    My name is Naveen Kumar, am from Vizag. My job sheet no. is S[protected]. This is for my Micromax AE90 model mobile and the problem is not charging. I got a message twice stating that " my mobile got repaired, please collect it from the service center". I called up to serice center, they told me that it has not yet repaired, it needs to send to company and it will take a month time.I got this message on[protected]. Today i.e.,[protected], I got the same message and called up to the service center, they are giving me the same answer as earlier said.They didn't sent my moile to the company and how many days should have to wait for my mobile get it repaired. Why I got that message twice stating that my moilbe got repaired. How could I check the status of my mobile phone or job sheet. Please do the needful. Thank you. G.Naveen Kumar. I was deposited my phone in service centre dated[protected] M/s CARIANO TELECOM Rohini Sector-3 Delhi-85, Customer Name- AMANDEEP, Job Sheet No. N[protected]. When asked for help from customer helpline no satisfactory answer was given they always said your phone is under repairing process. Please resolve my problem in high-end process.

          Hi, It was really a very bad experience using Micromax Handset. I think this is the first time I really felt to complain it. So Please consider. I found a very bad service being delivered in Padrauna dist (Kushinagar). I had issue with my Micromax A 250 canvas. I have complained it to Padrauna Service Center. And it has been around four times my set came back after a fix to deliver me. But each time something else in the phone was damaged. This time we thought of reaching some sales/marketing guys there but their involvement also did n't helped. Don't know what to do Now. It really make me feel Bad. I am giving it a last try. If this helps than its fine else You will loose a Customer forever. I think you will not let me do that. Also, I will in that case take it forward for legal action.                 I have submitted my phone as it not working properly. Its been nearly 2months and all I get update on this from the Harihara electronics service centre, Ammerpet, hyderabad is that it is in Delhi.


                At the time of service your people has promised to resolve every issue in 45 days and till now there is nothing from your side. This is the worst service ever in mobile industry. S[protected] is my receipt no. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible as your service centre is also not picking up the call any more from the past 15 days.

                  I had submitted my mobile for repairing at Andheri, Mumbai service centre of Micromax on 05.11.2014 vide their receipt no. WD[protected]. I had visited them several times but they say mobile lying in Delhi. When I ask them when will I get it back they say dont know. When I say write them email and give a copy they say they dont have authority to write email. They only advise to call customer care and I have been trying to get in touch with customer but nobody is picking up the phone. I want my mobile back duly repaired. Please advise

                    Sir, I would like to bring your attention to the problem i am facing problem regarding the fraud done by br services lajapat nagar micromax sevice centre . Myself dr.parimal bhaskar..I have submitted my Micromax Canvas a116phone on[protected] to br services .my job sheet number was[protected]... The problem with phone was that the touch screen was not working properly. they told me that touch screen will be changed. they were supposed to hand over the phone to me by 10days from that time...But since then whenever I called them they simply extended the time period from 15, 20.25days.finally i received my phone yesterday on[protected]. The whole phone has the changed Outlook and all my data were lossed..when i asked how it happened as they were supposed to change the touch screen only. One of the staff went inside and after 15 min later he came with the explanation that they have to change the software also with the touchscreen. I returned back home after paying them their Rs1950.When i opened the phone; i was surprised to see that phone was already registered in gmail and playstore app with the email id [protected]@gmail.com. when i checked the imei no it was changed having the no-[protected] and [protected]. While my mobile has the imei no [protected] and [protected]. The service bill given by br services has the imei no o [protected].ie that of my earlier no.I called them today. One of the staff told me on phone that my mother board has been changed. I asked them that ; why they changed it when the problem was only of touch screen and why they didnt bothered me to tell that it is changed and why they put the previous imei on the bill.and what happened to my mother board and its imei ;;he had no answers.Such kind of fraud Activities are being done from your authorised service centre. This really questions the credibility of micromax brand. Plz take a look in this matter as soon as possible.

                      A week ago, I had done factory reset to my phone micromax a106 unite 2. After that automatically 1.5 rupees is deducted from my balance a notification comes-"congratulations for purchase of new micromax handset. Please register your number with us for warenty updates . Standard messaging charges may be applied." It happens several times & money is deducting every time.Please fix my problem .

                        Dear Sir, I have purchased one Micromax Model No. A120/Grey ( SERIAL NO. [protected] ) From Unique Infoways (P) Ltd., Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019 on dated 29.11.14. Now since the date of purchase the same was having problems like hung several time, heat up issue, applications crash. After got irritated I brought the same to Kalkaji Service Centre naming to M/s Perfect Solutions, Kallkaji, New Delhi – 110019 (Authorised Service Centre of Micromax). But service centre people are very much annoying with their answers are not satisfied and as I am having so much problem. I am requesting you to take necessary action at your end.                             Sir, I would like to bring your attention to the problem i facing regarding the service offered by micromax. Myself Anindita. Banerjee from Kolkata..I have submitted my Micromax Canvas 4 A210 phone on 6/11/14 to one of the authorized service centre Named - Anannaya Infotel, 44, shyamapally, jadavpur(ground floor) kolkata-700032, my job sheet number was E[protected]... The problem with phone was that the lock key was not working properly...my phone was inside the warranty period...they were supposed to hand over the phone to me by 15 days from that time...But since then whenever I called them they simply extended the time period from 20, 25, 30 days and so on...i have even lodged complain in your Delhi head office too as they told me that the pH has been sent to the head office and they r unable to give any assurance about the date I can xpect to get back my phone...not only that about 20 days back they told me to collect the pH from the service centre but when I went there to receive it, they told me that it is in the head office...sir, since today 2moths and 3 days have already passed neither the service centre persons are giving any assurance nor I m able to contact the head office...under this circumstances I would request you to kindly look into the matter with utmost sincerity and hand over the pH to me as early as possible

                              sir, i have recently bought your handset canvas power a96... it haven't been a month, in the second weeek my phones softwrae were damaged.. i've taken that to the micromax service centre and it was ok for some day.. after some day the camera got damaged. when i take the camera only secondary camera will appear and if i chage camera to primary the secondary camera will come upside down.. now the software is damaged one more time.. the point is it has'nt been even one month.. what should i do.. i[censored] can replace my phone do that or refound my amount...

