    My mobile Micromax A089 has problem in software & nothing was available on display so i given to authorised service centre (M/S AKS care) in Lucknow on dated 16/06/2015. My jobsheet number is N[protected]. Firstly service centre person told me that will call you after a week-with solution- but service center did not solved that problem till now and he totally fails to honor the given time line. Now we moved for my collection of set after receiving the SMS from Micromax today (30/07/2015) & at service center visit person told me that display is broken by you & that was totally surprising for me. My mobile is under warranty & expecting at least the honesty from service center on repairing the thing as soon as possible. During my whole waiting period he never communicated me the episode of Dispaly damage. A solid action is necessary on this topic.

      I have purchased an A190 hand set on 11th sep 2014, since then i have submitted the phone to your authorized service center 4/5 times for different nature of problems. once it is repaired it hardly works for 2/3 months well then again some problem arises. some time it is hanging whenever using it or sounds were creaking, contact list copies automatically, handset restart automatically and many more.

        I bought a micromax cell phone model No.-C 200 On 08th Of December 2014. my phone got dead in the last week of april 2015. then i contact to service center. After one month they give me a Micromax C192 and they told me that micromax is not making C-200 that's why they are providing this phone C192 In stead of C200. But as a customer i am not happy with this phone C192, because my previous phone had a camera and lots of things. but in this phone.. features are not like C200. So i didn't received that phone from service center. my job sheet no. is *N[protected]* and i am also attaching my job sheet copy and bill copy also, kindly find the attachments. i am also giving my mobile no, it's [protected] and [protected]. you can also contact me on my mobile.

            I purchased micromax nitro a311 model on 20/04/2015..after one months o[censored]se the network and camera was not work so I gave the mobile for repair on 01.06.2015 for repair at (SOLUTION POINT) at Bally. The collection centre assured me that the mobile will be repaired or changed within 15 days. Now it's 60 days over I had still not received my handset.Now everyday i got a message that your mobile has been repaired plz collect it from the service centre.when i call service centre they say that now your mobile is not ready plz wait some days. what kind of service this...               It has been 3 weeks my 32GB of card is not showing the option n though it shows camera pictures in the gallery...I don't know what is happening in my phone all the time...if one problem is solved another comes!!! Jesus knows...I'm fed up with this... Please help me to fix the problem...

                my mobile micromax A104 has broblem in display touch so i given to authorised service centre(M/S ocean mobile care) in tamil nadu at 13/07/2015. my jobsheet number is s[protected]. fist he told 15 days time period of broblem solving. but he did not solved that broblem and he did not mention perticular time period. my mobile in warranty. this is second time i am facing this same problem. fist time display touch changed in same service centre and he take more then 45 days.
                now I am asking every time he told me wait for few days .

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  I have bought one micromax unite 2 A106 in october2014 .About 7 months works properly.but some problem occured in june -2015 .problem was phone was not switched on. So i have submit this phone on 27/06/2015 to gaurav communication (micromax service center in panipat).till date 29/07/2015 .phone is not repaired . they are telling that it will take 10-15 days more. Already one month is over. Pls do needful to get my handset back in proper condition.

                    my phone is canvas a110q (out of warranty ) my phone has some software issue like charger not respond, memory card corrupt, battery drainage so i go to durga communication ( service centre of micromax sitsuted in paschom vihar b-1 new delhi) customer executive sugggest me to change my phone's mother board nd after that he charged rs. 1800 from me on 8/7/15. afer 1 week he gave my phone but problem was not solved... and afer that i was many time visited to the service centre of micromax. manager of service centre mr. pankaj sukheja was not respond me properly and other people. whenver we want to talk him ( mr. abhishek sukhija ) he goes out of service centre immediately by making some excuse. today is 29/7/15 and till my phone is not working properly i have visited atleast 4 time after recieving my phone but it has same problem . they are making excuses but not done my work.
                    so here by i request you to solve problem as sooon as possible

                      Dear sir/mam,
                      I want to file a complain about Micromax mobile and his service center .I purchase one mobile i.e Micromax canvas 310 on 24th of October 2014 . For first 5 month it runs smoothly. Later on April first week it starts hang .suddenly it throw some error and shut down .That time i give it to care and they suggest me, i will get back my mobile within 2 days, after 2 days i called and then i get to know that they send my mobile to head-office and it will take 10 days .Again i called after 10 days and they said give on next week .Like this they will take 1 month /Again i use it for 2 month and again i face the problem and i gave it to them .again they told me that i get it in 3 days .after that i called them but they didn't pick up the call. I tried for more than 30 times but they didn't pick up the call. Next day i called and get to know that i get my mobile on this Saturday i.e on 1st of august .Today i called there and they said it will take 10 to 15 days .I am totally fade up with the service .Again and again i have to face problem .Service person didn't respond to call .You cal also fine so many bad reviews about this service center .

