My handset is micromax A091. Intially display went wrong and my initial set was replaced by the service center, m/s Space Telecom bhubaneswar. Thereafter when the handset was returned it did not take charge as well as bluetooth wont work. Again the phone was handed over to the service centre. again the phone was replaced but still it is not taking charge. myhandset is still under warranty period. it was purchased on 25 june 2014. kindly suggest what to do otherwise i would be forced to take some steps.

    My Name is Jagadeesha. I have purchased New Micromax Doodle 1EA Mobile on 26th Oct'2014 from Bangalore(K.R.Puram). Within 2 months of purchasing, my set got switch off automatic. I went to Service Centre (M/S Mobileseva banglaore-Marthahalli) (Job Sheet Number: *S[protected]-[protected]* on 18-Dec'14 to resolve this issue. They told me that "There was a mother board issue which could not be resolved from their end. Set to be dispatched to the company to resolve this issue & you had to wait between 15 to 20 days for getting your set". It was such a very long time to me although, I agreed for the same. After a long time (After 20 Days), I went again for getting my set but as per your service centre, they didn't receive my set from the company. They told me "You had to wait till 20-Jan'15 and also they were not sure, whether till 20 Jan'15 they would return my set or not" Following are the few points which I want to know:- • Pls let me know I switched from Other Mobile Product to Micramax Mobile Product. Was this my mistake? • I paid handsome money for this set in spite of this; I am not using it from >30 Days • Is 30 day not a very long time? • Why I have not given any replacement if there was a long time period issue. • I lost my business due to this service who will be responsible for this? • I am very frustrated.       My complaint is against pune aundh branch micromax service centre customer care advisor tukaram. He doesnt have any information and product knowledge . i had given my micromax A116 cell for software upgrade on 21/01/2015 but instead of software upgrade he just formatted mu cell which i can also do. And when asked him to check which latest version of software he updated he doesnt even know the version and started using abusing language and bad words . Expecting quick action against such disgusting people of this service centre or it will lead to police complaint against this centre.

        Jobsheet no -W[protected] Hi, i m ketan savani. Its been over THREE MONTHS i have not received my phone & ever time Service center is saying that the phone is with company and After 45days. when I received my phone after 100 day's company is giving me a defected phone which is not working. i compliant for display blink and sound problem but not at working and when i receive phone from service center i found that sound key, charging slot also not working

            I have purchased a micromax a67 and I have repaired it 4 times within a year and the same condition is prevailing now which results in not starting of my phone...I went to care point in Rudrapur (Uttarakhand) and they said that the mother board will be changed which cost too much... This is the politics & business strategy to exploit the customers... I am very much upset for selecting micromax.. I want to repair my phone in warranty... Thankyou...

              I have given my MICROMAX handset model no.A116I to MICROMAX service center to resolve flash light issue of handset at that time also come to know from service centre that mother board of my phone is also damage for that they have to send the phone to the head office for the repair and will get my phone back from courier. After continuous follow up on the phone I got this confirmation from service center on[protected] that issue has been resolved and they dispatch my phone through courier. I have taken the docket no of courier and try to trace my phone and come to from courier person that he returned the phone from where it send as he was not able to locate my address where he had to deliver the phone. Now when I am following up with service centre and the head office to trace my phone, not getting any response from them, also now they are not ready to launch my new complaint for the traceability issue of my phone. Need response from company where my phone is and want to see it in working condition else will reimburse my money. Do want to trust such bad brand again.                 service centre I am micro max mobile user from last two years
                and i really strong believe on indian brands. I wanted to promote indian things. Likewise I strongly recommended that the Micromax smart phone mobiles are really good but they have provide authorised service station to very bad, irresponsible persons. The worst example is Al-Razza service centre, they really dont know how to behave with customer and secondly small problems they have not solved atleast 15-20 days and they never call to the customer. The imp thing is that number of times they told to come after 4-5 days but they have never ready with solution because of that customer have to come atleast 7-8 times at their place but not getting any solution as a result customer are really harass by their attitude.

                I have put my phone Micromax A-111 at their service station for NETWORK PROBLEM FROM LAST 25 DAYS ONE TIME THEY REPAIR IT AND CHRGE 950 RUPEES FOR THAT BUT AGAIN SAME PROBLEM HAPPEN WITH ME WITHIN 2 MIN. AGAIN I PUT THIS MOBILE FOR REPAIRING BUT FROM LAST 25 DAYS BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE.


