I am Suyash Nigam from kanpur .I bought a micromax A089 cell phone on 23rd may 2014 and its up to under 4 months battery created problem . then i submitted in service center M/S Shivas technology nehru nagar kanpur on 3rd november 2014 now it up to one month above and i didnt get my battery back till now. i am tired to move at center many times and didnt got any response from service center.and even this cell batterry is not in the market. what can i do it just wastage my money.

    dear sir I bought one of your micromax mobile ( canvas knight a-350 )before 6 months ago because to support an Indian company. After 3 day, that set- lag in touch sensitivity, zero battery backup, slow processing, auto researt many time, signal problem(tower bar out 5-8time/mint), automatic regs..., , , and set hang 15-25 time in a day.So I submitted that set on the same day in my nearby service center that is M/S SAN INFOSYS, 27/1, G.T.ROAD, EAST END, NEAR BARANILPUR MORE, BURDWAN-713103. TEL;[protected], ,[protected] MY OLD "job sheet no IS * E[protected] Your guys gave assurance to deliver that set in 15 days, when I reached the service center after 15 days i flow same problem so i submit it again.(total 5 time).my recent job sheet number is[protected] after that I visited service center many many many times but they didn't return my cell and tell me come after few (7) days. it is reapitted again and again. I am facing lots of problem without my phone. i have seen not only me but many costumers are facing problems to get there cell back. specially this service center is very poor and they don't repair cell at time and costumer care number[protected] not respond my any complaint. Your service center guys are behaving rude and just reluctant to help me out. I am just sick and tired of calling your call centers, Now I am depressed and frustrated with the dealing. It has taken more than one month & still I am wandering. It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action and give me back new device ( as I know you guys are just in-competent to do so ).     after long day's - today (23/12/2014) micromax service center delivery me a new dead set which can't power on & charging . so i submit it again .

      I am totally disappointment with using Micromax Canvas A290: Because, my mobile is Screen Problem.I am given to my phone in micromax service centre on 08/09/14. Still they are not started to service.And service centre people are not responding for customers. They are handling irrespective manners. Service centre Not returning My mobile for last 3 months PLEASE INTERVENE AND RETURN MY PHONE Or money JOB SHEET NO. N[protected] IMEI NO :- [protected] [protected]

          Hi sirI gave my mobile to mobile zone F-6 sector-5, New Delhi on 04 nov 14.They pro missed me to repair and return it within 20 days but they did not so I complaint customer care on 28 nov14 and said that provide my mobile before 10dec I'm leaving Delhi as I'm a resident of Gujrat .The complaint no-MMX[protected]. Again I called to service center on 03 Dec14 and they said me to collect mobile but as I reached there, they took Job sheet n said that mobile has been repaired but it has come without sim trays& back cover.SoThey kept my mobile back and told me to come again on 5 dec n gave another doc sheet no-N[protected].When I called on 08dec they denied and told me to call them on 10dec so I complaint to customer care again on 08dec c care executives to mention same as 10dec I'm leaving Delhi on 15dec as I'm a resident of Gujrat.The complaint no is-MMX[protected] but my mob neither come on 10 nor on 12dec so I called today to service centre but still they r unable to provide my mobile today and told me to call again on 15dec14.I again called customer care twice with mobile no [protected], firstly Mr upendra took call nd did not lodge any complaint so I called again to customer care miss sonia attempted me.I told her to lodge a complaint again but she continued to talk for 18 minutes but didn't lodge my complaint again and tried to miss guide me .Sir do needful coz I'm a resident of gujrat and going to leave delhi on 19dec and may not be coming back to delhi again or provide me mobile at my home town service centre as I told them earlier that I will go back on 14 so provide me my cell before 10 dec but they didn't.If I don't getmy mobile on 17dec 14then I'm gonna file case against micromax in consumer forum with Rs.50000 charge for miss guiding and false statements.

              I have handed over my mobile on 25/11/2014 on hanging complaint and i am told that the battery has to be replaced on getting supply from the company.                 I have visited Micromax Service Center in Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore - 560010 (M/S Cell City) on 15th Nov 2014. I ordered a new battery for my A74 Canvas fun mobile. 100Rs was taken as advance and I was given a job sheet (S[protected]). It has been close to one month but I am yet to get a call back from them on the new battery. i called them a week back but no proper response. I dont think it should take so much time for supplying a new battery Rajkumar [protected]

                  Respected Micromax Service Incharge, When I purchase micromax A250 Canvas turbo moble some time many many problem about hang then some time my mobile automatic restart some time my mibile screen flash or dark we are visit out Nagpur Service Center Al-raja Micromax Auth. service Center he give me job card. and My handset take it. he said mobile ok then sms reaced your alternate no. Near about 1 month we r not received any sms. I call him near about 200 times never reply. ringing ringing ringing no body can received call There is so many public lot of Galiya to micromax. we are waiting 3 to 4 hours your service center. then service person said LCD SCREEN NOT RECEIVED FROM COMPANY AFTER 1 MONTH. then again we are visited to service station he said come to 6-7 days. we again waiting 3 hours. no body can responsible person on reception 2 no. small childeren in counter. then one person give me a hand set. thanks my luck is that time very good finally received my hand set. o god. We are Never again Purchase Micromax hand set. Mr. Service Head If you are not given best service. ones a time you will be finished. Please your custemer is very very valuable. we are received my mobile after 45 days. it is very very long time to without mobile. if you are serious about service. please call me.

