I have purchased a micromax A 110 through tradus.com(invoice no 14705 ) order id 6669432 by paying Rs.10, 760/-.It was booked on 08 Dec 2012 and it was delivered to me on 05 Jan 2013. For few months the phone was working alright but the btery was charging slow but after completion of 10 months from the date of purchase the battery charging of the phone became very very slow( almost taking 8-10 hrs to charge a little) and also one of the light signal indicator given on the bottom right of the touch screen pad(reverse indicator had stopped glowing. I have communicated these defects to the customer care to which I was told to take it to service center. I have taken the mobile phone for its slow charging & U/S of indicator & shown it to the authorized service center which is 40 Kms away from my residence well within warranty period at following address:“Door No 6-3-864/4/B1, Sbn Arcade, 1st Floor, LAL Bunglow Road, Ameerpet, Opposite Green Park Hotels Hyderabad” The service center has rectified the U/S of indicator and told that the slow charging is because of battery which has expired its life & has become weak and it needs replacement. Believing on the service center’s advice, I kept the phone unused for few months to get a suitable time to from my busy office schedule as I was not getting time to purchase a new battery & thus I started using my old mobile phone.After few months when I have purchased a new battery and started charging the same, to my surprise even that battery is also charging very very slow similar to the one which was originally supplied to me wih my phone.As I am staying very far from the nearest service center(Approx. 40 KM) away & serving in company 9 to 9 in a very busy schedule with only Sunday off, I could not take it to the service center immediately to know as to why battery is taking lot of time to charge even after replacing it with new battery as advised by the service center. Not knowing the seriousness in my mobile phone and only believing on the mere advise of service center I kept the phone to get a suitable time from my busy schedule & I went to service center at Secundrabad and shown him the mobile, to my surprise, I was told that the mother board of the mobile is unserviceable and because of which the battery is not charging and for replacing the mother board the charges are Rs.3500/. Which I need to pay. I am very disappointed with the entire purchase & the process. The way micromax has delivered me a substandard product after paying Rs.10000/- on this purchase & after that when the defect cropped up with in warranty period and in spite of taking the phone to the service center & for rectification the proper defect was not rectified and I was deceived by giving a fake information that it has weak battery which needs replacement and not telling me the problem of mother board. Had they told me the real problem I could have got it rectified as it was then with in warranty period. I am still surprised & unaware that why both the service centers have given a different reason for the defect of slow charging of the phone. I want to intimate you that inspite of paying a very big amount of Rs.10, 760/- ffrom my hard earned money for this purchase it is just a piece of toy and nothing else. Firstly I have shed Rs. 700/- to purchase its battery because of wrong defect told by service center & then I am told to pay Rs.3500/- for the replacement of its mother board. I could not use this phone for even 2-3 months properly because of its slow charging & my phone is kept brand new scratch free in my house like a show piece. I would request you to look into this issue.I have been supplied with a substandard product and after that depriving a me to get a proper defect rectified with warranty period. I as a customer had a very bad experience after this purchase where in the name of smart phone I a holding just a toy kept at one corner of my room like a show piece and nothing more than that I am waiting for a quick and positive response from your end for its suitable rectification without any charges as the complaint had arised with in warrenty period which was reported to the customer care & service center well with in expiry of warranty so that a customer does not lose faith in the product of this reputed company.

    Hi Sir/Madam, My micromax magnus A117 mobile got the below problems twice in its warranty period. 1. Display touch buttons on the bottom side not responding. 2. while battery charging the mobile it was not charging, it got charged only after rebooting. I had given mobile for servicing 2 times in last 2.5 months. But problem is not yet resolved. And for last ~1.5 month mobile is with service center, and i am struggling as i am not given any substitute mobile. Here is my recent service job ID: "S[protected]" Pls. take this matter as priority as for last 2.5 months i am almost without the mobile phone... thanks rgds ravneet ([protected])

The employees in the service center are demanding Rs 3000 . They are un-mannered & are habitual of Quarelling with customers. Kindly do the needful & oblidge., U can call me on [protected]

        i bought a micromax canvas A114 mobile phone on 25.01.2014. IMEI was : [protected]. after using it few months the power button started giving trouble. i took it to the service centre n they took around 25 days to fix the problem. within few days same problem started again so they sent it to delhi office. took them 2 months to replace my phone. the replacement phone IMEI was : [protected]-[protected]. i was using it with no problem but one day the network signal went off permanently so i took the handset to the service centre again. this time they took another 2 months to replace my phone. new phone IMEI is : [protected]-[protected]. micromax gives us 1 yr of warranty ie 12 months but in last 12 months my phone was at service centre for more than 5 months. so i am asking them to extend the warranty of my phone to another 5 months since it was at the service centre for the same amount of time.

