Hi, Meenakshi here, I had bought a new tab of micromax canvas P960 from Poorvika mobile world HAL 2nd stage, and on the very next day of purchase, the reception was very slow so asked to check with technical team, but they told it will take 1month and needs to be serviced so I went to service team in malleshwaram and they sent to Delhi I agreed and gave the tab now after 1.5 months they are telling I need to take a new tab as an exchange that is of lesser cost and without any service warranty, which I am unable to accept it, and it is without screen guard and pouch, can anybody resolve it ???????????

I also insured my hanset.Your toll free no is barred its not in use. Please how is it posibel and what is your custmer service . Do you know what is the use my handset .Plaese launch the complaint aginst your company .       Hi, My handset- ‘Micromax Canvas Knight A350’ which is under warranty has encountered with a problem. I have handed it on 11/Jul/15 in the Micromax Service Center at below location- Address: D.NO. 6-3-864/4/B/1, 1st floor, SBN Arcade, Opp Greenpark Hotel, Greenlands, Ameerpet, Hyderabad- 500016. Phone:[protected]. They have accepted it for resolving the issue and given me the ‘Job sheet no.: S[protected]’ for future reference and told me it would take 15 business days to resolve the issue. I have communicated with them after 15 days and they then they told me that they have sent my handset to company. I have visited the above Service center on 08/Aug/15 i.e after one month, to know the status of my Job sheet. I am very disappointed, with the reckless answers from them. I have started communicating directly with Micromax Customer Care services by Ph:[protected] and also through mail:[protected]@micromaxinfo.com, they have given two Ticket IDs (14332 and 26776 ) for tracking and also a Complaint ID(mmx[protected], but of no use. They are saying it would take 15 days more to resolve the issue and return my handset. Whenever I call/mail them this is the only reply I am receiving from them. I have a phone conversation on 13/Aug/15 and even on that date the reply from them is the same stating it would take 15 days more. So, I would like to file a complaint regarding the above and hope it helps in resolving my issue. Thanks & Regards.

        Recently I have bought a micromax a99 mobile phone and I have given it for repair with in warrantee in Noida to satguru communications who is authorized service center of micromax on 27th July 2015. They said it would take more than a week to deliver the product back. Its been more than three weeks and today is 13th August 2015. When I call they don't respond properly on phone and they ignore what customer says. the repair center fellow says there is no stock in their inventory of the screen which is faulty and which has to be changed. What kind of service are you giving to your customers micromax? and do you want your customers to regret for buying your faulty pieces? and are your QA/QC people sleeping all the day at your offices? ticket id is 27241

            Dearest Sir, This message is regarding my cellphone Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo (White and Gold) that I bought last September. The device failed to start this very morning around 7 am. I tried multiple times but it kept restarting until all of its battery had drained. On handing it over to the service station, they said that the phone needed to be sent to the company as the issue could not be resolved there. I have to leave for Kerala on the 25th of this month and it is understandable that I will require my phone there. And for the same reason I asked them the estimated time it will take to get my phone repaired and in working condition again and whether I will be able to get it back before the date when I have to leave. To this, they replied saying that it will take a minimum time of over two weeks. To my despair, I expected a better service from a company that boasts such good quality products and service, especially when such a fault occurred even though the phone was in warranty period. I request you to please try and process the same issue as soon as possible as it is extremely important for me to carry my phone along with me on this trip. I live in the city of Rajkot, Gujarat and the service station I visited was M/s Shree Ram Mobile, 1st floor Siddhivinayak Complex, Yagnik Road. I am attaching a picture of the Jobsheet for the required details.

              I buyed a Micromax a106 on 18/08/2014. After few months it has stopped working. For a month its been in service centre. Then i have replacement of it. But after a few months it also has stopped working. And now long story short it is in service centre for 43 days. Now what do i do?

                I gave my canvas knight A350 mobile for service due charging problem on 08.05.2015. Yet I have not even received my handset. No replacement has yet been provided for me. 4 months have passed. Yet not even my repaired model or replacement model is provided to me.                   I have given my Micromax Canvas A93 for touch issues of my mobile. They have given me stipulation that they will give by mobile under 25 days. Now when I call to service center they again assign me new receiving date of my mobile. And not happens only once it happens again and again Now I am strong belief that they done something wrong with my mobile. That's why they are revising the time again and again. Sir in all this process ultimately what happens that the service center just harass the customer like me. So sir please pay attention to my mail. And please fix my problem for forever. I am also enclosing the Job-sheet of my mobile which has been provided by the service center

