I would like to complaint about Micromax the phone company and its service centres. I purchased a Micromax Canvas Colours 2 A 120 on the 21/09/2014 from Moorya Enterprises located in Shop 3&4 Karan Shanti, Mira Road East Mumbai, Thane Maharashtra 401107 and it worked fine until the last 2 days when it’s getting RESTARTED on its own. I took it to the nearest Micromax service centre since my phone is under warranty to check the issue. I took it to the Micromax service centre named M/S Aastha Enterprises, C-315, second floor Shanti Shopping Centre, Opp Mira Road station East Mira Road Thane 401107. Contact –[protected] Mobile – [protected]. I took the phone on the 30th Jan, 2015 in the evening and after sitting for 2 hours I was informed there was a problem with the On/Off button and it is fixed. I checked the phone in the centre and it worked fine so I left. Not even 10 metres I walked and my phone RESTARTED again. My phone battery was low so I thought I need to charge it. I reached home recharged my phone however still my phone was restarting on its own. I took the phone the very next morning to the same Micromax service centre (Aastha Enterprises) and complained to which they checked the phone and stated that a Software upgrade is required. I asked them why they didn’t do it yesterday to which they had no answer. To be honest the engineers were not at all confident while answering me. I asked them will the problem be solved after upgrade to which again they dint have any answer. They said Sir lets see. By now I understood that this could be a Motherboard issue but I am no one to comment so I was ok for the Software upgrade. After sitting for 2 hours they said Sir even after software upgrade the phone is restarting so it’s a Motherboard issue and I will need to leave the phone. I was not surprised but I understand it’s an Electronic device and the Motherboard could have crashed. I was ok and asked how long will it take to which they said Sir there is no time. I again asked when will I get the phone and how long will it take to replace the motherboard to which a Supervisor (a lady) said Sir company says it can take up to 45 days as we do not have the Motherboard here and we will have to send it to Delhi to the company who will repair it and if they do not have the part they may replace the handset. I told her that 45 days is unacceptable and what will I do without a phone till then to which she was very cool and laughingly said Sir Mera phone bhi 2 months say repairing mein hai. I argued a lot that this is not fair and if any other micromax centres in Mumbai would have the motherboard to which she said that Sir Company does not give the motherboard to the service centre. I asked the cost of it and they said it will cost Rs 5000/- if I purchase it. I didn’t have a choice so I had to leave my phone and wait. On the other hand there was a gentlemen complaining about his handset which was given for repair to the same service centre 3 months ago and was called everyday saying it will come today and tomorrow. The handset was not repaired and neither had they returned the handset to the customer. I am also expecting the same from Micromax and the service centre to keep running for 3 to 4 months and I may or may not get my problem solved. Not what am I suppose to do without a phone which I purchased only few months ago. Shall I invest another Rs. 10000/- and purchase a new phone? This is very poor on micromax’s behalf and I would Strongly suggest to all those reading this NOT TO PURCHASE micromax phones as its better to buy another international brand where if you have a problem it can be fixed in 2 or 3 days. I have very angry and need some one to listen to me and look into the same. Ritesh –[protected].

    i have micromax x084 model. My mobile showing the problem when we insert the SIM in mobile then white screen is appear and mobile stop all the working.i deposite my mobile in service center karnal with name of M/S BHARAT ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION, SHOP NO 272, CHARCHAMAN OPP. MAHABIRDAL HOSPITAL LINK ROAD - 132001 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com on dated: 27.12.2014. I received back my mobile on dated: 27.01.2015 without any changes means mobile showing the same problem again. i received my mobile after one month without repairing.

              Hi. On 28th January, last year, I bought a brand new Canvas Turbo A250 (IMEI: [protected]/ [protected]). However, during the 2nd week of January, 2015, problems started to appear. The display and the camera are no longer working. I was very surprised to discover such problems in the flagship phone of the Micromax. Naturally, I returned the mobile phone to your Service Station (M/S Tirupati Infotech, Jaipur) to be replaced with a new one/ to be repaired (as the case may be). One of their technical staff told me that they will forward the handset to HO (Delhi) for the required work and the same will be done on instant basis. However, two weeks have passed without me receiving any replaced or repaired phone. I am very upset for their poor service. Also, not picking up the phone by the above said service station makes me more dis-heartened. I hope for instant redressal from their side.                     I was purchase Canvas A108 in October and after 1 month i face touch problem center of the screen is not working then I gave in service center they give my 1 month time for repairing after this i get my phone and was checking phone in service center then face that speaker is not working again i gave phone and after 2 days I get back my phone and resolve all problem and then after using phone again after 10 days same problem came at that time bottom if screen touch is not working so i requested to u today my phone is under warrenty so my problem is resolve free but again and again facing that touch problem but after warrenty it will be payble for touch change approx 1300INR i m very much worried please help me and change my this phone with new one because if it not possible then i think I m bound to go consumer court because I have all proof of my problems please contact me my no is [protected]