                I WANTED TOLD YOU THAT TO PURCHASE SECOND MICROMAX MOBILE BUT BECAUSE OF SERVICE ISSUE I HAVE TO THINK ON THAT TRICELY. I DONT HAVE ANY PEERSONNEL ISSUE WITH AL-RAZA BUT REALLY IF YOU WANT TO PRAMOTE OUR INDIAN BRAND DONT PROVIDE YOUR CARE CENTRE TO SUCH PEOPLES. I REALLY TOLD YOU THAT IF YOU DONY BELIVE ME TRY TO GO THEIR AS A DUMMY CUSTOMER AND SEE THEIR PERFORMANCE OR THEIR WAY OF SERVICE.

                Al Razza really giving very bad service at Nagpur. If they provide such
                service how micromax mobile customer will be increased. Please think over that if I have not received my phone [A-111] within short period I have to go to the consumer forum because know other option hardly available for me.

                    I had purchased the Mobile Phone Model No.A290 Canvas on 06/09/2014. After which i had a problem of charging for which i had given the mobile to your Service Center on January 2015 which i got repaired after 10 days that to after doing a regular follow ups. Now again the mobile is having the same problem and i am very much upset buying your mobile phone, My daily work and notes are getting mess up.                     Thanks for replying but would like to know the meaning of several days. There is no proper number of days define i.e. in 2 days 1 day. It has became only 5 months i had purchased the instrument and now if it is getting problem what should i do. The service center is telling that the mother board is damaged. Better if you replace me the mobile phone or make it good at the earliest. It is spoiling my day to day work.

                      I have purchased a Micromax night Camio.(A290). As understood before purchase, it is a dual sim phone and having one micro sd card slot. But after purchase i came to know it has only one sim and 2nd slot is common for micro sd and micro sim. This is purely a misguiding/cheating to the customer. So i need a replacement of this phone with the real dual sim and extra micro sd card slot.

                          Dear Sir, I had purchased a micromax canvas cameo (A290) mobile through snapdeal on august-2014.The same had some problem and given to micromax service Center on 11.11.2014 they said that the motherboard had damaged and ask me to wait for 20 days. After 20 days they said me that board has not arrived and wait for one week to. Whenever I tried to contact them, get the same response. After a long time 3rd January 2015 I got my mobile back having a problem in charging side again they take the mobile back and ask me to wait for one week. But they returned the same after three weeks. I had complained the same incident to micromax customer care but I didn’t get any reply. Now the headphones are not working. I don’t know whether the technicians in there are experienced or not?                             I have bought a mobile micromax bolt A075 on October 20, 2014. After 10 days mobile will hang. its phonebook dictionary not properly working. Its not open and i go to micromax service center shivpuri but nothing change in mobile problem. and day by day problem is increasing. so i am asking to your company that your company giving this facility to costumers. which costumers will be facing some like this problems. so i am requested to your company that please solve my problem and replace my mobile handset.                               sir i want to inform you that i have purchased a 32 inch LED TV in july-2014 and having remote commond error problem and also register a complain near about on 03.01.2015 and a technician from your mumbai head came and repair but after a ten minute he same problem arise and again i register a complain so they telling me they should send technician for repair. I wanted to know that i any product your one time repaired then why they cannot replace if same problem arise why they delayed and giving customer a pain and they dicourage other for your bad services and your products. and it is my painfull information to you that when i purchased tv then after one week my tv have problem and this time your mumbai services centre taken as much time they want. my mobile no. is [protected]

                                    i gave a cdma handset model c192 with MEID : A100003F666CE3 on 6th dec 2014 but till date this handset in not completed. how i will believe in your service. every time replies me through your retailer ( mahato electronics, jadugoda, owner name : KHIROD MAHATO) " your handset is not ready at service centre". every sunday, your executives are visited here. every unday called by retailer to handover this handset but answered me your handset is not ready. i have already angry on your retailer . next i am taking a step to complain you, how long you take this time to servicing of one handset. my handset is already dead during waranty period. how i believe in your service.
