    In this connection, it is submitted that I had deposited my subject cited Mobile namely Micromax A-350 in Micromax Local Ara Service Center located at Hisar i.e. M/s Global Communication, Green Square Market, Shop No. 259 (FF), Near Agarsen Bhawan, Hisar Haryana Pin Code - 125001 on dated 02.05.2015 for service and on this date I was informed to return the same within 25 days by the employees working at that office. When I went after 25 days from the date of deposit of mobile, they told me that 'your mobile is not come back and the same will be come after 15 days. After 15 days, I also visited the office but they gave same reply to come after 15 days, but after passing more than 2 months, I cannot receive my mobile. During this period, I also contact on Customer Care No. [protected] on 15.06.2015. They game me a Complaint No. MMX[protected] also told me to return the Mobile within 15 days after servicing. I also again contacted on the same Customer Care Number on 11.07.2015 and they also gave me another complaint No. MMX[protected] while always one complaint number is given oftenly. In spite of various complaints and reminders, till date no mobile is come back to me.
    So, it is humbly requested to direct the officials to service my mobile or refund the amount of mobile to me at the earliest please. I am facing very problem without mobile. My number is closed since two & a half months.

      I did buy set few month ago. after some day there was arrive some problem. i did deposit my set micromax service center on 17/06/2015. when i gone after fifteen day that service center they closed my first complane number with out informing me. then they was give me another jobsheet. that was complane login on 25/06/2015. after all i did't received my set till now first jobsheet no:- N[protected] second jobsheet no :- N[protected]

        A310 (Canvas Nitro) purchased on 27/10/2014 (the model was launched Aug, 2014)from Reliance Digital store, Vadodara & replaced against `DOA`issued by Micromax ASC Mobilemania (ASC code W010933) on 30/10/2014 (from reliance digital).Within three months started facing problem regarding phone becoming slow, internal speaker not working, software not getting updated & malfunctioning of charging port. ASC Mobilemania (ASC code W010933) refusing to raise job sheet & providing warranty service due to some system problem whereas system says warranty service YES but repair warranty shows NO & asks me to take up matter with helpline desk[protected] or[protected]. THE SECOND HELPDESK NO IS SPAM & one is not getting through any time. The no.[protected] is not providing any useful information & customer has to run around pillar to post without any resolution to their complaints/grievances. In the process visited ASC more than seven times, arranged to convers customer care executive with ASC incharge, I have send send several mails & reminders to Micromax ID : [protected]@micromaxinfo.com & repeatedly informed to Help-desk no. & all the time false promises are given about call backs & reverting per return email within 24 -48 hours to the issues raised regarding consumer protection. There is is no way customer can directly reach to any responsible officer of Micromax. Their web site also don't give any information other than help-desk numbers (mind it they are not tall free) & non responsive email ID The issue of non-response & fooling the customer particularly by MICROMAX & in general by other consumer electronics goods manufacturers has to be stopped by taking stern action taking the matter SUO MOTO by National Consumer Forum .           Dear sir I purchased micromax nitro a311 few month ego.. but after 1 month it’s had lots of problem like network problem, camera problem. So I had placed it to micromax service center at bally center ( SOLUTION POINT).they told me that I will get my handset within 15 days. But till now I didn’t had any positive response from them. It had been 2 months and I had still not recived my handset. I am totally dissatisfied with this service. So I want to replacement.           dear sir I rcvd your msg to collect my handset form service center.bt after confirmed from service center about the recent status about my phone they informed that till now ph is not ready..what kind of service is this..I am very disappointed with your service..I don't wanna use this set...I want to replacement... so pls concern about this.

            My job sheet no is : MMX[protected] I have given my mobile on 2-June-2015, servicing center has sent mobile to Company. But it was 45 days till now that I havent received mobile. It is a great inconvenience for common man. When ever I call they always say it will be sent in 15 days, so far they have said the same answer from last 2 times. It will be great helping us if you return the mobile atleast now. We have been waiting for the mobile from 45 days. Waiting for this much time is not soo easy. How can every one bear the burden of buying a new phone for this mean time. Atleast service center/company is not even providing temporary phone. Please return my mobile asap.

              sir I m Mannu Khajuria ( Advocate J&k high court) have given my micromax tab p666 for repair to the datta enterprises jammu on 19/05/2015. To my utter horror I have still not received any intimation about the tab and status is said to be unknown by the concerned. i have suffered enough humiliation at the hands of your service provider datta enterprises. My registered complaint no is MMX[protected]. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise for my case i have to move to consumer forum .