                    My micromax canvas knight cameo(A290) is sent to head office due to auto restarting problem on 17 th june 2015 i.e 26 days before .still they are not taking much interest in repairing my handset. my handset is in warranty.No call or any response from company .i send it from trisha enterprises bhopal service center. job sheet no.is N[protected]. I am fully unhappy from Micromax care.                       It is a Complain against the Micromax Company and Micromax Service Centre. I Gopal sharma write these words against the micromax Company that they sold their product at Market for some condition i.e. warranty.But when some problem occur in their Product customer rushed to the service centre. But Micromax not provide proper service for their customers.I am one of them.I purchased A Micromax Smart phone A177 october 2014.It has one year warranty .In My Phone some problems occur before two month ago and I rushed to the authorised service Centre of Micromax Comany at siliguri i.e. HRIPAG TECHNOLOGY and I deposited my phone to service Centre on 5th of may 2015 for repair Since then neither Micromax service centre repair my phone nor back it to me.I asked to the service centre about my phone, the service centre authorize persons told me that we are unable to repair your phone becase you have lodge the complain against us. I asked for New phone but they are denies to give me new phone.I contact to the Micromax care for help but I can not get help from Micromax care.Till date neither they repair my phone nor replace my phone.My phone still in micromax service center.

                        I bought Micromax mobile Canvas Hue AQ5000 IMEI/Serial No-[protected] from Flipkart on 17/02/2015. 1. Presently mobile is within warranty. 2. Now Smartphone is giving some display problem and display is blank. 3. Regarding this I have visited the Micromax service centre- M/S Milan Mobile Care (Varanasi) Shop No. 1 (Ff), D-58/19-A-1, Shakti Plaza, Sigra Chauraha, Varanasi - 221010 Mobile No. : [protected] Phone No. : [protected] 4. After submitting the mobile, they said to rectify it within 10 days. After 10 days they said that it will take again 10 more days as the spare part is not available. When is visited on 11th Augustafter 20 days from submitting they said that repair is not possible at the service centre and it need to be send to factory and it will take further 45 days. 5. Taking this much of time is not reasonable .If company is not able to provide service to customer within a limited duration then it’s a violation of customer right. Please expedite the repair process. If you are not able to fix the problem immediately then give a mobile set for time being because in now a days without mobile for more than 2 month all the work will be held up.                           I buy micromax AQ4501 last dec. 2014. Two months ago i am facing problem in my device and i handled it to your service center establish in abohar, they told me to wait for 15 days, but they cant resolve my problem in said period. after two months passed they give it back to me. after one day the device stop working and i handled it back to your executive. and again told me to wait for seven days. I ask him to replacement of my device. But they refuse it. In last two months i harrash from your services as a business loss just for my device is not working properly. So don't force me to go for a consumer court case against your company. I need my device back with no problem as it as new. Don't compile me to take strict action against you.                             Purcased a310 nitro a few month back anf getting problem in charging and taking so much time to charge, , , its takes 5 to 6 hour, , , not connected to pc via data cable... i had visited one of your entor in karnal they kept the phone for 7 days and the problem is as it is. they are nonsense, , , pathetic service...i am very much frustrated plz do something... they told me one part need to replace, but they did not do anything and i demand for the part they put in the phone but they refused..i can take my waste part why they refused..plz help me

                              I purchased micromax canvas juice 2 online on date 28-march-2015 I being an engineer used this cell in very prescribed way, mentioned in micromax user guide. Thus from last 2 months i m approaching urs service center which is located in vasai and virar but my problem is unheard . This arises question about the warranty service provided by micromax, clearly mentioned in ur user guide but they are list bothered to hear this ... And he is just demanding Rs1300 for changing battery, my prime concern is what about warranty given by micromax..

                                    I bought a new mobile Micromax Bolt D320 (EMEI /ESN NO. [protected] / [protected]) on 9th July 2015 which was creating a lot of problem from the day 1st.I went to service centre SP-MOBILE SERVICE POINT, KARANCHI KHANA, KANPUR where I was told that the problem is in motherboard so your handset will be sent to company for repairing.I opposed for repairing because company replaces the set within 7 days if the set is defective but they refused.After so many visits, finally around one month after on 4th August 2015, Mr .Ashsish showed me a DOA Letter and suggested me to sign & submitt the receiving which was given to me at the time of submitting mobile to the service centre & adviced me to come after 2 days to collect the new handset.Till then I dialed Mr. Ashsish hundreds of time but he is giving no satisfactory answer to me .All the relevant documents are attached herewith.                                       This is sabarison from ooty, at 31.07.2015 my mobile was fall into the water and at 1/08/2015 i given to the near by micromax service center in ooty. i asked how much money was will cost for repair and he told i will call and tell u at 03/08/2015 . at that day i went to service center and again i asked he didn't give any responsible answer. And after ten days yestarday10/08/2015 i went and asked him when will it repair and how many cost will happen he speaking me with bad words.
