I bought the micromax canvas nitro on 11 march 2015, from the day it had problem of display. Gave to hoshiarpur care centre on 20th may, they said problem will be solved in 10 days, after 15 days when i went the display was blank, they told to make new jobsheet (Jobsheet no - n[protected], jobsheet date - 5 june 2015) and mobile will be with you in 25 days maximum. After 25 days till now i have contacted customer care 10 times, the reply every time i get is just sir please wait 10 days, i don't know how many more 10 days i have to wait. I am totally dissatisfied by micromax. I have used mobiles of many other companies but never got such a worst response. By watching all this i will never recommend any of my friend or relative to purchase mobile of micromax. I guess now to file a complain in consumer court is the last option left.

    I had gifted my wife a micromax canvas last year -14th July 2014. This June the mobile had a issue pertaining to the hearing phone not working and calls not getting logged. The problem related to hearing was resolved, but calls not getting logged was not resolved. Immediately after a week a new problem resurfaced - the screen automatically displayed different function without operation/ touching the screen. Again Visited the service center @ Vashi - was informed that there was a problem with the touch screen. After a week the mobile was returned by the service center stating that the problem has been resolved - by then the warranty period had expired (13th July'15). Now again the same problem has resurfaced .i.e call not getting logged and the screen displaying different functions automatically without touching the screen.

      I have a micromax phone. I purchase phone model no. A069 dated on 07 / 09 / 2014 (I. E. M. I no. - [protected]) from punjab mobile care (Mobile no.[protected] , khanna, distt. Ludhiana, punjab. After 6 month phone suddenly stop working. Than we go to shop from where we purchase phone. I ask to owner about phone many times but now after two months they tell there has no solution for repair on the other hand. My phone still in warranty. I request you please action againt my problem as soos as possible.

        Hi,
        I bought the micromax canvas nitro a3110 at 07 / 01 / 2015 but at 24 / 07 / 2015 by mobile got hanged.

        When i reached at our service center they told me that mother board issue so they give me a job sheet and me the etr of 25 - 45 days.

        I am unable to wait so i want my mobile within 03 days.

          सेवा में, सक्षम अधिकारी महोदय विषय – मोबाईल मॉडल A067 (Blue) Display Touch Screen Not Working. महोदय, मैं प्रार्थी जावेद निवासी सहाव वाला पेच नदरई गेट कासगंज का मूल निवासी हूॅ। मैने एक मोबाईल माइक्रोमैक्स A067 (Blue) आज से दो महीने पहले खरीदे था। लेकिन अचानक उसका डिस्प्ले टच स्क्रीन ने काम करना बन्द कर दिया। मैने उसे आपके दिये हुए सर्विस सेन्टर इलैक्टाविजन नियर श्री कपूर चन्द्र अग्रवाल धर्मशाला बिलराम गेट कासगंज उ०प्र० 207123 दिनांक[protected] को जमा कर दिया और सर्विस सेन्टर ने उसी दिन मुझे मेरे दिये हुये मोबाईल A067 (Blue) की जॉब शीट बनाकर दे दी। जिसका नम्बर N[protected] है। जब मैं दिनांक[protected] को सर्विस सेन्टर पर गया तो मुझ प्रार्थी से सर्विस सेन्टर के अधिकारी ने कहा कि यह मोबाईल ठीक नही हो पायेगा इसका कारण यह है कि कम्पनी मुझे पार्टस उपलब्ध नही करा रही है। तो मुझ प्रार्थी से कहा कि आप[protected] को आना आपका मोबाईल ठीक हो जायेगा लेकिन उस दिन भी ठीक नही हुआ आज दिनांक[protected] हो चुकी है लेकिन प्रार्थी का उसका मोबाईल अभी सही होकर नही मिला। मुझे यह बताइये महोदय जी इस कम्पनी के मोबाईल को खरीदने के बाद ग्राहक को इतने चक्कर काटने पडते है। मैं आपकी कम्पनी और आपके सर्विस सेन्टर से खुश नही हॅू। आप मुझे बताये यह इसके लिए मुझे आगे क्या करना है। जावेद [protected]

