Dear Sir,
On 13-SEP-2014, I had handover my Micromax Canvas-2 (A110 model) for repairing to Micromax authorized service centre.
At the time of submission of phone their executive from Infinity solution committed me that phone will get delivered to me within maximum 45 days.
With repetitive follow-ups after 65 days I have received a new phone as replacement, but I got shocked when I came to know that this NEW phone also having same charging issue. So again I have submitted this phone to service centre for repairing.
After 1.5 months again I have received a new phone as replacement and again Micromax delivered faulty phone (this time touch screen is not working at all).
Now again I have submitted the phone to customer service centre this time they told me that we will solve your issue from Pune office only instead of sending it to Delhi. But they need a approval for the same and still waiting for it. And I am taking follow-up for the same since last 20 days.
I have suffered lot for last 4 months, only because of careless attitude of Micromax.
This is the pure case of deficiency in the service resulting in physical discomfort, mental agony and inconvenience.
Micromax should resolve my issue ASAP or I will go to the consumer court.

I Purchased a Micromax Mobile Model No. CANVAS INTRO EMI
No.[protected] Purchase Date : 11/10/2014 at Mobile shop City
Collection Nagpur that time shopkeeper tolled me about this Mobile
handset for One Year warranty with purchase bill presently same software
or hardware problem in my mobile handset. But shopkeepers not corporate
about this matter.
So kindly register my complaint against storekeeper or company.
