I Purchased Micromax Funbook 3G P700.in 2013.within 3 months tablet having battery issue for that I submitted my tab in Micromax Service Center which is in Ambernath.after 3months they gave me my tab.saying that sorry for your inconvenient.Now 15 days before again I submitted my tab for touch pad issue, yet I didn't get my tab.they said that we order wrong part of tab.we will give you your tab within 15days again and i don't have other handset to use. Plzzzzzz take some streak action against that service center.that service center employ and Head also mad in conversation. I am requesting to you start one service center at Kalyan or in Dombivili..

    Respected Sir, I bought a MICROMAX mobile model no. A 069 MICROMAX "Bolt ". After a few months (Two months) there is mike problems in my mobile. I went to MICROMAX Service Centre F-1 PARAS COMPLEX OPP HOTEL LAND MARK LALPUR RANCHI - 834001Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com and they took my mobile with one photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement constantly three four times (Jobsheet no.(1) E[protected]-90*, (same jobsheet as two times dated 20.10.2014 &15.11.2014 ) & (2) E[protected]* (dated 17.11.2014) ) and tell me to come after a week and he is missing my battery (Sl No. V[protected] of my handset.         Hi, This is to inform you that I have been using the Micromax canvas duet 2_EG 111 handset. I bought my mobile in March 2014 but till now not happy with the after sales services of Micromax. Issue here is that, I gave my handset on Nov 26th for screen change to Micromax service center Budaun District ( UP ) but still I am running behind the service centre employees for my handset and the strange thing is that I haven’t received an answer which says that it takes how much time now when I got my mobile back. I can't except this type of service from your own service centre and in future for sure I will go with the market theory that don’t go for an expensive handset from Micromax/Lava and so on. Kindly help as please resolve my problem urgently otherwise I will have to take help of consumer form.           I have given my micromax phone for repairing on 13.10.2014 and it have not been repaired yet, it has been given to rdc, raj nagar branch.my job sheet number is N[protected] Depsite of contacting them regularly i am not getting any kind of response from them it is really a very dissapointing situation. my phone is under warranty of 1 year. i request you to take an action if it wont be done then i am extremely sorry but a strict action have to be taken against you... please do understand my situation and deliver my phone as early as possible.             I have purchase mivromax knight model one month before, Now Camera is not working properly, i went to service centre, they accept camera part is out of order and said submit for twenty days will replace its camera part once we receive from company, than i said i have no other mobile to use and can not submitt, you place order in ur company when u receive the part than i come and get replace deffective part, then they say first u need to submit the phone than they will be able to place order, I have used two phones of micromax before this one and never face any difficultie, I didn't aspects that kind of service from micromax.

                Hi Team, I have submitted my smart phone A117 to Ameerper Micromax service center. It's more than three month that I have submitted my phone to them but still its not repaired. Job sheet ID is S[protected].The mobile is still with the service centre for more than 3 months.I went to service center and called them many times but kept on delaying. At last they called me and I went to the service centre last weekend and instead giving my repaired mobile, they tried to trick me by giving A110Q mobile as a replacement which is a lower model as compaired to A117. Is this how you guys treat your customer? Please either repair the phone or replace it with a new one of same model or I have to go to consumer court and file a case against you.                   Dear Sir, I Mukesh Pandian, from Nagpur, Maharashtra. Sir, I got very frustrated after my mobile micromax A177 canvas juice got repaired due to fault in headphone socket it was just 6 month old. Whenever I connect headphone to it, it doesn't show that its connected and no sound is coming through it. And when I gone to micromax service center on dated 26/11/2014, they told me that it will be repaired in max 10 to 15 days and mobile should be kept there until it get repaired. So, today is the 21st day and I got a message from micromax service that my mobile has been repaired and collect it from the service center. Then I just rushed to the service center from my office (nearly it is located 20 km from it) since its nearly one month gone, but by reaching there they just told me that in a single word "sorry sir, its not repaired yet, till it needs 2 to 3 days and the message came to me was just a system server problem from micromax server." that's it. That's why i am writing to you a complaint regarding this that how careless they were regarding there customer and without any confirmation how they messaged me to collect the mobile. So, sir please look into the matter why they are taking so much time for just replacing a headphone socket of my handset and reply me asap. Thanks & regards, Mukesh Pandian. Dt. 17/12/14.