          I don't know how you people are dealing with costumer complain..it is 2 month back complain still not able to resolve..? from so many day..i am trying hard to find out my phone in good condition but each and every time costumer care service point in Biswan is saying he haven't received the phone till now from luckow center ( more details- please see the trailing email). last time i have registered a complain and they promise with in 10 days i will receive my phone..but till date havent..i dont know what you people are doing so i am force to take some hard step...this mail is as ultimatum mail if no any further action is taken and positively i am not getting my mobile with in 5 days( from today itself), after that i will file a case in consumer forum... you can track the details- tracker number- N[protected].

            Dear Officer, I had purchased Micromax Doodle - 2(Model A240) on 7th December 2013 from Umiya Mobile Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot vide their bill no.AC-38971 dated 07.12.2013 IMEI No.[protected]. I am very much regret to inform you that your cell phone has itself burnt on 8th January 2015 at my shop in Rajkot, Gujarat. Please note that the cell phone was not connected to the Charger and it was just lying on the table. Had it been in my hand or near my ear, it could have damaged my body or could have even extended to the loss of life. This is very much serious concern, if not considered expediently, may lead to the legal action against MICROMAX INDIA. I am attaching herewith following photos of my burnt Doodle2 which was captured immediately; 1. Burnt Battery, 2. Burnt Cell Phone, 3. Purchase Bill from Umiya Mobile, 4. Doodle2 Mobile Box, 5. Damaged Table along with burnt cloth that was lying on the table as being a tailor shop.               SIR I have submitted my mobile Micromax A108 to the service center (moriya center indore) on 1/oct/2014 for a bit problem in Touch screen. They promised me to give the mobile on same day 10 days i have submitted the phone and still they are saying that it will take 10 days more .ItsINDOREand its a work of hardly half an hour and INDOREis so near so they can't deny the fact that it is not a tough task to repair it soon, I told them to return my phone with repairing, even for that thing they neglected .I generally do my lot of work via phone and internet so i am running into a lot of loss since last 4 month so i want my phone back whether it is repaired . Please take a strict action against this . I have not received my handset back even after 3 and half months since the submission of my phone 3rd time on dated 18/9/2014. I have been told that this complaint will be resolved in 30 working days. Still, why it is told that I have to wait 10 more days, still after 30 working days since I made complain about not resolving the issue at Head Office? So, I want my full money back that I have invested. Details: 13/9 - Submitted my phone first time, Reason: Application crash and restart, Job Sheet No: S[protected], Receiving Date: 15/9, Details: Got handset with other problem: Sensor not working 17/9 - Submitted my phone second time, Reason: Sensor not working, Job Sheet No: S[protected], Receiving Date: 18/9, Details: Got handset with problem unresolved 18/9 - Submitted my phone third time, Reason: 5403 Application Phone Restarts/ Reboots & 5701 Sensor not working, Details: If playing any car racing game by keeping phone horizontal, car is going towards camera side with great deviation if hold normal, Job Sheet No: S[protected] 14/10 - Issued for replacement as told by MSN Communication (issued for DOA) 17/11 - Registered complain No.: MMX[protected] for "prioritize the job" (via email) 24/11 - Registered complain No.: [protected] (via Telephonic Conversation) 29/11 - Requested to talk with Manager, got reply Senior will call back in 24 hours 6/12 - Have to separately attached email Complain No. & Requested to talk with Manager again as no call till now, got reply Senior will call back in 2 hours 2nd week of December - Senior called and told it complain will be solved in 30 working days. Have to wait till that time 12/12 - Received call from Micromax asking whether I received my handset back or not ? 13/12 - Got a Button cell (X070) from MSN Communication and asked till 26/12 for replacing my handset 31/12 - It will take 10 more days to resolve the issue as told by Head Office Point to NOTE: Repeatedly, I am being told by MSN Communication that it will take 7 more days to solve the issue since 14/10 after completion of each 7 days.                   I had purchased a smart phone of micromax, mt500.product details are as follows: IMEI No.: [protected] MEID No.:[protected] EAN No.:[protected] SN: V[protected] It possess a warranty of 1 year.Due to board complaints we approached a service centre named M/S WOLRD WIDE ASSOCIATES, NO 14/121, M10, TIRUR ROAD DOWN HILL, MALAPPURAM, KERALA, PIN NO- 676519, CANTACT NO:[protected], TIN NO:[protected]. I approached them on 29/11/2014.But, they did not repair it yet.They argues that parts are not available for repairing the same.because of this delay, i incurred so many expenses and losses as this was the number i used for my business purposes. i have to get back the phone repaired or get a new phone within four days. I am sorry to say that i will have to suit a file in consumer court otherwise.I hope an immediate reply.

