I was purchased mobile form micromax & now it has problem of display & it has in warranty.

It was submitted to service centre on 10.08.2017, but now company not well co operate me. Every time told me part is not available, it is under process.

    Dear sir/mam,

    I am tanmay gupta from jaipur. I owns a micromax smartphone. Last month i faced problem with it. So i checked in to micromax service center to solve my problem. But instead of solving my problem they have increased it.

    Initially they were not able to catch my problem. They kept my phone with them for 4 days to try to solve my problem. But finally they were not able to solve it. They said that phone has to be send to delhi to repair it. I said ok. It was on 27th july when they made a jobcard for it. But till date i have not received my phone. They are constantly saying that your phone has not came from delhi. I have visited service centres 10 times till now but everytime same reply.

    I want to whether this type of customer service micromax provides to its customers. If yes, then i am wrong to buy a micromax device. I am really disappointed with micromax customer service.

    I want you to please take strict actions against such service centres so that they do not defame micromax brand in future. I am also enclosing jab card with it. I request you to please provide my phone as soon as possible because now every limits are crossed.

    I have received my device today from service center. But i am really disappointed to say that my problem is still not solved. I am facing the same problem.

    This is the second time i have received the device but problem is not solved.

    What you people what to trouble your customer. If you are not able to solve my problem so please replace my device with new one as it is under warranty.

    I am enclosing second jobsheet with it.

    Please solve my problem as soon as possible else i have to take strict actions against micromax.

    Dear sir/mam,

    I am Anubhab from Kharagpur (WB). I brought a micromax smartphone Q385 IMEI NO [protected] on 02/7/2017. After bringing the phone home and inserting the SIM card, network was fluctuating for 1st few days then completly the network was dead. So i checked in to micromax service center- Belief (Authorised Service Centre) Add- Malancha Road- Near Bank of Baroda ATM, Beside Raj Laxmi Sweets, Kharagpur-4 to solve my problem. They told as it was more than 7 days from DOP they can't replace the phone but will repair it and provided the below Receipt no 5513 and kept the phone. After 15 days they told they have kept the phone for observation. After 1 month they called 1 day and said it had some problem inside and have to send it to Micromax head office. Then exactly next day, called and informed that phone is fine and to come and collect it. When my mother (senior citizen) visited the service center, she faced the worst pathetic service. They provided the phone when it was completly dead with battery. when my mother asked that please charge the mobile and show the the problem is sorted or not. The lady at the counter told that they don't have mobile charge and to go back home, charge the mobile and check. when told many times if the problem still remains, the service center lady told in reply- Electronics goods are meant to get have problem, that too Micromax company don't give guarantee of their phones. Then my mother walked out from their and after checking at home we found that the problem was not sorted. Service center not only behaved pathetic but also humiliate a senior citizen. They have not only provided pathetic service but instead of solving my problem they have increased it.

    When i complaint on Micromax they asked about Jobcard which was not provided by the service center apart from the receipt. I want to know whether this type of customer service micromax provides to its customers. If yes, then i am wrong to buy a micromax device. I am really disappointed with the service center of micromax customer service.

    I want you to please take strict actions against such service centres so that they do not defame micromax brand in future. I am also enclosing my phone bill and the service center receipt. I request you to please take action on such service center and i will also make sure that I will share my experience at all social network
    and make people aware of such experience because now every limits are crossed. Micromax should blacklist such service center.

        Hello. Myself abhishek, i have submitted my euphoria phone for
        Repairing on 04/08/2017 at the mobile care, laxmi nagar delhi
        110092.. Phone is having network problem. They told me that it took 7
        Day to repair phone.. But when i call every time they say it will take
        Another 1 or 2 days...2 3 times they told me the same... After so many complains i got my phone back on[protected]... They told me that your phone mother is changed... But when came home i found that phone is having touch problem... I went service centre next day they told me that bring your phone box without it they could not help. I had bill but they didn't agree with it. On next i went there again with box they submitted my phone without asking about box.. They didn't asked for it.. They just wanted to cheat me... As i submitted my phone on[protected] they told me that it will take only two days. But when i call them they told mw that phone is not repaired yet... So may times they told me.. After almost 6 day now. Today i got a message on my phone that my phone is ready but when i call them to double check they told me that your phone is not repaired yet... But online status is showing that my phone is ready... But they didn't repaired yet... Please help me.. I beg you... Please job sheet no. N[protected]. Service centre name.           Hi,

          I purchased a "micromax 42c0050uhd 106 cm (42) full hd led television" through 'flipkart' with order id. Od[protected] on feb'2016. It suddenly get blurred screen and colour scatter image. I just highly disappointed and called to customer care. They just raised a case (Tn[protected] and after 4 hours i got a call from z axis service centre. He said to bring the tv to their service centre.

          I have been waiting for more than 20 days, and i used to call them daily. Still now it is not get repaired.

          I just purchased this product as it is an indian company and i thought we can believe in the product quality and service.

          I just spend 31k money on a worst product.

          Kindly resolve the problem or replace the product.

