    Sir I had submit my handset on 24 Nov.14 at shri m/s hari computer solutions and said that your handset Will repair with in 30 days.but on dated 27 Dec 14 when I visit they said that your handset will be given with in 2-3 days .but again when I went on 30 Dec.they said your handset is under process.. When I call at [protected] your executive talvinder said that give us 30 more days . on dated 1 feb'15 i went to your care at hudda complex rohtak to take my handset but when i physically checked my handset i got that my handset was not working properly .it was switching off / on itself and not working properly and screen was badly disturbed. so i didn't get my handset delivery . I had purchased in june 14 after that i deposit my hand set twice to your care with a time period of 3 months. so i requsting you that please replace my handset as soon as possible and how much time will you take in this process of replace find attachment regarding this if you will not process then i will go to consumer court new complaint no is [protected]

      I purchase Micromax Canvas Knight A350 two months ago. After 20 days mobile suddenly hang it and not responding. I restart it then mobile restart many times automatically. Than after screen touch pad not responding and last touch pad completely failure. I submit the my mobile instrument at Authorised customer service center and it is located at M/s. Uma Communication, F/2, Classic Empire, Opp. Shipla Garage, Highway Road, Mehsana, Gujarat-384002, Contact No. [protected] on Date: 16 Jan. 2015 and till date not solve my problem and not change my screen touch pad. Customer care center owner ask me company not able to provide me screen touch pad right time so I am not responsible for that. Company have no screen touch pad stock in hole India. I face poor services from Micromax Mobile company so please help me. We are lower class people who save money and bring new mobile phone and these type of companies harass and cheat us. Please take legal action to micromax mobile company for harassment and cheating. Please reply me ASAP.       Tel: [protected] (Customer Relations Number) has network busy & network failure.
      so what can i do. there are no response any times.

        Dear, Last to last month only I received my Phone Micromax 108 L screen repaired and battery not replaced due to unavailability of the same after lodging the complaint at Micromax Service Centre, M/S Satguru Communication, Sec-27, Noida. On 07th of Feb'15 I again visited and report a complaint and submitted my phone for the same which is again occurring and when asked to replace the phone with a new one they said sorry we can't change means replace with the new one. Why they are quoting that they are the best brand and offer the best services then why I am facing this pathetic services. Being a customer for last three years I used First Micromax canvas for two years which has only battery issues now I am not satisfied with Micromax 108 L model. This is a total wastage of money why not I go for Motorola which is more cheaper and had a fine touch screen with more updated version. This time I am not sure whether I will get my phone in a week or so because last time it took so long more than one and half months and that is after lodging my complaint to consumer complaint forum. This time I will not request but take action against Micromax for Compensation because if they are delivering services like this every time what about the warranty period extension.           I gave my malfunctioning Micromax mobile A116, under warranty, to Micromax service centre, Tirupati Infotech, Ganpati Plaza, M.I. Road jaipur on 29/08/2015. They assured that it will be returned after repair in a week. However, 5 months have elapsed and they have not yet returned my mobile phone. They keep on saying that it has been sent to the Micromax head office and will come within next one week. Now I am being forced to file a case in Consumer orum against the company.               3 months before i got a problem in my charging socket.It shows that it was charging but, charging percent was not increasing...so that i gave my micromax a67 mobile to micromax service center, it is on egmore, chennai..when i gave my mobile they just change the software and then they returned to me .But the problem was not resolved, i gone for 5 times then only they changed my mobile hardware then also my charging percentage was not increased..1 week after i again gave my mobile, now 2 months was gone till they not returned my mobile..if i called and ask means they simply saying that your mobile was not repaired if was repaired we will call you...Its irritating me very much so kindly take this msg as important and please take severe action on it..my mobile no is [protected]

              Hello sir, first of all thanks for seeing my complaint. Sir they yesterday gave my mobile and said that your mobile was repaired..And i told to put a charge for 10mins but charge percent was not increased and they said that i 100 percent changed your mobile hardware device and told that to put charge for 1hr it will surely charge..i put charge for full night but still my charge percent was always in 5percent..i dont know what to do..from 2014 september onwards im simply going to service centre and coming without repairing for this problem..my money is only wasting.my family members r asking what happened to your mobile..i dont know what to say..so i kindly requested you to give a solution for this problem...