                I want to say that, i got my mobile 2.2 A114 (purchased online) exchanged for A121. The A121 is showing the problem with outgoing audio. The IMEI/ESN No. are [protected]/[protected] Model No.SERMOB0461. The mobile is with the M/S Electronics Home, NEW Bus stand, Palampur from the date 23/06/2014 for servicing and repair under warranty period. I am continuously trying the mobile nos. of the center those are [protected], [protected] but they are not receiving it and no response is coming from their behalf. As i am always busy at work. I find it very inconvenient. This type of suffering is always taken as negative feedback to the Micromax. Sandeep Kumar

The new device is also stopped working and I have submitted it to unitech service centre Bathinda.                   On 20/07/2015, I have received a call from Micromax to forward a scan copy of original bill. Scan copy of Invoice No SC6754/14-15/4216 dated 27/02/2015 is forwarded at given email on 21/07/2015/17:19 h. No response is received even after reminder on 23/07/2015/17:27 h. If the case is not resolved, I will be compelled to share with my friends on social sites so that they should also know about the difference in "After Sale Service" being promised and provided by the company.

                    My phone was having sim insert proble. Hence i gave my cell phone at micromax service centre, pmw cares, 8 / 2 first floor, bharathi nagar 2nd street, 32a north usman road, t nagar, chennai on 23. 06. 2015 and job sheet :230615p122460 wad given.

                    On 01. 07. 2015, , i have received message to my cell phone as follows: 'dear customer, your deposited with us undr job sheet no. S[protected] has been repaired. Please collect from the service centre. Regards - micromax serve".

                    But when we contacted pmw cares service centre, they are telling that they have not received the cell phone being repaired. .

                    We are not able to understand what is going on in micromax. Please let us know the acual status.

                    I request you to deliver the cell phone on or before 18. 07. 2015.

                          I ordered "Micromax Canvas Gold A300" through FlipKart on 1st February 2015. After 1-3 days o[censored]sing, the mobile started lagging and hanged. I had to reboot it to make the phone and internet work. I ignored the minor issues as I thought it was a new phone and after sometime it might work smoothly. However, its been more than 1 month now that my phone gets switched off by itself when using. The display picture turns black and the phone dies after minutes o[censored]sing. And the battery shows 1% or some percent charged even if I charge it for 2-3 or more hours. I called up the Micromax Customer care center. They advised me to take the phone to nearby service center. We showed the phone to a rep at Hudson Lane GTB Nagar Micromax service center. The rep over there made excuses that the phone might be dropped or came into water contact which is all false accusations and lame excuses. The rep checked the phone and said that there is some short circuit and hence, we need to pay rupees 4000/- for the repair. Before we showed it to the micromax service center, the phone was atleast working. After the service center people checked my phone, its completely dead now. I feel cheated by Micromax. We then called up the Micromax customer care again. This time spoke to one Upesh Diwedi. He told us to write to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. I wrote to them as advised. But the Micromax chat/email agent again told me to coordinate with Service center people. I am going round and round in circle. I am not even asking them full refund or asking them to take back the phone. All I WANT IS A FREE REPAIR. My mobile phone handset is under 12 months Warranty period. This is robbery! I dont know what to do. Please help me with the next step!! ***Iam not able to attach the documents here.

