I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble I have undergone due to your delayed and unprivileged services and the negligent and irresponsive attitude and acts of your staff which has created a great deal of hardship to me. On 28th April, 2014 I had purchased a Micromax canvas power A96 model phone of your company from your authorized dealer as mentioned above, for a sum of Rs. 9, 500/-.The Invoice number was 1839. Attached herewith is a copy of the invoice as Annexure I. After purchasing the phone developed a hardware/software problem frequently . In month of feb, 2015 I found that the phone was having no audio output later on it became totally dead. The phone was in warranty so I again gave the phone in your company’s authorized service centre at Church Compound, Near Oriental Bank, Nainital Road Haldwani Uttarakhand, Pincode : 263139. for repairs. After few days I asked service centre for my phone they told me your phone is not yet repaired still in service centre it may take one month more .Now he says your phone is not received back from company . Attached herewith are the copies of the job sheets as Annexure II . I was quite frustrated with your company’s pathetic services and realized that the phone will never be repaired properly. My phone is still in the service centre. It is pertinent to mention that I have used the phone for barely few months and lastly it has been in the service centre since five month, which does not speak very highly for your product. I called your company’s customer care and filed a complaint but they failed to provide me any resolution and I was just given false assurances. However, I again tried calling up your company regarding my grievance but was not able to get in touch with anybody. In spite of repeated follow ups, I have received no appropriate response from your company’s side, which is disappointing. I have wasted unreasonable amount of time and money in trying to resolve this issue but to no avail. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your Brand name I had purchased the product but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst. I am appalled to have received such inept and unprofessional services from your company and a defective product from a company of your repute which has created unnecessary hassles in my life, resulting in loss of time and money. I request you to kindly instruct your employee/agent to replace the phone with new one of same price or else refund me the entire amount of Rs. 9, 500/- mamta sharma [protected]@gmail.com mob no [protected]

    Hello, Myself Shaizy From Amroha (U.P).I was puchased a Phone Micromax Canvass Knight On 21st January 2015 still may the phone works good but on 16th may the phone cant detect the sim card then i submit my phone in micromax costumer care and after more than one month i got my phone on 24june 2015 and on next day my phone got dead then again i visit costumer care and again he asked to submit my phone and i submit that but still i dont get my phone back.your employess dosent give me proper status of my phone and when ever i ask he told me that maximum more than 15 days should take about my phone. so because of all this from last two month my phone is at company and i want my phone back as soon as possible with extended warranty of two month other wise i case a file against micromax My Jobsheet NO is -N[protected] My Name Is -Mohammad Shaizy Contact no-[protected]

      Hi, my name is santosh i purchased Micromax Unite 2 A106 on[protected], at My Mobile at Surat, Gujarat, 2 months back my phone was dead, so I deposited at Customer Care, they got repaired within 20 days, and they returned me, but within 24 hours one more problem created, this time IMEI invalid, again I went to Care and deposited my mobile, 40 days passed till my mobile in Micromax Care, whenever I call they give only extended time, I'm not happy with service, that phone has been repairing for last 2 months, this is ridiculous, what a worst service i have ever seen, I request everyone please don't buy micromax mobiles,

        I have micromax canvas 2 colors a120. I ad some problem within few month of purchase. My screen was not working properly. I gave it to service centre.. Before 10 days i just receive the phone form service centre.. Nd again i am facing same problem.. This time problem is more than before. Now i am blaming myself why have i purchase micromax.. Too bad experience, ...

          Sir I have not yet received my mobile A104(Canvas Fire 2) White+Gold.I gave it at Poojara Telecom Private Ltd.Kindly do the needful and send me my mobile as soon as possible.I gave my mobile for servicing on[protected] and it has been more than one month and I have not yet received it. They are taking more time than what they should take. It has been more than one month. I was told that I will get the mobile in 15 days and still they are saying that it will take one more week which is not acceptable. The complaint no for the same is W[protected]. and the mobile no I was given was [protected].Kindly help me get my mobile as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir,
            I bought my micromax nitro 2 mobile phone on 12 may 2015 and after 1 month some fault has occured in its display. I submitted my mobile in milan mobile care in Sigra, varanasi. they told me that after 10 days they will call me if my mobile will be repaired but no call i received from them, then again they have given me 1 week time but still i do not receive my mobile phone, i am very much appalad from their behaviour.

            kindly look into this matter.