                I have had worst experience with Micromax Mobile Canvas Knight A290 Mobile (the hardware itself) and on top of it, pathetic Customer support. I bought this one not more than 4 months ago, and with in the first week itself, the Phone charging Point itself stopped working and the phone wasn't able to charge when plugged to the socket. They took approximately 15 days to fix this small issue. Few days later, a new issue popped up, where in, phone restarts itself automatically (most likely software problem). The phone was again given to Customer care . We gave the phone to customer support and they kept the phone for 30 days stating that a Job Sheet could not be generated . This Job sheet was not created for 20 days and when we followed up at the customer care they said they don't have the Phone Code to create the job sheet. The customer care guys gave us some contact number of " Amit Singh who sits in Gurgaon Office @ 85888135**" ( I can post the complete contact number of required) so that we can follow up with him so that a Job sheet gets created for customer care guys to start working on the phone. This person was ruthless over the phone and later started disconnecting the call when we tried chasing them up. This could be the PATHETIC, IDIOTIC, and WORST customer care support would ever get where a customer needs to chase various people in diffferent departments to get the job sheet created so that the phone gets fixed. So after a lot of struggle and chase we got the phone after 30 days (19-20 January 2015) and from last 2 days we are facing this same issue. The phone reboots on its own and non periodically. I am pissed off from the customer service and more over the hardware now. Does Micromax really Thrive for CUSTOMER Satisfaction? If yes, can i have somebody to look into this issue on PRIOITY Basis .

                  I submitted my Bolt A089 to service center of jallandhar, punjab(Shree communication shopno..5.bajwa complex) as my phones display was spoilet but when i got my phone back i found that it was not able to search my sim, no camara option, problem in vibrator, problem in mike and when i showed my phone to service center they told we will repair it and give it back in two to three days as it have motherboard problem but now almost 1 month is over and they still they are not giving my phone.Contact no [protected] please respond to my complaint.job sheet no-1572

                    I have bought LED TV Model 32B200 on 11 March 2014. Its Service was good, but from 9th Dec 2014 its picture was became very dark Automatically (no brightness) and we are unable to see TV. I have logged a complaint by telephone and email also on 12th Dec 2014, but till date problem was not resolve from your side. we facing problem to get services from company's side. I think this too late to provide good services from company's side. My TV was brought by technician to their shop before 1 Month, and I did not get back my TV till today. I have called to customer care and the told me to talk to Mr. Jain on [protected] and then I called to this number several times and he told me to resolve my problem very soon every time. Mr. Jain inform me about replacement of TV and informed that TV has been dispatched to Jabalpur (M.P.) before 7 days, Jabalpur service centre called me to inform about receive TV from jabalpur on 05 Feb 2015, but on 07 Feb 2015 they told me that my TV did not received to jabalpur service centre. It have been 2 months to lodged complain I did not get back my TV and did not get services from company's siode.

                    The Micromax company replaced my LED TV Model 32B200HD with Model 32T2820 under warranty period. 32T2820 is lower model and Approx Rs 5000 cheaper than 32B200HD. When I ask about this the service centers eployee's told me that 32B200 is not available and 32T2820 is upper version than 32B200. but when I came to home and check the functions and price of this model I found that I have been cheated by company.
                    So company cheated me under warranty period replacement.
                    I want justice.

A67 on 10 th of Jan.2015 now it is 6th of feb.2015 I have given them too much time for repair and i visited service center 6 times last time on 6 th of feb.                           To Whomsoever it may concern, It pains me to bring your notice to the problem I have been facing since I bought my Phone (Micromax Canvas Magnus A117) on April 12th 2014. In the past 9 months I had to submit my phone to the service center 5 times. I have been facing issue with the performance, display and hardware since I bought this phone./ Every time I had to leave the phone at the service center for at least 3 days. I was assured of good custmer service from Micromax but was disappointed at many levels. Please let me know what should I do in order to get permanent fix for the issue. Because I have almost made up my mind to scrap this phone and buy some other phone.

