    I have Micromax Canvas knight A290 I am facing problem in my handset of charging it takes 7-8 hours to charge it only 25-30% battery.I am sure it is a manufacturing issue because I have given my mobile to service centre 2 times but they failed to solve that charging mystery. Even they replace my phone from new one but problem is same. I want you to look up in this matter seriously customers are not fool it is a big manufacturing defect what kind of services you are given just google it knight charging problem you will find lot of people complaining the same issue so its a request this time to sought out this issue otherwise I have to go through social media.

        I have Micromax canvas Knight model which was not working so I have submitted my handset at your Kalkaji service center however still I didn't get my phone back with replacement.

        Secondly, always they are extending the dates to return my phone. An executive at the service center has crashed my phone in front of mine, than how it can repaired.

        They even didn't provide me any kind of standby phone so that till the time my phone is getting replaced I can use the standby.

        I want my phone to be replaced and not repaired. Sir, please help me to sort out this problem on urgent basis.

        I have attached all the documents and new order no.in the attachment.

          I had bought this phone Micromax nitro A311 in 14 OCT 15 from reliance Digital, Vashi. this phone seemed to be quite good and in budget, but later as time will pass, this phone will show numerous problems like over heating, hanging, , poor battery quality, poor touch quality etc. I myself faced the problem of poor touch mechanics as one day my phone stopped responding to touch even after no physical damage was made to the phone like dropping or exposing it to water. When taken to service center they refused to fix this problem under warranty period as they say the problem is short circuit and has happened due to WET which is wrong and demanded 3200 rs . The customer SERVICE CENTRE, VASHI is pathetic and miserable

          Kindly help for refund, replace under waranty...

            The product mentioned above is worst product of the company. Company had given the one year warranty and just after completing the warranty period product the functions of the product stops working accordingly it starts working automatically

                Hi I Placed order for Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 on 22 July' 2015 on Snapdeal and received it on 24 July' 2015. After using it for just 15 - 20 days it suddenly switched off and never switched on again, as it was under warranty so I went to M/S Future Communication SCO-28, 1st Floor, SEC 41-D Chandigarh Pin code - 160036. After wasting my 4 hours they just said that they have to make this handset repair from Delhi and it will take 1 month to get repair. They just handover me a Job Sheet (Job Sheet number - N[protected], Job Sheet Date - 22/08/2015) and asked me to come after 1 month. After 1 month, when I called them to ask weather the handset is repaired or not, they start creating excuses and gave me a number([protected]) and asked to me call there and ask the status of my handset. When I called they asked me to wait for 15 days as hand set is still not repaired. After waiting for 15days when I call them they again start making excuses and again asked to wait for another 20 days. after waiting for 20 days they again said that the handset is still not repair as the spare parts are not available(Micromax doesn't have spare parts of their newly launched phone? wow!) and I have to wait for another 20 days. Its more than 2 months I have handed over the handset at service center and still not get my repaired handset back. Every time I call at Future Communication and Micromax service center they start making excuses. I also asked service center executive to transfer my call to any senior executive or manager, they said they will call me within 24hr but no one called me back. This is the worst experience of my life. Micromax after sale service is too bad. After this I will not recommend anyone to buy Micromax.                     I bought One MicroMax Canvas Xpress-2, on Dated 01.09.2015, Invoice No; chn_puzhal_[protected]
                    I bought this phone from Flipkart.
                    Seller Details:
                    WS Retail Services Pvt Ltd., Bangalore, Karnataka

                    PROBLEM: When make calls, The person who listen to me get lots of humming and tractor like sound along with my voice which was not tolerable.

                    Complaint Status:
                    Problem addressed to MicroMax immediately which they checked Online and claimed that Phone is OK.
                    I contacted Micomax several times, I was told to take phone to cutomer care centre, their moto was to linger the case to lead to one month.
                    Even I complaint Flipkart but they are also useless..
                    I continuously reminded MICOMAX about the problem which was very much there.Finally I took the phone to Service Centre at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 08.10.15, They told me that phone Mother Board have Problem and will take week to get repair.
                    I reqiested to provide me new phone and if possible upgraded version as I am not happy with this model. But they said company will decide about it.
                    Today its 03.11.15, after 25 days phone is still at cutomer service centre ..NO idea when get my phone.
                    this is the worst service I have ever had from any company.
                    If anyone can help..please suggest.


                    Almost Month gone my phone is with MicroMax Service Centre Laxmi Nagar New Delhi.

                        I have submitted my mobile in Micromax service center on 05-SEP-2015 but still waiting for receive my mobile
                        their was only voice break problem. Every time I call customer care they say you will get your phone with in 15 days and this way almost 2 months gone.they ALSO HAVEN'T GIVEN ME ANY BACKUP PHONE ALSO. I AM IN REAL PROBLEM ALL.Can you give my phone back. Micromax cheater. THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY PHONE.