            मै kulwern singh मैंने[protected] को micromax q424 मोबाइल लिया था जिसमे 4.7.2017 को बैटरी चार्जिंग की प्रॉब्लम आयी जो मैंने माइक्रोमैक्स केयर सेंटर में दिखाई और बैटरी चेंज करवा ली कैश देकर लेकिन नई बैटरी भी चार्ज नहीं हुई जबकि केयर सेंटरवालों ने जाँच करके तब कहा की आपका मोबाइल ok है लेकिन वो प्रॉब्लम उसकी हल नहीं हुई तो मैंने डीलर को 5-7-2017 बताया और डीलर ने मोबाइल केयर सेंटर भेजा उन्होंने मुझे 15.7.2017 को बताया की मेरा मोबाइल बिलकुल डेमेज है उसका motherboard costly चेंज होगा जबकि वो चल रहा था सिर्फ बेटरी चार्जिंग की ही प्रॉब्लम थी। मेरा job sheet नंबर है[protected]-29421309, मुझे गुमराह किया गया और मेरा समय और पैसा भी बर्बाद किया गया।मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है । मुझे मेरे पैसे वापिस चाहिए

Request you to don't give warranty to customers. That's are problems.                 I deposited the out of warranty model-SERMOB0299, Item name - A210 to the SND Enterprise, Fateh Nagar, New Delhi-110018 on 20/08/2016 for no service issue. The motherboard was replaced however camera stopped working. I asked for camera to be repaired. Since the device is obsolete, the part (camera) wasn't available with the service center. It is now being one year. I am struggling for the refund and handover of the my device in working condition.

                  Sir mere pass micromax canvas fire 5 q386 smartphone hai. Sensor problem ki wajah se use service centre dakbunglow, patna bheja tha phir waha se company gaya tha banne ke liye phone. Jab phone banke aaya to use check karne pe pata chala ki uske camera glass break hai. Mene waha dikhaya to unhone kaha 1 week baad aaiyeg ban jayega tab mene proof manga banane ka to unhone usi waqt camera glass change kar diya mana karne ke baad bhi aur complaint receipt bhi le liya, mangne pe bahut misbehave kiya unhone aur phir uske baad ab phone on off kar raha hai, proper work nahi kar raha hai, mene kaha tha ki mention kar ke de dijiye ki physically damaged hua hai company se lekin unhone argument kiya, us waqt waha koi ladies worker nahi thi, isliye mene waha se nikalna thik samjha. Ab aap bataye ki main kya karu. Kyu ki mere pass job receipt nahi unhone mujhe kharab phone de diya hai.

When i am journey ahmedabad to bhubaneswar at the midnight my mobile phone was stolen at raipur railway station. I am complaint to the railway help line number they said me we trying to help me to find my phone. But still now i did not get back my phone so i want to block it

                          I have purchase this micromax phone but after few day this phone was misbehaving like it dosent downdload video & song form net and whenever i turn the net it doesnt turn offs again it axesss to net directly due to this charging goes low and it charges very slow when we visit to it service centre they discalmed it by saying it is not the issue of phone. I am very disponited after buying this phone plz take a quick actiion.

                                Television set purchased in nov 2016 from flipkart started. It developing a "black line" on the screen in june 17. Complaint was filed with the company in june end. They visited our place and said tv would be replaced. But even after multiple follow ups on phone and email tv has not yet been replaced. They keep giving us new complaint reference nos but there has been no escalation. The tele executives promised us that some senior will call us but no one called us after multiple follow ups. The after sales is pathetic and i am tempted to lodge a formal complaint in the consumer court.

                                  Today i went to micromax service center to repair a minor issue with the on/off switch (Loose connection) of wifi router. To my astonishment service charge is 75% of the product price and recommended me to buy a new one.

                                  I never though its a use and throw product while buying. I want my product get serviced at a reasonable price.

                                    Yu yureka mobile which is under warranty period was having issues that was not even resolved in mixromax service cenetr in our city.
                                    So they shipped it to headquarter office in delhi.
                                    After 1 month the mobile came back to city without repair and resolving the issue.
                                    Everyday micromax service delhi sends message at registered phone that your phone has been repaired and sent.
                                    But we have not received the product yet.
                                    Please look into matter before the warranty gets expire.
                                    Else i will have to go to consumer court for further issue about your service.
                                    Attached the slip given by micromax service center malout city as a proof of the above statements.

                                      My name is nagesh gaikwad, i had logged an complaint for repairing my micromax 42 inch 4k led to on 24 july, my complain i'd is mh[protected], the technician visited my place and told that my tv's motherboard is gone, they will order a new one and replace it within 1 week as my tv is under warrant, it has now been almost 22 days i am contacting the service center owner swapnil but still he is saying that he hasn't received any parts, i spoke to the person who is the asm of mumbai for micromax his name is rahila jadhav but he is also telling me that he has mailed the company about the part. I am very disappointed with such a service provided by micromax.

                                        I let you know that i have purchased a micromax 32tsd6150fhd 81 cm (32) full hd led tv as on 16.10.2016 online on snapdeal platform with 2 years extended warranty. I faced problem regarding display in my said led tv on 02.05.2017 and lodged a complain to service centre but neither any technician had visited nor any call had been assigned. By-the-way my that problem was resolved automatically after sometime.

                                        2. Second time i faced the same problem regarding dispay on 22.07.2017 and lodged a new complain on 24.07.2017 but this time also none visited my house even i had to bring my tv to their service centre on 27.07.2017 and bring back to my house on 10.08.2017 with no satisfactory resolution of my problem as the said tv has again the same problem regarding display i. E. No picture and sound at all. If i complain no body response satisfactory.

                                        3. I want to say only one thing i want my tv to be replaced as it is a faulty products that have been sold to me. This is a brand which went to disfunction three times within 9 months.

                                        4. Sir, you are requested to arrange to resolve my issue.
