Hello Sir/ Ma'am, I bought Micromax MAD in the month of April last year through Flipkart. The accessories like charger and earphones got spoilt in 6 and 7 months respectively. Now the phones's battery is getting dead for no reason and its getting heated up to the core. I feel i am given the default piece. So kindly fix the same. If not anymore il not use any product of Micromax. Thank You

        COMPLAINT ID NUMBER:-N[protected] i had given my micromax canvas a114 on Jan 20, 2015 to the M/S SERVICE ZONE TELE CENTRE, RDC RAJNAGAR, PINCODE:-201001.They give me the limited time period of one week for shortout my problem, but their is a lot of time delay thats why i am facing problem. so sir kindly help me to shortout my problem as soon as possible.my mobile is in the warranty period.

          i purchased micromax canvas knight cameo A290...there is some problem in charging i gave my cell phone in micromax service center...60 days is over but they didn't take any action regarding the cell phone...i went so many time they always told me that we will repaire your product within a week...but nothing happend..now i'm fed up...i send a mail on <service.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com>...they told me that my product has repaired but when i call on the service center they told me that you can come after 1feb..as they were very rude to me also...i wanna back my money or my phone...so i wanna lodge a complaint regarding my product...service center details +[protected], +(91)-[protected] Wz-1, Ganesh Nagar-Tilak Nagar, Opp Metro Pillar No-535, Delhi - 110018... do the needful for me... my contact number [protected]... email id- [protected]@gmail.com... you can whats app me also on [protected]

            I had purchased Canvas Nitro A310 mobile through online shopping in the month of Oct 2014.From the very first day the phone had problem in getting connected to wifi and also the external card was not getting detected, for which I went to the service centre(Ocean Mobile Care, Velachery, Chennai).The phone since then has never been repaired successfully, eventhough its entire motherboard was replaced and later it was sent to the Chennai Head Office for repairs.Now even after trying all the efforts by the service center team, external card detection problem still persists and hence camera is also not responding and also phone gets hanged up.Ever since I purchased the mobile, it is under repair and, after about 2 months, once I received the mobile it is still not working. After seeing such state of my mobile, my wife refused to purchase the mobile of this brand and even my friends preferred other brands now. It is kindly submitted to help me refund the amount, so that I could purchase a new mobile of a trustworthy company. I have already written mail twice(dated 21 & 23 Jan'15) on the official site of the company, have spoken to the customercare(ref [protected], spoken to Mr Taruwinder) and have already informed the service center (Ocean Mobile Care, authorised service center Micromax, Velachery, Chennai).

              Complain regarding customer support provided by Micromax. No one will believe but this happened with me. I purchased a set of model "Micromax A 250" on[protected]. This set from very beginning was getting hanged while powering it on and off, it also had problem with the camera. So, waiting for a long, first time I deposited the handset to the Customer Care for repair on "[protected]After 10 months from purchase) . The Customer Executive call me back to get my handset on around[protected] month from submission to Customer service center) and it was really disappointing that the poweron issue was fine but a new problem in the set was introduced i.e, Display screen got so many scratches and Handset body broken, so did n't took it from Customer Service center and a new process started to fix the Handset body and Display screen. Already around 3 months are over and in this period I talked a lot to the people who works for Micromax support in Kushinagar district but all in vain. This guy showed me as if he was helping but each time I went to the Customer Serivce center with a hope to get my mobile back but each time there was new issue introduced (body, display screen ) . I am still waiting from 4 months. Can some one help me by letting me know am i getting so unpatience in getting my set back or this is how much time really needed. Guys don't know how a international companies service center can be so slow and unresponsive

