I have purchased an A190 hand set on 11th sep 2014, since then i have submitted the phone to your authorized service center 4/5 times for different nature of problems. once it is repaired it hardly works for 2/3 months well then again some problem arises. some time it is hanging whenever using it or sounds were creaking, contact list copies automatically, handset restart automatically and many more....

I purchased micromax nitro a311 model on 20/04/2015..after one months o[censored]se the network and camera was not work so I gave the mobile for repair on 01.06.2015 for repair at (SOLUTION POINT) at Bally.