                        I given my mobile to your service center in goa. Jairam complex. They keep mobile 3 month with them, that time my mobile problem was heating too much n getting swithoff automatically. I received that handset after 3 month. After 2 weeks is showing range problem continuously. I went your service center but they saying your handsets didn't have any problem and they are return back to me. But they didn't listerning for customer. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible

                            Hi, I have bought this new sealed pack Mobile from Amazon with manufacturer warranty. After 3 months o[censored]sing this phone vibrator stopped working and there are issues in outgoing call. when I contacted Amazone they asked to go to Authorized service center, after visiting the authorized cervice center in Noida sector 22 they told that some moisture has entered inside screen and it will be payable service for which there might be the need to replace mother board which is costly. its frustating to convince them, i would ask th question from Micromax that if moisture is entering into the mobile then it should be the manufacture defect. why cstomer would pay for manufacture defect.                               Dear Sir, I had submitted my Micromax Datacard to "Max care Service Center" Roshpa Tower, Ranchi on 30.12.2014. with Job sheet no. EO[protected]. As received e- massage on Phone from DM-MMXSER on 06.01.2015 that your Datacard has been repaired and please collect from service centre. After telephonic confirmation on 07.01.15, i have gone to collect the same but your lazy counterpart said that Datacard is not repaired and faulty Datacard is sent from Noida. Again cajole to come on 14.01.15 at Service centre to receive the same. In this context, I am highly displeasure and harassed from your service, Warm Regards Avoy Kumar EO[protected].

                                Dear Concerned, This is pathetic and highly disappointing that Micromax is not doing anything on my complaint number - MX[protected], There is a great lack of professionalism in staff of Micromax as they need to be trained, moreover there service center employees don’t have etiquette's at all. I am complaining from last 6 months continuously and they are not replying to me. I had tried to contact their service centre’s phone number and they were not picking up the calls.                                   my cell had some touch problem .it is under warrenty and i submitt it to near by costumer care in shimla .They assured me of full touch replacement in 10 days . but even after 15 days they are not able to make it happen. As they told me it was their supply that was not apropriate to fullfill the demand. kindly take some action regarding this . because it is very harrashing for people here to wait for over a month to check for their problems. it is very sad that care center workers dont even talk properly with people.

                                      I have purchased Micromax mobile A104 from Varanasi, UP on 23 october 2014 but the phone is hang and its touch screen is not working, I have submitted the same to Mircromax service centre, Sigra Branch, Varanasi on 5th Jan 2015 & complaint no is N[protected]and they have send it to Delhi head office and informed me that it will be come back after 40 to 45 days after repairing. When I asked for alternate mobile for the use during the period they replied that they will not provide any alternate mobile for the use during the period. Kindly let me know that what should I do in this regard as the time period they are asking for its repairing is more than a month. Is it the credibility of Micromax that new mobile is not working and local service centre is unable to repair at their end. Please let me what should I do in this regard. Waiting for quick response.
