I bought one of your micromax mobile ( canvas knight a-350 )before 6 months ago because to support an Indian company. After 3 day, that set- lag in touch sensitivity, zero battery backup, slow processing, auto researt many time, signal problem(tower bar out 5-8time/mint), automatic regs..., , , and set hang 15-25 time in a day.So I submitted that set on the same day in my nearby service center that is M/S SAN INFOSYS, 27/1, G.T.ROAD, EAST END, NEAR BARANILPUR MORE, BURDWAN-713103. MY OLD "job sheet no IS * E[protected] Your guys gave assurance to deliver that set in 15 days, when I reached the service center after 15 days i flow same problem so i submit it again.(total 5 time).my recent job sheet number is[protected] after that I visited service center many many many times but they didn't return my cell and tell me come after few (7) days. it is reapitted again and again. I am facing lots of problem without my phone. i have seen not only me but many costumers are facing problems to get there cell back. specially this service center is very poor and they don't repair cell at time and costumer care number[protected] not respond my any complaint. Your service center guys are behaving rude and just reluctant to help me out. I am just sick and tired of calling your call centers, Now I am depressed and frustrated with the dealing. It has taken more than one month & still I am wandering. It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action and give me back new device ( as I know you guys are just in-competent to do so ).
