    i have submitted my mobile A106 for second time with the same problem that was occuring previously . it is the second time they have sent motherboard for replacement and third time the touch will be replaced. i just want my set to be replaced with a new one. with in 40 days the set has been resubmitted.I BOUGHT THE SET IN AUGUST 2014. the jobsheet for replacement of touch was not given to me as it was readily available at centre new job sheet no.: N[protected] DATED 26/12/2014 OLD JOB SHEET: N[protected] DATED 1/11/2014 I JUST WANT REPLACEMENT OF THE SET WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY AS I AM NOT ABLE TO OPERATE THE SET FOR A LONG PERIOND .     Model number: Unite 2 A106 have had issues of improper functioning. Its been quiet a while since it has been hanging after I use it for any sort of browsing data usually. of lately the conditioned has only worsened and now the phone is dead . it just displays the home screen and does not allow any operation.

      Respected sir, I have a complain for Micromax care centre which was located at gurgaon and the name is M/S SHREE SAI TELECOM Pin code -122001.On 24/12/2014 .I have submitted my handset for some repair in my phone and they replied me that they will give my phone in 7 to 10 days .But they didn't give me yet .The job sheet no is N[protected] Which they give as a receipt in which all the information is given please sought out my problem.           I purchased Micromax Magnus A117 on 18th January 2014 from OMEX AGENCY, Raipur, Chhattisgarh vide IMEI/ESN no. is [protected] / [protected]. Unfortunately it didn't even work properly for a year and was given for Repair to authorised Service Centre M/s. Quadry Communications, Raipur on[protected]. Even after our constant reminders and complaints, we haven't recd. the said Mobile.Its been a lapse of more than 3 months thereafter we contacted Local Head Mr. Sanjay & State Head Mr. Uday.We were given assurance but still the matter remains unresolved. It is a very sorry state of affairs on part of Micromax and aggrieved by such hopeless service we are forced to move to Consumer Forum against company at their own risk, cost and consequences. I am also planning to take this matter to be published in News Paper to make others aware and alerting them before going for this Company's Mobile

            Sir I had purchased a Micromax mobile A 290 on 22/ 12/2014 from Poorvika agencies Dindigul Tamilnadu. Within a week there was problem in charging and I took it to the agency and they in turn gave it to Micromax service centre . They said they will boost thebattery and give it in a day. After two days they said the software is not getting read so we must send the nmobile to Chennai for repairing. Within a week the mobile is in this condition. So you sold us a faulty set and we are no way responsible. I am 71 years and going up and down to service centre. Please take back your mobile and replace it with a new mobile.As my daughter is in far away place and my wife is ill so unable to travel. To connect with our daughters through Sk ype we got this smart phone and it has put me in a bad situation. Please replace it with a new set Kindly do the needful. Abdul Kareem

              Hi, I have submitted my phone to micromax authorized service center (M/S AASHTVINAYAK MOBISERVICES, OPP ARCHIES APT, KALYAN). Problems with my phone are as follows. 1. backspace key was not working while sending mail. 2. speaker was damaged. 3. Phone was going to hang mode sometimes. First time they did nothing and returned my phone as it is saying that now problem is solved. But same problem continued so again i submitted my phone to same center. That time they said we will need to change touch pad for that we need to send phone to Delhi center. This will take 25 days are over now. But still i didn't get my phone back. I need my phone urgently. Please do the processing faster. Regards, Poonam Gosavi.

                  i bought a new micro max (model no : AQ4501 Android one) mobile from Amazon.com 20 day's Before. Now from last 2 days i am not able to switched on my mobile.When i am trying to switch on My Mobile it's Automatically Restart and the same process is going on and not able to switched on.i hand over My Mobile on our MSN Micro max Service Center[protected] But Still Now not Resolve My Issue.From my past personal experience which i face with Micro max i never recommend anyone to buy product from this company.i never expect your worst Server.i never make mistake to buy useless company product(kindly one request please improve your worst Customer service).other wise this job Not Suitable For your Company.hair dressing Jobs Better.

                      My mobile micromax A62 was given for repair as the power does not switch on dated 25-08-14 and it is still 2015 January i am not getting my phone back. My phone was on year warranty period as I purchase the same on 31/12/2013 but it seems that the warrant period is over now and the phone is still pending with them. Every month i am visiting to their office located in Kalkaji till the phone submitted and everytime they send me back without given any satisfying answer. They provided the phone number also but everytime it shows busy. I just want to know when i will get back my mobile as they keep harassing like me this everytime.                             Dear Sir As Disscussed with you through custome care executive regarding not repairing mobile set which is in warranty period. Regarding this I send to you the attached photo, job card copy and Bill copy. Issue is that my mobilr set not charging on dated[protected] I visit to near service center in rewari( Haryana) on dated 10-12-14. They deposit my hand set & given me a visit card on which all detail of mobile set written 7 told to me collect it after one week. I call to them on dated 16-12-14 regarding confirmation of repair and they said your set is ok & you can collect it.same day I collect it but after coming to my home & connect it for charging but not charged. Again call back to service center for the same problem facing. they said, you will come tommarrow on dated 17-12-14. I again go to there & deposit set to them. They make repair & handover to me after one hour.I come back & again connect for charging. This time it has charge but not full& after 3 hrs. working again switch off and not charged again. Then Today again go to service center for same problem. They again deposit my hand set & make a job card & told to me it will send to company for part replacement.But after 2 HRS. They make a call to me that your set is short ckt(burnt) collect your set it will not sent to company as it is in damage condition.I go there and asked to them how it can possible to damge as it always with service center observation from last 28 days & continuesly in touch with them of each & every condition of set.They denied & not responding. I reqiest to you for repair my mobile set or replace its part whichever is required as it is in warranty period.because it is not my fault.If it is not repair or replace Then it will showing failure of commitment by company and loose faith by the customer in market.                             I am already mail my problem on the given e-mail id by customer care executive. but after 28 day gone & no response by the company 7 its executive.it means company is very irresponsible toward their customer.if no response with in 24 hrs then there is no option for me to go to consumer form.

