Bar code no. :- W[protected] Model : Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (Black & Gold) Name : AMMAR GAZDAR Place : MUMBAI Respected Sir, On 06/08/15 I had written complain to micromax head office. Next day I recieved a mail from them saying "they will be able to resolve the issue in a short span of time but all in vain. Nothing has been done till date, two months have passed since 18/06/15 when i gave for repairs. Ridiculous. I request your goodself to ask them for replacement of the handset to new and simultaneously increase the warranty period which lapsed during repairs. Thanking you in Anticipation, Ammar Gazdar.

    Respected Sir/Madam, , My name is Sunny Barai, I am from Gujarat, , i am having a complaint againt company name Micromax, , regarding cell Phone, , Now they are not replying when i am having problem in Phone. Sir I purchased phone last 8 months ago, model no :- DOODLE 3 A102, but after only 3 months problem started and the cell was not working, , (Problems :- automatic working of bluetooth and wi-fi, , unfortunatly all application stop working, , half key pad not working..etc) . instantly i submitted the phone in service centre situated at jamnagar, , and the cycle start. Sir every 7-8 days they returned me the cell phone and replied that now its okay, , but there was no solution every time after 2 days same problem persisted, , one by one i submitted my cell phone around 6 times and their response was same and still yet the problem is not solved, , around 3 months they kept my cell phone, , again past 7 days i have submitted my cell phone in service centre, , i mailed on email add given on the company cell phone box, , but on one email id the mail is not delivered and on one email id the auto anwer is replied that with in 24 hours company will contact me, , but after complaining 3 times there is no reply from the company, , also i called on the customer service number where an executive answered that u forward us the cell phone we will go over the matter, , Sir thinking to get a fast and positive answer from your side, , Thanking You, Sunny BArai [protected] sjbarai.[protected]@gmail.com

      Dear Chairperson, I the undersigned has purchased a Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 mobile from an online retailer ebay on 09/06/2015 using credit card. The product was faulty from the day I received it. Multiple problems in the device relating to hardware & software both. The device serious technical issues and it right to say that Micromax mobile had manufacturing defect. I had nothing but paperweight in my hand. Dear Chairperson, I the undersigned has purchased a Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 mobile from an online retailer ebay on 09/06/2015 using credit card. The product was faulty from the day I received it. Multiple problems in the device relating to hardware & software both. The device serious technical issues and it right to say that Micromax mobile had manufacturing defect. I had nothing but paperweight in my hand. I contacted ebay through email to ask for a refund of money as they were offering 30 day ebay gurantee. After few days ebay declined my request for refund on pretext that this device is under manufacturer warranty and we can not refund. Finally I visited Micromax service center on 29/06/2015 with Job sheet ref no: N[protected]. To my surprise Micromax offered my to repair the handset by updating software, I explained the whole situation to the person attending me and requested them to get it replaced as this handset has multiple technical issues and manufacturing defect. I somehow managed to make them agree for a replacement but they have asked me to wait for 3-4 weeks to get it replaced. After a long wait of 4 weeks I received a replaced handset from Micromax service center on 25/07/15 and to my surprise firstly they have changed the color of handset back panel from White to Blue without informing me. I somehow tolerated this however the final heart stroke was waiting for me. “Most disheartening” the replaced handset had all the issues which I had with the original handset and there was one more issue added replaced handset was not reading the SD(memory) card. “Thank you soooo much Micromax for giving me all these hassles and pathetic product supply”. I am a working woman and it is very difficult for me to continue visiting the service centers every now and then. I have now submitted my handset again to the same service center on 01/08/15 and this time they have not given me a new Job sheet rather they said this issue will continue with the old Job sheet and it will now take 45 days to complete the service request. So I again have to wait. How on earth govt. allows these companies to work who don’t have any ethics? I asked my brother to deal with this and on 08/08/15 he visited the store, where he wasted 3 hours to get a new Job sheet. Lots of people were reporting similar issues. Now the new Job sheet has a date of 03/08/15 and the fact is they have received the handset on 01/08/15. I am now completely done with Micromax. new Job sheet no.N[protected]

          I have purchased micromax A089 set it is still in warrenty period, but I am unable to getting repair of it because of improper working of service centre. They are saying connector of mobile is missing and it will occur cost for repairing it. And I am suffering this problem from two months. Please pay attention for this. Please resolve my problem. Your bad service treating like this has wasted my lots of time and it has occurred other loss too. Please resolve my problem. I have also tried to complain on helpline number but no one is picking phone. Such a bad response I am getting from your company.

