Dear Sir,
I Himanshu Kumar (Ph: [protected]) wants to tell with reference to Complain No: [protected] and Job Sheet No.: S[protected] submitted to MSN Communication, Jayanagar, Bangalore. I have not received my handset back even after 3 and half months since the submission of my phone 3rd time on dated 18/9/2014. I have been told that this complaint will be resolved in 30 working days. Still, why it is told that I have to wait 10 more days, still after 30 working days since I made complain about not resolving the issue at Head Office? So, I want my full money back that I have invested.
Details:
13/9 - Submitted my phone first time, Reason: Application crash and restart, Job Sheet No: S[protected], Receiving Date: 15/9, Details: Got handset with other problem: Sensor not working
17/9 - Submitted my phone second time, Reason: Sensor not working, Job Sheet No: S[protected], Receiving Date: 18/9, Details: Got handset with problem unresolved
18/9 - Submitted my phone third time, Reason: 5403 Application Phone Restarts/ Reboots & 5701 Sensor not working, Details: If playing any car racing game by keeping phone horizontal, car is going towards camera side with great deviation if hold normal, Job Sheet No: S[protected]
14/10 - Issued for replacement as told by MSN Communication (issued for DOA)
17/11 - Registered complain No.: MMX[protected] for "prioritize the job" (via email)
24/11 - Registered complain No.: [protected] (via Telephonic Conversation)
29/11 - Requested to talk with Manager, got reply Senior will call back in 24 hours
6/12 - Have to separately attached email Complain No. & Requested to talk with Manager again as no call till now, got reply Senior will call back in 2 hours
2nd week of December - Senior called and told it complain will be solved in 30 working days. Have to wait till that time
12/12 - Received call from Micromax asking whether I received my handset back or not ?
13/12 - Got a Button cell (X070) from MSN Communication and asked till 26/12 for replacing my handset
31/12 - It will take 10 more days to resolve the issue as told by Head Office
Point to NOTE:
Repeatedly, I am being told by MSN Communication that it will take 7 more days to solve the issue since 14/10 after completion of each 7 days.
So, I want to want my full money that I invested for my phone.
