My previous jobsheet no. was- N[protected], that was on 5 june 2015. After 2 months of trouble and by contacting customer care around 20-30 times, I got my mobile back on 7 august 2015, but my chief complain that was of touch is still the same, along with that the problem of volume down also came, when i contacted customer care they deposited my mobile again with new jobsheet- N[protected]. I cant face all that headache again. Now sir i dont want my mobile back, i just want my money back. I am having the proof of old jobsheet that i m attaching u with this mail, and new jobsheet with the same complain, and the conversation with micromax as a proof. i am going with all this to the consumer court.

    Hi how are you. My name is Deepak singh. I purchased micromax unite 2 on 8-3-2015. this is the faulty handset and I hardly used it for one week. After that it used to hang and restart again and again. I had gone to your authorized service centre k.s mobile ambedkar road Ghaziabad, for regarding this problem.those where checked this problem they said the pcb plate of the phone was opened .due to this it became out of warranty and u have to paid rs 3500 for changing pcb plate but I told him that when there is not scratch in the body and screen of the phone than how it can be possible that the pcb seal will be opened from the inside of the phone under warranty. I told him that it is in warranty than why should I pay for this faulty handset. 2. After that I took my phone to another authorized service centre service zone tele centre ambedkar road. They saw the handset and said from where you opened the handset u have to give the handset at there only for repair. I told him that I share this phone with another authorized service centre they said it is out of warranty. 3. I just go here and there from last 3 months . but they have not given any positive response . I m not satisfied and to much frustrated for the service of micromax . thank god it was only a 6500 rs mobile. I will quit micromax products in future and find other options. I was never think that micromax have really very poor service. No will listen a customer problem there. 4. I am sending you some pitures of my faulty handset and the reply of authorized service centres. 5. I asked service manager how the mobile became ok. The service manager told me it will became ok by the company. We cant do anything because of this pcb board. It became out of warranty we cant accept this mobile in warranty. 6. I told him that if mobile is faulty then why customer will suffer. That is the company responsibility not the customer.       Dear sir, I am Vikas C. Sable i have purchased the handset (Micromax A290) on[protected]. There is a issue in my handset which is related to charging and Display Problem & I submitted for repair on 26th June 2015 & Job sheet no. W[protected] (Dani Industries Pvt. Ltd.), but till today i have not received my mobile phone duly repaired. every time i visit to micromax care they told me come on next day, Very non sense answers by Services Center Vasai (Dani Industries Pvt. Ltd.) & customer care executives and they also don't have a professionalism of how to behave with customer a lapsed a 2 month they are still saying that more 10 to 15 days required for repairs and gave a new job sheet no W[protected]. Really pathetic experience from Micromax Services Center.

          I bought the micromax unite A106 last year in November . Now its not working properly I have not even completed an year with this phone. Its still in the warranty period on 22nd July 2015 I even got it checked from the authorized Micromax Service Centre in Sector 20 Chandigarh, They kept the phone with them for a seem and returned me on 28th July but still I am facing the same problem Its getting on and off again and again.All my official calls are getting missed because of this. I even spoke to your customer care number [protected] but I have not got any solution to this problem. I have even mailed on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but no solution.I have put reminders one after the another . But no solution.                             I am also in same situation.

                            it is more than a month and still it is not serviced.

                            Service center (S3 Communincations) in Bangalore, they are giving sarcastic answers like it is in Head office, what we can do.

                            I have posted my concern on FB page twice and getting an answer raise your complaint on Micromax website, i've did that too.

                            Emailed Micromax no response yet.
                            Trying to understand what is causing the delay.
                            I think Micromax is releasing Phones without proper service equipments and motherboard stock.Mine was reported as Motherboard issue in 6 months and not sure why it is taking a month to just replace the mother board.

