Hi this is shridhat I need replace power on off switch it is not stock and for get that switch ten days will take ana I need leave my mobile in mobile shop onle that is Micromax authorised delearship it is in jallahalli cross Bangalore . This very much bad experience I feel. Kindly help me out for replacement of switch. [protected]

I got a call from macromax service centre they telling that they will retun taking the mobile some discont wise . But told them to call after one hour. But they dint call. I want clear confirmation. Thank you.
Still i am waiting for replay but my problem is not resolved . Micromax service persons are not contacted agian. I think my problem is resolving . Thank you

    Incidence noticed on 18.7 after receipt and taken normal but flickering is increasing. The complete screen lighting is flickering very fast, light becames dull and very bright at very short invtervals of less than 1 sec. Some time right side LED of screen flickers ion same way. It may be repaired/replaced

          i have ordered micromax juice2 AQ5001 through online on june 1st 2015 and i recieved on july 5th 2015 and i started using it and day by day i found many problems in it such as side keys r not working and mainly front camera is fully blured and spoiled and i took it to micromax care (service center) at egmore cisons complex on 13 june 2015...and i requested for a new handset but they told it can be only claimed through warranty and it will take 25 days to solve the problem and when i went after 25 days on 7th july 2015 the mobile wasn't ready and they told it will take 15 more days and yesterday i got a call stating that mobile got ready so i went today 23 july 2015 to get back my mobile and wen i was recieving the mobile it has jus 10 % of battery charge.. so i took to my home and charged and while checking again the same issue front camera fully blured and now my primary camera quality ALSO WENT VERY BAD...I need a proper solution for this i need my money back or else provide me a new mobile ...becoz already 45 days my mobile was in service center ...is this the condition of new mobile do u want me to give rs.7500 simly for defective product

                I bought a micromax A58 Phone in last September from LULU Mall, Kerala. It is still under warranty Period. There is a Problem with its memory storage. I took it to the micromax authorised service centre at Kochi, Kerala. They are telling, it cannot be repaired even though it is under warrant period. They are also refusing to replace it. No action is being taken. What is it that can be done, since the hand set is in Warranty Period. The service centre staff also are not cooperating or helping at all

                  sir, As the subject cited above, I have a device of your company -MMX 219W, which was purchased from Flipcart on dtd 21/10/2014.But device got out of order on may 2015 which was falling in your warranty period. Device was submitted to your customer care service center(M/S PN SERVICE) @ Bhadrak branch in the 3 rd week of may. But it is the matter of concern that during the course of period i have already sent the device thrice but the result remain the same means device is till now out of order, Neither your customer care nor from your call center, i have received any satisfactory answer.                           I am holding a mobile with above mentioned model code and the said mobile is under warranty. The mobile was not working properly and go on power off mode. So I given the mobile to a nearby service centre for repairing (Bar code of the work order is mentioned above) on 03/7/2015 and the Service Engineer told me that it will take one week and I didnot get any phone call from the Service centre till date (ie 23/7/2015).                               I buy Unite 2 A106 phone 6 months ago . This is my first micromax handset but i m very much disappointed with the services of micromax . My phone automatically reboots after some time . i dnt knw what is the reason behind it but i m very much disappointed with the performance of the phone . it restarts several times a day specially at the time of calling. I think i did a big mistake buying micromax phone . pls suggest me any way to resolve this issue .

                              Bro... don't disappointed...i use this phone since 1 yearyou need hard reset/re-format your phone...1. Just Take backup your data in SD Card2. Poweroff the phone3. Press Vol (+) ( -) Button & Power Button Same time4. Go to Recovery mode5. Go to wipe data/Factory reset.just wait the process6. Reboot your phone normaly from power switch.7. Restore the backedup data if necessary...Note- Install Antivirus app firstly from play store.ok just chill you done well

                                Dear Sir, I have faced lots of problem due to the Micromax Service Center at our place (Rourkela, Odisha, ). Since the call has been locked on dated 22.05.2015 till date I have not received my phone (on warranty) yet.This is relay a bad experience of Micromax mobile and its service.Even after inquiry they are not able to provide the status of the phone and availability of spare.The behavior of the Service personnel is very very rude and irresponsible I mean it is relay ridiculous.This is how people are being cheated and offend on the name of Micromax service center.There is nothing more to say

                                  I had bought a micromax canvas A1 on[protected]. It worked well for a few days after which some terrible malfunctions surfaced.The sim card wouldn't be read and the camera wouldn't launch. I contacted the certified micromax customer support center whose address is given below; m/s connexion tc[protected], 3rd floor, menathottam chambers, pattom, trivandrum, kerala pin:695004 ph #1:[protected] ph #2: [protected] I have now submitted the phone no less than four times for repairs. After each repair, some new defect crops up. Now, the problem is with the headset jacket. The phone frequently clashes with the sim card, the camera still becomes unfunctional, and the battery keeps the phone alive hardly for an hour upon usage.The customer service is terrible, to say the least. I have got fed up with the phone and the customer support and demand a complete refund of the mobile cost .                                     Dear sir, i have purchased micromax unite2 Mobile on 30/06/2014 And mobile started hanging problem on 06/07/2015 and nothing else, i Informed to micromax company they said ok sorry for this issue, you please go to our service center they will shot out your problem, but u will be chared rupees for this service as your warannty preiod is finished, then yesterday i went to micromax service center (M/s support media) they first checked my bill after that my mobile, the person said me that we will first check by software issue, if problem solve then its ok otherwise we will open it, but there is one risk if its not cappeble to take new software your mobile motherbord can be dead, if its dead u will charege Rs 2800 for new motherboard, but we will try to safe work, you please sit outside. after 10min person call me inside he told me see your mobile dont have any software issue but i think your motherboad is became band, he started opening my mobile very roughly, he pull all wire very badly in front of me, when i said do slow slow he shouted on me like anything, after that he throw my back cover with battery to me and said hold it, after that he open my mobile camera lence very very very badly and roughly, but i didnt say any think, again he said oh your camera gone its broke. but before opening my set my phone and camera was awesome running condition, after that i ask how much will cost for all this he said It will charge Rs 2800 and you will get back your mobile 20 Days after, i directly said sorry i wont give my mobile right now i will come other day you please close my mobile, he replyed very angryly that why you all people come and waste our time, and started fitting all parts of my mobile very angryly and rougly, he put camera lence by twiser very badly.after that when i swith on my mobile i saw all ok, as it is, but he said me sir your camera also gone you have to change this also but i will not ask you extra chare you just come and deposit Rs 2800 and your mobile i will cure all problem, but when i check My camera its totally spoil and there is 2 scratches and black black spot came, i said but this is your mistake you have broken my camera lence you have to replace it, he said no sir your phone was out of warranty so you have to pay charges for this, when i angry on him what you have done, why you open badly my phone, he shouted on me and said hey you dont shout on me, it generally happening you first pay Rs 2800 after that ask your question, I complain to the micromax complain mail id but they didn't Responce me till yet. sir please i am requsting you to help me because my phone was very good condition before and my camera also very very clear but service center man has broken my camera lence, so please help me sir in this matter and i m adding some capture pic of my camera please see this .thanking you.
