Hello sir, I need your help for my android one smart phone Micromax Canvas A1. I have already mailed to Micromax Company with all the details. But problem is not yet solved this time.
Purchase date from Amazon India is on 16th September 2014. But now the phone is not working from 11th November 2014.
Symptom: Restarting Again and Again, when we switched on 1st display the Micromax logo and then color balls animated, after a few seconds the color balls are freeze then this process is repeated.
On Saturday (15th November 2014) morning I reached the Micromax Care, Kannur (Wave Mobiles) at 10.15 AM. I give the phone for service assistance to Micromax care center Kannur, Kerala that is available nearby to my work place now. Then Micromax Care center experts say that the motherboard of the phone is not functioning properly so the software not updated successfully. And they also said that the phone required a service activation. So the item is kept to the service center. They give a slip along with their seal and a phone number to know the status of the phone.
After 2 days, I try to contact them, but they do not attend any call to that particular number ([protected]). I also get a phone number listed by yellow pages ([protected]), this is also switched off. After a week I reached the Micromax Care on 22th November 2014 morning. After a long time waiting at Micromax Care (Wave Mobiles, Kannur) at 12.50PM they inform that the motherboard of the phone is not repairable and need a PCB Change. And now they issue a Job-sheet for my phone and say that please contact to Micromax Company for more information. And they also said that 15 days is required to a PCB replace.
After 15 days on 8th December 2014, I contact to Micromax care, they said that PCB not available, please wait. I will already send the all details related to my phone and job sheet to Micromax Company emails. But unfortunately no action takes place.
I think The Micromax Company lost its reputation at all meaning. And finally I received a mail on (Wed, Dec 3, 2014) with a message like, "We have already forwarded your concern to the team. Someone will connect with you soon regarding the same", but nothing will happen till this time.
I will contact to the Micromax Care Kannur, several times and Most of the time they said that, Micromax Company does not provide spare PCB for the item (for my Android One Phone) and we can't do anything without the spares.

Sir I have few questions in this situation, I have only used the phone for a very short period of 60days (19th September 2014 to 11th November 2014),
1.Micromax have got any PCB request (spare request for my Android Phone) from the Micromax Care, Kannur, Kerala? and when it available?
2. When I get my phone after repairing successfully?
3. The Micromax Care Kannur, Kerala (Wave Mobiles) does not provide proper information about my phone, what can I do?
sir, please please please please please please please please please Kindly considers my letter and takes necessary steps to solve my issue with Micromax Canvas A1 at earliest.