                            Either they don't have replacement motherboard and too many phones for same issue.
                            I am IRRITATED...ANNOYED...FRUSTRATED by their service, customer care.
                            I was thinking on lines of buying Micromax TV, after experiencing this kind of treatment, i can't even think of it.
                            This is going to be my last association with MICROMAX.
                            Thanks for ditching your customer to the core...MICROMAX.
                            Atlease please return my phone as it is...I can think of other options instead of calling you everyday thinking that i will get my phone.
                            Please return my money or return my phone.
                            I f i am not going to get a response will be filing a case.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Micromax Canvas Knight (A350) on date[protected] of about Rs. 20300/- (Image of the bill for the proof is attached) There was a problem in touch of the phone on date[protected], i went to micromax check point (sector 41d, chandigarh). They said it will take about 10 days, and you need to submit the phone and we will send it to Delhi.I submitted the phone, i went back after 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, 40days. But my phone was not returned to me. After 43 days i got a message that you phone is ready.i went to take my phone. The touch was ok.I came back to my home.But i found the receiver of the phone (from which we listen during the phone call) was not working properly.i went again they said you need to submit the phone for about 10 days.after 12-13 days i got a message, i went to take my phone.The receiver was ok, but the loud speaker of the phone was not working.They again submit it and said take your phone after 10 days.after 10-15 days i went back to them and the camera lens and back cover of the phone was broken (there were cracks). i could not see at that time.I got my phone back.When after 2 days i went back to them, they refused to accept that the camera lens and back cover is broken by them.I needed to pay for back cover and camera lens of about 700/- and 200/- respectively.They fixed it. But there is a problem in speaker again.This time they said you keep your phone with you. we will order your speaker, when speaker will be purchased, we ll call you and put the speaker into phone at a time.After 10-12 days i got a message that speaker is ready.i went there and they put the speaker but it did not start working, they said may be wrong speaker or wrong part is received.Again i waited for 10 days. and a new speaker was ordered by them from delhi care.i went back to service centre for the speaker, again they put the speaker in the phone but it did not work.This time in the process of opening the phone they broke the back cover again, and pretend that they did not break. I saw my phone at that time and found broken (back cover) then by repetitve saying to them they accepted that yes back cover is broken by them.and they gave me a slip to but the back cover without charges. ( image of the slip is attached for proof). For the speaker they said you need to submit your phone for about 30-35 days because they complete plate ( mother board ) will be replaced. ( Need to send Delhi).Then i said to them please arrange 1 phone for me to use within this period, how can i adjust without phone for more than a month.Then they said submit your phone next week, we ll fix your speaker and back cover.They asked a week time to arrange phone. After all this Micromax send me a new phone in February. But now after using the new phone for only 3-4 months, i m facing the problem again. I only used wifi-hotspot one day for about 2 hours to use internet in my laptop. But touch of my phone stopped working. A touch screen mobile is dead if its touch is not working. I somehow managed to buy a another mobile (2nd hand). just to avoid interruption in my professional work. The care person are saying that your warranty is over, (Date of buying of old phone[protected] But after replacing i got new phone in February 2015. (So my warranty should be from Feb 2015 to 1 year) As i have used this brand new mobile from 4-5 months only. How can warranty be over. Please help, i have never sleep in peace after buying Micromax A350 from the last one year. I m fed of all this. Please do something. A middle class person con not afford such costly (20000/-) mobile to be in care for more than a period of 4-5 months. The proof of buying the phone (Bill) and replacement slip is attached.                                 From last 30 days, I m suffering from problem o[censored]nrepairing of my micromax A300 phone i contact to customer care many times they told me parts not available in service center so they further transfer my phone but after 25 days they return my ph to service centre without repairing it now they told me to again wait for a week what I will do now ...I buy my ph on 31 nov 2014.and it shown prblm frm last 2 mnth i first submit my ph to nearby serivce center ..they even dnt touch my ph to check after that i was took my ph to anoter service center of micromax and they only give me a ans that it will take 20 days 7 days when m forcing them they only told me less time limit as 3 days but did nothing ...m suffering from around one n half month . please enquire into the matter.