                    I have purchased micromax canvas a1 mobile 2 months from now. The power button has to be pressed every now and then to unlock etc. the power button on pressing for more than 20 times also is not functioning. I am pissed off. presently i am serving in qatar and had purchased this mobile in mumbai two months back on vacation. Dont know what to do with it. thinking this product has duped me.

                      I Althaf K M, has submitted my micromax canvas 4 a210, in an autherised service centre, named ''M/s CELL CARE, kottayam'' on 9th September 2014.My job sheet number is s[protected] and IMEI/ESN number is [protected]/[protected]. The concerned person in the service centre has promised me that phone will be return back within 10 days of submission after completing the service. Now what happened?? You have violated your words and cheated a customer.I am a medical student. Your companies irresponsibility made me lots of difficulty in my daily activities in the last 2 months. I have contacted your customer care many times, and I didn't get any satisfied reply from yourself. The customer care person didn't even know where my phone is. Now i am feeling desperate in having a micromax mobile. So this is the last warning, I am going to file a case against you in consumer court, if i didn't get back my mobile/new mobile with adequate compensation of Rs 25, 000, within 3 days of receiving this email. Thank you

                        I Purchased a micromax Elanza2 and a Unite2 four months(in August) back. After 2 months(in October), there was a charging issue in Unite 2 and the service center told that the motherboard is corrupted. they took the phone and told that it will take 45 days to resolve the issue. Its been more than 45 days and still there is no response from their end. And then 2 days back(in December), while receiving a call in my Elanza2 it was getting switched off automatically. I took it to the service center and they said that the motherboard has corrupted and it will take 45 days to resolve the issue. It seems to be a genuine quality issue with micromax phones and their services are horrible. The customer care number is even not functional. I have even dropped a mail but no response from their end. Its really painful to know that I wasted my money on such a useless brand. I have still not received any response from their end. Will take some legal actions if I get no response from them. I would recommend all to never ever go for this brand. Its a total waste of money.

                          I bought Micromax Canvas4 model:A210, but unfortunately the it started to give trouble with connectivity during my warranty period. Hence i given the phone to Authorized Micromax service center Ocean Mobile Care Chennai-42. I have given the mobile on 28/10/14, but still now i have not received my phone back. When i enquired they said, the mobile has gone for replacement & they are cheating me for past 3 weeks saying next week, next week...                             I had bought one Micromax Doodle A111 about one year ago (In August 2013) from a local shop. From day one I had been facing problems with this phone. Whenever I played U tube the set used to go blank and get switched off. I had to restart the set again and but I was never able to play anything on U tube continuously more than 10 minutes maximum. Sometime within two or three minutes it used to get switched off. After playing one or two minute the sound goes off and again I had to restart the U tube. I had visited the Customer Care centre of Micromax in Dombivli (Thane Dist. Maharashtra) many times but each time they returned the mobile after doing factory resetting. I even told them the problem is frequent so they must open the set and check to which the inexperienced boys who are asked to manage the customer care informed me that they do not need to open the set to know the problem and all. Now the mobiel function has gone worse. Its pad backlight, back key, home key etc. are not responding. Again I visited your Customer Care (but this time unfortunately the set was out of waranty) and showed one boy who was there and he even without blinking an eyelid told me I have to spend about Rs. 4, 000/- for changing the motherboard, screen etc., I do not understand why Micromax keeps such inexperienced boys at the Centre. They do not even bother to check the set before concluding their opinion. After this incident, I had taken this set to one of my known mobile mechanic and he checked the phone and told me that the stick (I feel it is the cable connecting the motherboad and speaker, microphone, kepy pad, is broken and needed replacement. Now that may not be available in the open market. Kindly let me know your feed back on this.

                                Hi, My name is Younis Bhat, I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction for the service provided by Micromax company, its service center in Poloview, Srinagar (M/SNet Surfer) is the worst service center i have come across, their staff is not trained enough to talk to customers, and talk to them as if they are doing favours on customers, Very Rude and are not even aware about what they talk, its been more than two months that i have booked my H/S for repair, at first i was informed that i will receive the h/s in a weeks time however later i was informed that the touch pad is order on 31-Oct-2014 still not repaired my Micromax Tab P410i. The staff member always told we have placed order it depend upon when company send us order of touch pad... Worst Worst Worst Micromax.

