Dear sir/mam,
I want to file a complain about Micromax mobile and his service center .I purchase one mobile i.e Micromax canvas 310 on 24th of October 2014 . For first 5 month it runs smoothly. Later on April first week it starts hang .suddenly it throw some error and shut down .That time i give it to care and they suggest me, i will get back my mobile within 2 days, after 2 days i called and then i get to know that they send my mobile to head-office and it will take 10 days .Again i called after 10 days and they said give on next week .Like this they will take 1 month /Again i use it for 2 month and again i face the problem and i gave it to them .again they told me that i get it in 3 days .after that i called them but they didn't pick up the call. I tried for more than 30 times but they didn't pick up the call. Next day i called and get to know that i get my mobile on this Saturday i.e on 1st of august .Today i called there and they said it will take 10 to 15 days .I am totally fade up with the service .Again and again i have to face problem .Service person didn't respond to call .You cal also fine so many bad reviews about this service center .
