Dear Sir, I am not getting support from micromax care. I have given my under warranty Micromax canvas fire A104 for repairing on 2.7.2015. Repairing will take time OK but at least I should know status of my device. Now, Customer service not picking phone. Service center mobile and land line also not working. Pl Help Job sheet no is * w[protected] *

    Dear Concern, I have purchased my Mobile Handset Model A-120, IMEI No, [protected] from M/s Harjeet Brothers, Dharampura Bazar, Patiala against Invoice No. 3720 Dated 13.10.2014 From Last 2-3 months, it is not working properly and it gets switch off automatically, For which I have contact your Service Center at " City Center, 22 No. Phatak, Patiala" First Time, they told, it is a software problem and update the software, Problem of auto switch off not resolved properly, again we approach to Service center, Second time, they told it is a hardware problem and again repair it. Still same problem exists and Now they are asking to change the BATTERY, As per me, Battery is properly working and its Back-up is also OK, We can change the Battery but provide me the written confirmation that replacing Battery will solve the issue of auto switch off of handset and if even after replacing batter it is not resolved, you will replace the Hand set with New One. Considering above, I request you to change my Handset with New one OR give me confirmation that replacing Battery will solve the issue. Thanks Rajat Kumar [protected]

      hello there.i am nikhil sharma, i live in sundernagar, himachal pradesh. i bought a micromax canvas nitro a310 from jwalamukhi, himachal pradesh, which is my hometown.
      a month or two back i started experiencing some problms with the battery of the handset. the device some times charges normallybut sometimes either charges extremely slow or DOESNT CHARGE AT ALL. i went to care centre, they kept the phone for 2 days. but after 2 3 days i face the same problem even now MY PHONE DOESNOT CONNECT TO MY PC, which it did before i sent it for repair. when i called back they started making excuses. the response was simply not upto the mark. when i asked for an explanation they said may be we should send it to the company which will take about a month. i asked if I GET ANOTHER PHONE FOR USING IN THAT TIME, he simply said no!!
      how can one spend a month without his phone and WHY SHOULD I?
      I have spent money for the device and service, not for wondering here and there.
      the device is even in warranty.
      please help me. iam really pissed off. this problem and the service is simply killing me.

        I bought Micromax canvas pep q371 on shopclue.com on 10 June 2015 but recently 20 day ago as such a problem on Bluetooth WiFi are not work and handset overheating problem I decided Micromax care 2july 2015 but 15 day are gone my handset are not repairs and company are no response my job sheet no N[protected]

              Said mob was purchased online When put on charging it took 4.30 hour for charging and its back up is for less than one hour.We visited your service center M/S AKS CARE B1/CD-1/28 lda colony Kanpur road Lucknow on 15/07/2015.They took the mob and said its has major defect to be repaired and they informed that it may take 15 to 20 days.I hv only dis mob at ours and now suffering and not connected to others..               Device has been repared by M/S AKS CARE Krishna nagar Lucknow but the problem noted still persist Charging time is 4.15 hours and back up is only 60 min. Today i receieved phone call from custmer care asking me to submit bill copy so as to replace the device i asked him to give his mail id where i can send copy of bill but till now i don't have receieved it.

                It is to bring to your kind attention that I had bought Micromax Canvas Fire 2 A104 model mobile from ebay.in on 1st April, 2015 & received the handset on 15th of April, 2015. On checking the handset, a problem was found in it. Mobile was not getting powered on after removing battery for inserting SIM. It would only get started after i plug in the charger & put it on charging mode. This was causing inconvenience, So i informed Ebay Customer Executive & and they reverted as the mobile is covered under manufacturer warranty, so get it repaired from service center or get DOA certificate. The DOA certificate was not given as a week has already passed in the process. So, mobile was given to Dutta Enterprises, Micromax Service center in Jammu for repair on 1st of May, 2015. They asked us to get back mobile after 15 days but the same was returned after 15 days & we were told to come back after another 15 days. Today, We got a call from service center and were told to take back the handset. On going there, the handset was found non-operational. And the owner started telling that you purchased it online, we don't provide warranty for online products. Also, he told us to take back the product as the product is duplicate. Please clarify after 28 days of receiving the product, you came to know that the product is duplicate. If so, please give me this in writing. Below PFA the the original bill of the product and receiving of the product from service center. The M-IMEI No of the product is [protected] Job Sheet No is N080099 CST No is [protected] S No is 1235 Resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  i have submitted my Canvas Doodle 3 in Laxmi Nagar Delhi on 04/07/2015 but and they informed that it will take 10 days to repair but everytime i am visiting the service center they are asking for more 15 days, also they are themself making me to file complaint in consumer court, i contacted the Customer Contact Center two times but they are saying that they are unable to help me out also they never make me speak to any senior or supervisor.i called with ([protected]) this number.plus i have wrote on their website (www.micromaxinfo.com) 4 times but didn't get any revert back. i am feeling like they are harassing me as a customer.                   no solution was given by micromax, they was unable to repair the handset to they gave me one old handset that was defective too.

                  the speaker was faulty so i have thrown that handset.

