My self [censored]al I purchase your Company mobile canvas 2.2 114, on 24 April 2014, my phone has little dent on body, and your customer care centre had said to me that my phone is out of warranty dew to these dent are considered as physical damage to the mobile . As i m using the mobile from last 8 months so the body has gone some scratches bur my phone has not been even checked by them and told me that its out of warranty my phone is in good hardware condition and has not gone out of warranty in any since there is no damage from any means to its internal parts. Kindly help me out.

    This is to inform you that my Micromax mobile, model no.A116 was given to “Rapid Communication” Ganesh Nagar, New Delhi on 01 November 2014 for repairing purpose. My hand set is on guarantee period and I have visited the service center several times but they fail to deliver the handset till now. They have a new excuse every time I ask for my handset. There are few points; I would like to share with you about this particular service center. 1) The staffs of this service center are extremely unprofessional and they don’t know how to handle the customer. 2) Every other customer are screaming and yelling on service center staff because of their dissatisfaction. 3) There working style is totally unprofessional, the engineering desks are mess and the mobile accessories are lying here and there without any proper manner. 4) They have given me in writing that they will deliver my handset on 20 of January 2015 and after that they extended the date to 02 February 2015. 5) In my last visit on 06 February 2015, I have waited there for four long hours in a hope to get my handset back as they promise me to take a new handset against your old one but they again fail to deliver my handset. You can check the CCTV footage for the authenticity of my words. 6) This is a totally unacceptable behavior of your service center staffs. 7) In this competitive environment, this kind of service gives company a bad name and no one will suggest their friends circle to go for this brand. 8) My handset IMEI nos. is [protected] and [protected]. 9) They have shifted their service centre office few months back from Vikas Puri to Ganesh Nagar but are still using the stamps mentioning the Vikas Puri address, this is totally a malpractice act from their behalf. Please look this matter very seriously and take corrective measures to reverse the damage they did to me. The service standards of any company are the bench mark of their success in the market. I hope your team would response soon otherwise I have no choice but to go to consumer court for the justice. I am also attaching the job card for your kind perusal and necessary action.         My micromax A121 purchase of Oct 2014 and is still in warranty has been repaired for charging issue, second time. First in January it was not charging and they did some adjustment and show me charging.Problem still persisted and we were hardly managing to charge. Second time when presented to same Micromax service centre at Mansarovar complex, Bhopal, Charging part has been changed and Rs 400 is charged for no reason since set was in warranty. Simply they are fooling us saying that it can only charged with Micromax adapter, though I have personal experience of years which say this is not the fact. Issue is still not resolved even after second visit in one month period. I am still having charging issue. We are out of Bhopal since then and no body is picking call.I want to sue them.Please suggest can i lodge complaint in consumer forum.

          My Micromax smartphone A94 is under warranty and phone camera both front and rear not working. I contacted to micromax customer support centre at Sector 20 Chandigarh the kept the phone around one month then returned saying problem is corrected with replacing mother board and camera and i will not face such problem again but after one day condition of phone become worst. They kept the phone again for 15 days so kindly resolve the problem so that i can use services of my phone again its already been too late and still the problem not been resolved. Worst experience with micromax.

            Dear All, With the reference to the above mentioned subject I would like to bring my issue to your notice and I hope it will be actioned ASAP. On 6th Jan 2015, al of a sudden my MICROMAX CANVAS(A110) stopped turning on. I reported the same issue in the Marathalli Outer ring road MOCROMAX CARE CENTER, located in Bangalore, and Deposited my for repairing. I was told that due to short circuit my phone is not turning on and it has to be couriered to Delhi Main CARE CENTER and i was give a time period of 30 Days. The contact number give was never reachable or the person from the other end always said it was wrong number. Till today the customer service representatives are not helpful, I now have been told that i need to wait till end of Feb Month. I am afraid this date may still extend further.                 Bought Micromax Mobile on 15 January 2015. Had problem during working . Gaved to Service to Krishna Service centre at Fathehgunj - Vadodara 3 times. They upgraded the software, claims to change circuit board in moblie but Still problem not resolve. Now instead of providing solution they are asking me to go to another vendor and ask him to give the piece back to company. Why should I do this? I want Micromax company to check whether Mr Ashish of Krishna Service Center has the capability of running this service centre or not?

