    I purchased Micromax A350 handset, within guranty period it started malfunction. I have given handset at Micromax Authorised service center in Gwalior JOb sheet No - n[protected] on 4th Jul 2015 which sent to further servicing at head quarter with Complain no - mmx[protected] on 22-Jul-2015. Post that there is no update, called up call center multiple times however not getting any timelines for reparing, every time they tell that next 15 days . I have called up 8 times on call center, even sent mail on micromax ids however no resolution yet .

      Dear Forum I would like to put this in your kind notice that Micromax could not repair a handset even after 1 and a half month. when ever i visit their Service centre or call to customer care department they always ask me to wait for another 20 days. They don't have any satisfactory answer the just feel sorry and ask you to keep waiting. This is my worst ever experience with any company. Please suggest whom to contact... Is there any process to complaint online to consumer forum. Handset given on 6th July 2015 Visited Service centre 3 times:- they always say to wait for ten day each time i visited. Called twice to customer care:- they always say to wait for another 20 days.

        Sir, i purchased micromax canvas 2 colours on 6 january 2015 from flipkart. In june 2015 the phone stopped working .when I submitted my phone in micromax service center located in Greek Gang Sitapur uttar pradesh they told me that phone was dead during repair and they replaced the phone with other category of phone( micromax unite 2) which is too cheap in comparision of my phone . please help me sir i am attaching the invoice of purchase of my phone.

          Job Sheet No.: N[protected] I bought premium segment phone Micromax Canvas Knight A350, with in warranty period, it stops functioning. I submitted it in the service center for repair. They give me a resolution date but every time, they keep on postponing it. I've escalated the issue to their Regional Manager Mr. Manjit Ph: [protected] also. But all in vain.             Hii .I am Harpreet Singh, I am using Micromax A068 . my board has went wrong and on 27/7/2015 i droped my phone on customer care centre of micromax at Sector 16 Market, faridabad . Since then i have not received my phone and they told me that you will get your phone in 5 days since then i have visited them 3 times and 4 times telephonicaly . They even have given me a manual job sheet for the same . This is not the first time this has happened you customer care centre of sec 16 is very poor in work and even i interaction . I am going to file a complain for the same if this behaviour is going to continue .Plz look into the matter .

            Hi, I am G.Sakthivel and my purchased Micromax Bolt during march 2016 in Poorvika mobiles on Erode, Tamil Nadu. I had a problem in battery charging for four days before and on 15/9/16 the mobile is turned off suddenly.
            When we reported to micromax service centre immediately, they said first battery is the problem.
            I also conved that my mobile is still in warranty period and they conveyed that battery is not in warranty and after they checked with their alternate battery and obseved that board is a problem.
            They also conveyed that it took aroung 15 days for the service since the mobile have to be transferred to Delhi for further service.
            I had a bad experience with Micromax mobiles because for each and every problem, it should be rectified by Delhi Nodal centre.

            I also contacted the service centre after 10 days and they said that mobile came to service centre just 5 days before.

            They trid to contact me but not able to reach. After that, they not tried to intimate again because they put in the waiting list. What the scenario of the service centre and customer is busy for several times then what the reason said above is ok.

            Its a worst service and my jobsheet id is[protected] and box no is 409.

              My phone got stuck on starting bcoz of OS issue. They said send us your phone and they will replace it. I said just install the OS and return me the same phone but they said they will replace it. Then after again and again calling they finally sent me phone and i asked whether they giving me new one or older one they said it is new one. But finally what i got after 15 days is yureka(old and may be of april month) phone insted of Yuphoria(brand new one day used). then i called them as this is a fraud and what i got is ohh sorry sir it is a mistake nad we will change it with another phone. I asked new phone they said old repaired phone, then i again asked my same phone after repairing they said no any other phone. I asked them why they said this is the policy. Then asked for replacement with new one or just send me my phone or complete refund . then I got as usual answer that we are forwarded the case and i will get a call back it almost a month since i am facing the issue and what i got is just they will call back but since the complaint i didn't got a single call back.                 Dear Sir, I bought this product (Micromax A300) on Sep''14 & within 4 months o[censored]se the motherboard get damaged & i have lost lot of data, the service provider insist to change the motherboard with my cost when i inform them to go for consumer coat case then they replaced the same under warranty. Again on 8th Aug-15 the mobile was not getting started & i have submitted the same to M/s Jabil global services, vatika city & they are insisting me to change the motherboard again with my cost. I am facing lot of problem by using this phone. Many conact losses happened due to this which affect my image in my company. So i need replacement of this phone or money back from M/s Micromax. Sir please help me in this regard

                  First of all it never gets charged...and secondly I have already given my phone at the Micromax official service centre for thrice yet I am facing the same problem... So there should be the replacement of my phone... And the customer service do not provide any service...I have already submitted my phone for three times for a week each, yet the same problem pops up again and again... The phone is already in replacement period..

