Hi, I had given Micromax A200 for repair on 20th December 2014, after repeated call backs and follow-up no updates are given regarding phone. It has been already more than 45 days, but no information about status of job. Please request to update or intimate if any issues without further delay. Waiting for your favourable reply.       Dear Sir, This has reference to the Service provided to me at Micromax Service center at Margao -Goa. Actually I purchased Micromax A94, thru flipkart on 13/3/2014, Inv No: DEL[protected]. I had a Display problem with this, hence approached Micromax service center "MOBILE CLINIK" at Margao. As this model was not available in Stock they offered me another Model Micromax A96 after One and Half month. The replacement model's body was found Damaged. When Asked, they replied " This is what we have received for you as replacement." Even this replaced mobile is defective. Switches off automatically, Touch pad is not working properly. when called back they replied "We have stopped our services to Micromax'' & ' You can register a Complaint to the Toll Free No." This is very annoying that the product was defective and the Service is worse. And the Replaced Mobile was Still Worse. I Strongly demand a Cash back or a proper 100% non defective mobile in this regard. Else, I will be registering a complaint in the Consumer Forum. I had so problem in my Micromax Canvas A116 phone so i gave it to Micromax Care in Anand, Gujarat, India-388001. for Repair and when i got my phone after repair my problem was solved bt new problem was arrived of "Invalid IMEI" and "Network problem" in my handset by their mistake.. And when i talked about my problem with them they told we are not responsible for it and askin for extra charges of rs 750.00 INR for therir mistake even i had paid my repairing charge of rs 450.00 INR still they are askin for another charge for their mistake..             Poor Quality Mobile set and Extremely poor service centreI bought Micomax mobile MX A120 grey [protected] from Mobile store Ltd, MG road cochin which had company warranty for 1 year and extended warranty for 1 more year for additional price paid by me. The said mobile stopped working due to faulty starting PCB within 1 month of purchse. I took to service centre nearby and I was shocked that they are soo rudely and said this cannot be repaired here and it will take more than 1 month to repair. I bought this brand only because service centre was availbale near by. I complained to micromax stating all these, I got reply and they gave me toll free number which is never working. Inspite or repeated reminders they never bothered to look into my complaint or no satisfactory reply. The approach of micromax is soo unethical for the profession and strict legal action must be taken to prevent this to avoid similar occurance to customers in future My basic point is 1) The mobile piece I bought not even lasted for 1 month 2) service centre at cochin could not provide the required service . I bought the micro max mobile only on the assurance that service centre is located very near to the shop I bought. I have extended warranty for 1 year in addition to company warranty of 1 year 3)extremely pathetic customer care attitude of service centre( CCO1 of the MG Road customer care) 4) Micormax logo says " nothing like anything" Based on poor response of the company, I would like to say "it is nothing only " Very poor service lacking all the professional ethics and competence required In view to above it is requested to replace the damaged piece/or as appropriate ( defect attributed not due to my reasons at all)

              I had given my micromax X088 at the nearest service centre at Meerut U.P (west). I got job sheet no N[protected] dated 16/01/2015. The problem was mobile "PHONE LOCK UP, NOT RESPONDING" but still I do not get my phone on due date and he called me three diffrent date but not deliver from concern service centre. So pls do the needfull for the same...

[protected]) Incharge Micromax Service Centre Kota Mobile Kothri Gumanpura Road KOTA work is not satisfactory because of following points -1) I made my Mobile Micromax 110 Q touch screen changed dated 26 / 12/ 14 and it is found that it is not original supply as company does, instead it is a local touch screen replaced. 2) It got damaged and fully crushed on just placing it on the table which is not possible with original glass.3) He refused me to give original bill also, instead he just given me a receipt .4) When I reached to show him my mobile damage, he was not available till 11:45 a.m. in the office. later when I went to office at evening 5 p.m., he was there only but said that he is out of office .Later after half an hour, he met to me and try to bargain, which I refused.5) Even his behaviour is rude .Pls take action accordingly .I hope to get prompt action in my favour by you .Ravindra Kumar Gupta [protected] Mobile - Micromax 110Q IMEI no.                       I had purchase micromax A106 Unite 2 from Mulund, Magnet mall stores. And i m totally unsatisfied with this Model. Phone is automatically start & off after few days of purchase, also it show unfortunately android programme is not working and same massage o[censored]nfortunately this & that programme stop working.This product A 106 is total problematic. I have visited service center for the same problems for more then 6 times. But same problem persist. i request dealer as well as service centre head to give me offer to upgrade/replace this phone with other micromax model. Is any one can help me with this issue.