                            After giving information regarding default mobile hand set repairing. No response by your side. for your information pls the expiry date of warranty period is 08/02/2015. only one month left.but no action has taken till now.
                            I am continue in touch with the company from 10/12/2014.if the handset not repair in warranty period or going out of warranty period. This will be the whole responsibility of manufacturing company.

                              Dear, Sir I purchases micromax A092 . it purchase on 16/11/2014 in which different problem like battery, charging problem and other more problem i went micro max authorized center and submitted the handset on 24/11/2014 for repairing .give me mobile in evening.i face same problem, after submitted the handset on 25/11/2014 for repairing .they give me samsong jobsheet .9/12/14 i don'n received mobile because mobile is bad condition.9/12/14. give me new jobsheet no-E[protected]. 12/12/14 Micromax service give me SMS mobile was repaired under jobsheet no- E[protected]. but now a date my handset never repair .I send u jobsheet copy plz. see the problem. After that I received a handset on 2nd Jan 2015 but still now I am facing the same problem.                                 Am Shankar from vellore tamil nadu my contact no is-[protected].I gave my micromax canvas 4-A210 to the nearest service center (south india solutions) in vellore, Tamil Nadu.I had problem with my touch and volume button so I gave them on nov 13 2014 .After checking my mobile they told that mother board is not working properly, and they asked me to wait for 20-30 working days so that they can claim and give me a replacement.After 20 working days, I have contacted both the service center in vellore and the micromax customer care in gurgoan, but till today they are telling that it will take another 20 working days.i am very much fed up of calling to them and asking my mobile.Its been almost 2 months but still now am gettting the same response, i don't know what to do.kindly help me get my mobile as soon as possible.

                                  i gave my canvas hd 116i for service for repairing flash light. As i had warranty the expenses came under it. After few days i went to collect and i see my phone's camera lens gone and they say it will take more time and phone mother board should be changed.They are very lethargic and give vague answers. I am afraid if they would change my phone parts or break my phone further when they deliver. Please help.

                                    Hello Sir, I am Bhavin Sakhiya From Gondal My Job-sheet No:- W[protected] The mobile is given for repairing to the service center since last 60 days...it is not returned back to me...yet...even i don't know the status of my mobile...the Mahadev service center where i gave my mobile, they just giving dates per dates...when i ask about my mobile. They show very Casuals behavior...every time going there, they told me to replace the phone and they send my phone near 1st December to Delhi. And its more than 1 month now. I dint received my phone yet.even my complain no.: MMX[protected] they are also giving same response date after dates. ..pls...see to it... give me some reply.. i am very tired from this things... at least to tell the phone's status...please...

                                      सर मेने पहले भी शिकायत दर्ज करवाया था जिसके बाद मुझे 31/12/2014 कॉल आया मेने अपना मोबाइल के बारे में डिटेल माँगा तो मुंझे बताया गया की मोबाइल बन गया है मोबाइल का बैटरी, PC, TOUCH, ETC चेंज कर दिया गया है | जब में 6/01/15 को मोबाइल लेने सर्विस सेंटर पंहुचा तोमेरे हेंडसेट का कोई भी चेंजिंग नहीं किया गया था और मोबाइल स्क्रेच था और बेट्री भी स्क्रेच और फुला हुआ था सर मेरी सुनवाई कही भी नहीं हो रहा है न तो कम्पनी के हेड ऑफिस (मो० [protected]) न ही सर्विस सेंटर और न दुकानदार इसका जिमा उठा रहा है | सर अब सिर्फ पहरेदार के फोरम में ही हो सकती है| सर कृपया कर के मुझे न्यू हेंड सेट या पैसा वापस दिला दे | अन्यथा मुझे कम्पनी, सर्विस सेंटर तथा स्थानीय मोबाइल विक्रेता के विरुद्ध उपभोक्ता केन्द्र में जाने को बाध्य होना परेगा | सर पिछले 3 महीने से में सर्विस सेंटर के चक्कर काट रहा हु मेरा मोबाइल का जॉब शीट कॉपी और मोबाइल Buyer कॉपी भी साथ में भेज रहा हूं |

                                        I have purchased Micromax A114 mobile on 10/Jan/2014 . after few months there are some problem in Rotation Sensor . So i visit service centre bahadurgarh they checked and say that is motherboard problem and need to send to our Company service center and it will take 15-20 days but after that period i call them and now they are saying it will take 20-25 days . My Complaint no is [protected] Job sheet No N[protected] I am very much dissatisfied with the service and behaviour of your company Please provide it asap else i will file the case in consumer court.
