Dear sir, I PURCHASED MICROMAX A102 DOODLE 3 MOBILE ON 23/10/14 AT SRI SAI IMPULSE MOBILES& NOVELTIES .Bill no: 5843, Phone is suddenly switch off on 15/01/15.i go to customer support centre at M/S Veerabhadra agencies, kukatpally, hyderabad .he told PCB problem, it will take 20 to 25 days time, IN THIS SITUATION HOW TO MANAGE /ATTEND MY PHONE CALLS.IT WII BE IN WARRANTY PERIOD.I DIDN'T UNDER STAND YOUR STRATEGY, WHAT ARE YOU THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER, PLEASE EXPLAIN THE HOW TO MANAGE MY PHONE CALLS.after 20 days i call to servicing centre, that people said it takes 30 to 45 days .i send mail to many times to customer care, that people reply me as below, sorry for inconveince, i appologies for your delay in service, but not telling the correct time to repaire.

Request you to please update status about phone repair, now its more then 2 months.