                Dear Sir/Mam, I am a Resident of Laxmi Nagar Delhi-92 have been using Micromax Mobile Model Bolt with last year but unfortunately I inform you that I am not satisfied with their service. On September 2014 I gave to my mobile in micromax authorized service centre in Laxmi Nagar, east delhi-92 near to Maharaja Banquet Hall having an Job seat No. ( N[protected]) until now neither I never receive my Mobile with or without rectification of my product. Also the behaviour of the staff is very unsupportable & they dont know how to talk to the customers. Though I got the call from their service center that my phone has been rectified but at the time to receive my phone the concern authority said that my phone is not rectified until yet. Though the concern authorities are informed again and again but no action has been taken until yet. I request to kindly support me return to my product as soon as possible to you.                   I HAVE PURCHASED A MICROMAX CANVAS DOODLE 3A 102 MOBILE FROM SNAPDEAL DATE 7 AUG 2014. BUT AFTER THREE AND HALF MONTH PHONE HAS MANY PROBLEM BLACK LINES COMES ON THE SCREEN THEN I GO TO MICROMAX SERVICES CENTER SIMRAN COMMUNICATION FARIDABAD. SERVICE CENTER’S STAFF RECEIVED MY PHONE, AFTER 30 MINUTES THEY GIVE MY PHONE AND SAID THAT YOUR PHONE IS NOW OK. WHEN I RETURN TO MY HOME, PHONE HAS SAME PROBLEM. I AGAIN GO TO CUSTOMER CARE AND SAME PROBLEM IS PRESENT IN PHONE. THEY RECEIVED MY PHONE AFTER 5 DAYS THEY CALL ME FOR RECEIVEING PHONE WHEN I TAKE MY PHONE TO HOME AFTER 1/2 HOURS SAME PROBLEM COME IN PHONE. I AGAIN GO TO SERVICE CENTER SAME DAY AND SAID PROBLEM IN THE PHONE IS SAME. THEY RECEIVE MY PHONE AND GO INSIDE THE OFFICE AFTER 20 MINUTES THEY COME OUT AND SAID YOUR SIM SLOT MIDDLE PIN IS BROKEN SO WE CAN’T RECEIVE YOUR PHONE AND BEHAVE ME LIKE A FOOLISH MAN THEN I GAVE THIS COMPLIAN TO MR. PRAKASH PHONE NO. [protected] AND SAID ALL THIS PROBLEM. HE ANSWERED ME YOUR SIM SLOT HAS PROBLEM SO YOU MUST HAVE TO PAY MONEY. I HAVE NO OPTION SO I AGREED FOR THIS. THE DATE IS 22.12.2014, AFTER 30 DAYS THEY CALL ME TO RECEIVE MY PHONE BUT WHEN I SEE MY PHONE, ITS BACK COVER IS BROKEN. I REFUSED TO TAKE MY PHONE THAN THEY SAID WAIT FOR 1 WEEK WE GAVE YOUR BACK COVER. DATE IS 20.1.2015. BUT I SAY CUSTOMER CARE STAFF TO GIVE ME IN WRITEN ABOUT THIS BACK COVER ON JOB SHEET. AFTER SOME TIME THEY WRITE ABOUT TO GIVE ME BACK COVER IN 1 WEEK ON JOB SHEET AT THE SAME TIME MR. SUMIT PHONE NO[protected]. WHICH IS A SENIOR STAFF IN THE SERVICE CENTER AND THE OTHER STAFF IN THE SERVICE CENTER BEHAVIOUR IS NOT GOOD TO ME BECAUSE I WANT TO A RETURN STATEMENT. MR. SUMIT TAKE ALL THIS MATTER PERSONALLY WHEN I COME OUT FROM THE SERVICE CENTER I HEARED THAT THEY WERE TALKING THAT WE MUST TEACH A LEASON TO THIS COUSTEMER ABOUT ME BUT I IGNORED ALL THIS AND RETURN HOME WITH MY PHONE. AFTER 2 DAYS PHONE HAS MANY PROBLEM I AGAIN GO TO SERVICE CENTER MR. SUMIT SAID WATER IS PRESENT IN YOUR PHONE WITHOUT CHECKING THE PHONE AND SAID WE CAN NOT RECEIVE YOUR PHONE GO ANY WHERE AS YOU WISH RUDELY AND IN PROUD. I REQUEST THAT SIR PLEASE DO NOT TAKE PERSONALLY BUT THEY NOT LISTEN TO ME. AFTER SOME TIME HE DEMANDED Rs. 750 FROM ME TO REPAIR MY PHONE AFTER THAT HE WILL RECEIVE MY PHONE. THEN I CALL MR. PRAKASH AGAIN BUT HE REFUSED TO HELP ME. SO I AGREED YOUR SERVICE CENTER TOURCHERD ME MENTALLY AND FINANCIALLY. PHONE IS ALWAYS KEPT IN SERVICE CENTER IN THIS 4 MONTHS FOR REPAIR PURPOSE. PLEASE VALIDATE ME WHEN I RECEIVE A PHONE IN 21.1.2015 AND AFTER TWO DAYS I GO TO SERVICE CENTER HOW CAN I INSERT WATER IN MY PHONE. SIR PLEASE ALSO TELL ME HOW A CUSTOMER PROVED THAT THE WATER IS NOT PRESENT IN MY PHONE SIR PLEASE TELL ME THIS MY MISTAKE TO BUY A MICROMAX MOBILE PHONE.                     I have purchased Micromax Canvas 4 A210 last year June 2014. From 7th December 2014 my phone is not working properly and next day i submitted my phone in Micromax Service Center "Delight Service Center" at Shadipur. They given me 10 days time and after ten days when i went there they again give me 10 days time. I have been very irritating from their kind of jesture. Neither they are repairing my phone nor they replace it. While my phone is still in warrenty replacement. They call me again on 2nd Feb. and if they don't attention on my problem i will go to Consumer Forum. I want to replacement of my phone and the same model.

