      I bought this mobile phone Micromax - CG410 on 14-Jul-2015. After around 10 days, the ringing volume of the set went low. A black line appeared in the middle of the screen and within a couple of days the screen went blank. It was taken to an authorised service center - M/S MARK SERVICES, 210, NAINA NEHA PALACE, 2nd Floor, Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand - PIN No - 831001 Ph. No. - [protected],[protected]. They took the mobile phone for repairs on 11-Aug-2015. They said that the mobile phone would be replaced and asked me to visit them after a month. On 28-Sep-2015, when we went to the Service center for the phone, the service personnel said that it was still in repairs and they had not received a replacement yet. We went on visiting the Service Center for updates but to no avail. Finally, the Service Center personnel handed over a refurbished set until the new set arrives. On 27-Oct-15, the Service center then called to collect the replacement. On 3-Nov-15 when we received the set, the set was again found faulty. It was returned to them and we are still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

        Sir. I purchased a tv but it worked only for two days . Since from last four days its not working i called to customer care but no one is picking the cal and no is responsible who are working there.now what shoud i do i want to return my tv i dont want this worst product. I need to raise the complaint against customer care. Please suggest.

          I purchased the Micromax Express 2 mobile in August 2015. Unfortunately its Touch was broken by its falling down. I approached the service centre at CHANDIGARH. I was given Job Sheet no N[protected] on 1/10/15.

          i was given One week time. But I regret that till today 4.11.15 after one month the TOUCH is not available with Co.

          Co. is freequently introducing new mobiles with no backup of spare parts.

            I bought a micromax canvas eg111 on last 30th october 14.But suddenly on 22nd october 15 it was not turning on. I submitted the handset to the jalpai more siliguri micromax service center.               Respected Sir/Madam I bought the Micromax mobile ad4500 in feb 2015. after 2 or 3 month it show touch and speed problem. I went to service center for solving phone problem first they said there is virus problem. i scan my phone with antivirus but problem remain same. then i go to service center again this they submit my phone. after 25 day(estimate) i receive my phone. but problem agian same. next time they said that your phone would be replace but after 1 month i received the phone with motherboard changed but not replaced. again i go there but problem not be solved. last time when i go there after 4 day of receiving phone they said ur phone liquid damage. i said them that i recived the phone in same condition in service center but they refuse to submit my phone. i make call 15 or more time on customer care no.[protected] they every time said after 24 four hour our team contact with u . sometime they said after 2hour or 4 hour they contact but no responce. sir i mail to company 2 time but n0 responce.my villeage is 35 km away from service center i go there by bus. i spend more than 500 hundred only calling cutomer care no, on fare 1000 and work lose 3500. totally i spend five thousand due to this phone i mention jobs sheet no N[protected] DATE 4-7-2015 N[protected]-18616019 DATE[protected] Last job sheet no N[protected] date[protected] my conatct no.                     I bought a micromax mobile canvas a1 in january 2015, i found some issues in the phone recently and so i submitted the mobile to my nearest micromax customer service centre on 8/oct/2015. It has been nearly a month now and i haven't received my mobile yet. I keep calling them and all they is that my device is sent to and is still at company, so it will be some more days to be delivered. I have called them and even company many times but i'm fed up hearing the same useless reasons from them. I'm really unsatisfied with the service they are giving to the customers. I want my phone repaired or a new device delivered to me very soon. I'm waiting for a positive response from you. Or else i'm going to lodge a case against the micromax company in consumer court.

                      Sir, This is to inform you that I, Raju Bhat, S/O Sh. Brij Nath Bhat, R/O H No.15, Lane 1, Sec 2, Kamal Nagar, Bantalab, Jammu, bearing the Micromax Mobile Model Canvas A 316 purchase on 12/08/2015 against Invoice No. 2015-16/1212 for Rs.12000/- from M/s Shivam Communication, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, want to file against the Co. because approx. after 1 month of purchasing the mobile, it does not work properly it is hanging at most of the time & when this issue said to the dealer they will suggest me to send the mobile to service center at M/s Dutta Enterprises, Shop No. 7, General Bus stand, Jammu, so I send the same on 21/09/2015 & they told me to collect the same after 20 days. But, I receive the same after 30 days dt. 21/10/2015 not after 20 days dt. 10/10/2015 of time & after 2 days of working the problem persists again in the mobile & draining the battery also occur which does not arises before sending the mobile to the service center. Then, again I gone to the dealer for the same problem but they again asked me to send the mobile to service center as I told them for replacing the same to the new one because as per co. norms it clearly written in the warranty card that if any problem persists in 1 year & the service will not helpful for you then the co. will replace the mobile but the dealer & also service center will not responding on that so I want to claim against them for replacing the new one & if you didn't assist me in this regard then i'll go to the consumer court for the same purpose.                         i went to shop to collect hand set. But it was totally in damaged condition its frame was cracked. i cannot imagine that it was mine phone. i want my phone in good condition rather new phone. already your service period is too large. how long i have to wait for my hand set.