              This is Jasvir Singh Bhambra form Ludhiana. I have purchased a Mobile phone model no.: Micromax A290 Black it's IMEI /ESN No.: [protected]/[protected] at dated 30/5/2015 from M/s. Fair Deal Communication. Street No.: 1, Main Market Kot Magal Singh, Ludhiana, Punjab Mobile:-
              Micromax A290 Black no doubt it is very good performance set in these short period I am very happy to use this set.
              But at saturday 18/07/15 i faced a problem thats i find my phone in sleep possition when i try to start it but noting happen. Then i visit to dealer where i purchased it M/s. Fair Deal Communication. Ludhiana, he suggest me to check this phone from service center and due to sunday i visit service center today monday at M/s. Mobile Zone Punjab. B21-2483/1, Janta nagar, Gill Road, Thec & distt. Ludhiana Punjab Pin 141003. Contact[protected]. Tin no.: [protected]. in few minutes service center find problems and ask me there is a problem in charging unit and may be more and ask me they will repair it and will replace parts .
              will you please tell me why should i take repair set from you just have a look on purchase date of mobile with in 45-48 days my mobile value will decress 50% if it repaired.
              Before this set i have used HTC, Nokia and Samsung i have not faced this type of problem with these brands.
              I am very surprised to listen these words from your service center that’s if this type of problem may occurs in 7 days then company can change your phone. Will you please inform me is there any company in the world who ask that our set can not be replace after 1 week. who will purchase your set.
              i commit a big mistake to purchase it if you will not change my set with new one. even I will not advice to any body to make faith on Micromax.
              One thing is sure I will not accept opened body repair set from you unless I will not take it form you I am requesting you that please consider my case on priority basis.
              I hope you will do best in my favor

                i was using a micomax mobile and suddenly today morning it has been dead.when i visited in (kalkaji new delhi) service centre the guy said to me it is burn by over charging so' you cant get repair under warranty you have to pay for it.but i was using my phone a small baby i have never charged over 92%.

                  I have lodged a complaint regarding Yureka as my piece got shutdown completely. First i inquired service centers to repair the phone. But they most of the Micromax service centers informed that they dont accept yureka and no service for Yureka. I contacted customer care toll free number and lodged a ticket. They told that one of the person from technical team will reach in 48 hrs. According to them their working hrs are from 8 AM to 8 PM so 48 hrs will come to 4 days. I have not seen such type of service so far. Even after four days no person from Micromax service center has turned up. I had followed up several times and every time they say your replacement product will reach you soon in 2 to 3 days. Now why i say this statement "I request please do not buy any micromax yureka product" The worst product and worst service i had ever faced.

                    My name is Vijay, I had submitted my Micromax Canvas Gold(A300) mobile to Sara service centre in Chinchwad Pune(Authorised Micromax service centre) on June 27, 2015.(Job no.W[protected] My mobile's touch screen was not working properly. When I submitted the mobile I had been told the touch screen needs to be replaced but the part is not available with us, it will take 10 -15 days to receive that part; after 10 days I received the call from Sara mobile service centre saying that the mobile is not repairable at our service centre and need to sent to Head Office(Delhi), it will again take 10 -15 days, they had provide me the Micromax customer care no.(Which no one responds every time). I could not get the thing that how the parts are not available at "AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE"? And it will take 10 days to service centre people to just say me that the part is not available with them? Now they have sent my mobile to Head office and the customer care no. never responds me, when I call back to Service centre in Pune they keep telling me that we have not receive your mobile. This is a very poor support from Micromax. Kindly take this on Priority. I have already mentioned my Job code for you reference.                       HI i bought my mobile 2 months back.i use mobile only for only for less time in a day.now the problem i am facing with the mobile (back button, menu button are not working ) i personalley fell micromax service centeres are providing worst service.i kept my mobile in servcice centere for 15 days but the problem not rectified. i am geeting mad.i dont know to whom i should approch