                        I had made an online purchase of micromax turbo mini AA2A200A200 on march 2014 ( still in warranty) . since last two months the functioning of battery is improper. After charge when charger is removed, battery percentage remains same for long and does not decrease . Then battery drainage begins and within no times charge in the battery turns zero and handset gets automatically switched off. There is also a problem with the earphones, its attachment cause weird behaviour of music players where all of them begin to play simultaneously. It also cause radio to stop sometimes..

Jobsheet Date: 19.01.2015 Jobsheet Number: 01/258 I have approached the Allied Electronics, Salem for my mobile phone service on 19.1.2015 and given my mobile phone to the service center for service. Till date no proper response from the service center. I have been visiting daily to the service center, but no reaction for my compliant, and no single improvement in the service. I have fully dissatisfied from your service. Before purchasing your mobile phone, my friends did not recommended your phone. But I have believe your brand performance. Now I totally disappointed. How can I contact others without phone. The service center is not functioning effectively and not take care the customer complaints.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Micromax A114 canvas2.2 mobile 26-Jan-2014. My mobile got switched off and given for service to micromax service centre on December month. As per feedback from them, Mother board had water leakage same need to be replaced Rs.3200 with 6month warranty. I agreed for the same. They took 12days and called me to collect the mobile. When I visited service centre, Mobile not ready due to IME number not loaded.Again they asked us to come by next two days.again I went there and same issue repeated and on spot they replaced second mother board with 30mins and given to me on 02-Jan-2015. From the day till now, my mobile having different issue like, charge will be there full percent but suddenly switched off and showing as low battery.again I need to put for charging to switch on the mobile. Third time I visited same service center and given compliant for the same. Service center people told that software need to reloaded and mobile data will erase again.I agreed and done the same. Still issue not yet resolved. Forth time I visited and compliant for same issue with same service centre.They asked us to repalce the new battery which is cost around 1200. I agreed and replaced the same. Still issue not yet resolved. Fifth time I visited and given for compliant for the same. They confirmed that again battery problem.and they changed the battery given to me. I denied to take the mobile. I asked them for new mobile .Since last one month problem not yet resolved being I have paid total Rs.4200. Kindly help us to take it forward with concern micromax escalation team and help me.

                                    I bought a micromax bolt A 068 a mobile handset as dated on 30.06.2014 from Flipcart online purchase bearing IMEI SI NO-[protected]-[protected] .I face lot of problems my handset was several time software corrupt .BHUBANESWAR Micromax service centre just update the software and given me with out any job certificate .So I worried i cant understand after expiry of my warranty periods how many times i will pay for software updating charges.                                       Respected sir, I have bought a micromax unite 2 from snapdeal, details of the purchase are mentioned below. But it already has a problem and it is not working. The touchscreen requires two fingers for touch or swipe or to click on any menu. I have checked all the settings but couldn't find the solution. So I kindly request you to look into the matter Otherwise I will have to comlain to the consumer forum.                                         My handset is micromax A091. Intially display went wrong and my initial set was replaced by the service center, m/s Space Telecom bhubaneswar. Thereafter when the handset was returned it did not take charge as well as bluetooth wont work. Again the phone was handed over to the service centre. again the phone was replaced but still it is not taking charge. myhandset is still under warranty period. it was purchased on 25 june 2014. kindly suggest what to do otherwise i would be forced to take some steps.