                          Sir, I had purchased my phone Canvas A1 on 04/02/15. I started facing problem after updating it to lollipop 5.1. It became extremely slow and hangs a lot. After few days it suddenly switched off, I was not able switch it on. It always get stuck at the boot showing micromax symbol. I submitted my phone to the nearest service center on 21/09/15.Its already been more than a month and still they said my phone is not repaired yet.                             I purchased one micromax canvas knight A350 mobile on 22.11.2014. There was some issue with the power button & volume increase button. Phone is under warranty period & so I went to one of their authorized service center. But they told me that this problem can not be done at their center, it is to be sent to their Delhi service center. With reference to the job sheet no. W030600 – 0915 – 19001057 dated 04/09/2015, my mobile was sent to Micromax office through on 04th Sept 2015 for repairing.

                            It has been told to me by the authorized service center that the mobile I'll be getting back in 20 days' time max. After 24th Sept 2015 I tried contacting both service center & micromax customer care almost 2-3 times every week. I had also sent mail, raise ticket & complaint also. But nobody bothered to get it repaired and deliver to the customer.

                            Now it is almost two months, I have not received my mobile. Surprisingly the authorized center also do not have any status of repairing, when it will be back. More frustrating is that I am also not getting any positive response from the customer care representative. Every time when I call used to get the same answer “It is in process and will get in next 20 days”.

                            Last week I called requested to return my mobile back as it is, don't want to wait any more. He told me that it has been initiated & will be getting back in 7 days. But I am still waiting and when I asked today about the courier details, came to know that nothing has been done. It is still pending, no action has been taken so far.

                            If micromax can not repair if the mobile is under warranty period, it is shameful to the company and should close that product for selling. It is such a big company and can not do the service to the customer, the management should think about it.

                              Due to drenching of my mobile in rain it stopped working and gave it for repair (out of warranty) on 15th October 2015 with an assurance of an update as soon as possible. As there was no reply I wrote to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and also to the service center [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com. The job# S[protected] and received a reply from [protected]@micromaxinfo.com to have checked with the service center and can be collected on 27th October 2015 giving ticket# 129251. When I went to the service center they denied to have confirmed the status to anyone and the mobile is not ready as they are awaiting for a spare part. I wrote back to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and they apologized and confirmed to get an update from the respective team. I am still waiting for the reply from the micromax service center and [protected]@micromaxinfo.com for an update. It's 2nd November 2015 (more than 15 days) still haven't got my mobile back. Service center doesn't reply on email ([protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com). Please help to resolve this issue.

                              I received a call yesterday from suntechnologies_bangalore (micromax service center) and the engineers at last had discovered after about 25 days at suntechnologies_bangalore the display has a problem and the touch screen needs to be changed the exact reason for which I had given for repair.

                              I have taken back my handset in absolutely non-working condition today though I was told on the call yesterday (08/11/2015) the phone is getting switched on and it's only the touch screen which needs to be replaced for which I said NO as I am not anymore interested to continue to use Micromax. They have even damaged the handset's volume key, found one screw missing and also gaps can be see in the corners of the set.

                              My data, contacts and every thing is lost and I am going for a different brand.

                                सर/मेडम- मेरा नाम अकित कुमार हे मे झुंझुनू का रहने वाला हूं। मेरे पास Micromax mt 500 mobile है । उसमे GSM सीम मे internet नहीं चल रहा है उसमे data connection on करते है तो वहा केवल CDMA option आ रहा है तो इसमें कोई setting भेजो या नया version भेजो । ( आप से request h है कि जल्दि कीजिए )

                                  I have submitted my mobile (Model no. Canvas spark q380) at the micromax service center pathankot on 10/08/2015 under job sheet no. N[protected]. They said to me to wait for 15 days but after calling several time on 09/10/2015 they have given my phone to me but when i open envelop i found the phone in envelop is not mathing with my orignal mobile. The phone i have submitted is cnavas spark q380 buy the phone i found in the packet is a107 with network fault in it. On the same day or on 12/10/2010 i have deposited this phone at micromax service center and told them phone is not matching with my original phone that i have deposited with job sheet no. N[protected]. Today i have received a sms from service center that your phone has repaired but when i ask from the service center they says they have not received original phone again they received micromax a107 at the place of micromax canvas spark q380. Kindly help me micromax is mentaly harassing me.

                                        I am facing problem in my Micromax LED 50'', screen is not showing in my LED.So i have registered complaint in micromax, they promised to send any executive to my house soonest but no one has come for 5 days. i have made call again to customer service then they gave me contact number of concern person who supposed to come. now he is also not picking the call.my complaint no. is DEL[protected]. It has been 10 days, that i am facing this problem but company doing nothing for me.
                                        Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
