Dear sir, Please find the attached snap, in this snap it showing my handset problem. my handset canvas colours 2 (A 120) when i had working on it using any application, it continuesly showing unfortunatly stopped & handset heatting very heavely in 30th to 40th min.     I had purchased a Micromax Funbook P365 from flipkart in the month of September, 2014 and till date the internet hasn't worked via dongle(I used tata photon plus), through sim or through wi-fi. This tablet claims to be wi-fi enabled, sim enabled and dongle enabled though.Obviously Flipkart had asked us to take it to Micromax service center as flipkart is just an online retailer and its micromax's responsibility to get it repaired/replaced under warranty or even without warranty for that matter.My product is very much under warranty so its your duty to get it replaced or repaired.I stay in Kolkata and I had taken it to one of the authorised service centers mentioned in your website : M/S S.S.COMMUNICATION NILACHAL COMPLEX, GATE NO-5, J.L.NO:48, R.S.DAG NO:1556, P.O:NARENDRAPUR, P.S:SONERPUR, KOL-700103. However their response was very poor, they denied any kind of assistance and asked us to go back to the place from where it was purchased.What kind of a service is that?What is the meaning of authorised service centers?It means I can get a product serviced from any part of India, irrespective of the place I purchased it from.First of all micromax sells faulty products and then they deny any kind of service or assistance I am pissed with the way I was treated at the fore mentioned service center.Then I sent an email to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com around 5 days ago but they never replied back.I have been calling the micromax customer care number but the agents' behaviour is rather callous and rude and they speak as if they are doing us favor by talking. The solution which they provided was out of the world, they said go back to the service center and from there call us, we will talk to the service center guys and ask them to repair/replace your product.I mean are they serious.After telling them the issue, why can't they follow up with the mentioned service center.I should waste my time, go to the service center, then I only waste my money to call the customer support so that the agents can follow up. I mean serious..is this the level of service Mircomax provides.They should be banned for hiring such use people and pshyching off the customers. I need a quick response on this please.       I had given my Micromax A117 mobile phone for repairing with complaint of Application loss o[censored]ser data and touch not working at local service center(Care Center Ganga Plaza) in Meerut.I received sms on 6 Feb that mobile has been repaired please collect.But the phone was not repaired and said to be done within 2 days.Today they informed that the phone will be send to delhi and will take 10 more days.I was informed that my mobile has gone to Delhi and will be replaced soon.Please help out with this issue.           Complaint against service centre of MICROMAX

          Respect sir/madam

          i bought a phone micromax A106 (G) but after some time the phone started giving problem so now i gave this phone to service centre of micromax at Mira road M/S Aastha Enterprises on 24 November 2014, and said to come after 10 to 15 days so i am gone for days after they said but regret to give me phone back and said that phone will not repaired yet because of Mother board problem and power does not swich on it will take more time to repair so come again after few days, i said ok and again after few days gone service centre to check its repaired or not but again they start giving me some stupid excuse like part yet not came from Delhi.that the part of your phone will come from company two to three days more it take so please come on which day request you to come, this time hundred 100% we will give your phone with ready condition but after some day i called service center to check phone is rady or not but they did not answer properly and said to call customer service no.[protected] so i called on that no. On 18 December 2014 And they give me complaint no. MMX [protected] and said within 30 working days it will be repaired and u ll get your phone so i said ok after that i visited to service center so Mr. Gautam Makwana said your phone yet not repaired u will get ur phone on 30 Jan 2015 and he gave his phone no. [protected] so i called him on 30 Jan 2015 he said we have sent ur phone Delhi for repair u get ur phone in 10 days so I called him on 12 February 2015 he said most probably u ll received in 4-5 days direct at your residence by courier but once u call at customer service no. And check the status so I called customer service no. On same day and spoken to mr. Faizal he is giving stupid excuse and said it will take time of 30 working days more. I am fade up with this excuses its almost more than 2and half month complited and they not giving my phone back and not taking any proper action pls help me, its my humble request to take some action on them .

