I had submitted my Micromax canvas 4 (A210) phone on 6th jan 2015 at M/S PHONIX SERVICES Ahmadabad ., the Mobile was in the warranty period. The job sheet number is *W[protected]*.r. I have called them a multiple number of times but no proper response but got rude behavior from the service centre all the time i called them .I hope you would understand the query as it . The main problem is than he gives me phone on[protected] . and . the problem is from tend camera not working.. than he repaired but my phone is used by her side and install so many unwanted applications and calls and than my mobile is not working properly . my phone is hang. and my body side part is very badly scratched on Service station side .. please solve my problem////

    Sir I had provided my phone A116i for software update only. but that onward it was there for display damage, touch pad damage, mother board replace, without any use by me. from the date of purchase it was there more than 90 days.till now I didn't get my handset. and i have also applied for warranty extend for last three case but no action was taken.

      Sir, I am Dr. R. Narayanan tawker who bought micromax canvas nitro blue a 311 thorugh amazoo.in. It reached me on 14 jan. Since I started using that, the phone gets heated in the back even when it is not used, gets heated more on using continuouslyalso.Kindly provide me a solution for this.         I am pasting my communication with Micromax which not unexpectedly remained unanswered. the mail below gives the details its been three weeks now I have still not received the phone. M/s Sai Mobile Shoppe looks terribly ill equipped to handle services.. Rude staff, technically ill equipped, in terms of service aids I am not certain product knowledge of the technical executive My disappointment arose from the fact theat that I was asked to go and charge the battery and return. They neither had an a battery charger, nor a spre charged service battery.the only charger he had did not have a pin to match my phone, Besides that Mr Abbas, an executive reeked of arrogance much less to me than to others in the hall, I was confronted with statements like 'This is not our product we are only service agents. I want entirely blame Micromax but for economical consideration you have to put up with outfits like Sai Mobile Shoppe Now for the problem ceased operations neither receive messages or calls nor make them. I had to buy this model as my wife has an Relaince CDMA connection The status as of now is th that the shoppe has retained the phone returning the sim, battery back cover, I have told that it will take a day or so or they 10 to 15 daysdepending upon them to rectify the defect.           Dear Sir, With reference to job sheet no "S[protected]" dated 18/09/2014 I have received a repaired swapped handset on dated 17/1/2015 that was also faulty (Display touch screen was not working). I have submitted it back with job sheet no "S[protected]" on 17/1/2015 just 30 minutes after I have received for the third time, creating a new job with closure of last job. ----- Earlier to this, I had submitted my phone just because of app crash on dated 13/9/2014 with job sheet no "S[protected]" and received it back on dated 15/9/2014. I found sensors not working after reaching home and again submitted my phone on 17/9/2014 with job sheet no "S[protected]" and received it back on dated 18/9/2014 with problem unsolved. I have raised a complain "MMX[protected]" dated 17/11/2014 for priority of the job via email. I have raised another complain "[protected]" dated 24/11/2014 via telephone, that was supposed to be solved in 30 days. That didn't solved till now. ----- I have found that Micromax use to return my phone without properly checked (as on date 15/9/2014, 18/9/2014 and 17/1/2015) even after taking more than 4 months. Each and every time new job was created even if it was not closed. ----- As, I have submitted my phone on dated 13/9/2014 and I didn't get it back till now. Even, the last swapped handset that I received on 17/1/2015 was faulty one. So, I want a new unopened (sealed box) handset at the earliest. Thanking you, Himanshu Kumar ([protected])

            I had submitted my Micromax canvas HD (A116I) phone on 8th Nov 2014 at M/S Mobileseva, Marathali Bangalore service center as there was no outgoing audio was there, the Mobile was in the warranty period. The job sheet number is *S[protected]*. Till date i have not received my mobile back nor i am getting proper response from the Micromax/ Service center.                     C I had purchased a micromax mobile ( doodle 3. Model 102) but after 1 month mobile were not supported SIM card. On 5 December 2014 I visited to micromax authorised service center Hldwani, address is M/S Mobile House (Haldwani) Sahukara Line Choudhry Complex, Patel Chowk, Haldwani, uttarakhand. But after a long period the service center never resolved problem of handset. And regularly they misguided me about my mobile.and they never resolved problem yet.

                    I have purchased a Micromax Canvas Knight A350 Duel Sim Android Mobile Phone - White & Gold in June 03, 2014. Due to problem in my mobile set I go to the Micromax Service Centre for repair/replace my mobile phone. They said due to problem in Display Touch Screen Not working 5301 Charging/Battery No Charging on My Job Sheet No. N[protected] dated 22.05.2015 by hand to the customer care. They also said the company sold Chines mobiles to customers and they hold this mobile near about 45 days for repair/replacement.

                          I purchased a micromax canvas A1 android mobile phone from snapdeal online. I received phone on[protected]. since very begining the mobile is not working well. The main problem is this that there is no downloading in phone.The net speed is very slow. I think manufacturing defect in this set. I went to micromax service centre but nothing happened.                             Hello sir,

                            My name is Prachi Sharma, i had purchased micromax A108, but its touch screen was not working properly, so i contacted customer service centre for the repair and submitted my handset on[protected]. I was told that my handset will be repaired in 10 days. So i contacted on[protected], they told me to wait for another 5 days. Again i contacted them on[protected], this time they said that there has been some problems getting my phone from company, and told me to wait further.

