I purchased one micromax canvas knight A350 mobile on 22.11.2014. There was some issue with the power button & volume increase button. Phone is under warranty period & so I went to one of their authorized service center. But they told me that this problem can not be done at their center, it is to be sent to their Delhi service center. With reference to the job sheet no. W030600 – 0915 – 19001057 dated 04/09/2015, my mobile was sent to Micromax office through on 04th Sept 2015 for repairing.

It has been told to me by the authorized service center that the mobile I'll be getting back in 20 days' time max. After 24th Sept 2015 I tried contacting both service center & micromax customer care almost 2-3 times every week. I had also sent mail, raise ticket & complaint also. But nobody bothered to get it repaired and deliver to the customer.
Now it is almost two months, I have not received my mobile. Surprisingly the authorized center also do not have any status of repairing, when it will be back. More frustrating is that I am also not getting any positive response from the customer care representative. Every time when I call used to get the same answer “It is in process and will get in next 20 days”.
Last week I called requested to return my mobile back as it is, don't want to wait any more. He told me that it has been initiated & will be getting back in 7 days. But I am still waiting and when I asked today about the courier details, came to know that nothing has been done. It is still pending, no action has been taken so far.

I am again requesting you to please send back my mobile as it is and I do not want to wait for micromax to repair. I have already waited for 2 months and I do not have patience.
If micromax can not repair if the mobile is under warranty period, it is shameful to the company and should close that product for selling. It is such a big company and can not do the service to the customer, the management should think about it.