                    Sir, I am using micromax canvas fire 4 a107. I have bought it through flipkart at[protected]. Since the mobile has all high latest features some of (Transparent menu background, Can't set contact image after saving contact) the features makes the customer unsatisfied. So please correct up it at next software update.

                      Hello sir ...I am AZIZ .K. DOHADWALA ..i had submitted my headset micromax canvas gold A300 on 25th june 2015 in borivali branch for not working light on back button of my headset...but button was working ...only light was not working..so i submitted it to service center ...they have told me that it will take 20 days for problem to be solved ...but i got a call from them after 10 days only...and when i went to receive my headset the problem was not solved and they told again 10 days for problem to be solved ...and after that till now i have not recieved my headset..it was a minor problem but they take a too long period ...i am totally dissatisfied ...i request all my friends nd relatives to not to buy micromax headset

                          I have purchased Micromax-Canvas spark-Q380 (Sl.No.V[protected] 1.The android drivers are not available. (i.e we are unable to transfer data from mobile to my desktop system. 2. Bluetooth not pairing (i.e. not recognizing other mobile blue tooth) which we are unable to trasnfer data via blue tooth. 3. Battery backup is very poor and very fast discharging.

                            I have purchase micromax A120 model on 26 June 2014 and I found repeated issues with phone, latest issue is rebooting the phone continuously. I have handover the handset to pune service center on 02 June 2015. Now its been over 45 days still i have not received my phone. In 1 year of span my phone is not functional for the at least 4 months and company doesn't' provide any standby mobile.

                              Dear sir, I got some problem with my smartphone micromax A075 IMEINo. [protected]/[protected] job sheet no. w[protected]-17302002 dated 16/06/15. which i submitted to your center V Care telecom service at mumbai om 16/06/2015. But i didnt got any responce even after one month of waiting period and it is not possible for me to by a new phone for that period. so it is requested that plz tell me how many month will you take to repair that huge machine. I think you can understand i am helpless and cant wait for mercy of your care centre

                                I bought the mobile a month ago ...it has been 2 weeks my apps like YouTube has been stopped working it says unfortunately YouTube has been stopped working... In instagram options comes to post a video\photo it comes only black screen and do same(not working) .My game HayDay is also not working its playing for a minitue n do same...I really really hope you will fix the problem!!!

                                  I bought the micromax canvas nitro on 11 march 2015, from the day it had problem of display. Gave to Hoshiarpur care centre on 20th may, they said problem will be solved in 10 days, after 15 days when i went the display was blank, they told to make new jobsheet (jobsheet no- N[protected], jobsheet date- 5 june 2015) and mobile will be with you in 25 days maximum. After 25 days till now i have contacted customer care 10 times, the reply every time i get is just sir please wait 10 days, i don't know how many more 10 days i have to wait. I am totally dissatisfied by MICROMAX. I have used mobiles of many other companies but never got such a worst response. By watching all this i will never recommend any of my friend or relative to purchase mobile of MICROMAX, i guess chinese mobiles better than it.

                                    The Display of My Micromax Tab P300 was broken and submitted to S R Communication, 1179/12, First Floor, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 an Authorised Service Centre of Micromax on 08 August 2014. After Changing the display, the touch was not responded. I was Paid the cost of display and Service Charged Rs. 1450+Rs.150 = Total Rs. 1600/- and further the S R Communication submitted the Tab P300 to the firm for further repair vide Job-sheet No.N[protected] Dated 23 Aug 2014. Now The S R Communication, 1179/12, First Floor, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 closed their function and the recommended service centre by customer care representative from Micromax Care, was Shri Balaji Telecom, 41/A, Lower Ground Floor, Kalkaji Main Road from where the said above Tab was proposed to deliver. I enquired several time and every time they checked the Job-Sheet No and not found any status in their service centre. Now Shri Balaji Telecom not respond any more as the Job-sheet No.N[protected] was closed. Please help me for getting back my Tab. Thank You

                                        Dear Sir, I Purchase Micromax canvas spark q380 from snapdeal. we received product 20/06/2015. after 7 days 28/06/2015 my phone problem showing when we open camera show can not connect to camera. then we submit phone to micromax shri ram tower service center on date 30/06/2015. but service center not able to solve my problems he told me collect phone on date 10/07/2015 when we reached after 10/07/2015 he told me your phone have hardware problem and part of hardware comeing from courier. and told me collect phone after 3 days after that when we reached then again told me your phone have motherboard problem please collect after 2 days after 2 days my problem stile same. and service center not attending my call my job sheet no. is N[protected]. plz help me or this is my mistake i purchase micromax phone. .
