer a call because that ring doesn't move to accept or reject position. Once I got it formatted also, but no use. And this problem is occurs only some time. For last 2-3 a new problem has started that phone doesn't charge, means it doesn't show the signal of charging (green light) and if light comes than also it doesn't charge. And today it took around 8-9 hrs. to charge 50%. Please solve the problem.

                      I bought micromax unite A092 online on Snapdeal.com in 2014-november. Within 3 months o[censored]sage, observed the mobile getting OVERHEATING while talking and also while under charging. So gave for servicing in Micromax service center in bangalore (M/S Carepoint, Near Richmond Circle) on 29/9/2015. They said it would take month to repair it. After one month(28 oct 2015) we went to get back the mobile. then found that Battery was changed with a very old/swollen battery. So we rejected it. After two days they provided some other battery, but found the SAME OVERHEATING PROBLEM. REALLY FRUSTRATED. VERY BAD SERVICE. CHEATING. BAD MOBILES.

                      Now they say it may not be possible to repair it at all. Please suggest what to do? Mobile is still under Warranty.
                      Request you to replace mobile with a new piece if not possible to repair it, otherwise return the money.

                          I bought a micromax canvas eg111 on last 30th october 14.But suddenly on 22nd october 15 it was not turning on. I submitted the handset to the jalpai more siliguri micromax service center. On 23rd octobern 15 .The manager of the service center mr.Anand mittal told me that he has logged in with micromax for my handset's problem but there is no reply from the company's side

                              Hi Sir, I have given my Micromax Mobile ( Model No EG111 ) in the Service center on 22 August 2015 and they told that winthin a week will be repaired. I called so many time in micromax service center (Sec -27 Noida) and told will be resolved in a 20 days after that called Gurgaon sevice center and register complain twice and when i called told will be resolved within 15 days and always falls committed to us and the customer care guy never resolve the problem.Never arrange any call from their senior, or never arrange any call back even after 24 hours.                               hello, I have given my Micromax Mobile ( Model NoA 109 ) in the Service center on 6 nov 2015 and they told that within 15 days will be repaired. I called so many time in micromax service center (Kalkaji new delhi 110019) and told will be resolved in a 10 days and the customer care guy never resolve the problem.Never arrange any call from their senior, or never arrange any call back even after 24 hours.                                 Respected Sir, Please exchange the mobile . I Bought a mobile of MICROMAX E 311 on 18.05.2015 At POORVIKA MOBILE PVT LTD Bangalore ( Mathikere Branch). At the time of purchase itself there is a Small vibration in display. It Increased day by day . Its not occur Continously No other problem yet . I went to your Service center in Jalahalli on, 9.9.2015 and gave my mobile. Now 1 month is over daily I am calling your service center, they are telling that no material s there . On 28.10.2015 i went There And Talk to them little rashly, they give back my mobile on 29 th when I given only display problem was there, but when they return back, sim is not supporting, its speaker is not working, they damaged the whole mobile by repairing only display On 30 th once again I went there, they are telling that there is a board problem. they want 45 days to repair it . we bought mobile for use not to kept it in your service center . i dont want that mobile any more because within 2 months itself it got complaint around 2 months its in your service center . for servicing a mobile you need 100 days ???                                   I have given my Micromax Mobile ( Model No AE90 ) in the Service center on 26th September 2015 and they told that the same will be repaired latest before by 14th october 2015. But not received yet and same time had called to Micromax on 9th October they given be Complain Number: MMX[protected]. And told will be resolved in a 20 days form the date of complain given.

                                  It is now more than 20 days. But not get any answer from them.
                                  when we called them they always proved another 20 days. Neighter resolve the problem nor arrange any call back from their supervise . and always falls committed to us.

                                  Yesterday they given us new complain number#MMX[protected]. against the customer care guy never resolve the problem.Never arrange any call from their senior, or never arrange any call back even after 48 hours.

                                  Now I need my money back.

                                  So, please check the above and do the needful.

                                      As per attachment attached i have purchased a micromax phone EG111 from Home shop18 the phone was dilvered to me by courier As i inserted the Sd card slot was not working the i got it repaired then every month the phone gets hanged all my data and phone no was deleted, the phone started getting heated, Android upgrade version was also not working then finally after consultanting the customer care of Micromax i submitted on 16/10/2015 to Micromax Service center As they told me we cannot repair the handset we will send the handset to Delhi then on there is no proper reply

                                        Hi Sir,

                                        I have given my Micromax Mobile ( Model No Canvas Nitro 2 E311 ) in the Service center on 29th September 2015 and they told that they have to replace the LCD and Display Screen and they need to send to head office and I will get the mobile with in 10 to 15 days but its already one month and still I did not recieved the mobile and when I checked with the service center they are saying again I have to wait another 10 days. I called to Micromax Customer care and they are saying that I need to wait another 15 days no one is not mentioning the time frame and what is the problem why it is taking time to get the phone repaired or replaced??? Even I mailed my problem to micromax support still I am not getting any proper reponse. So please look into the issue and take a proper action on the Micromax Service Center guys.
