I had purchased Canvas Nitro A310 mobile through online shopping in the month of Oct 2014.From the very first day the phone had problem in getting connected to wifi and also the external card was not getting detected, for which I went to the service centre(Ocean Mobile Care, Velachery, Chennai).The phone since then has never been repaired successfully, eventhough its entire motherboard was replaced and later it was sent to the Chennai Head Office for repairs.Now even after trying all the efforts by the service center team, external card detection problem still persists and hence camera is also not responding and also phone gets hanged up.Ever since I purchased the mobile, it is under repair and, after about 2 months, once I received the mobile it is still not working. After seeing such state of my mobile, my wife refused to purchase the mobile of this brand and even my friends preferred other brands now. It is kindly submitted to help me refund the amount, so that I could purchase a new mobile of a trustworthy company.
I have already written mail twice(dated 21 & 23 Jan'15) on the official site of the company, have spoken to the customercare(ref [protected], spoken to Mr Taruwinder) and have already informed the service center (Ocean Mobile Care, authorised service center Micromax, Velachery, Chennai).
Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