                            I have purchased new micromax phone Canvas L A108 in the month of September2014, after 2 months there is a touch screen problem. I have submitted my phone to Thane Service Center as on 16th December 2014, The service center executive told me, the problem will be resolved in 10-15 days then I have received a message from Micromax Company on 23rd December 2014 stating “Phone has been repaired, please collect it from service centre”; Suddenly my dad has visited service center, The service center executive told him, the repair work is still remaining, then I have received another call from service center, they have told me there is an another problem arises, the motherboard of the phone is failed and that part have to come from company and it takes again 10-15 days., after continuous follow up with customer care as well as centre, they told me that, the parts are not came from company, also given me job sheet No. W[protected][protected] but, still i have not yet received my cell phone. This is really very bad experience of micromax. Whenever i am continuously communicating with service centre or Customer care, i never ever satisfied with there answers. I have also lodged complaint to micromax customer care (complaint no- MMX [protected]). Even i have mailed to there corporate office but still they are replying "your handset is under process", this is really very ridiculas experience of micromax.                                 Dear Sir,
                                I submitted my mobile phone ( Micromax A-116i, Canvas HD, with EMI number [protected] & [protected]) in Micromax Pickup point, situated in Sec-27, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on 30/12/2014 due to charging problem.
                                After 3 week i called them, they said me that your phone was sent to Company and you will get new replaced phone.
                                and they will call me when ever phone receive at Sec-27 office (Where i submitted my phone).

                                But i don't got any phone call, i called them many time after that, but their answers remain same.

                                On saturday(31.01.2015) i called them, they said that come on monday (02.02.2015) and receive your new phone.
                                But when i reached at office they return me same phone without any quality check. when i asked them for quality check, phone got damage during software upgrading.
                                After that they generate a new job sheet for same problem and promise me to deliver a new fresh phone with in a week.
                                I call them today they reply that we are not providing me new fresh phone.
                                They always making false promise to me.

                                  sir I have purchased a micromax Canvas knight 350 Phone (IMEI NO. [protected]/[protected]) through flipkart on 14 Dec 14 .After few days mobile Screen not worked properly for that i approached micromaxmax service centre PLANET COIT Shop No.4 next to inorbit Mall Viman Nagar Pune. They told me that i could get my phone within 4-5 days but whenever i called at centre after 10-15 times rings they only pick up the call and simply answered screen part still not received i have to wait but after 20 days When i personally visited center reply was same and advice me that i may take my phone back but still they require 10 days to repair. I really unhappy with your service and i taken my phone back. Now what should i do? I wasted my 01 whole months with your poor product.                                     I have purchased a Micromax mobile model no.-CG666 from communication point, laxmi nagar on dated[protected] and my phone in warranty period.From last 1 month my phone is not working properly due to enhancement connectivity problem, So i was deposit my mobile in Micromax service center at Shri laxmi enterprises, gulab bagh, pillar no-750, Uttam nagar delhi-59 Ph:[protected] on dated[protected] but 15 days past still my problem is not solved and service center also not give positive response I am not received my phone from service center.your service is very poor and i am unhappy with your service So please replace my mobile or refund my money as early. In future i am decided i am not purchase any Micromax mobile.

                                        i purchased micromax canvas fire 2 (A104) from ebay.in on august 2014. In this cell phone i suffered from many problem such as battery back, auto rotation, network etc. so for this problem i visit to micromax official service center which is at teen batti chouraha ujjain they told me we will send this mobile to other repairing center which is outside o[censored]jjain & they also told me we gave this mobile to you atlest 30 to 45 days after . And they does not provide any stand by mobile phone to me. So ye sab kya he itne dino me to ek fracture bhi thik ho jata he. so i am really disappointing with micromax service . so provide me stand by cell or otherwise give me new smartphone early.
