I m Priya from mumbai last week i give my phone for repairing in M/S careTelecom in CST Mumbai-01, Tel :[protected]/67492121 and moblie:- of micromax service center but right now my phone is not done and i call to this service center they are not rply of any call this is bevaiour is very wrong please take action against this center

Dear Sir/Mam, It is very surprising to write here that i had made complaint with micromax call center on dt. 23/07/2015 vide complaint no. Mmx[protected] and again telephonically complaint on dt. 28/07/2015 and talked to Mr. Salil Sr. Executive for complaint of Mr. Naveen Saini Manager of Service center Jhajjar regarding My mobile i.e. Micromax canvas a 350. But no action is taken by the company on this. As per customer care information on Job sheet no. N[protected] issued to me my phone is lying with service center jhajjar from 24/07/2015 after got repaired from the company. But Mr. Naveen Saini ASC Manager of service center is deniying and telling lie that phone is not with them. Reception person is also admitted that we have received the phone but now he is also telling lie with his manager. Two times complaint has been made by me but no response is given by the company. What can be understand by this? Further it is stated that first time i had given my phone to service center jhajjar on dt. 22/.05/2015 for change of display and it was returned to me on dt. approx. 16 june but after use of few hours the display was fadding means defective display was fixed. Very next day i again submitted my phone on dt. 17/06/2015 and it was told me by service center staff that we will send it to compnay for repair. Thereafter phone was returned to me on dt. 06/07/2015 after got repaired from company. But again after use of few hours display was fadding means no repair work was done by company. And on dt. 7/07/2015 i again submitted my phone to service center jhajjar vide job sheet no. N[protected] on dt. 07/07/2015. Now i am waiting for my phone. As per customer care phone has received at service center jhajjar on dt. 24/07/2015. But they are not giving as already point out. It is my humble request to you that as i am suffering without phone from approx two and half months and since waiting for phone. You are kindly take strict action on Mr. Naveen Saini as he is telling lie again and again from last ten days for my phone you can kindly check the status of my phone as i am attaching the job sheet issued to me.

I submit my pH Micromax A105 at 13july BT still service center say that not correct.they send to company .n I daily call to Cc care they told me from 25july wait fr 15day.I launch 3complnd also BT not help n last day I call to cc care again they told wait fr 15day.really bad exp it.my pH touch is not work.BT from 13july under repairing wat is that its long time.my home is 2500km far from Hubli n my study is completed n I m going to my home at 10aug.kindly context me at my no [protected] and [protected]. kindly help me pl give me my phone before 10aug rgds yogesh

I had visited the Customer care centre of micromax at trivandrum(M/s CONNEXIONTC No.2/2442-93rd Floor, Menathottam Chambers, pattom, Trivandrum-695004, Kerala)Ph.No.s[protected]Landline), [protected](M) and given the MMX219W data card(IMEI/ESN No.[protected], Model code, SERMOB446 and they have given the Jobsheet date 27/'7/2015, barcode: S[protected]. They have told me that the replacement has to come from DELHI and will take about 25 days.Please explore the case and arrange the replacement at the earleist. I am worried about the online purchase through Snapdeal which is the first experience for me.The Micromax customer care is not at all customer friendly and I saw a lot of people making quarrel with them about the service which was very old ay 6 months or above. Please arrange the replacement if possible through your esteemed company M/s Snapdeal itself.

Dear sir, I have deposited my mobile handset under warranty to micromax customer care M/S Netsol Associates, Rehabari, Guwahati, Assam on 13 Jun 2015 with problem of no audio on loudspeaker, screen not working and low battery backup. It was imtimated by the service centre that it will take 10-15 days as speaker is not available and order is being raised for the same. Till now after almost 1 and 1/2 month passed the problem is not rectified and no surity is given about how many days/month it will take for rectification. The fully worst company i have ever seen in my life having very pathetic response. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Jobsheet no[protected]

Dear Sir, I purchased a Micromax A120 Canvas 2 Colors in October 2014 from Sri Ganganagar but now suffering a problem of keypad (Second lowest line in keypad i.e. zxcvbnm is not working). I went to service center on 1st Aug 2015 at 12.40 pm for solution but without even touching the phone they denied to service the phone by saying come with your phone on Monday to deposit it and it will take 10 days I request you to raise this issue as aprox. all custoners are facing same in Sri Ganganagar service center of Micromax Mobile.

I bought micromax mad for 8500 rupees in july 2014, and for repair of touch i gave it in august, but after one month they gav me my handset with someone else battery, and its touch stop responding plus neither i can charge it from port, please invest some more money but never buy cheap Indians set. Especially micromax

I have given my A075 in the service center at M/s The Mobile Care(Delhi) B-36, Gurunanak Pura, opp V3S Mall, Near Maharaja Bequett Hall Laxmi Nagar on 19th May, 2015 under warranty period. the problem in my phone is that my phones software and camera is not working properly, the Job Sheet No. is N[protected], later it was told that it has been send to repair factory then after they replaced my phone with other model no. A109 on 26th June, 2015 and told me that my phone is not in the condition to repair, Then after 2 hours i found that the Swap phone was also have many problems. so i return to the same customer care service center. On inquiry about it they are giving the same answer that my phone is still repairing. Its has been more 3 months . I m not getting my phone. The Customer care service center executives behavior is not good they speak rudely, and always give the same answer " Mam aur 15 Days Lagega". i am tired to listen the same answer for the past 3 months. i need to get my phone repaired or replaced at the earliest. Please help me to sort out this problem.

HI, I got a very pathetic experience from Micromax service centre Howrah – West Bengal.I had a problem with my touch (Mobile is in warranty) and i submit to Micromax service centre - Howrah on 20th July 2015, but even after 15 days I have not received mobile back to my end still they not resolve the problem. and not proper respond by this executive. I have purchase on dated 03 / 04 / 2015 from anisha telecom, guwahati - 781001) . But unfortunately from the date purchase it was so many problem raised with this product to use it (Like - battery problem, sound problem, network problem and so many) . battery discharge 2 hours continious, vodeo problem, hang daily morning restart when mobile work, screen see but call incoming And out-going but reply is out of coverage area or swithed off.go to 03 time authorised service centre in vimannagar but still date problem not solve.when whats pack start then mobile problem start highly hang.plz requist give new handset.or go to consumer court. net not working. 03 time software updation in service center, my data is loss EXM.contact no, massages And other.

Hello sir...my micromax mobile model A 102 purchased in feb 15 got unserviceable with the problem of 'power doesnot switch on' under warranty and submitted to service centre, M/s simran electronics, sanjay place, agra(UP) vide N[protected] dated 16 June 15. After passing almost 46 days, didnot get my mobile. This is the pathetic condition for any user...as well it shows the casual and unprofessional approach by the company.However, i only, interested to know how much time your company do need to fulfill my requirement.