                      Initially when I bought Micromax canvas knight cameo, the phone worked nicely with no problems. But after a month it stopped charging. So as I have given to service center. Though my phone is under warranty they have charged me Rs.1000 as charging pin was damaged. I paid and got repaired. But after two weeks another problem arised. It starts fluctuating the percentage while I am charging. After few hours battery swelled little bit. So I thought battery has some problem. Accordingly I went to same service center to replace the new battery. But they said u have done overcharging and warranty doesn't get for it. They have asked me to pay Rs.1400. Is this legal?? I can't afford to pay again. Please help me.

                                This is to inform you that I have purchased one micromax canvas A 108 model mobile from shop no.G-122, ground floor, prime mall, Irla society road, Irla, Vile Parle(W), Mumbai-400056 on 15.08.2014 Tax/Inv no.VPM4/19261 thinking of that the company brand name is there and it will work well for a longer period but sorry to say this I have a touch screen problem in my mobile on 06.01.2015 and I have submitted my mobile to service centre in shop no.S 29A, 2nd floor, prime mall Irla lane, virle parle(W), mumbai-400056 and they deposited my mobile job sheet no.W[protected].after 3 days they returned my mobile by repairing it but after 2 days its showing another problem by not recharging the battery then I have to once again submitted my mobile on 09.01.2015.this time service centre did not give me any job sheet saying that there network is not working.they gave a manual copy.After keeping it for 11 days they called me saying that it was ok when I went there for collection after getting that one when I checked that camera icon is not there then they checked it but cant solve that one then they once again keep it for repairing this time they gave me a job sheet no.W[protected] dt.20.01.2015.till now I am not getting my phone. Here I want to say that your executive are not capable of repair my mobile and they every time giving me some time of harassment, problem, mental torture by calling me from long distance and not solving the problem.This is the consumer right to inform you that your company name is going down by giving this time of service.I dont want to repair further my mobile please replace my mobile that will better for me.Otherwise I have give consumer compalin regarding this.                                   sir i have micromax mad a94 set . i earn 1296 point by watching advertisement . on 21/1/12014 i redeemed 1250 point to earn 50 rs recharge in my bsnl no [protected] but till time i have not received 50 rs amount in my bsnl number [protected] . pse give my recharge amount immediately please ... . i contact to yr costomer care no but no any reply fm yr end . myphone is waiting every time and i have any rupees lost to concact with yr costomer care . pse contact to me in this no [protected] and tell me but reason for not give my recharge amount . i fill mentally very dipress pse help me and give my recharge amount rs 50 ..

                                    Sir, i order a Micromax AE90 mob through snapdeal online shopping, I got it on 27 Oct 2014. It was stop working before one month of delivery.Then I placed the above mob my nearest customer care at MICROMAX CARE CENTER, MADURAI-1 vide their Job Sheet No- 5020483/1114/13619176 dt 27/11/2014. Your care not repair till date and replied :"software order from delhi". I harassed with this mob. Please take necessary action otherwise I will go COSUMER COURT for my better service.                                         I have purchased Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 from Flipkart on 26 July, 2014. Within one month, its started giving problem (phone hung). I have submitted my phone to Hisar, Haryana Micromax Service Center for software upgrade as suggested by your executive for resolution. But still problem was there even after software upgrade. Again I submitted my phone to your Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, Micromax Service Center in Oct, 2014 (Job Sheet No: N[protected] ) I got my number after waiting of 3 hours and after that your executive replied they are not responsible for solution provide by Hisar Micromax service center. I am not getting your service centers represents states (Haryana or Delhi) or Micromax brand. At first point they also suggested the same resolution that is software upgrade but when I informed that its already done then they asked for mother board replacement. Later on when I checked on job sheet, they mentioned as problem "Phone is not getting power on" and when I asked your executive about that, he replied if I will mention phone hung problem then always I will get software upgrade as the resolution. Thats why they mentioned as problem "Phone is not getting power on" and I got my phone back after one month. Here, again, I am not getting if software upgrade is not the resolution, then why your executives provided that as solution and wasting our time. Now, again I am facing the problem with phone (after mother board replacement). Now phone is getting powered off by its own and phone hung problem is still there. Headphone and charger also giving problem now. Please provide me the positive solution as soon as earliest. If I will not get the permanent solution, then I have to go to consumer court.