                            Dear CEO, My name is Viral N Thakker. I am residing in Maharashtra (Mumbai ) .I have purchased A350 (B+G) from Ramdev Mobiles(Privilege partner of Micromax mobile phones) Mumbai 04 on 18th Octomber, 2014. From the day I purchased it has given me battery heating problem and also touch sensitivity . The touch sensitivity is also not up to the standards of the reputed canvas phone. I have also compared it with my friend who is also a Canvas user. I have shown this problem to the Shop Owner from where I bought and they have taken over the responsibility of servicing the phone. And also it has given hanging issue within 5 days of purchase I have not even installed or downloaded any software either.I approached Ramdev Mobiles (Privilege partner of Micromax mobile phones) Mumbai 04, they told me that the phone will not be replaced in any condition unless the MIcromax company feels the need. problem continued till July 2015 from date of purchase. brand new phone so why should I get it repaired then also 1 ) on 27.7.2015 i given for repair with W.O. no. W[protected] which is received by me on 14.10.2015 after several reminders which was not repaired properly. 2) Again Submitted on 19.10.15 in just 5 days with W.O.no. W[protected] which was received in just a week on 27.10.2015 Thanks for the same. BUT again came with a new problem which is HUGE that is network dropping within seconds which is shocking i tried with different 4-5 sim card but problem not solved as as per my technical knowledge once piece open for any mother board issue then as time goes it shows lots of NEW Problem like this. 3) Again Submitted on 31.10.2015 within 4 days with W.O. no. W[protected] . i strongly need replacement or refund. My IMEI no: - [protected] & [protected] Is this what called customer service? Why a brand new phone need to be repaired 3-4 times & that also in a Year !!! This time as a loyal customer I am not happy and am going to post comment in consumer forum for claiming further.                               I was loyal cm of micromax mobiles but recently my experience with the service centre at patna "s s telecom" broken my myth my a310 was submitted on 28-08-15 and till date i m covering the distance to service centre and at service center executives are bhaiya ji they say ek mobile kharid kar ehsan thode hi kar diye ho, aukat me rah kar baat karo".If person like these are the face of micromax at customer service.They playing with the brand.
                              I m gonna lodge a consumer complaint for harrasing against micromax and ss telecom.

                                Dear sir i deposited the unite 2 a 106 mobile on service centre rewari haryana on date 20/08/2015 for resolving the sensor problem and p c connection problem, job seat no. Is n[protected]. After 2 months company has sent me a old scratched phone which is in much bad condition than the phone which i deposited. This phone is not mine and i did not receive it. I require my own phone which was in very good condition. I have complained earlier too on 17-10-15, i got response from micromax care that i will surely get my phone in 1 week, but i have not got my phone yet. I require my phone in 2 - 3 working days. Its been more then 40 days i report to the mobile problem my phone is in service center of having a very Minor sensor problem of auto rotation. Kindly see in to the matter.                                     1. I brought a Micromax canvass Dodel 4 mobile from Vikash Mobile, Tibri Gurdaspur (Punjab) on 23 Aug 15 for a sum of Rs 7800/- vide bill No 166.

                                    2. But few days the mobile shown a black spot on the left side of mobile without any cracking/broken in the screen.

                                    3. I liaise/complain on the said incident to the Service Centre of MIcromax Mobile Gurdaspur (PUNJBA). But he refuse to take any action on the matter. He said that the said incident have not cover in the warranty period.

                                    4. After two months without any broken/cracking, it is seen that a black spot on the screen.

                                    5. Please take needful action.

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      I purchased micromax nitro2 on june 26 2015.I have faced my problems with this phone. Firstly on the month of August the MIC of my phone was damaged and i gave it to the service centre and they returned me on mid of September and after few days the battery was damaged and again we submitted to the service centre and they repair it on 29 october and when we reached home with our phone on that day we saw that the ringer is not working and when we show it the service center and they told us that the ringer was damaged now and will take to repair 15-20 days around .We really now got fed up with your phone.We faced 3 problems in our last 4 months after the phone purchased and we really now screwed up with all this.we have spend rs10000 on this phone and we really have to face many problems.
                                      Now we want compensation and cooperation from your side.We need either to return our money back or replace our phone as soon as possible.
                                      Its a humble request to you please give your feedback as soon as possible. I m waiting for your reply.

                                        My phone was given for repair as it use to freeze while booting. Your service center located at Panvel, Navi Mumbai named "Krishna Teleservices" has taken my phone for repair on 30/09/2015 and it been above a month but I have not received my phone back. Even after calling your customer care they ask me for more 15 days grace. I only request you to give my money back as I had very bitter experience using Micromax.