              Dear Sir, I have given my phone canvas knight A350 on 9th june after 2 months My phone is came to service centre in sangamner but touch is not working of my phone thats why they recollect without giving me my phone and send to service centre without asking me and without my permission and now they are saying more 30 days required and it will charged 2400rs after my phone is in warranty when I had given mobile to service centre but now warrany has ended they are saying it is damaged case. But when I had given my phone at that time my mobile is in warranty. They also give me new jobsheet dated 13 aug but i had not sumbitted my old jobsheet when my mobile is in warranty and on that date is 9th june 2015. Please take immediate action against it..                 14/8/15 I went to micromax service centrer at udupi. While taking the phone for repair they took the battery as well & made me sign on form stating 'no battery' taken. Even though I protested the employees abused me. This indecency cannot be tolerated. The service center is 'vishwas services'(micormax care, udupi). My mobile must be returned with battery intact on my next visit.

                  I have bought a micromax mobile (Canvas Knight A350 - Black Gold) in Oct'14 with IMEI No. [protected]. In June'15, one problem observed in this handset i.e. - Not switch On. Then I submit it to micromax customer support center at M/S Shiv Communication Ballabgarh (Faridabad). They repaired the handset & returned around 15th July'15. That handset worked for 2 days but again new problem started i.e. - Display started fluctuating & became white, touch screen not working & speaker was also not working properly. Then again i submitted to same micromax care center on 25th of July'15 (Could not submit it immediately because i was out of station). But since then i am regularly follwing with customer care but no solution received.

                    My micromax Mobile A121 was working abnormal.There was a problem in touch.I submitted it at service centre on 23-06-15.I visited centre five times after a gap 5-6 days in each visit.Executive at centre said to me that they sent my phone to company Even i made a call to customer care no. [protected] on 12-08-15 & 13-08-15.Executive said to me that it may take 20 days or more to come your phone back from company as there is too much pendancy.NOW I AM FEELING THAT I HAVE COMMITED A MISTAKE BY BUYING THE MOBILE OF MICROMAX COMPANY JOB SHEET NUMBER:- N[protected] DATED 23-06-15

                      Hi, This is Iqbal Singh. I Just want to share my worst services for Micromax. I have purchase One Micromax EG-116 Convas Blaze HD on dated 11/06/2015. after third day of purchasing i have facing touch problem and contact repeating twice in phone. Unfortunately I m out station i am not able to touch with service centre. When I m coming delhi on 20/06/2015 i have submit my phone complaint in Laxmi Nagar Service they said some software problem and they update my phone software and returned to me within half and hour. after 2-3 days same problem comes again in my phone. Again I have submit my phone in Laxmi Nagar Service Centre on 24/06/2015 again they updated software and returned back to me. Third time on 27/06/2015 again touch problem comes on my phone then i took again in service centre they said go to Jagat Puri service centre they change your touch hand to hand we are unable to change due to touch out of stock. I have to go Jagat Puri service center on 01/07/2015 for taking complaint for touch. Service center people submit my phone for touch replace on docket no: 17640167 and assure that we are delivered within 6-7 days or inform us if handset goes to company for repairing. After 10 days when I call to service centre they said me your handset goes to company for repairing it take approx 20-25 days. Its very pathetic when customer call to service centre then they will update the status otherwise no one take responsibility for inform status to customer. anyways, On 25/07/2015 they (from service centre) call us for collect your handset and your handset is repair. On 27/07/2015 i go to collect my handset and back to home. after 2 hour reaching home i am facing network problem then again in evening for same day (27/07/2015) again submit the handset in service centre. they again submit my handset on same previous docket no: 17640167 and said within -1-2 days they resolve the issue. after 3 days we take followup they said your handset motherboard has faulty its can be replace from company. Finally I got my handset on 07/08/2015 after change motherboard. Mr. Rohit In-charge of Micromax Service Centre they do personally cooperation in all this matter and assure me now I am not facing any kind of problem in handset. I appreciate his cooperation. After 2-3 hour after taking handset I am facing same touch problem which is facing 3 days after purchasing the phone. I immediately inform to Mr. Rohit to same problem in handset. They suggest me please re submit the handset again. Now Today (08/08/2015) I have submit again in Jagat Puri Service Centre under Docket No: 18436843. Now, Please help me and advice what can i do. sometime i thought i have purchase this phone for service centre for improving his R & D. Now I asked to Mr. Rohit for Refund the Amount. I Don't want this handset. Please help me for refund 100% Payment against this Handset. Any further communication regarding this matter please contact me any time on [protected] / [protected] Iqbal Singh I Have post same complaint on 07/08/2015 and 08/08/2015 but still i don't have received any reply from company and service centre. Please help me refund the full amount.

