My Mobile is in Warrenty Period. Till date Mobile not given by service provider. My Mobile Job Code is W[protected]. Kindly arrange my mobile As early as possible, otherwise arrange for replacement.       i have purchase a76 in nov--13, unfortunately software not supporting.i have given your service station in shri ram tower lucknow, he told me software will be loaded and set is ok but after one day he said me that mother board is not working you have to spend rs 5000.it is very shamefull that he is telling like that, at the time time of depositing he told only software problem.my cell no is [protected].please do needfull.

          I am sathish kumar given My mobile Micromax Canvas A77 to the service center on 28/08/2014. I walked to the service center for 7 times for the enquiry about my mobile there is no proper response from the service center. On 01/12/2014 they(service center) said u got a new mobile as a replacement from Micromax. So i went there to recieve my mobile but they gave me Micromax Canvas A71 which is not my mobile model. I haven't taken my mobile delivery and requested for best model or my model as replacement. After lot of arguments the service center has given me SECOND Jobsheet no which i mentioned at the bottom. FIRST SHOT SHEET NO IS CLOSED SINCE THEY GAVE MICROMAX A71 MODEL AS REPLACEMENT FOR MICROMAX A77. I DIDN'T GET MY DELIVERY. SECOND TIME THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER JOB SHEET(SECOND JOB SHEET) WHICH IS STILL IN PROGRESS . FIRST SHOT SHEET NO: s[protected].(CLOSED BUT NOT DELIVERY TAKEN).             Hi, I faced an issue with my canavas A210. I showed it to satguru communications the nearest micromaxx service centre to my current residence. Firstly it got hanged a lot. I went there and they kept the phone. On me calling them they said that there was a glitch in motherboard and a spare part worth Rs 2500 had to be changed. I agreed to it and they said that they will also upgrade the software and all. When I received the phone it worked fine for just one day and then again same problem. I again went there and they said some technical jargons which are unfamiliar to common person. This has been going for the past one month. Last night I again had same issues with my cell ph. And this morning again went to the same service center again they changed to software or restored it to factory settings and returned. Right now while I am typing the mail it is again hanged. I really don't know is it just the issue with the service centre or micromax phones are . I even don't know whether u people even read these messages but I am really frustrated with my micromax A210.                 I purchased my micromax unite 2 on 29th may 2014. So far it has been good but recently it started installing a lot of apps on it's own like snapdeal, flipkart, saavn. It would be better if you guys send software updates. All these apps are useless for me and it is annoying to keep uninstalling them day after day. Your company already has a lot of complaints against it. I hope you will respect the privacy and freedom of your customers and stop with these third party installations. A lollipop update would have been welcomed but if that is too much to ask of you then please atleast let me utilize the paltry internal memory as I wish to.

                  I placed micromax canvas knight a350 mobile to my local service centre for repair on 10th of november 2014 & still there is no sign of my mobile getting back. They told me wait for as long as it takes. they sent my mobile to mumbai for repairs. And even after calling to micromax customer care so many times they always gives the same excuse that it is under process. Its been now two and a half month till today. I bought this mobile on 22nd oct 2014 & after using only 18 days it shuts down & never starts. Please help me solve this problem.

                  I have purchased Micromax Canvas A1 ( AQ 4501) on[protected].My device was working fine but suddenly it started crashing the whole processes.Nothing can be done on the device.Then I went to Micromax service centre at thrissur on 25th October and they told me its a software issue they will fix it by reinstalling the software and asked me to come tomorrow.When I went to the service centre on Monday they told me that they don't have the software with them because it's a new model and it will take 2-3 days for them to get the software.After 3 days when asked about my device they told me that its a board complaint and will have to send it to Delhi for board replacement.I was really surprised and unconvinced. So I withdraw my complaint and got my device back.After consulting with some Mobile experts nearby, I decided go with their assesment and went to service centre again and submitted my device for board replacement on[protected]. They told me it will take 4-5 weeks for resolving and getting back the device.After one month when I enquired about my device they are trying to avoid me by telling silly reasons.And oneday they even gave their whole India service number to me and told that just try calling on this number it will help.They keep repeating the same dialouge "we will call you when the device gets here" when I enquire my complaint status. Please help.

                    i lived at sbs nagar punjab i bought my phone by the shop keeper he tell me one year warranty for any cases but now a day my phone screen is damage so i was go to micromax service center care for repair it, but he tell me your phone screen is not in warranty so it's repair charge is 1000+ and my handfree, betteryand data cable not work propely he not change all that and he tell me, "firstly you repair your phone screen after that change your accessories. what is this rubbish, my personly experince is that micromex make fool coustomers. dinesh pal [protected] thx.