          Would like to inform my grievance and hope I would receive a positive response.I bought Micromax phone( Model A94) on 23 January 2014.My phone started giving problem after November so i gave this phone to service centre on 30 December due to battery problem. But they wrote on the job sheet auto on off problem. and they changed my phone battery.than my phone worked fine for 7 days. and than on 8 January 2015 night the phone got problem i.e: phone automatically started on or off so I had submitted my mobile (12-January-2015) within warranty of 11days remaining at Micromax service centre, Amrit bakery, 2nd floor, Crystal Chowk, Amritsar. and said to come after 31 days. After 33 days i got call from the service centre informing me that my mobile is ready, come and collect. and now said my phone is out of warrenty . than what they did with my phone on 11days of warrenty?? 11 days are enough to repair the phone. I visited services centre office. they show my mobile but display touch screen not working. mobile was as well as prevision version. they not change touch screen. we are not mad & fool.                   Dear sir, I buy micromax A102 phone on 7 june 2014 but after 1 months ago its not working.then i visit service centre after then maneger of service centre tells that it should be sent to delhi for 2 months and after 3 months my phone back to me but it come with new problem that there is no network during call then again i visit service centre then again maneger tells i shouldagain sent to delhi . After 3 months my mobile again comes new but no earpiece working and no camera working proberly . So i again visit now manager tells you have to sent it again to delhi.                     Dear Officers, Would like to inform my grievance and hope I would receive a positive response. I have purchased a mobile in Aug'14 and by mistake i have taken it for a service to your service centre, till now i am not able to use my mobile. I have never faced such a pathetic service in my life where they not even care to listen the customer complaint. Model: Micromax Doodle 3 A102 Contact No : [protected] Please put my number in your system and refer my earlier complaints. Issue at Velacherry Point 1, Had speaker problem in phone and approached Service center "SP-OCEAN MOBILE CARE" in Velacherry on 3rd Dec and they told it will take 2 weeks time, after repeated follow up they gave my phone on 20th Dec Saturday evening (18 days taken). 2, When i have taken the product to home and tried to put charge, it dint get charged. Before giving to service the phone was working fine and there was no problem except speaker issue. 3, Second time given on 22nd Dec and they told will prioritize and give it to me within 2 days. 4, After repeated follow up they gave my phone on 27tth Dec (after 5 days). 5, Again mobile got restarts automatically and could not able to use it. Issue at your Head office mail id Post which I have sent a mail to head office mail id “[protected]@micromaxinfo.com “, where i was shocked by the reply, that to revisit the same showroom again and i have to call from there. Hope they don’t have any contact within their Service centres. They reverted on 06th Jan 2015 Thought no use and approached the Service centre at Kodambakkam high road . Issue at Kodambakkam high road Service Centre Approached the service centre “Mobivision” at T-nagar by 10th Jan 2015, informed the issue clearly to Elahiya that to update my feedback in their system before they take my mobile for repair. But I don’t know what she has updated in your system. When I said about the issue she checked my mobile, she herself told velacherry service centre have not repaired properly. 1. They have checked the mobile and said there is board problem and it has to be replaced 2. Jobsheet provided and asked me to wait for 25 days. 3. In between once they called and informed that there is a problem with the board and its needs to be replaced, then I asked the same was told when I gave the mobile but still nothing done. He said they would resolve within 10 or 15 days. 4. Again after some 10 days called and informed they need few more days as they received the stock delay. 5. Then also I asked already they have taken almost a month, but still nothing is done. 6. Received a message next day i.e on “09th Feb 2015, Dear customer, your device deposited with us under job sheet no S[protected] has been repaired. Please collect it from the service centre” 7. When I tried to call the service centre, I found that the given contact numbers are Invalid ([protected]) 8. The land line number[protected], which I have tried for 48 times in different intervals but it stands busy. 9. Tried with Just dial and got contact numbers where all numbers are switched off / not reachable. 10. Contacted Mr. Mohanavel where he is the Branch manager, he was busy and informed he would be sending some alternate number for contact. Still he has not replied. 11. Tried to contact Mohanavel for more than 5 times but he is so busy and not attended my calls. 12. Then tried to contact your Micromax rep Mr. Babu, whose number not reachable for more than 3hrs. 13. Taken Permission in Office and went directly to Service centre on 09th Feb evening and asked for Mobile they said, “did we asked you to come today, will call after 2 days” It’s a server message received, do not consider that will call you again. 14. Again 10th Feb received the same message from micromax. I am fed up with all your responses in the past two and half months and need compensation by providing mobile replacement else I am taking with all the information’s to the next level.                     Aggrieved & Unhappy Customers
                    I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) online through Amazon India on 18th May, 2016, whose screen started malfunctioning within a period of 1 and a half month. It stopped working at all. I took the same to Authorised Service Centre located in Malad (TVS Electronics Ltd, Kothari Milestone, Shop No. 114, 1st Floor 46, S.V. Road, Malad (West), Mumbai- 400064) and checked with the Service Centre Executive told me to get its delivery with maximum period of 10-15 days.
                    I would like to bring to your kind notice what all I have faced because of Xiomi:
                    • Firstly, the malfunctioning of screen initiated me to go to a Authorised Service Centre of the Company to get my cell phone repaired.
                    • The undue hardship caused at the Service Centre where unprofessional people are attending customers. Service Centre employees devalue the brand Redmi by constantly telling customer- “Kishne bola tha mobile lene k liye- bahut problem hai mobile me”. They humiliate customer with “I care a damn attitude.”
                    • Discourteous, rude, impolite, ill-mannered and irreverent staff at the Malad Service centre maltreat innocent guys.
                    • After endless arguments, disrespect, humiliation, indignity faced by me at the Service Centre I got my handset on 27th August, 2016
                    I had mailed endless times about the pitiful services provided at the service centre… but I didn’t get any response from the company too. It seems they too don’t care about their customer grievances.
                    I regret my decision of purchasing Xiomi Redmi Note-3 (Chinese product will always be chinese). I will never recommend Xiaomi to anyone and will spread awareness of the same through social networking websites and thus help to avoid humiliation and trouble which I have gone through.
                    I would request all who have faced or facing same to support me by commenting your experience.