                                  Hi, I had submitted my phone on June 25 2015 to the micromax center in Anand located at Gujarat because my phone touch screen was not working, just 6 months back only i purchased, they told me you will get Phone within 30 days but till now i had been to the center So many times, but till now not yet to repair. they told part is not availble in micromax. more then 45 days is finished, i am realy sad on this micromax brand. service is very worst in micromax.I had mail micromax for this but still they have not replay and please some one file case in police station against micromax because which customer care number they were mention in their site was not answered anyone.Before i had give phone for repair in nadiad but after one day phone touch not work so i give that phone in anand care but still they are told me that 10 more day each time they were told 10 day.

                                      Hello Team, I want to report a case. I am suspecting that this is a fraud case but am not sure about it. Case: 31st July 2015 I had placed a complaint on consumercomplaints.in after which I received a call from [protected] (Sachin Verma); he informed that he was from Consumer Complaints and he wanted to help me. He asked to send the service center details along with Job Sheet Scan copy to info.[protected]@india.com 1st/2nd Aug 2015 He called again and gave an offer that the phone will be repaired in another month or refund of the invoice amount can be done to my bank account. He asked for Bank Account and IFSC Code and A/c holder name to be sent via SMS. now he told that he is from Micromax India.he told that he doesn't need anything else. I gave details over email, as i felt secure to share such limited information. 3rd Aug 2015 Now I called him on [protected], he told that he will transfer the call to refund department (I don't understand how he transferred or joined another call t another person). Now they asked me to take the ATM Card and visit the ATM to be able to receive the refund. But I am uncomfortable following this process, and thus reported this to Cyber Cell to verify who is this person. Sachin Verma [protected] info.[protected]@india.com I even tried to contact Micromax Service Center on [protected]; but their phones are either busy or no-one picks up.                                         I Mayur A Salunkhe, purchased mobile phone of Micromax company on Nov-2014 from a shop with one year warrenty period. While using this phone initially I faced the problem like heating of the phone at the time of charging, hanging, etc. But as per other user’s opinion this problem is common with all android phone hence, I ignored the problem. Before 2 months, suddenly touch pad of the handset stopped working. As a corrective action I visited an authorized care center of Micromax (Mobile Mania) situated in vadodara on 15.06.2015. They asked me to submit the phone for repairing purpose and told me that you will get it back after 10-15 days. They issued me a jobsheet (Annexure-II). After 10-15 days, when I called care center and asked for my phone. They answered me that “ Parts are ordered from the company as parts will come we will repair your handset and it will take 10-15 days.” Then I called micromax at its constomer number in Gurgaon. They told me the same thing. This number which is provided to help the costumer but reality is if you called on its you have to try for many times. In few cases, you can reach to costumer care executive. After continuous follow up with customer care executive and care center, I got my handset on 10.07.2015. I checked it for almost 10-15min and observed that touchpad problem was solved and left the care center with a hope that mobile is ok. After 1-2 houre when I started using internet on it I observed following problems: 1. Blinking of mobile screen 2. Automatic shut down. Problems gets worst this time. I contacted customer care. They told me to show the handset at care center again. I refused him to submit the handset for another month although problem was there after initial service. I told him I had taken this mobile for use not to submit it to care center. I don’t want your phone I want my refund. I warned them that I am going to take legal action against company at consumer forum. Still company haven’t any courtesy to know my problem. Then this time I submitted handset to an authorized care center at my hometown Aurangabad. When my father visited the care center, the man at service center refuses to take the mobile for repairing and said that we can’t take it show it to care center where you submitted it previously at vadodara. After so much request he agree to take the mobile by saying we will try at our best and we need 30 days but we are not sure and they issued me a new jobsheet Meanwhile I was trying to call and mail to company with the help of Akosha team. I am attaching total communication that I had with company in Annexure-IV. I am very disappointed and harassed by micromax company and its services. As a customer if I choose Micromax as my first android phone, and I got such treatment from company, is it my fault? I am middle class man who paid 15, 000/- for a phone which was in care center from last 2months. In this total troubling and frustrating period company never try to communicate me and assure me.