            Sir maine micromax company se mobile set jiska name micromax canvas a1 kharida tha. Jiska model no. Aq4501 aur iska m imei no. [protected] or s imei no - [protected] hai.
            Is mobole so kharidne ke 45 day ke bad yah mobile kharab ho gaya. Mai micromax service center gaya to wanha mobile banane me 70 day lag gay. Mobole to bana par fir ek mihine 40 din ke bad fir kharab ho gaya fir maine service center jakar mobile chhor ke aaya ho mobile ko diye hue 60 din ho gaye par abhi tak mera mobile mujhe nahi mil paya abhi fir se 20 din bol rahe hai to sir ye to pura business ho gaya kharab mobile sales karte hai jisa kuchh use hi nahi hai taki aur mobile bik sake.
            Sir service center wale aaj aayega kal mil jayega isi tarah talte ja rahe hai maine dono bar kam se ka 90 km ka safar 10 se 15 bar kar chuka hu maine jitna ka mobile nahi kharida utna mera kharcha ho gaya.
            So sir aapse request hai jald kuchh kijiye

              What is the status of my phone a350 with jobsheet no. So[protected]
              > i had sumbitted my phone on 22 may till 25 july after 65 days till i didnt get my phone. . . Everytime i called customer care they says 15 days more. . . When will i get my phone??? Give it to me as fast as you can. . .

                Sir,
                I have deposited my mobile in your concerned sercvice center (Add. Near ghanta ghar, jabalpur, m. P.) dated 9 / 07 / 15, and since then your representative here mr. Vipin rajak just telling me that my set will be available on next 3 - 4 working days. Today also i have just asked for my cell phone and again he told me a new story. I want to ask you straight that wether you have opened these centers to procide service to your customers or just to bother them again and again. The fish marlet is a better place than your service center. You kindly improve your staff quality ir otherwise i have to take some strong decisions against your service and concerned service.

                    Subject - worst service in world provided by micromax

                    Detail - hi, my name is gajendra singh, i have purchased micromax a - 200 black model from classic business centre, sarita vihar new delhi on 27th of april 2014 of worth rs 14000 with one year warranty.

                    Few months after purchasing i faced problem with video sharing on whatsup, it creates some colorful lines and make it unable to view. I handed over it to kalka ji based service center on start of april 2015, they informed me that it is a common problem & will be solved either by upgrading software or by changing its mother board. They kept it for around one month & than update me that they have changed its mother board in order to solve the problem. I asked them to extend my warranty but they informed that micromax offers only one year warranty which is not extendable. They did not give me any slip or challan while returning my phone. When i asked them they said “no need for this as we have record in our database”.

                    Just next day after i received my phone i faced issue with mobile network connectivity as it was unable to receive network signal. I have visited the service center & complained regarding the same, their technician checked & found some loose connection & fixed them.

                    Same day i left for my home due to some personal reason & i found that my phone battery stopped to provide power backup. I have visited micromax jodhpur service center & after checking my phone they informed me that its battery is being punctured by people from kalka ji delhi service center and it will be solved by them. I have informed kalka ji service center people regarding my problem & they assured me to solve the same once i will be back to delhi. My phone was not working during this period.

                    When i reached delhi, i have visited their service center & discuss my issue. They checked my phone & refused to accept their mistake and blame me that this problem occurs due to overcharging & since it is not in warranty now i need to pay around rs 1900 for new battery & it will take around one month as they do not have battery in stock.

                    Just to cross check i have visited lajpat nagar based service center (B. R. Services) , after examined my phone their technician update me that not only battery is being punctured but its mother board also damaged by kalka ji service center people. And these parts will cost around rs 6000. Also he told me that during service they have update the software only & did not change the motherboard.