                        Dear Vineet Taneja ji, CEO at Micromax Infromatics Ltd. 21/14 A, Phase-II, Nariana Industrial Area, Delhi-110028 SUB: UNATHORISEDLY AND ILLEGALLY CHANGING OF FULL UPPER BODY AND TOUCH OF MY MOBILE I had purchased a mobile set i.e. Canvas Elanza 2of your reputed company Oct. 2014 from M/s. Smart Hub. That in July 2015 it was having overheating problem. On 28.07.2015 I deposited device to your authorised service centre i.e. The Mobile Care (Delhi) B-36 Guru Nank Pura Opp.v3s Mall, near Maharaja Bequett Hall, laxmi Nagar – 110092 for repair. At the time when I deposited the same it was in Brand New Condition. On 11.08.2015 I received a call from the authorised service centre to collect the mobile; I went there on the very same day. When I collected it from the counter, I brought to the notice of concerned customer care executive that my full mobile body including touch has been changed. She initially pretended, false excuses but on my specific query that overheating problem of phone/battery is no way concerned with touch of the mobile and there was no requirement to change the body of the mobile. She only agreed to change chrome panel and had asked me to come after 10 days. That customer care executive was sitting on counter no. 1 on that day, who had acknowledged to change the crome panel in writing on the back side of the Photocopy of the job sheet. Through my this mail I want to brought in your knowledge that My entire upper part of my mobile body had been totally changed including touch of the mobile during repairs and local touch and old body including old crome panel had been used in my mobile. Your are requested to return my original parts i.e. entire original upper body and original touch of the phone to me with in next 7 days failing which I will be having no option except to start appropriate legal proceedings against you entirely at your cost.                             On 11 July 2015 I purchased one Micromax Canvas Juice 2 (AQ5001) from Reliance Retail Limited (Unit No 3, GF, Premises No 140E, BT Road, Kolkata - 700108 / CIN NO: U01100MH1999PLC120563) with in 10 day I found the display getting out while some video running only audio is working and mobile set screen appear as blue back screen mode, as usual I try to remove the battery but I found it get damage ( although no information is given in the manual neither in the cover box that the battery is non removal)anyhow I went to Micromax service center (SUPPORT MEDIA - 108/110, B. T. Road, Opp. ISI Main Gate, Kolkata - 700108)for get full support from Micromax Service though the item is under guarantee. As per service center they said I have to pay the charge of new battery then only they can recognize what is the problem with the phone. I agree to pay the charge of new battery and ask them to replace it immediately they keep my mobile for allotting new battery and ask me to come down after 15 days along with their Invoice No. 4568 Job Sheet No.[protected] dt.23.07.2015. I made vigorous followup to the service center to get my mobile back in good condition but yet they are unable to return back the same. If the company lonch new set in the market they should have lonch along with the accessories then how I am not getting back my mobile ? even the manufacturer is also Indian. Please lend me your helping hand to get my mobile back or else refund my purchase money. Regards Sujay K Nag

They said that they missplace handsets back battery cover. Now they are not entertain me and give next dates to meet. So please help me to get my handset back.                                 Hello, This is vishal soni and i had given my phone in service center i.e. V Care Mobitron who always say to talk to customer care and cutomer care say to contact service center and both are not helping and making me full . This people even not returning my phone which i gave in macromax service center and now its more than 2 month my phone is with them. so like to make people aware this macromax brand is unless better to go for samsung or other brand.                                   I have submitted my Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114 on 10th July, 2015 at Micromax Care Govind Nagar Kanpur UP for repairing of power switch problem. Firstly they told me to collect phone after 2 Days but when i inquired about my phone after 2 Days, they said that it is not repaired and informed to collect the phone after one week. From that day they are providing one week timing regularly. I am not to get my phone yet and no correct information they are providing. When I asked them for how much time it will take to repair, they are communicating rudely and irresponsibly . Its been more than one month and still I am not sure how much time it will take. Note: They promise to give service in one week. What should I do now. Please help me.

                                    I bought micromax x253.. I got a problem from the next day of purchase. Noise sound coming while talking in a call. After that i gave it to service center. They took 15days to service it... After servicing i am facing same problem. Very worst service and they are making very worst product ... My money is wasted..

                                      Hi Sir, I have purchased Micromax Knight 350 on 07/11/2014 and the battery cannot be getting charged due to the plug issue since the last month. Then I approached one of your authorised service centres at Cochin ( Usnaz Tower, MG Road, Opp. Medical trust Hospital, Cochin -682016) on 17/07/2015 and got assurance as it will be repaired within two weeks. Since I have contacted the dealer after 2 weeks period, they informed me as it will get repaired within 2/3 days. However this has not been adhered even after the 3 days and they are reiterating the same tenure while calling the concerned dealer. I have phoned the dealer on 07/08/2015 and got reply as the parts have not yet reached and will get return back on 13/08/2015 without any delay. I have phoned on 13th morning and got reply as I will get it at 3 PM and it was a really irritating reply while phoned at 3 PM, it will take another two weeks to get my device repaired. I spend over 15000/- on your product and supposed to get the intact services without any delay. I ought to have the assured warranty for the item or will it possible to get a new phone. I need to get prompt response for my concerns otherwise; I will step up with further legal actions. Kind Regards, Ani Ajayan

                                        I have lodged many complaints but till date i have not received and response from ur side. I explainted my complaint many time that keypad my this set works automatically. When i press backspace buttom it does not work and then i restart my set and use it. But after some time same problem. Kinldy do the needful as early as possible so that i may not suffer. only 2 months passed when u purchased this set.. With regards Davinder singh [protected]
