THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO COME AFTER 15 DAYS. I WENT THIS CARE AFTER 15 DAYS. BUT THEY SAID YOUR PHONE IS NOT REPAIRED. THAN THEY AGAIN SAID AFTER 15 DAYS YOU HAVE TO COME . TODAY DATE IS 21/1/2015. MY PHONE IN WARRANTYPERIOD . BUT THEY ARE NOT SOLVING MY PROBLEM . AND THEY ALSO SPEAK VERY RUDELY . THIS CARE IS TOO FAR OF MY PLACE. I ALSO CONTACT WITH COMPANY EXECUTIVE. BUT HE IS NOT ABLE TO SLOVE MY PROBLEM . MY PHONE WARRANTY PERIOD IS ENDING. THEY KEPT MY PHONE FROM THREE MONTHS. KINDLY REUESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM

Respected all, It's have been 23 days since I had submitted my Micromax A94 (MAD) phone to my nearest service center. Applications loss o[censored]ser data, and 2. Camera : Bad image Jobsheet Number : * N[protected] * Jobsheet Date : 29/12/2014 Well my complaint is about 1. Bad Communication with customer. 2. Incomplete info 3. I have been calling them since for checking whether it's done or not because i dont have any other phone for using, once they have conformated that it's done come and take it but after reaching they denied and said me to come after 3-4 days Even they have messaged me about the conformation to come and take my cell phone but after reaching they again denied and said me to come after 3-4 days. 4. I am still waiting for my mobile phone to me done now its 23rd day. I am a working person in a private industry, they took money for take a leave and your customer service is soo bad that make me help less. i seriously have a problem with micromax service center in mira road (thane) you want to know what problem im facing becoz of them first of all when i gave them my micromax cell they dont even keep it in a clean place all blue ink was on my cell back body n thats not just the realy problem i had a problem in my cell camera i went to micromax service center in mira road they told its a software problem so i asked what to do now they told me u hv to software ur cell so i told ok u do it they did that software thing in my cell but still my cell phone camera was not working .. my cell had only that camera issu rest my mobile was all working good.. and then they again did that software thing n now my mobile is not working at all I cant even call from my phone now not even a display is showing I cant understand wat has happen to my cell . n that peoples seting in service center just saying ur phone is not showing anything now my cell phone is just 10 days old what can I do now the all service is so poor no response at all the people in there wer just give false reason . its just like my phone had one problem I went to service center for help n they gaved my 10 more problems in my cell phone now what can I do u only help my now …. Really sorry to say but I would not never purchase a micromax device u

SIR I HAD PURCHASED A MICROMAX SMARTPHONE BOLT A068 AND ONLY AFTER FOUR MONTHS ITS SCREENTOUCH DID NOT RESPONDED.WE WENT TO MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER AT BATHINDA ADDRESS:MAIN OFFICE #2421 MEHNA MARG BATHINDA BR. OFFICE #2686, FIRST FLOOR OPP. JAGMAL NEURO AND CT SCAN OLD BUS STAND G.T. ROAD BATHINDA.PROOF OF WHAT IS WRITTEN BY THE ATTENDENT AT THE SERVICE CENTER HAS BEEN UPLOADED.THERE WE TOLD THE PROBLEM AND THEY SAID IT WAS DUE TO LIQUID PROBLEM WHICH IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY CONDITIONS BUT WE WERE SURE THAT IT HAD NOT HAPPENED.MOREOVER THEY APPLIED FEVI QUICK TO BLOCK THE VOLUME KEY, WE HAVE SNAPSHOTS TO PROVE THAT.SO WE WENT TO AMRITSAR MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER AND THANKS TO THEM THAT THEY REPAIRED THE MOBILE IN FEW HOURS

I had buy your micromax A114 mobile from Computers And MORE shop goregaon east. on 12/02/2014. now my display have physical damage so i submitted my mobile in your service center of Bhandup Dreams mall on 29/09/2014.which is not returned me yet instead of it they given me replacement A120 which is not acceptable for me . because this handset also have audio issues and also i paid 2200 for it so now i just want to be my original mobile back if it is not possible please give me my total money i.e. mobile price 10800+service charges 2200 = 13000 . Hello sir, I (Prachi Sharma) purchased Micromax Smartphone Model No A108, IMEI/ESN No.- [protected]/[protected] on[protected]. Within 5 days it got problems in Touchscreen. Lower part of screen became iresponsive. So I called Customer Care & he advised to submit it to Care at M/s Tirupati Infotech, Jaipur. Jobsheet attached in mail. They asked to wait for 10 days. I called after 10 days, they asked of extension of 5 days due to unavailability of parts.So again I called after 5 days they had same reason & asked to wait more. In between I called them many times but no response. Sooner I realized that they are just making excuses.Even after 2 & a half months I am hearing the same version from them. Micromax being an Indian company makes me feel proud but at the same time it has disappointed me & my friends badly.This is not accepted behavior from an International Player like Micromax. So I request you to repair & return my phone at the earliest. Looking forward to hear from you.

