Hi, This is to inform you that I have been using the Micromax canvas A117(BLUE) handset. Issue here is that, I gave my handset on Nov 1 ST for screen change to Micromax service center Dadar (East), Mumbai but still I am running behind the service centre employees for my handset and the strange thing is that I haven’t received an answer which says that it takes how much time now when I got my mobile back. I can't except this type of service from your own service centre and in future for sure I will go with the market theory that don’t go for an expensive handset from Micromax/Lava and so on. Kindly help as please resolve my problem urgently otherwise I will have to take help of consumer form. Details of my handset and job sheet number is ; W[protected] Thanking you Santosh [protected]. I seen very Cheap & Worst Service of the company. & Prefer to All friends & Relative not to buy micromax mobiles. when approached on 5th Dec'14 they are replying they don't have the status of the handset and asked to contact Micromax customer care number. Tried calling then but number [protected] but not able to contact them as continuously getting recorded message Service Executive are till busy.

      Dear Sir / Madam, I had bought a Micromax A210 mobile phone on February 2014 worth Rupees 13199. But it started creating problems 2nd month after purchase. So many times i had gone to the Micomax Service center Laxmi Nagar and gave the phone 4-5 times but the problem was not resolved and the service time was min.20 days each turn but problem was still remaining . At the last time I gave the Mobile phone 4th September 2014 for repair at the same Service Center but till now i don''t got the phone . so many times i have visited the Service Center Executive of the service center says your phone is under repair and so many they told "I don''t know about your phone, Please contact Micromax Care0" So many times I have complaint over phone to Micromax Care but they always say your phone is about to dispatch and last time they said "Your phone is still under repair" . they are making me fool . so many times i have complaint about the phone. but i don''t have any hope for that they are giving back my phone. I just used it for 3-4 months. Please help me sir i am in trouble please.So cheap and Fraud Company in india.

        Sir/madam This complaint is regarding the poor service fa cities provided by the & quote;certified"e; MICROMAX Authorized service centre. ( I have been to this so called certified Micro service centre in Prince Communications Ahlu Walia Building Opposite, Bhopal House, Near Durgama Restaurant, Lalbagh, Uttar Pradesh - 226001 for repair of 1 of my micromax Canvas Juice A77 The staff out there do not attend the customer properly.Most of them knew nothing about phones and used inappropriate language while dealing with the customer. They don't have the basic etiquette to deal with a customer. my phones had some hardware problems. And just because they were in warranty period, they said it would take them 30 days time to get them repaired from the company. They are not ready to listen to any of the customers problems, recently i have been received my micromax a77 with no resolution with company and service centre executive was called me and handover my micromax phone after one day i had gone to service centre I humbly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate actions against the mentioned service centre. Also, i am mentioning my phones submission Job Sheet.kindly, update me on the time it would take to get them replaced .It has almost been 6 Month since i gave those phones for repair and I need them very badly.         As per trail mail i am facing very lots of problem due non availability of my Micromax Canvas Juice A77, please find the below JOB SHEET NO

        1- N[protected] DATED 08/11/2014
        2- N[protected] DATED 28/11/2014
        3- N[protected] DATED 03/01/2015
        As you can see my mobile has been submitted by your micrmoax service centre 03 times but the problem is still not gone...as per SLA (Service Level Agreement ) if mobile has gone 03 times to service centre then the problem should be resolved if not resolved then they should change the whole mobile unit..i don't think that micromax is capable to provide good support for its handset user.

        i was going to procure 100 nos. of Micromax Funbook p 410 but when i saw your service / support now i think i worth to buy micromax products...

        Team, i am facing this problem continuous from the purchasing date...so please find the our nos jobs sheet and trail mail so i if you think kindly replace the my micromax canvas Juice A77...