                            I bought a micromax tab p280 funbook on august 2014 and it worked for 3 months then it was not working after that. I went to micromax service center in trivandrum [PATTOM] and submitted for repairing.I went there several times enquering about it .But each time they say its not repaired and got from the company.Now its about 4 months after i have given it to them. They are now saying i dont have to come here in their office every time.When it is ready they will call.                               I buy new canvas nitro 2 e311 of rupees 10500 my phone has stop working after 7 day loud speaker also not working and many problems of phone when i went to complain to retail shop the shopkeeper we cant do anything you have to go to the service centre. I went there ask him to exchange me a new mobile because i just buy 10 days back he told me to repair my mobile.                                   I have been a loyal customer of your Micromax Company for last four years. The company has given excellent service to me for all these years. I received a Minor screen problem on May 2015. It was unexpected as I am using Micromax brand since long time but this was first problem in my recently purchased handset. I went to the local branch of your Company in Borivali west, Mumbai to solve it on the day it arrived. The staff did not co-operate and insisted that the handset is checked and will take a time of 10 to 15 days then a call received by me mentioned that it will take around one to one & half month hence, dissappointed. I kept telling them that please cooperate & do it as earlier as possible but after wasting a lot of time, I was told that you have to wait fot a month. Since it was my very bad and unexpected experience. I'm sure that you will take it in your concern.The company's local branch is unnecessarily giving the umwanted reson & service of the such a single handset. This is wrong and I can sue the company in consumer court as per The Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. I don't want to go that extent. Therefore, I'm writing this letter to tell you. I'm sending it to higher division complaint with this letter. As since me & my family members are using this company's handset & further we will be in choisy in selecting brand with this experience. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. If that does not happen then I need to go to the consumer forum with my appeal. Waiting for your reply. My Mobile details are Mentioned below. Unexpected customer service.                                     Hello, Based of the action you guys are making fun of, i have decided to fill a police complaint and a registered complaint to the Consumer court, its been over 2months now, you guys are not giving me the handset and every time i call on the status you guys say it shall take another 15 days. When the hell will that 15 days end. Anyhow, i am filling a complaint soon this week or next, as am travelling. The company keeps saying to be calm for another week, and i have spoken to around 20 different people to whom i have to explain the case fresh every time. Its just Pathetic, I demand for a justice and a quick solution. Infact i got a call on 12July2015 saying on 15July2015 you shall receive the New Handset as they can not service the one i gave (which is under warranty), So today on 16July2015 i called the service team and they said the same dialogue that, "It shall take Another 15 days". Tired of this .

                                      Dear Till i not received ur any communication or phone call ur service centre .. when ever i call ur service center just asked ur voucher no .. don't get any replay from ur service.. i visit on dt:11/07/2015 saturday early at 10.20am.. ur Representative present at 10.45am I am the first customer on that day and i say my problem sir i want this phone on emergency basis and he also say that today evening u got the phone... On monday at 6.30pm dt:13.07.2015 ur Representative call and say sir ur bill amount Rs.400 and i say ok...til till over 5 days till i not get any replay, phone call, India's worst service centre at kharagpur..don't known customer value. phone problem is A77 Invalid IMIE no..and M2 phone sound and battery problem pls pls find the attachment of two bill... Dear Mr. Anuj Srivastav, As per your mail, please send me transaction id over mail for refunding my amount of Rs. 31000/-, as yesterday Rs. 23000/- has been debited from my SBI Account No. 30238219190 and Credited to Micromax Account via Card No. 6220180062400063541 as given by you over phone from your phone no 9650396076 to my phone no. 9832705186. Please send transaction no. of Micromax India over mail. If entire money of Rs. 31000/- will not been credited to my account, then I will go to consumer forum to lodge complain against Micromax India for doing forgery with clients. Regards, D.                                       Same thing happened with me.. My 29000 has gone .. Is there anyone who could help us getting our money from.these fraud people
                                      This Anuj Srivastav is a very big fraud.He also tried to cheat me but I was lucky to visit this page before and find everything about him.

                                        Still awaiting a reply from you. Received a call from [protected]. The person said that the issue will be resolved with in a day and requested to send them the scanned copy of bill to micromax.[protected]@india.com. I had sent the mail but now there is no reply tried to call them but its always engaged. Mailed them but no reply. After spending our hard earned money we are facing problem from Indian brands we would prefer to buy foreign brands
                                        Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        That person is a fraud. Do not attend call from him.