                      i have purchase Micromax A 300 Gold on 07th July 2014 for Rs20000/- from Namaste TradeLink Kalyan west Invoice Number 1364. On 01st Jan my phone was not getting on hence i have shown the mobile to Micromax Service Center located in Kalyan west near Kala Talav opp to BSNL office. After chekcking my mobile they inform me that they will take more 7 days for mother board replacement. Hence they provided me the JOB Sheet Copy with number W[protected] ON 03rd Jan 2015. However I have contacted them after 7 days and visited many time they only says that the part has not been delivered from the company and they always tell me to contact after 3 days. It is now 27 days they never contacted me to confirm when my issue will get resolved and when i will get my phone return. However due to this i am loosing the warranty period also as my phone is in service center. I am tired visiting service center as non of the person from service center speak in a good language or non of them provide me the correct information. hence request you to pls check my issue [protected]

                          I have submitted by Smart Phone - Canvas Doodle3 A102 to the below Service Center for the complaint regarding black lines coming up in the display. M/S V SURVE INFO SHOP NO.- 106, 1ST FLOOR, ADITYA GOLD CREST, NEAR ADITYA MALL. INDRAP, GHAZIABAD - 201014 Job Sheet No[protected] Service Center has changed the LCD display. But after Changing the Display they have not put the Screen Guard that has been removed by them. Moreover the work done was very untidy and the phone looks bad after the servicing with marks of servicing displayed all through the LCD display.                             my phone was working almost properly...i went to micromax just for the software update...but their they opened my cell and said your charging socket is damaged and you have to change it for the software update.. i refused to change the socket and taken back my cell...after switch on the touch was not working and i showed the problem to the care representative but they said its not our fault it is because your charging socket is damaged..before going on care my phone was working properly but they created fault in it and said the phone is out of warrenty you have to pay 850rs.. i show the bill my phone is under warrenty..but they have not taken my phone back for the touch problem.my phone also not charging now before going on the care i dont have such problem...please solve my problem as soon as possible.address of micromax care i visited is micromax care yashwant plaza indore

                              Sir,
                              Had given my Tablet ( model P 410 i ) at Varanasi service Centre for repair on 22/01/2015 and on 29th January 2015, I have received a message saying "Your device deposited with us has been repaired. Pls collect it from our service centre". When I went to receive it, they told me that the device is repaired, but it is having some other problem that I have to receive the device first and then I have to get fresh job sheet issued if it has to be repaired. But I refused to accept my device until it is repaired. They also told me that it would take another 45 more days which I can not compromise with. Therefore, I request you to take the neccessary action in this regard as early as possible.

                                I have purchased "Micromax Unite 2 A106 with 8 GB ROM" mobile from FlipKart.com on 26th Nov 2014. Order id is OD[protected]. When I started using this device, realized that it has just 1GB Internal memory/storage. Out of this, more then 800MB is utilized by system and default installations. So, user is left with actually nothing. When I contacted flipkart, they asked me to get in touch with the Micromax people. I visited Micromax outlet in Borivali west, they gave me excuse that 8GB ROM should be assumed but realistically its 1GB for user to use. And for rest of the query, they have asked me to contact Micromax customer care. I tried calling [protected] and[protected] numbers but it never gets connected and incase it connects, its on hold for a long time. So, I have been chasing people from FLIPKART - MACROMAX STORE - CUSTOMER CARE but no luck yet. Please advise!!! Regards Manav Sain [protected]

                                Hi Srinivas, Sorry to hear that you also got trapped and carried away by 8GB advertisement but the fact is you actually dont have any space to download apps. Even if you put external SD card, you will be able to download only those apps which can be moved to external SD card else it will show insufficient memory/space.

                                      I have bought micromax bling A86 on 13 Feb 2014 but it faced problem with its display panel. It is pertinenent to mention here that the authorised service center of jammu (j&k) namely sawhney communication has been failed to repair the same even after 10 days of submission due to witch I m suffering a lot. Kindly do the needful or ask them to give me a spare mobile meanwhile. Treat this matter as most urgent. Thanks