                          i m give a mobile because i have sent my mobile to a delhi micromax company through kalyan micromax gallery for repair my mobile was dead then my mobile has come from delhi within 15-20 days but mobile has worked hardly 7-8hrs not aslo work 24 hrd and i have purchase mobile before 3 month it is a default peice plzz replace me that mobile plz i kindly request u and in gallery they dont giving me a standby mobile for use

                            Hi this is about my customer experience about Micromax. There is hardly any update about the service centres in and around thane. I happened to visit a branch in Makhmali Talaw in Thane today. I simpley wanted to purchase a new battery for my Micromax A92 Model. The person - Avnesh Waghmare at the halpdesk without getting into details handed over me a coupon and asked me to wait until my turn comes. There 16 numbers prior to me, I tried to explain him that I don not to repair but just purchase a battery and I need not wait. Then I tried to put the same with his supervisor Mr.Rakesh Yadav, he seemed to be acrimonious, hostile and arrogant. He was not ready to listen my problem. I waited till the final Manager called Radhe sir sir came who arrived at 11..00 am. I explained him the story and shared my experience at last he understood that it was not required to keep waiting for people who do not have to repair mobile or create a jobsheet. There is no wisdom or thought process applied, staff is unprofessional and lack mannerism, hostile. Hardly bother to receive the complaints and customer have to wait atleast for 1.5 hours for their turn. If this is the after sales service I feel I regret purchasing the mobile. I have captured the video of the hostile and arrogant replies of the employee and would publish it to media or channels to bring the exact picture in from of people.

                                  Dear Sir, The a/m phone was submitted to your service centre M/s AEGISS Infotech on 02/07/15 and adviced the your phone will be either repaired or replaced with in 10 days. Since than it is almost 20 days past but no action has been to taken. I repeatedly complaining daily, but all in vain. they keep on saying after 5 days after 5 days. what nonsense it is. Even they are not able to give satisfy reply to the customer and i am suffering a lot mentally. Plz teach your service centre representative/clerk to give atleast a satisfactory reply to the customer. request return the phone as it is.                                     सर मैंने अपना टेबलेट p ४७० जनवरी १६ २०१५ में ख़रीदा था जिसमे जून २०१५ में बैटरी की समय्षा आ गयी जिसे दिनाक 4-6 -2015 को sp monile service point 26/79 karachi khana behind to sagar marjet pin code 208001 में जमा किया था जहा मुझे कहा गया एक हफ्ते में मुझे मेरा मोबाइल मिल जायेगा मगर १० दिन बीत जाने पे मैंने वहा समपर्क किया तो मुझे बतया गया कि अभी न बना है मैंने उसके बाद micro max care में फ़ोन कर बात किया तो मुझे बतया गया कि मुझे ३० जून को मिल जायेगा किन्तु नही मिला दुबारा सर्विस सेंटर में संपर्क किया तो मुझे बताया गया कि अभी एक महिना और लगेगा अबी अप बताये अगर एक बैट्री के लिए मुझे २ महीने इंतजार करना पड़ेगा

                                      Hardly a moth old phone (Micromax nitro 2) . There was a display problem, given for service on 3 / 7 / 2015. They said will take 2 weeks. When i called on 17th july they are saying, will take another 20 days. This is ridiculous. Why not you can replace instead of taking such a long time, after - all the phone is hardly a month old. This is what you call costumer care?. Please try the the phone numbers that follows you wont get any reply from them.

                                        I had given my tab to micromax service center on 20th June 2015. I was told that I will get it in 1 week's time. After 1 week when called them they said that it will take another week. I repeated got this reply till today.
                                        I sent a mail to micromax customer care explaining the same. I told them I need it by Friday (17th Jul). Then they replied saying that it is ready and can be collected as per my convenience. I went on Saturday but it was closed. I went today and I was told that it is not yet ready.
                                        If the device is not ready then why did they gave me wrong information.

                                        Why did they often give me the wrong details about delivery every time.

                                        Last how many days will they require to return the device.
