Really, I am facing same problem. whenever i called any customer care executive they insulted me by interrupting phone. After lots of follow up till now i don't get my phone back. I submitted it before 2 month. If we can do something collectively to take action against company. suggest me.

    Date :-5/08/15 When I reached to the service center(Old bus stand Ghaziabad) for repairing my mobile which is under warranty right now..After opening my mobile one guy named "Panditji" told me that there is damage problem and the charge will be 600 hundred rupees only for jack.I replied that Why are you taking so much amount then he told 'ok 500' after that 'ok 400' then '300 isse kam nahi'...I want to asked that is it a government job? Can you not fix price for anything? And after that I denied for giving him 300 rupees..then he close the mobile and I left that place.After that I saw there was a new problem loudspeaker is not working.What the [censored] is going on that guy's mind..why he did this? Please take any action against that guy otherwise I will file case in the court.Thank you..

        I bought one Micromax Canvas Tab P666 with IMEI: [protected] online from the micromax website. I got it through D2Hshop.com. The purchase date was 8/6/ 2015. When I received it I realised that it is defective. The complaint was Sim Card not detecting. So I gave it in Micromax service centre, Tinsukia, Assam on 22/6/2015. They told me that it cant be repaired by them and they have to sent it to Gudgaon and it will take almost one month.After three weeks I got a message that it is repaired and I can collect it from service centre. I went there and found that it is not repaired and same complaint is there. They told me that my Tab is not repairable and it will be replaced from the head office. They took back the old Job Sheet and gave me a new one dated 16/7/2015 and the Job sheet Number is *E[protected]* . I have not received it till now. When I ask the service centre they are telling some silly reasons and when I call customer care no [protected] they say that it is already dispatched and is with service centre. The service centre people say that it is not despatched from the head office.What I should do? Now it is going to be two months since I bought it and I never used it. So now I need my money back and I need the reply as soon as possible over phone or by Email. Now I regret deeply that I bought Micromax Product and will never do so.           I had purchased micromax AD4500 from chennai on 5TH June 2015. Had problem with the touch malfunctioning within few days of purchase and went to M/S Ocean mobile care, Velachery, Chennai on 27th June, 2015. They told me to give the phone and, told that they will have to replace the touch and took my phone away. Having waited till now when ever i call them they keep telling me that they did not get the spare from the Head office. Please help me either to get my phone back in a working condition or a new replacement as am well within the warranty. Am losing my patience because of the pain and agony that am going through. It is a very worst service from micromax. Making calls to them every day is of no use and they also tell me to contact the Head Office of Micromax My job sheet no is : S[protected] I WANT MICROMAX TO EITHER REFUND MY MONEY BACK OR GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT MOBILE. IT IS NOW MORE THAN A MONTH AM WAITING TO GET THIS DONE. WORST SERVICE FROM MICROMAX I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.                 I bought Micromax Mobile 07/08/2014 and it went dead in June so i submitted my phone in Bhopal service center- M/S Trisha Enterprises and request number- *N[protected] dated 22/06/2015 but till this date i.e 05/08/2015 i have not received any information regarding handset. I also tried to contact micromax on their website and i was provided with a complaint number[protected] and no action was taken. Despite of my many attempts they are not responding in any way and my handset is still under warranty and i am facing a lot of problems. Kindly help.

                  Really pissed of with the Micromax Kalkaji Service Centre, I bought Canvas Juice A177 (Black) in Feb 2015 with warranty of 1 yr, after using it for some time, the sim card slot stopped working in June 2015, I complaint it on customer care number where they suggested me to submit it at service centre, I submitted it at Micramax Kalkaji Service centre on 13th June, they told me that the phone will be repaired within 20 days, I waited but still not repaired and now whenever I am calling to service centre, they keep on pospoting the days, the still telling me that it will take another 10 days, and now they stopped responding to my calls, I really dont know whether they gonna repair it or not, please someone help me in getting my phone..                   I got a very pathetic experience from Micro Max Service Centre in (ADITI INFOCOM FLAT O 1ST FLOOR SOUTH PATEL NAGAR NEAR PATEL NAGAR

                  This is the issue regarding Service i purchased micro max mobile model number micro max canvas A104. on 11th Nov 2014 . after 5 month it having problem in display touch Screen . so i give it to service center ADITI INFOCOM FLAT O 1ST FLOOR SOUTH PATEL NAGAR NEAR PATEL NAGAR METRO STATION GATE NO 6 NEW DELHI 110008 on 16th of July 2015 . job sheet number is N[protected] . and they say time of 12 days maximum.

                  After 15 days received massage via VM-MMXSER (DEAR CUSTOMER, YOUR DEVICE DEPOSITED WITH US UNDER JOBSHEET NO N[protected] HAS BEEN REPAIRED, PLEASE COLLECT IT FROM THE SERVICE CENTER REGARDS MICROMAX SERVICE 30/07/15 12:48 PM.)

                  i follow-up again & again service center ADITI INFOCOM they again same excuse your device not repaired so wait after 3-5 days, then finally we are again visit in service center and your executive asking your device is not repaired so wait after 1 week then I call you otherwise teak your device and repaired to other laceration, So after 20 days I not get my phone repaired, so i am again complain on customer care number[protected]. They gave complaint number MMX[protected] .
                  its 20 days completed now . still i m not get my phone back nd repaired. this is my life worst experienced i ever faced in my life. after sale service is too very 2 poor & bad that i dnt have word to explain it . I am not satisfied with micro max. The service centre people are very disappointing..

                  I hope you take some action on it soon nd i get my phone back repaired otherwise in this situation no one gonna buy micro max phone in future ???????????????????...