My name is Prashant Vishwakarma. I am from mumbai . I gave my mobile five time to the micromax gallery as there is some technical issue with the mobile. The mobile found to be defective. They told me that they will going to replace the motherboard of the mobile. I gave the mobile to diffrent gallery of micromax. More then 4 month has passed but the mobile is still kept in gallery. On 1 Nov 2014, I had handover my Micromax Canvas-4 (A210 Grey model) for repairing to Micro max authorized service center at ... At the time of submission of phone their executive from Infinity solution committed me that phone will get delivered to me within maximum 25 days. But with repetitive follow-ups after 80 days, I got shocked when I came to know that it takes another 25 days again. Past 3 months my work is stuck as there is no phone with me. I am very much fed up of this.This kind of service is not acceptable from Micromax Now I want to put a file in consumer forum against Micromax Please take the needful action or advice me for the same please find attached photo proof.

i am a customer of yours having touchscreen, speaker and sofware issues with MICROMAX BOLT A089...i deposited my handset at SIRSA micromax centre on 02/01/2015 under complaint no [protected] to get it fixed. hey.. micromax.. myself nikita suryavanshi from delhi.. i had submitted my phone to micromax service center kalkaji wearing care no. [protected] as the power key was not working.. on 8 jan 2015.. i got a call from a customer on 17 january.. that i m having ur full data on my phone as the micromax service center puts ur motherboard in my phone, , your all id, photos are with me.. when i go through the customer care by this problem they said backup o[censored]r phone is gone to his phone.. but thats not true.. i gone through that customer n checked his phone my all profiles all data is there.. i do not tolerated this major mistake.. personal data yuk.. its not a small mistake .. even mera phone bhi nahi dia abhi tk, ... so its a reqquuest aap action lijikiye yaaa fir i have to go through consumer court.. its a request i am waiting for ur response till 20 january.. if no response i found then i will go through consumer court.. ya toh mujhey mera motherboard vapas doo ya i need a new headset.. u can contact me on stylonikita.[protected]@gmail.com or contact me [protected]

Dear sir, I bought Micromax A120 phone (M_IMEI [protected] S_IMEI [protected]) June 2014, After two month i found touch issue in my phone, After that i submit my phone in govindpuri service center near my location and after three month same touch issue occur in my phone, But govindpuri service center is closed, and then i went uttam nagar service center but they refused to repair my phone beacause in my phone all screw is not there in my phone, (At the time of govindpuri service center they did not fix all screw at the time of repair ) that reason uttam nagar service center refuse to repair while my phone is still under warranty period (Period is 6 month) Kindly take proper action we purchase micromax phone due that it is indian company & going to be market leader, but this type of service will kill its brand value, Regards, Sandeep kumar singh phone no-[protected] mail id- sandeep9.[protected]@airtel.com

I have given my Smart phone (canvas Magnus) on 15 -dec-2014 at micromax service center under warranty and the job sheet is enclosed with it, But till date I am not getting any proper revert from them, Hardly they pick up any calls and incase if they pick my call every time I get different feedback, They just seems to buy time .Even on micromax toll free number no one picks call or the call is not connected . I need an answer for this. This kind of service is not acceptable. It was my biggest mistake to purchase micromax.

Dear Sir, On 13-SEP-2014, I had handover my Micromax Canvas-2 (A110 model) for repairing to Micromax authorized service centre. At the time of submission of phone their executive from Infinity solution committed me that phone will get delivered to me within maximum 45 days. With repetitive follow-ups after 65 days I have received a new phone as replacement, but I got shocked when I came to know that this NEW phone also having same charging issue. So again I have submitted this phone to service centre for repairing. After 1.5 months again I have received a new phone as replacement and again Micromax delivered faulty phone (this time touch screen is not working at all). Now again I have submitted the phone to customer service centre this time they told me that we will solve your issue from Pune office only instead of sending it to Delhi. But they need a approval for the same and still waiting for it. And I am taking follow-up for the same since last 20 days. I have suffered lot for last 4 months, only because of careless attitude of Micromax. This is the pure case of deficiency in the service resulting in physical discomfort, mental agony and inconvenience. Micromax should resolve my issue ASAP or I will go to the consumer court. Dear Sir, I have purchased a cell of Micromax Canvas Gold A300. After a week I found there ia a problem of overheating and complaint the same to services center. They update software and hand over to me but the problem is not resolved. When I came back to service center, they told me "Please leave your cell for one day, we will check. Next day I take my cell from service center and I found again the same problem. Wehn i compaint again they told me, "Your cell have problem and will be replaced from company. It may take 45 days. But Till date i dont received my cell back and dont have and clear ans from company. My complaint date is[protected] at Micromax Service center Indore.

i was submitted my canvas 2.2 at micromax service centre in sector-27 noida-201301, near vinayak hospital with the problem of phone camera not capture good picture too close pic its showing blur always. micromax service center repair my phone and give it to me but now my phone does not capture good pic at standard distance its capture a blur pic...that's way i do suit for hole amount of purchase price of it...job sheet on dated 23.12.2014 or 29.12.2014 with name daulat singh and mob no [protected]
