I have purchased a micromax A 110 through tradus.com(invoice no 14705 ) order id
6669432 by paying Rs.10, 760/-.It was booked on 08 Dec 2012 and it was delivered
to me on 05 Jan 2013. For few months the phone was working alright but the
btery was charging slow but after completion of 10 months from the date of
purchase the battery charging of the phone became very very slow( almost taking
8-10 hrs to charge a little) and also one of the light signal indicator given
on the bottom right of the touch screen pad(reverse indicator had stopped glowing. I have
communicated these defects to the customer care to which I was told to take it
to service center. I have taken the mobile phone for its slow charging &
U/S of indicator & shown it to the authorized service center which is 40
Kms away from my residence well within warranty period
at following address:“Door No 6-3-864/4/B1, Sbn Arcade, 1st Floor, LAL

The service center has rectified the U/S of indicator
and told that the slow charging is because of battery which has expired its
life & has become weak and it needs replacement. Believing on the service
center’s advice, I kept the phone unused for few months to get a suitable time
to from my busy office schedule as I was not getting time to purchase a new
battery & thus I started using my old mobile phone.After few months when I have purchased a new battery
and started charging the same, to my surprise even that battery is also
charging very very slow similar to the one which was originally supplied to me
wih my phone.As I am staying very far from the nearest service
center(Approx. 40 KM) away & serving in company 9 to 9 in a very busy
schedule with only Sunday off, I could not take it to the service center
immediately to know as to why battery is taking lot of time to charge even
after replacing it with new battery as advised by the service center.
Not knowing the seriousness in my mobile phone and only
believing on the mere advise of service center I kept the phone to get a
suitable time from my busy schedule & I went to service center at
Secundrabad and shown him the mobile, to my surprise, I was told that the
mother board of the mobile is unserviceable and because of which the battery is
not charging and for replacing the mother board the charges are Rs.3500/. Which
I need to pay.
I am very disappointed with the entire purchase
& the process. The way micromax has delivered me a substandard product
after paying Rs.10000/- on this purchase & after that when the defect
cropped up with in warranty period and in spite of taking the phone
to the service center & for rectification the proper defect was not
rectified and I was deceived by giving a fake information that it has
weak battery which needs replacement and not telling me the problem of mother
board. Had they told me the real problem I could have got it rectified as it
was then with in warranty period. I am still surprised & unaware that why both
the service centers have given a different reason for the defect of slow
charging of the phone.
I want to intimate you that inspite of paying a very
big amount of Rs.10, 760/- ffrom my hard earned money for this purchase it is
just a piece of toy and nothing else. Firstly I have shed Rs. 700/- to purchase
its battery because of wrong defect told by service center & then I am told
to pay Rs.3500/- for the replacement of its mother board. I could not use this
phone for even 2-3 months properly because of its slow charging & my phone
is kept brand new scratch free in my house like a show piece.
I would request you to look into this
issue.I have been supplied with a substandard product and after that depriving
a me to get a proper defect rectified with warranty period.
I as a customer had a very bad experience after this
purchase where in the name of smart phone I a holding just a toy kept at one
corner of my room like a show piece and nothing more than that
I am waiting for a quick and positive response from
your end for its suitable rectification without any charges as the
complaint had arised with in warrenty period which was reported to the
customer care & service center well with in expiry of warranty so
that a customer does not lose faith in the product of this reputed company.

I bought Micromax Mobile Phone Model No. A106 (Grey Colour) dated[protected]. I was deposited my phone in service centre dated[protected] M/s CARIANO TELECOM Rohini Sector-3 Delhi-85, Customer Name- AMANDEEP, Job Sheet No. N[protected]. When asked for help from customer helpline no.[protected], no satisfactory answer was given they always said your phone is under repairing process. Please resolve my problem in high-end process.
