Would like to inform my grievance and hope I would receive a positive response.
I have purchased a mobile in Aug'14 and by mistake i have taken it for a service to your service centre, till now i am not able to use my mobile.
I have never faced such a pathetic service in my life where they not even care to listen the customer complaint.

Issue at Velacherry Point
1, Had speaker problem in phone and approached Service center "SP-OCEAN MOBILE CARE" in Velacherry on 3rd Dec and they told it will take 2 weeks time, after repeated follow up they gave my phone on 20th Dec Saturday evening (18 days taken).
2, When i have taken the product to home and tried to put charge, it dint get charged. Before giving to service the phone was working fine and there was no problem except speaker issue.
3, Second time given on 22nd Dec and they told will prioritize and give it to me within 2 days.
4, After repeated follow up they gave my phone on 27tth Dec (after 5 days).
5, Again mobile got restarts automatically and could not able to use it.
Issue at your Head office mail id
Post which I have sent a mail to head office mail id “[protected]@micromaxinfo.com “, where i was shocked by the reply, that to revisit the same showroom again and i have to call from there. Hope they don’t have any contact within their Service centres.
They reverted on 06th Jan 2015
Thought no use and approached the Service centre at Kodambakkam high road .
Issue at Kodambakkam high road Service Centre
Approached the service centre “Mobivision” at T-nagar by 10th Jan 2015, informed the issue clearly to Elahiya that to update my feedback in their system before they take my mobile for repair.
But I don’t know what she has updated in your system. When I said about the issue she checked my mobile, she herself told velacherry service centre have not repaired properly.
1. They have checked the mobile and said there is board problem and it has to be replaced
2. Jobsheet provided and asked me to wait for 25 days.
3. In between once they called and informed that there is a problem with the board and its needs to be replaced, then I asked the same was told when I gave the mobile but still nothing done. He said they would resolve within 10 or 15 days.
4. Again after some 10 days called and informed they need few more days as they received the stock delay.
5. Then also I asked already they have taken almost a month, but still nothing is done.
6. Received a message next day i.e on “09th Feb 2015, Dear customer, your device deposited with us under job sheet no S[protected] has been repaired. Please collect it from the service centre”
7. When I tried to call the service centre, I found that the given contact numbers are Invalid ([protected])
8. The land line number[protected], which I have tried for 48 times in different intervals but it stands busy.
9. Tried with Just dial and got contact numbers where all numbers are switched off / not reachable.
10. Contacted Mr. Mohanavel where he is the Branch manager, he was busy and informed he would be sending some alternate number for contact. Still he has not replied.
11. Tried to contact Mohanavel for more than 5 times but he is so busy and not attended my calls.
12. Then tried to contact your Micromax rep Mr. Babu, whose number not reachable for more than 3hrs.
13. Taken Permission in Office and went directly to Service centre on 09th Feb evening and asked for Mobile they said, “did we asked you to come today, will call after 2 days” It’s a server message received, do not consider that will call you again.
14. Again 10th Feb received the same message from micromax.
I am fed up with all your responses in the past two and half months and need compensation by providing mobile replacement else I am taking with all the information’s to the next level.
I had never faced this kind of worst experience in life.