                    Model No. - A290 IMEI - [protected]/[protected]. Jobsheet Date - 10/8/15 I purchased Micromax canvas A290 Last year. This is the seventh time i have submitted my phone and still there is almost no hope of getting it back with good condition. I am very disappointed with the poor service. Every month i have to visit service center to get this repaired. I got my phone last month back from the Laxmi Nagar service center however i am still facing the same issue again and again. I am really fed up with this phone and poor service. This is my humble request you to please replace my phone ASAP. Early response in the matter will be highly appreciated.                         When i dial any number .its screen get off.i cant use keypad..how can i disconnect my call.n dere is problem no sevice center for online purschased phone... 2... whole day i have to charge micromax yureka phone...very cheap phone charger...charging point i have to stable at any point on table...i cant call on YUCARE coz how i can use keypad...

                          Respected Sir My name is prajosh Kumar. my phone micromax unite 2 A1106 is hanged and side switch is jammed. I have 2 more month guarantee. So I gave that to the micromax service centre in trivandrum Pattom. After three days they called me and when I went there they give me a phone and its camera is scratched, its back cover is damaged. And they also told me that they interchange all the material inside the phone. I dont know what to do, as they interchange all the material inside my phone as a faulty one. My phone is not in a good condition and they don't give me sufficent information.                             I gave my 5 months old mobile ahnset micromax A106 to the service centre for installing kitkat software and mend the speaker of the phone on 16th july, 2015 to nirman vihar service centre of micromax. I received a call from them on 7 th August that my handset is repaired, i can collect it from the service centre. but on reaching the centre i found that they replaced my phone with some other handset, of different EMI no. on further inquiry they told me that my handset was dead while repairing so company has given me the new handset. But so called new handset given to me was not seal packed as it should be, and also the handset was marked for QC, rank 7. the handset seems to be new from outside but also the battery side of the phone seems to be some cheap and low cost assembled product. though after lot of discussions and arguments, they left me with no other option than accepting the unsealed so called new handset. but this is not all, the new handset is not working properly, - after every 2 mins it gets restarts on its own, .-ithangs, even the android.system.ui fails to launch, every single app is not responding. i cant operate this new handset for more than 2 mins as, once i put the battery in it starts this restating cycle of its own.. and it also hangs after every 2 mins and then restarts. this is so irritating, my phone was only 5 months old without any scratch, but i was not supposed to be given such a replacement to my set. I want my own set and properly mend as it is in warranty period. and if in case the company replaces my set, it should be sealed, else i will not accept the handset. giving me a QC_7 marked set was also very offensive. secondly, taking 25 days for resolving one small issue is so irritating. now hoe many months i have to wait for reparing the so called new handset. this sucks, micromax sucks. they put fancy stores all over the city with well trained costumer care executives, but their service centres are hidden in streets that one cant' find them and with untrained irritating executives. The procedure of repairing mobile handsets within warranty is worse. My be i will never step down to micromax again, if it remains same.

                            I am vary disappointed by Micromax service . i was gaving my cell phone A104 (w&Gold) to viraj vihar 1st floor L.B.S road Thane Maharastra last month 11thAugust . they were complete one month but yet they don't give me any reply . they was said your hand set parts are not available on marcket how can this happen micromax company has no part of his product . sorry to say I am unhappy from micromax services .

                              It crashes after a use of 7 days from the date of purchase

                              They told me that it takes 25 days to get back

                                  I had deposited my MICROMAX A 350 mobile for Repairing/Replacement during guarantee period on dated 22.07.2015 at M/S Sai urja indo ventures pvt ltd, Chandrapur(442401) authorized service center of MICROMAX job sheet no. w[protected] dated 22.07.2015. Till date i had not received any communication from service center or company. This seems to be poor relationship with customers after sell.

                                    I use micromax p280 funbook which i bought it 6 months ago . i plugged it under charge from yesterday but it doesnt charge at all . it remains at 25% as constant . the charge only decreases where as it doesnt increase even a 1% too. please do solve my problem.

                                      Respected Authority, I have purchased Micromax canvas Gold A300 about 7 months ago. After 3 months of purhcase i found battery issue in my phone and gave my phone for service to Novelty Enterprises in ashok vihar they charged me plenty amount of money and gave my phone back after 1 month again I found some touch screen issues again i gave my phone to them and they returned my phone after 2 months. They returned my phone yesterday and today morning display of my phone is not working. Please file suitable action against them. Yours sincerely, Sudhanshu pathak.

                                        My handset Micromax A350 is now with the authorized service center in Durgapur for 25 days without being resolved. I have contacted the service center more than 5 times now with no update, thus killing my patience and belief with this kind of service. Problem was that, the touch panel aint working. Now display also not working which was ok then.