          Hello, I purchased Micromax mobile model A106 (Unite-2) from M/S Raju Traders, Manimajra (Chandigarh) on August 5th, 2014 vide receipt no. 045 for 7, 600/-. This mobile had Network issue since the day I purchased. Earlier I thought that it was sim card issue as I was only using 1 sim card in phone. But later on I discovered that the problem is with the handset and not with the sim card so I visited Micromax authorised service centre named M/S Abacus Systems, SCO 824, Manimajra (Chandigarh) in December and the engineer there reinstalled the software and told me that the problem was because of the software. Once I began to use the phone, I found that the issue was still not resolved. Again I visited the service centre M/S Abacus Systems on December 22nd, 2014 and this time the engineer told me that the handset motherboard needs to be replaced and they have to send the handset to Delhi and the time it would take is 1-2 weeks. So I deposited my handset with the service centre vide Jobsheet number: N[protected], Jobsheet Date: 22/12/2014. I called Micromax customer support on December 31st, 2014 to enquire about the status of my handset. The customer support agent named Aakash there registered a case (Case ID: MMX[protected], Dated 31/12/2014) and told me that he is forwarding my complaint to his senior team and they will get back to me in 2 days. It is now well over the 2-weeks period and there is no sign of my handset, neither has the senior team contacted me to give an update. I called the Service Centre, M/S Abacus Systems on January 3rd 2015 and was informed that 30 more days will be required for motherboard replacement. Such service is totally unacceptable. I purchased the smartphone to use it. It isn’t some sort of a luxury item to put on display that even if it isn’t there for a while it won’t be missed. The lack of my smartphone is causing me loss of productivity. I’m already receiving complaints from my clients that they are unable to reach either one of my 2 mobile numbers. How much longer can I let this go on because obviously it impacts my income. I want you, Micromax, to take immediate action on my complaint, fix my phone and provide it back to me immediately barring which I will be willing to take legal action against you.             I have purchased Micromax AE90 mobile on 02/08/2014 . after few days there are some problem in CDMA signal and Call drop or Call lost during the call. Earlier i think that it is network problem but when i check same sim in other mobile set then it works proper. so i visit service centre bareilly they checked and say that it is software problem and need to install again and it take some time. but after some time they said that mobile set hang during software installation and now set will go to service center and it will take 45 days since mobile is out of working so i deposit set on 01 Nov 2014 to service center . Today 06 Jan 2015 but till now i not get my set and call center executive say that it will take more time.

              I am owner of “Micromax A108 Canvas L”, bought on 07th of July 2014. As I had been facing some serious issues with the device I had sent it into the customer care on 28th of October 2014. When asked regarding the issue and the time required to fix it, I did not any kind of proper response. When contacted again, they said that the device is yet to be sent to the service center. Finally on 15th November 2014 was sent to the service center, and it was told to me that it will be back on 12th of December 2014. Once again approaching on 12th I was told that, the model is defective and the company is going to replace is for all the customers. It’s almost 2 months now, and I am still not getting my device repaired or replaced. As an honorable customer I have rights to demand a solution to this problem. And I demand a quick solution for this problem as I have already faced many difficulties due to this. Please have a look to this problem. I have also attached the photocopy of the job card which I got while giving the device in customer care.

                I had issued with my micromax nitro. My phone is still under warrenty. Went to marathalli, bangalore service center. The customer care executives are very rude and misbehave with the customer.. They just updated the software and did the factory reset.. None of the problems with my phone are solved. Worst service...Disappointed.

I faced a problem regarding battery in my mobile so went to Micro max Service Center on 2 Jan 2015 at 11:30AM. My mobile is not in warranty period so gave my mobile for chargeable service. They checked my mobile and told me that there was not any problem with battery connection and port. So I took my mobile and checked my mobile again and I saw my Mobile's volume up side key was not working so I gave my mobile again for repairing. They repaired my Mobile's volume Key and gave it to me when I checked my mobile again there was a problem, that was speakers problem, when I gave my mobile for repairing my Mobile's speakers was ok but after repairing Speakers Sound was breaking so I told this to Executive but He was not ready to listen this because he changed my new speakers to any old one. When I was trying to tell all this things he was behaving like anything, he was shouting on me. He was not giving me any printed bill for repairing also. That's why I write this mail to you as well as Consumer Court and Department Of Consumer Affairs. I am waiting for favorable reply.                             Dear Team, We have received my Micromax Juice A77 mobile handset from Prince Communication server centre but problem is that after 40 day's we have received the micromax mobile without repaired sir, we are facing this problem continually no body can listen my problem i am very freshted with micromax company so please try to under stand my problem and provide replacemt of my mobile...i have submitted my Micromax Juice A77 on dated 28/11/2014 for facing Lots of problem and as per micromax engineer its needs to be replaced from our Head Office...so we are sending to micromax delhi...many day's back i am not getting any information from micromax...and I am very dissatisfied with your service because I am facing very very lots of problem which is mentioned in job sheet and as per micromax service engineer its need to be replaced so i am requesting mode kindly replace my hole unit...with the new one...and send back immediately...also i am attaching my previous service centre job sheet which was submitted before 01 months and we are are not get proper response if MM team is not giving proper support then we have to bound for appropriate forum... i have already logged complaint at micromax customer care[protected][protected] this complaint no. we didn’t any response from micromax team...So plz arrange to send my mobile immediate...                               I gave my micromax unite 2 in chittore service center before 2months..my phone got off suddenly.. So only I gave my phone...but it din came...what about my phone...mmx members saying we will give only in two business day...still my phone didn't came...what about my phone??? Job sheet nmbr is S[protected]...send me my phone before jan15th only...plzzzz...

