Hi.
On 28th January, last year, I bought a brand new Canvas Turbo A250 (IMEI: [protected]/ [protected]). However, during the 2nd week of January, 2015, problems started to appear. The display and the camera are no longer working. I was very surprised to discover such problems in the flagship phone of the Micromax.
Naturally, I returned the mobile phone to your Service Station (M/S Tirupati Infotech, Jaipur) to be replaced with a new one/ to be repaired (as the case may be). One of their technical staff told me that they will forward the handset to HO (Delhi) for the required work and the same will be done on instant basis. However, two weeks have passed without me receiving any replaced or repaired phone. I am very upset for their poor service. Also, not picking up the phone by the above said service station makes me more dis-heartened.