                      Bought a Micromax Bolt A089 to my sister 8 months back. Exactly after 6 months the battery got bulged and died. I checked with the service centre for replacement battery but they're not confident on battery availability. What's Micromax idea? To launch a mobile every fortnight but provide no spare support and make people go mad for buying their mobile?? I searched everywhere in the market but battery is not available. Even a compatible one is not available. This was the feedback by most of the peoplle who got this, when checked online forums. Is this the after sales support of spares from Micromax. Pathetic! Hope some customer care personal (?) in Micromax will help me.

                          Bought a new Micro max Nitro handset in Nov 1st week 2014. Within a week realized that there is some issue with battery as it shows 80% but suddenly handset will be turned off and when put for charging it will show 10% or so. Submitted to Customer care center on 30th dec under and was told to me that maximum time is 15 days. Finally after 23 days got my handset and within 2 days realized that following issues with my phone - Phone gets on & off automatically at times in between a call. daily gets rebooted 1-2 times. _ Shows message of system update but when tries its not successful - Battery issue still not resolved All these problems were shared at the time of submitting handset. What does Micro max expect that one will spend money in buying smart phone and then that smart phone will be most of the time in repair. Tired of excuses & pathetic services. Why the issues were not checked before handing over the phone when it was at service centre in last 23 days.want my money back of the handset spent this amount for using it not for repair.

W[protected] I purchased this micromax believing tht I am buying a reputed mobile but to my dismay it has been nothing as promised...The phone was lying with micromax for almost 3 months and I received it yesterday after this long wait following up and marking mails hoping tht now wht I receive must be a new piece, but on d contrary I received d same old phone with d same old problems...I have once again had to re submit my phone...                               Hello, from last few months, i m relying on micromax but have not got fruitful services from ur side. I am using micromax knight cameo model, every tym whn i walk into ambala city service centre regarding complaints about my cellphone, they dont attend me n give me fault suggestions.well last tym whn i visited ambala city service centre, i explained ma problem regarding ma phone, it took them 15 days for repair, n now da same problem arises again in my handset, so i just want to knw that what they did in 15 days, i am having some problem on daily basis wid ma handset, service centre r nt able to get dat handset repaired at any cost, dis handset is still under warranty, so pllllzzzz lemme what shud i do coz i cant give ma fon for every 15 days to ur service.                                 I have purchased MMX219w data card from amazon and after two weeks o[censored]se it won't be able to connect to the network when I report it to the micromax service center in pune they have submitted and assure me in 10 days it might get repaired or replaced but now even after 15 days they are not able to assure me when my device will be repaired or replaced, I am fed with micromax and their service I need a immediate replacement or my money refunded back.

                                    I Ishtiyak Hashmi had purchased a Micromax Canvas android one (IMEI # 9113804S0162445 / [protected]) handset on 23/09/2014 which had defect i.e. When the battery got drained and the handset was put to charge it would not charge. it was sent to the service centre for detect detection.the service centre people said the Motherboard was defective due to which the battery was not getting charged.the handset was at the service centre for 45 days & the defective motherboard was replaced. Till date the problem still persists.the handset is again at the service centre for the same problem (jobsheet # W[protected] dated 07/02/2015).

                                      I had given my Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 mobile for repairing as the display is not working to Micromax Service Center, Marathalli, almost 10 days back before. I recieved the message from Micromax Center that your mobile has been repaired, plaese come and collect the mobile. The moment I went there, they are saying it will take 10 more days to repaired. I am contiously roaming Service Center, but everytime the same response is coming from the Micromax Service Center, Marathall, Bangalore. I was not expecting such response from the Indian company. In future, I need to 100 or even more times to go for Micromax Mobile. The way manager used to talk with the people is extremely rediculous, looks like he didn't even did the graduate also. The second problem is, the earphone I had given to them for repairng is alomost 2 months. I don't know still how much time it will take to repair my earphone. If for repairing the earphone itself, they are taking 2 months, then what about mobile and all. In future, I will never suggest to anybody to for Micromax. They are loosing their reputation by doing all these.

                                        I had given my handset on 2nd Feb 2015 as there was a problem with the display. The display wouldn't work or else work on its own. I was promised that it will be repaired within 10 days. But on enquiry, i was said that it would take atleast one more week. I doubt that it would really take a week. My complaint/acknowledgement no. is 14826814. I dont have a damn camera phone to attach the proof. Request you to take a look at this and do the needful as soon as possible.