                                Self have purchased Micromax Canvas Magnus last year Dec'13 and in Nov'14 mobile phone was shut down automatically. Same was taken to Micromax service centre for checking they informed 4103 POWER SWITCHES OFF / some motherboard problem. They took the handset on 10th Nov'14 and confirmed same will be repaired and returned on 5th Dec'14 as same is under warranty, when we approached on 5th Dec they asked more 10 days[protected]. when approched on 5th Dec'14 they are replying they don't have the status of the handset and asked to contact Micromax customer care number. Tried calling then but number [protected] but not able to contact them as continuously getting recorded message THIS ROUTE IS BUSY TRY LATER. On 26th Dec'14 sent email to micromax and they replied that action will be taken on priority and spoke to customer care executive and they replied they require more working days as JOB is in process. Again today 5th Jan called customer care for status and they are replying they require 30 working days from the day self registered complaint with them (from 26th Dec'14), already 2 months + now 30 working days. Its such as Pathetic / annoying situation trusting, have already informed them on 26th Dec, self will be going out so require the handset latest by 10th Jan'15, but no action / progress is seen. In case self is not getting the handset latest on 10th Jan'15, then self require NEW HANDSET against the same. Hoping assistance from your end at the earliest.

                                Hi Micromax team,

                                Have sent email to you with all details along with the complaint sheet recd from service centre.

                                Need your assistance on same on priority - 10th Jan - perfect repaired mobile or new handset.
                                Till now no one has contacted nor response recd on Mobile status - I require new handset urgently.
                                Recd call recd today from Micromax Delhi team and they confirmed that NEW HANDSET - model: Canvas Nitro A311 will be provided by Micromax service centre within 7 working days from today (16th Jan'14).

                                Today (15th Jan) Micromax team is stating - We would like to inform you that your handset complaint is in process. We request you to bear with us in the interim. This is to inform you that replacement can be done within 7 days from date of purchase and place of purchase if authorized service center confirms any manufacturing defect.
                                For any further Assistance you can contact us on customer care number:[protected]
                                Assuring you with best of our services and we value your association with us.

                                For customer this is really frustating that day are going on adding and there is no result. Each team giving different reply's shows company's lack of co-ordination .

                                Have already shared the urgency of Handset requirement, but you people are not even bothered to solve the issue, this is like cheating customers.

                                I DON'T REQUIRE REPAIRED HANDSET, I REQUIRE NEW HANDSET THAT TOO AS PER THE CALL RECEIVED FROM YOUR DELHI OFFICE LAST WEEK.

                                NEED THE NEW HANDSET TOMMORROW (16TH JAN) ITSELF FROM MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE OR ELSE WE HAVE TO TAKE UP THE MATTER FURTHER.
                                Inspite of filing complaints under Indian Consumer complaints Forum (Consumer Complaints), there is no proper action taken as per consumer requirements
                                RAISING COMPLAINT IN SUCH A COLOSSAL WEBISTE, BUT THERE IS NO IMPACT AND NO ONE IN MICROMAX IS BOTHERED TO PROVIDE SOLUTION.

                                NEED UR HELP / SUPPORT IN GETTING NEW HANDSET AS COMMITED BY MICROMAX DELHI TEAM.

                                ELSE FURTHER WE HAVE TO TAKE UP THE MATTER IN OTHER WAY.

                                  sir, I had bought micromax A-93 it had several problems from the initial days however it's touch stopped working and I submitted it to the service center on 27/09/2014 with jobsheet no.E[protected] after a month of wait I called on customer care & complaint was made MMX[protected] I finally got the phone after many days on 09/12/2014 when I came home I found that the phone was still having the same problem I went service center again on he next day and my phone was again submitted there on 10/12/14 with Job sheet o. E[protected] and a new complaint was made on the call center with MMX [protected] I was called by service center but when I went there on 3rd jan 2015 I found the phone was still faulty and found myself cheated. If micromax didn't took any hard but fast action I will have to opt a legal way out. Gaurav Kumar #[protected]

                                    hello sir/madam i buy a new micromax canvas nitro A310 mobile in november months it has become too problem the battery will goes down within 3 to 4 hrs and the phone get switch off and switch on automaticly, and the mobile get heat very fastly i cant use only i have still warrenty plz solve my problem

                                      I have purchased a Micromax phone Canvas Knight A 290 on 31/10/2014. Since the last few days I am finding it impossible to charge the phone. I have approached your customer care but it has been of no use as they have not responded for the last 4 days in spite of assuring to look in to the matter. I am appalled at the inferior quality of your product as well as the lackadaisical and careless attitude of your customer care executives. Kindly ensure that my complaint is addressed in the next 2 days or else I will be compelled to look at options available with me to have my problem addressed. I insist that it is a defective piece I have been sold and it should be replaced forthwith.

( all co. is giving the stand set.like Nokia, samsung, sony, htc, etc. Pleae let me know when you are taking 45 days for replacement (for this period can customer has to purchse the new set during the reparing or replacemnt period.) If your co. is unable to provide the same then you have to give the replacment with in 7 to 10 days ( reasonable time) If not possible for you then i have to go for leagl prociding for the same. ( and also publish in news paper for the same that how micromax is cheated to their customers). All expenses and cost of mobile will be on your account . Awaiting your reply for the same.