                      I gave my micromax mobile (Duly covered under warranty period) at Patiala service centre vide Job Sheet No. N[protected] on 1st January 2015 but did not get any response till now.                         dear sir i have submitted my phone almost five times when i submitted first time they gave back after 28 days.. problem solve but after 1 days again problem was there of charging and i submitted on 25th feb but custumer care counting there 30 days from third of march even in service centre they told me to get back your phone in 15 days .. i told you that 1st submitted my phone on 24th jan they call back on 31st jan to collect my phone when i collet it the problem was there so i resubmitted and i get back on 21st feb and again i submitted on 25th feb and for my phone ststud daily i call to custumer care in that call almost my 400 rupees has wasted even they have chaneged my old job sheet.. sir please tell them to give my phone in this week...

                            I had purchase my phone on[protected].From the first day i was facing problem regarding hang and not working properly .I visited micromax service centre 5 to 6 times but they ignored problem in handset. After few days my phone not be able to catch the network properly and i was not able to receive any incoming and outgoing calls. On[protected] they deposited my handset and said to me we send your phone to company and we will change mother board of phone and this problem will remove permanently. But when i was going to take my phone back then i found they remove original parts from my phone and my phone was in very poor condition.When i was telling this problem to service centre they gave me new job sheet and said we will send again your phone in company.Please give the instruction to company they will repair my phone properly or replace it with new one.

                              I purchased a micromax canvas gold A300 few months back, after 2 months it started giving trouble. I went to sevice centre they rectified it and returned the set back, within one month it again started giving the same problem of hanging and getting booting problem. Again i submitted the set to service centre now when i called for getting my set, they told that i will get the set after 45 days. I dont have any backup. I m realy get rid of with the set.

                                i have a micromax phone a102, its charger connector and microphone was not working properly then i take my phone to the micro max service center in lucknow near lalbagh, and give him to resolve these problem and he changed my motherboard and retunrn in damage condition when i told him the he is start fightning and abusing . not my phone is not working and i bought this phone in 2/7/2014 it is under wornty and service center does not give any reciept to me so tell me wat i do please tell me.

M facing problem with my auto rotate function its not working any more. When i made complain ur service center head said me i have to submit my set for 2 months.                                   मैने अपना फोन Micromax Unite 2 A 106 With 8 GB Dt. 6/9/2014 को Flipkart से खरीदा था। Dt. 30/1/2015 को इस फ़ोन का डिस्पले हिलने पर बन्द होने लग गया था। तब मैने इस फ़ोन को आपके सर्विस सेन्टर M/s MOBILE SOLUTION, Mathura में Dt. 2/2/2015 को दिया था। Dt. 3/2/2015 को सर्विस सेन्टर से फोन पर बतलाया गया कि फ़ोन कम्पनी भेज दिया गया है इसे वापिस आने में 15 दिन से 30 दिन लगेंगे। मैने कहा कि मेरी स्वीकृति के बिना फोन को कैसे भेज दिया। मुझे मेरा फ़ोन वापिस चाहिये तो जबाब मिला कि आपका फोन तो कम्पनी भेजा जा चुका है।

                                  Dt. 25/2/2015 को मेरे फोन पर मेसेज आया कि आपका फोन आ गया है आप अपना फोन ले जायें। मै आज Dt. 26/2/2015 लेने गया तो Jobsheet लेकर मुझसे signature कराकर फोन मुझे दे दिया। मैने जब IMEI No. देखा तो मेरा फोन बदल दिया गया था, तब मैने कहा कि यह मेरा फोन नहीं है इसका IMEI No. बदला हुआ है तो जबाब मिला कम्पनी ने नया फोन भेजा है, मैने कहा इस फोन का बिल दीजिये तो वह बोले बिल नही है, और मुझसे सभी स्टाफ झगडने लग गये। बात न बिगडे तो मैं फोन लेकर वापिस आ गया।

                                  यह फोन काम नहीं कर रहा है।

                                      Hi Team, I have purchased micromax canvas xl2 a109 phone from Vashi ( Bog Boss Mobile shop ) on 11th dec 2014, but I am not able to download any apps in this phone getting error insufficient memory. Kindly check, I already cross checked twice with Micromax service center they given me this email id Now I don’t want this phone, I want to replace this phone, Please do the needful. Please reply.
