I had submitted my mobile at micromax service centre on
28.08.14, i was told it has got some network problem, after 15 days i got a
Call from the service centre informing me that my mobile is ready, come and
Collect. But to my amusement when i went
There and checked my mobile handset,
They had spoiled the display which was perfect at the day of submission. So
Seeing that the executives kept the mobile and assured me a service again to
Correct the display, its almost 3 to 4 months since then. Complain no/ job

I have been calling them often and asking about the status
Of repair, they are not receiving my call either giving a status reply, it has
Been a treacherous way for me to solve this problem which was minor initially
And they made it worse by damaging the display, now i have to incur heavy
Travelling charges to visit them and i am sad mentally, its a trauma for me as
I am a working man. Even if i visit them they are rude to me and they dont give
Me a correct answer which is disgusting. Please help me solve this problem for
Which i will be grateful.
I want my phone back in its better condition with all the
Features working as soon as possible and expense reimbursement of my travel to
Their store, a free service of my display and features which they have spoilt
It. I cant afford to purchase a new mobile for finalcial reasons. Please help