                    Again i visited kalka ji service center & explain the same to them but they are not ready to accept their mistake and become rude to me. They asked me for receiving slip, i told them it was not provided by your people, i have detail of my phone & you can check it from your data base. Then his answer surprise me that they do not maintain any data about the phones they repaired.
                    In this case i wants to ask few question to micromax people -
                    1. Who is responsible for my rs 14000 lost

                    2. Your people kept my phone for around one month to update software only & lied to me that they have changed its motherboard & during this period my warranty is being lapsed

                    3. Even i informed you that i am not in delhi and unable to visit your service center, your people not ready to solve my issue

                    4. Why even after asking by me your people did not give me any receipt or challan when i received my phone after service

                    5. I am sure there will be some data about the phone repaired at service center but why your people not ready to check the same.

                    At last i wants to say that this is worst kind of service provided by any company. Micromax should give training to their technician for mobile repairing & to staff for how to behave with customer. I will keep posting this view on every platform till my problem not solved by your people & suggest never ever buy micromax even if it is last phone on universe.

                      My mobile is in warranty period but they are not providing me and talking very badly. They told that your set will he repaired in 7 days and when i go to collect they told it will take more time and saying it will not be repaired. And go any where you want to complain we do not care. Plz help me

                        Sir i had brought my canvas 2 colors by ordering on your website since 7 - 8 month ago with 1 year warranty on handset and i have now facing many problems with it, the major of which is that my phone cant charge with its charger even while charging battery drains. . . (Hanging of phone is also) . . . And when i use other charger it will take many long time to complete even its 1% which is insufferable. . .
                        Suggest me what i can do now. . . Will u repace it??? To let me out from all these problem so that i can proud of being a flipcart user. . . !

                          I was submitted a mobile canvas a1 206 at sairam electronics, bhilai for repairing (Display blank & battery backup) on dated : 23.06.2015.
                          But yet my handset is same and they are every time saying you will
                          Be collect your handset after a week.

                          So i m requesting u plz shootout my problem.

                            The handset i received lacks a rear camera which is against the feautures promised. Only has a front camera and swipe button between rear and front camera. Also i have complained yureka service centre but nobody paid attention even gave a reply mail. I am attaching a photo that lacks a camera swipe button.

                                I purchased Micro max A106 phone last year. But after 1 month my phone screen not working so I visited to Micro max service center. I submitted my phone for repairing. Initially service team told me it take 15 days for repairing but I'm not getting my phone back yet. Every time service team giving me new date.

                                  My phone is A106 bought from Access, jayanagar, Actually problem started day one itself . it automatically switch immdtly. My job sheet no is S[protected]. dated: 10/06/2015 given to M/s.Sri Sai Telecommunictions, No.9, 494/11 UP Royal 2nd Main, 4th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleswaram, B'lore-3. return back on us 25/06/2015 with different model and again created problem battery not charging S[protected]. dated: 09/07/2015 given to M/s.Sri Sai Telecommunictions, we given complaint against in Micromax -MMX[protected]. we re not received mobile still date. People from HO or Service Center People not responding well and saying same dialogue. Thanks regards Devidas

                                    at 1st my screen was broken then i gave my phone to micromax care and says that it also heat up and gave burning smell after this they only repair my screen but no solution for heating up and after 2-3 week when i was updating my phone to lollpop android then it suddenly switch off and gave no respone after that i again gave it to care they said we can, t repair and said that its seal is broken but i only gave it micromax care and so how is it possible

                                      Really pissed of with the Micromax Kalkaji Service Centre, I bought Canvas Juice A177 (Black) in Feb 2015 with warranty of 1 yr, after using it for some time, the sim card slot stopped working in June 2015, I complaint it on customer care number where they suggested me to submit it at service centre, I submitted it at Micramax Kalkaji Service centre on 13th June 2015, they told me that the phone will be repaired within 20 days, I waited but still not repaired and now whenever I am calling to service centre, they keep on pospoting the days, the still telling me that it will take another 10 days, and now they stopped responding to my calls, I really dont know whether they gonna repair it or not, please someone help me in getting my phone..                                         This is Gopal. I bought canvas doodle 3A102 about 2 month ago. It has lots of problems in it. It's home button automatically operates. I am tired o[censored]sing it. Again and again goes to home screen. Hangs to much. Very dissatisfied. I want it to be replaced by a new piece as soon as possible..😈😈😈😈