                      Dear Sir, I have given my A74 micromax to M/S Dutta Enterprises, Shopno7, General bus stand jammu on 13th sep.2014 for touch and display repair .previously he used to say that it has not come yet but now the Person sitting at above said centre says that we have send it to Kashmir for repair and it has been washed in floods, we cant do anything.                         I have purchased micromax canvas nitro A311 smartphone. The features and specification what i have read in online website states that it has dual sim and 3g connectivity in both slots but as i am trying to make both sim to run in 3g mode its not working only 1st slot is working with 3g and second with 2g . If the company is giving details online it must give all features stated. Its not a ethics to keep customer under confusion If this forum can help me out or suggest i would be great.

I get only one response...It will be repaired an delivered today an that today never comes...I am totally fed up with the service the company provides.

                                I visited your paschim vihar service centre for my canvas a114 within warranty (proof attached) because of low volume in ear piece. Otherwise my mobile is working very fine. First they keep me waiting for 1 hour and then asked me to leave the set and will give it to me tomorrow, being a woman, I didn’t argue to them. I request them to give it to me because I cant come again and again. I am physically handicapped person. I spend rs.160/- on my first visit. Next Day I again spent Rs.160/- for receiving my set. When I reached home I noticed that volume automatically comes to zero.When I checked the volume button, it has been jammed to minus position. Service centre people didn’t fix the mobile properly…..Next day the ear piece giving crackling sound while hearing. I again spent Rs.160/- and visit the service centre on 2feb 2014, they asked me to deposit the set and will gv it after 15 days and also said that volume button has been broken due improper fitting. So they have to arrange part…... I shocked to hear what they will do of my mobile by keeping 15 days… they didn’t hv concrete reply to my question…. Today I called him reg my mobile status, they replied that set is at their service centre only. Giving some problems, trying to rectify, call after 2-4 days…. I smell some fishy going on….. I hope they not replaced my mobile parts ….. I believe in micromax mobiles but this service centre employees are playing fishy games with customers… My job order details are Dated…2-2-15 Order No. 14823521 Service centre contact no….[protected]-910 I request to kindly look into the matter and told them to stop harassing me, already spend rs.500/- approx and still I am without my mobile….                                   Micromax Nitro 310 mobile purchased in Nov 2014. Problem: Stopped working, screen got black. do not detect camera or any other function. Submmited to the service center Indrapuram, ghaziabad on 24th Dec 2014. Till dated they have not solved the issue. The set is still with them.                                     I bought this hand set thru online Jan. 25th 2015 hardly used for 10 days suddendly touch screen not functioning ie., no display not getting on. I could only see on the screen factory mode and etc., I would appreciate your earliest action and let me know what to do. Sir it was just a rotation sensor problem but now they told me every time contact after 30 days. I have already complained to consumer helpline and me complaint Id is 557669 but no any other response from their side.                                         Very bad experience with micromax mob. set (micromax canvas knight a350) and also bad service. Maine December 2014 me Micromax canvas knight a350 and abhi feb. 2015 me uska Touch screen bilkul kharab ho gaya bekar mobile.[protected] ko ise maine service center me diya but abhi tak[protected] tak nai mila and abhi bhi service se bola ja raha hai 1 week aur lagega...
