Dear Sir,
I Mukesh Pandian, from Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Sir, I got very frustrated after my mobile micromax A177 canvas juice got repaired due to fault in headphone socket it was just 6 month old. Whenever I connect headphone to it, it doesn't show that its connected and no sound is coming through it. And when I gone to micromax service center on dated 26/11/2014, they told me that it will be repaired in max 10 to 15 days and mobile should be kept there until it get repaired. So, today is the 21st day and I got a message from micromax service that my mobile has been repaired and collect it from the service center. Then I just rushed to the service center from my office (nearly it is located 20 km from it) since its nearly one month gone, but by reaching there they just told me that in a single word "sorry sir, its not repaired yet, till it needs 2 to 3 days and the message came to me was just a system server problem from micromax server." that's it.
That's why i am writing to you a complaint regarding this that how careless they were regarding there customer and without any confirmation how they messaged me to collect the mobile.
So, sir please look into the matter why they are taking so much time for just replacing a headphone socket of my handset and reply me asap.
