I have purchased new micromax phone Canvas L A108 in the month of September2014, after 2 months there is a touch screen problem. I have submitted my phone to Thane Service Center as on 16th December 2014, The service center executive told me, the problem will be resolved in 10-15 days then I have received a message from Micromax Company on 23rd December 2014 stating “Phone has been repaired, please collect it from service centre”; Suddenly my dad has visited service center, The service center executive told him, the repair work is still remaining, then I have received another call from service center, they have told me there is an another problem arises, the motherboard of the phone is failed and that part have to come from company and it takes again 10-15 days., after continuous follow up with customer care as well as centre, they told me that, the parts are not came from company, also given me job sheet No. W[protected][protected] but, still i have not yet received my cell phone. This is really very bad experience of micromax. Whenever i am continuously communicating with service centre or Customer care, i never ever satisfied with there answers. I have also lodged complaint to micromax customer care (complaint no- MMX [protected]). Even i have mailed to there corporate office but still they are replying "your handset is under process", this is really very ridiculas experience of micromax. Almost 50 days passed away, still i have not yet received my cell phone. please look into above matter as early as possible.

so what can i do. there are no response any times.