                                Dear sir my first experience with micromax service is very bad. i had submitted my micormax a104 on 22/12/2014 but still it was not serviced.i got 3 times message confirmation of cell repaired & visited 5 times to the local service center.but the condition of my cell is worst . At the time of disposition of cell phone i reported following problem:- 1.application crashes 2.poor audio in loud speaker 3.sensor not working but current situation (except reported problem) of my cell is 1.touch not working 2.front side tempered 3.unable to upload software. etc Details of my cell phone is: 1. owner :- tarun sharma 2 .job sheet no. :- E[protected]-[protected]. job sheet date :-22/12/20144. model :- A104 i dont want it to repair on your service centre, please help me to give it back as in same condition as i deposited.i really fed up with long service time and worst behavior of service centre.                                   I submitted my A116i phone to Ratnagiri service centre as it was getting hung & restarted frequently. It is within the warranty period while I submitted vide job card no. W[protected] dtd.[protected]. I called frequently to it Ratnagiri service centre, where they directed me to contact Kolhapur office. After frequent follow up I was told that the master board has to be replaced. I go the phone back after two months i.e. on[protected], however within a day I got to know it has the same problems. I resubmitted it to the same service centre now on[protected] on the same jobcard. I don't want to use micromax anymore. Pls. give me refund. I found that there is no customer care taekn by both the Ratnagiri & Kolhapur service centres. THey never called me, while I called the number was either busy or not responded. It is really a worst experience & harrasament. Pls. refund my money in full.

                                        I have purchased a micromax A 110 through tradus.com(invoice no 14705 ) order id 6669432 by paying Rs.10, 760/-.It was booked on 08 Dec 2012 and it was delivered to me on 05 Jan 2013. For few months the phone was working alright but the btery was charging slow but after completion of 10 months from the date of purchase the battery charging of the phone became very very slow( almost taking 8-10 hrs to charge a little) and also one of the light signal indicator given on the bottom right of the touch screen pad(reverse indicator had stopped glowing. I have communicated these defects to the customer care to which I was told to take it to service center. I have taken the mobile phone for its slow charging & U/S of indicator & shown it to the authorized service center which is 40 Kms away from my residence well within warranty period at following address:“Door No 6-3-864/4/B1, Sbn Arcade, 1st Floor, LAL Bunglow Road, Ameerpet, Opposite Green Park Hotels Hyderabad” The service center has rectified the U/S of indicator and told that the slow charging is because of battery which has expired its life & has become weak and it needs replacement. Believing on the service center’s advice, I kept the phone unused for few months to get a suitable time to from my busy office schedule as I was not getting time to purchase a new battery & thus I started using my old mobile phone.After few months when I have purchased a new battery and started charging the same, to my surprise even that battery is also charging very very slow similar to the one which was originally supplied to me wih my phone.As I am staying very far from the nearest service center(Approx. 40 KM) away & serving in company 9 to 9 in a very busy schedule with only Sunday off, I could not take it to the service center immediately to know as to why battery is taking lot of time to charge even after replacing it with new battery as advised by the service center. Not knowing the seriousness in my mobile phone and only believing on the mere advise of service center I kept the phone to get a suitable time from my busy schedule & I went to service center at Secundrabad and shown him the mobile, to my surprise, I was told that the mother board of the mobile is unserviceable and because of which the battery is not charging and for replacing the mother board the charges are Rs.3500/. Which I need to pay. I am very disappointed with the entire purchase & the process. The way micromax has delivered me a substandard product after paying Rs.10000/- on this purchase & after that when the defect cropped up with in warranty period and in spite of taking the phone to the service center & for rectification the proper defect was not rectified and I was deceived by giving a fake information that it has weak battery which needs replacement and not telling me the problem of mother board. Had they told me the real problem I could have got it rectified as it was then with in warranty period. I am still surprised & unaware that why both the service centers have given a different reason for the defect of slow charging of the phone. I want to intimate you that inspite of paying a very big amount of Rs.10, 760/- ffrom my hard earned money for this purchase it is just a piece of toy and nothing else. Firstly I have shed Rs. 700/- to purchase its battery because of wrong defect told by service center & then I am told to pay Rs.3500/- for the replacement of its mother board. I could not use this phone for even 2-3 months properly because of its slow charging & my phone is kept brand new scratch free in my house like a show piece. I would request you to look into this issue.I have been supplied with a substandard product and after that depriving a me to get a proper defect rectified with warranty period. I as a customer had a very bad experience after this purchase where in the name of smart phone I a holding just a toy kept at one corner of my room like a show piece and nothing more than that I am waiting for a quick and positive response from your end for its suitable rectification without any charges as the complaint had arised with in warrenty period which was reported to the customer care & service center well with in expiry of warranty so that a customer does not lose faith in the product of this reputed company.
