My name is Dileep S. I gave a 'Canvas 2 Colours A120' model mobile phone for repair at Micromax authorized service center, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, on 8/12/2014. It had reboot failure. When switching on it won't just go beyond, after displaying 'canvas'. The service center staff checked if there is any software issue, but it did not work.
They suggested to send it to the company for detailed check up. I accepted it as they convinced me that it will take only around 10-12 days. But even after 14 days of waiting, there is no information about the handset. On enquiry they say 'they don't know'.
The phone is within the Warranty terms. It did not complete even 5 months. It is very difficult to live without a smart phone for this much period. I am not able to have long journeys, as the phone is under servicing. The company is responsible for all my losses and difficulties. All my data including contacts have been lost now. This is against all trust I have kept on this company and their products.
Anyway, what I want is a completely functional handset, as early as possible. I cannot wait any longer. Either they should make it functional immediately, or they should provide me with a new handset.