                        Hello all, on 2 june 2015 I buy my new mobile micromax bolt q335...after 1 week by mistakely my mobile fell down and the display is broken..I take my mobile to service center in kalyan west..I give them my mobile..they said it will repair in 10 days..after i went to service centre they it will take more 10 to 15 days...till now[protected] i not got my mobile..they said the diplay part is not available...worst company ever

                          I have submitted my phone(A 350) on 11/06/2015 (1.5 Month+) there was some problem with the charging so the phone was not able to start. I have called the customer service no at least 20 times and still i get the same response that you will get your phone in next 15 days from almost a month and when i ask them that i wanted to talk to your senior they don't even try to connect the phone and request me to ask for a call back and i have done the same so i have request for the call back from there seniors at least 5-6 times and till now i didn't even get a reply. about 10 days back i asked the representative for the multiple that i wanted to talk to your senior now only i get a chance to talk to the senior named Mr. Amit Singh and he told me that he is going to send me my phone or a new phone by end of this month and it will be dispatched within a 3-4 days but i its still not dispatched and after which i never get a chance to talk to him as all the senior are busy and 2 days back i got a cal that your phone can not be repaired so you have been given 3 choices and you will get a cal tomorrow so that you can think and decide but till now i didn't get a cal.also the phones they are offering cost less then my A350. i am just frustrated by your service and the type of response provided by the customer care representative.

                            I have given my handset in micromax service center(M/s The Moblie Care) near nirman vihar metro station. The handset was submitted in month of March but till today i haven't got my handset back. The problem was the speaker. my phone was under warranty and now there is no warranty for that set.                                 I bought a new micromax canvas juice 2 mobile within one day it hanged . during some times touch didn't work properly . i[censored] play subway surfers and if there is a. Call for you while playing the game touch didn't responses properly . I suffered a lot like this . not only I suffered but also I got more anger on the dealer . he too didn't responded me properly for this hanging remedy. At the time of hanging I have sufficient space in my ram (1.2 GB) . I can't tolerate this

                                  I bought my phone on sep-14 and i got problem on my phone on june-15 . Phone not charging . I think the charging port will be problem . .They said to change the board .The customer care take nearly 25 days to service .They called to get the phone but while charging again same problem . They took nearly two weeks but still i not get my phone. They are saying we are working.

                                    This is P.SRINIVASA RAO.I bought a micromax A069 mobile on[protected] .It got repair on[protected] problem reported is SIM EMERGENCY Job sheet no MX638 I gave my mobile at Ramesh communications chirala(service center) .IMEI/ESN NO:[protected]/[protected]. Till today i didnot get my phone. I think 70 days is a big enough time to repair a phone.So, i want to know when should i get my mobile back.please take necessary action and send our phone as soon as possible.

                                      I bought Micromax Canvas 4 (A210) Mobile before 2 years back.
                                      I was facing some connectivity problems with computer and other source while operating. So I went to Micromax service Centre in Hadapsar (M/s Tech Telecome) on 25.07.2015.
                                      They told me as they don’t have any service and software available in their Hadapsar branch and just asked me to go Swargate branch in Patil Plaza (M/s.S4 TELECOM).
                                      When I went to Swargate branch they are not giving token number due to no power supply and ask me to make a call on branch number. But when I called on branch number nobody was answering the call. After asking to them why are you not answering the call I got answer from them as we are providing service only area wise.
                                      You suppose to go Hadapsar branch only.
                                      I am strongly disappointed of Micromax service which I got from Hadapsar and Swargate branch. People are fighting with me. They don’t have manners to talk with the customers.

                                      I will never buy any Micromax product in my life again and also I will tell to my colleague and relative to do not buy any product of Micromax Company.
                                      Because of your service and talking very cheaply manner of both branches I took these decisions from my end.

                                        I have purchased Micromax Canvas Gold A300 (White-Gold) on[protected] from amazon. Now on[protected] i had a problem in my phone as its touch was not working and i went to Micromax service center in Gurgaon (Shop No-A3-A4, F.F, Devi Palace, Opp. Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon) but they refused to rectify the problem saying that it was a liquid damage and liquid damages are not covered under warranty. But in actual there was no liquid damage in the phone. The fact is that Micromax refuse to rectify all major defect in the phone saying that it was a liquid damage.