                    1st Complaint posted on July 4:- I have got a complaint on my Micromax canvas knight A350 was not charging. Their Ernakulam Service Centre (GCDA Complex Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala) told me "its charging slot defective and it has repaired by only our Delhi service centre". I agreed that, and they had take my phone and give estimated repairing days 8-10. I was trying many times to contact them trough phone but they were not responding. After 11 days i have got a call from Ernakulam Service Centre and they told me "they have not send my phone to Delhi so please cooperate us for some more days for repairing". I am very very dissatisfied for their responsibility and service. So I am take it back from their. I am also regret to purchase Micromax Mobile such a higher amount Rs. 19649/- Mobile age is just 11 months only. 2nd Complaint :- As their request I had resubmit my phone in Authorized Micromax Service Center at Alappuzha on 17/07/2015. But yet now it has not repaired. Second time I am facing the same problem from Micromax Team. I am very disappointed from theirservice/responsibility and treating a customer. I want to repair/replace my phone at earliest otherwise please give my money back. Its warranty period. After my first complaint I have a call from Micromax and they suggested to claim my local service bill to micromax.[protected]@india.com and I had mailed my service bill, also no reply from their side. Now they told me wait 10 or more days for parts replacement. It has no warranty due to service from local. So please keep Rs.[protected] for service. Therefore I have lost 1300+2500= 3800 rs for this phone with in warranty period. Good support and good service. Congrats Micromax for cheating me. Keep going.

                        With reference to the Job Sheet no " W[protected]" My Micromax tab was handed over at your service centre in Bhandup (dreams Mall) Apparently the service centre is now shut and nobody seems to responds to my calls/messages. However, its been nearly been 5 months and I still haven't received the tab. The person who I was in touch with at the centre, kept on assuring me of a date for receiving a new tab, but to my dismay off late he too doesn't seem to respond. I had called your call centre several times, spoken to your executives (Amit Kumar) once and also a chat with the service centre's Manager (@ Bhandup Mumbai), the conclusion of the chat was he clearly told me " I wont be able to tell the Status" is this how you guys function or reply to your customers? Your executive tells me the service centre has been shut down, is that my problem? I have been patient enough for the past 5 months and I don't see why it would take 5 months to repair a tab? The Manager at the service centre assured me a month ago that the tab has been dispatched and I could come and collect it, ever after that, he has not communicated to me on anything. I am done calling you guys, writing to you and chatting with your service centre people. All I have been getting to hear from you'll is fake assurances and automated responses that my query would be answered to in 24-48 working hours. Please do get back to me at the earliest.

                                I had purchased Micromax tab P480 on 23 May 2015 from Reliance Digital Express, Durg, But on 9th day, the screen was not working, so I had put for repairing on 6 June 2015 in micromax service center at Jalgaon (Maharashtra). But till date they are not able to repair it. My Complain No. with them is WO[protected] My request is that it was only 9day to purchase and the product was under repair. The Company must replace the product.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have submitted my mobile on dated 27/06/2015 to micromax service center M/S P M Agency Near Caltax Chhak, . Gitagram Kurudui Road, Angul759122 ph [protected], [protected] Service Center people told me you may collect your mobile next day in evening On next day Evening they told me your mobile was send to Bhubaneswar service center and you may collect your mobile after one week. after one week they told me your mobile has been sent to our head office New Delhi so you may collect your mobile after 15 days. Further enquiry with M/S P M Agency they were not give me the proper feedback or information regarding my phone. Then i was called on Micromax Customer Care no [protected] many time and their executive give different feedback I book my complaint on 17.07.2015 copm. no. MMX[protected] then again they book complaint yesterday comp no. MMX[protected] First Conversation with Customer Care :- they told me your mobile is replaced and it will reach shortly to your service center. Second Conversation with Customer Care :- They told me your Mobile has repaired and dispatch from here by today evening or next morning. 3rd Conversation with Customer Care :- They told me your mobile is under repaired after repair it will dispatch. 4thConversation with Customer Care :- Your mobile has dispatched contact your service center. 5 th Conversation with Customer Care by today about 3:00pm :- your mobile reached to your service center so please collect your mobile from your service center. but service center was deny that there was not receiving of your mobile. 6 th Conversation with Customer Care :- New Complaints generated and told me you may collect your mobile within next 15 days.                                     Dear Sir,

                                    On 04.08.2015 one call from +91 [protected] asking to send a mail of Bill and Job Sheet of my mobile and told get response within two days; I immediate send the mail with Bill and Job sheet but till date no response from Micromax ;
                                    As I have suffering a lot of for using of mobile so In this mean time I contact with servile center M/S P M Agency for giving me another mobile for use but they do not give any mobile for use; Today I call on Micro max Costumer care [protected] at 12:50AM Costumer Care executive Mr. Aniket told me you have to wait for next 15 Days. Kindly do the needful for my mobile as earlier.

                                      My micromax model A120 are not found me i give it for service in service collection center in dausa (303303) and i contact to center they told me i am not responsible so try to try help me and i contact t o center in 5 time so help me lastto day 11 august 2015 i visit the center and center manger told me micromax is a wrong company so

                                        Date of complaint - 25/05/2015 Instrument code - Micromax EG111 (CDMA + GSM) Complaint description - Mobile instrument not getting switch on. Service centre confirmed mother board issue. Job sheet No. - W[protected] Service Centre details - D R Telecom, Borivli, Mumbai 400092 Contact no[protected] For over 2 months I have not been given solution to the issue. In the last week of Jun-15, I was given New GSM phone, whereas, the very reason I bought Micromax EG111 is due to its CDMA feature. I am coordinating with one of the representative - Santosh Shinde Territory Service Manager- Micromax Informatics Ltd. Mob No- [protected], but even he failed to give me the solution. Even there is no update on the issue raised by me. Need a solution at the earliest.