Telecom) is the worst service center i have come across, their staff is not trained enough to talk to customers, and talk to them as if they are doing favours on customers, Very Rude and are not even aware about what they talk, its been more than two months that i have booked my H/S for repair, at first i was informed that i will receive the h/s in a weeks time however later i was informed that the h/s is sent to Delhi, and its motherboard will be replaced and it will take time, post that i have been in constant touch with the service center but all i could get is false assurance, my last visit to the service center was on the 06/12/2014 where i was promised that i will get the h/s, however it was no surprise to me when i was informed that it will take another two to Three days and that i will receive a call to collect the h/s however till today i have not received any reply, its not a high end h/s so i could have waited however i cant accept the fact that a company cant fix h/s issues in a weeks time, instead of spending money on branding it would best if micromax spends some money on quality service and i am sure they wont get such complaints.                                     I got the mobile back with so
                                    many hardware problems like software hanging continuously and the same
                                    old peice where the gorilla screen had been changed to normal screen and
                                    with so many scratches on the phone the service centre is behaving very
                                    aggressive and telling do you want mobile or not, they have collected
                                    job sheet first and informed if you dont want mobile leave their
                                    premisses and they are not giving jobsheet or any confirmation they
                                    informed i can go anywhere i want to complain, as well initially they
                                    rejected to give my battery back after much pleading they have provided
                                    battery back.

                                    i dont think this is not the way as a company like
                                    micromax should treat their customers i think their presence in the
                                    market will not lost longer

                                    If they are behaving in the same manner due
                                    to this as a procurement manager to a top company i had rejected buying
                                    of 450 micromax mobiles for our pilot project and went for samsung
                                    where earlier i got a best response keeping in view of after sale
                                    service.

                                    A sincere advise to Micromax service centres "close their business and start some mugging and extortion business as they are well trained for that"

                                        Hello sir, I need your help for my android one smart phone Micromax Canvas A1. I have already mailed to Micromax Company with all the details. But problem is not yet solved this time. Purchase date from Amazon India is on 16th September 2014. But now the phone is not working from 11th November 2014. Symptom: Restarting Again and Again, when we switched on 1st display the Micromax logo and then color balls animated, after a few seconds the color balls are freeze then this process is repeated. On Saturday (15th November 2014) morning I reached the Micromax Care, Kannur (Wave Mobiles) at 10.15 AM. I give the phone for service assistance to Micromax care center Kannur, Kerala that is available nearby to my work place now. Then Micromax Care center experts say that the motherboard of the phone is not functioning properly so the software not updated successfully. And they also said that the phone required a service activation. So the item is kept to the service center. They give a slip along with their seal and a phone number to know the status of the phone. After 2 days, I try to contact them, but they do not attend any call to that particular number ([protected]). I also get a phone number listed by yellow pages ([protected]), this is also switched off. After a week I reached the Micromax Care on 22th November 2014 morning. After a long time waiting at Micromax Care (Wave Mobiles, Kannur) at 12.50PM they inform that the motherboard of the phone is not repairable and need a PCB Change. And now they issue a Job-sheet for my phone and say that please contact to Micromax Company for more information. And they also said that 15 days is required to a PCB replace. After 15 days on 8th December 2014, I contact to Micromax care, they said that PCB not available, please wait. I will already send the all details related to my phone and job sheet to Micromax Company emails. But unfortunately no action takes place. I think The Micromax Company lost its reputation at all meaning. And finally I received a mail on (Wed, Dec 3, 2014) with a message like, "We have already forwarded your concern to the team. Someone will connect with you soon regarding the same", but nothing will happen till this time. I will contact to the Micromax Care Kannur, several times and Most of the time they said that, Micromax Company does not provide spare PCB for the item (for my Android One Phone) and we can't do anything without the spares. I think, The Micromax Company cheated me with this waste product. A reputed company like micromax, why behave like this? Job-sheet No.: S[protected] Micromax Canvas A1 - AQ4501 IMEI: [protected]/[protected] Micromax Care: Wave Mobiles, 1st Floor, Coral highlights, Near Juma Masjitd, South Bazar, Kannur, Kerala, Pin No ? 670002, Tel: [protected] Sir I have few questions in this situation, I have only used the phone for a very short period of 60days (19th September 2014 to 11th November 2014), 1.Micromax have got any PCB request (spare request for my Android Phone) from the Micromax Care, Kannur, Kerala? and when it available? 2. When I get my phone after repairing successfully? 3. The Micromax Care Kannur, Kerala (Wave Mobiles) does not provide proper information about my phone, what can I do? sir, please please please please please please please please please Kindly considers my letter and takes necessary steps to solve my issue with Micromax Canvas A1 at earliest.