                      Sir I had a micromax mobile phone model no X089 having IMEI no. [protected] & [protected] given to the M/s. Mobile mania First floor Narayan Krupa B/H. Dandiya Bazar Bus stand Dandia Bazaar main road Vadodara 390001. (manager Mr Kaushal Thakkar).for solving the problem of not charging the phone in online mode. Sir I had purchase the phone in june 2014 and from October 2014 it has been with the Mobile Mania solving the problem, still date after more than 60days they are not providing the phone not solving the query and also not providing the proper answer. Everytime I asked about the phone they told me it is in company and will receive shortly but not the exact date. So it is a humble request from my side sir please provide me proper answer or I had to walk to consumer court and also to the police station near by. I am providing you the Job Work sheet number also. W[protected]. Further the manager Mr.Kaushal does not know how to handle the customer and talking rudely every time so please if you can able please change the manager as the reputation of the company is going to be worst. I will be waiting for your reply as soon as possible below is the cell number please contact urgently or I shall walk to consumer court.

                            I have purchased micromax Bolt A67 on[protected] white color IMEI 1 is [protected] and IMEI 2 is [protected] and EAN NO.[protected]. Since the very first day my mobile was facing few problems such as automatically shutdown, hanging, but before 2 months ago I I have submitted my mobile to the nearest service center panipat (Haryana) for software problem.But after 20-25 days onwards same problem, I am facing.I went next week again they again updated the software.but not clearly explaining for what reason my cell is swithing off. These 2 months I come service center 3-4 times but they not satisfy me I am highly disapointed with the phone and service center. My handset is warranty. Please do something for my handset.                               I bought micromax A93 on 3/3/2014, still my phone is in warranty period. On 19th feb 2015 touch screen of A93 had gone so i went to service center and i got back my phone at 2/3/2015. They had changed the touch screen but the quality of touch screen is so bad. and i would be surprised because within one hour sensor parts of A93 has gone. When i try to call i cannot disconnect the call because during
                              calling period the screen get disappear ..so i again submit the phone in service center. My question is that i spend 8200 for Micromax A93 yet my phone could cover warranty period with satisfaction. now i dont know when shall i get back my phone???

                                      I bought micro max doodle in the month June 2014, after two months it had some issues with charging, took it to the service center in Marathalli, Bangalore. They told some issue with mother board and need to send it to Gurgaon head office. They took 30 days for its so called repair..god know what they did..I got my phone after month in working condition. Again after one month all off a sudden was not able to switch on the handset, again I took it to the service center and got to know that it has some issue with display. Again they are telling it would take 25 to 30 working days to get it reparied...so I am now without my phone...servie center people (mobile seva) are very funny there and acts rude...definitely not a good phone to buy nor we can avail good service from your authorised service centers. I would recommend suggest none my friends/ relatives to not to go for any micro max phone. Better you provide good phone or close the company...I am disgusted and fed up...

                                      Now i got a call from Micromax Service Center (Mobile Seva - Marathalli, Bangalore) saying they got the display card and it not working still and its mother board has to be replaced. They are sending it to Gurgao again today...What the hell is happening i don't know. I got into some some fraud phone...my bad luck.

                                        Complain about Micromax service in Bhopal I have a micromax X266 phone. My phone was Dead on 1st Dec 2014 morning, i submit my cell in M/S R AND J ENTERPRISESSHOP NO. 42, PLATINUM PLAZA, NEW MARKET, T T NAGAR, BHOPAL. After one day 2nd Dec they says that cell phone is dead you should go in M/S KALRA MOBILE N COMPUTER SERVICES SHOP NO. 6, LAXMINARAYAN MARKET, HAMIDIA ROAD, BHOPAL. I went there on 2nd Dec evening, they submit my cell phone.3nd Dec they return my phone, I analyses that it has two problem in my phone-1- One one single button is not working properly.2- The (mike) voice is transmitted has very low volume.So again on 4th Dec i submit my phone (in ON condition) in KALRA they says wait for 15 min & after one/half Hour they says you come tomorrowi went there next day 5th Dec evening again they says to wait fore some time after one hour they says that one IC is damage in replacing mike you should come on Monday 8 Dec but this time they don't give any receipt of my cell.On Monday 8 Dec went there in evening they says the person whom you give your phone is on leave, the repairing person also on leave & the service manager is not in the center.After a long conversation (Argument ) they says me to come tomorrow on 9Dec.This time the behavior of their customer representative is abase .on 9th Dec evening when i went there they return my phone in Dead condition & says that IT can't be repair take your phone and go.I have a query that your center is for repairing per-pus or to Dead our cell phones.i want fast action about this complain & also I want to ask is any process to repair my phone, because of this I lost all my contact by your service representative center. my pone no. is off because of your service so we can talk only by e-mail Rahul PalBhopal sir this is the e-mail copy which i mail to micromax but still they dont take any action on that