                            I have contacted them several times after that, and they come up with new excuses everytime and told me to wait further. On recent contact they gave me date of[protected]. After calling them they told me that their server is down and they can't help me.
                            I have visited their centre several times, and lost all my faith in your customer support n now i am not sure what to do anymore.

                              I have purchased Micromax A250 (IMEI No. [protected]/[protected]) on 6th March, 14 through online shop - M/s Flipkart. In November 14, all of sudden its touch stopped working. Subsequently I approached to M/s SS Telecom, a Micromax Service Center in Patna and deposit the set on 11.11.2014. After 15-20 days the set was returned me after repairing. Unfortunately, again the same problem (touch) has appeared in less than 2 months after screen got blacked out. When I contacted to Customer Care with the issue, I am told to revisit the Service Center with same procedure and again I had to deporit the set at same Service Centre on 06.01.2015. After 6 day, on 12th Jan, 2015 the Centre confirmed that my mobile set is repaired and ready to be collected. I received the set with functioning but after half an hour once again its screen got lining and blacked out. When I reached to the Service Centre, they checked it for more than 2 hrs and advised me to deposit the set as it required more time to get repaired. I had not optioned but to deposit the same on same day, i.e. 12.01.2015. When I contacted to Micromax Customer Care with above mentioned frequent problems as my grievance, I have been given a Reference No. as MMX-[protected]. I would like to say that I am having the said problem with this set many times again & again, and after some hours on switching off/on, it happens to get restored to normal, but after few days problem reappears. Out of the above I feel cheated by the Company by selling me defective unit which is continuously creating some issue again & again. Shall I be continuing this business periodically by visiting service centre or is there any permanent solution. what would happen if my warranty expires. I Solicit your kindness for looking after this issue, please. I am attaching sell invoice dated 06.03.2014 of Flipkart and Jobsheets given by service centre.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam, I'm Rekha Jain from Noida. I had purchased Micromax mobile handset model No: A63 (black, dual sim, IMEI No 1: [protected] and IMEI No 2: [protected]) in Nov 2013. Since then it was causing issues which could be deferred to the later stage. On 12th Nov 2014, we had submitted our handset to Micromax service centre (M/S Satguru Communication, Shop No-1, GF, Dharampali Palace, Near Vinayak Hospital, Sector-27, Noida, UP-201301). They informed us that since our handset cannot be repaired at their place they are sending it to the Micromax company for repair and will be delivered to us in next 20 days. ie. by 2nd Dec 2014. The job sheet No. for the same is: N[protected] dated 12th Nov 2014. We again went to Noida Service Center on 2nd Dec to get our handset. But to our surprise the status provided to us that it is still 'under process' and will be delivered to us the ext week. We got the same status On 12th Dec and an worthless advice to contact the Micromax Customer Care directly. On calling the Micomax centre and explaining the situation to the customer executive at Micromax we got a complaint no as:[protected].Since it had been more than 1 month I had submitted my phone for repair, I called the customer care to check the status of my phone on 19th Dec 2014. Again as expected, the response was that the repairing is 'under process'. We were again given another date as 2nd Jan 2015. Again on following up same status has been provided with another date of 12th Jan 2015. On 13th Jan 2015, when I again called up the customer care centre to enquire about my phone, they say that the complaint no has been changed to [protected] and the status is same as 'Under process' and again a new date has been provided. We have sent various mailers but no response is available on the availability date of our handset. Also, customer care executive says to raise a complaint in consumer forum. Nutshell is that they are not concerned about the customer problem and they never gave the right status. I requested them to return my handset without repairing but they refused saying that company policy is to repair only. Its been 2 months running pillar to post to get my handset back, and whenever I call the Micromax service centre they just give new date with the status as 'under process' and an excuse that the complaint has been forwarded on priority basis and it will take few more days. Not sure what the word 'priority' means to this organisation. It was a blunder buying the Micromax mobile as it has the worst after sale service. We would never suggest anyone to purchase Micromax as this company is a black spot on the mobile handset selling companies. My question is why such companies promoted and given license to give tensions and waste the money of the customers. I want my money to be refunded along with the compensation of Rs 10000/- for the time I spent of all this correspondence, writing complaints and the mental agony. [protected] hai. continus mere pass massage aarhe hai ki apka mobile repair ho gaya hai but oha jata hu to oh mujhe mana ker dete hai bolte hai abhi nhi milega. kindly provide my mobile.

                                      I have purchased a mobile on 10th Dec, 2014 that IMEI No- [protected] but after 2 months i have faced cell hanging problem. On 26th Feb, 2015 i have submit that mobile on your service center which is located in address i.e M/S Mobileseva #761, Sai Mansion, Marrathahalli Ring Road, Near Marathalli Bridge, Above Andra Bank - 560037. On that day Branch Manager told me that it will solve with in 7 working days but till now they are unable to shut out the problem. Job Sheet no- S[protected] & Complaint No- MMX[protected]. Please shut out the problem & let me inform ASAP.

There are two problems with the phone:- (a) It hangs daily, and it has to be rebooted everyday (no call can be received or sent). (b) The volume is quite low.
