Could you pls let me know the status of the JOB Sheet no. - S[protected] dt 19.11.2014
I have checked with my nearest service provider Allied Electronics, Salem, but have no positive feedback about the job sheet.
They are simply saying that will take 40 days to get repaired or to get replacement.

          Hi This is Mohammed Asik from Coimbatore, i have given my mobile for service in Your authorised service centre ("M/S XPLUS COMMUNICATION 392 (FF), 8TH STREET, TATABAD, GANDHIPURAM, COIMBATORE - 641012 Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com) wide job sheet no : S[protected] Dt 04.11.2014, Complaint if : 4911 DISPLAY TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING . Regarding the above Complaint, i have not receiving any Proper response from the Service provider . initally they have Committed that they will replace the mobile with in 2 Weeks but still date i have not received the device from them, it is already 50 Days over from Complaint date. I am soo much unhappy with the way of service from Micro max, i did not expect this much poor service from Reputed company like you. I kindly request you to look into this issue seriously and solve the matter immediately . other wise i have to complaint in "CONSUMER COURT " Please solve the grievance on Priority. At your Dadar service centre on xxxxxx This service centre has assured that my mobile phone will be repaired within 25 days however we regret to inform you that we still have not received my mobile phone till now and Dadar service centre has not given us any specific date on delivery of our mobile phone. In the mean time today we have received SMS from your company to collect the phone however Dadar Service centre has not delivered the Phone by saying that Phone is not ready and they will inform us when it wiil get repaired.               Regreat to Inform you that we received call from your customer centre stating that phone has repaired but your service centre has informed that phone has not yet repaired, It Is lying still with service centre at Dadar since one month.

                Dear Sir, JOB SHEET NO.- (N[protected]) I am Anudeep ([protected]) from gorakhpur.(IMEI- [protected]) 07/07/2014 i bought Micromax canvas elanza A121. After some days at 22/09/2014 mobile didn't working. and next day i go to nearest micromax service center NEW GLOBAL MEDIA ([protected], [protected]), gorakhpur. they take my phone and say that they will repair and call me back. After some days they didn't call when i call them, they said that they send my phone to company. And give me date at 14 nov and also said that they take maximum 45 days, when i go at 14 nov. They said phone is not repair. the manager give me in written another date of 20 dec. When i go at 20 dec the manager is changed and new manager didn't give my phone and again said phone is not repair. now 91 days passed, sir i didn't get back my phone. They ruined my christmas nd new year i m really very depressed by this they are delaying to give my phone back.

                As u mailed and say to give conclusion 10 working days . today is 10 th day and still i did not get my phone. 91days+10 days= 101 days and still counting. What kind of service is that. Seriously now i really very disturbed mentally.
                You cheated your customer.

                7 jan 2015 i will take legal action against Micromax and the service center of gorakhpur ( New global media).

                  My name is Dileep S. I gave a 'Canvas 2 Colours A120' model mobile phone for repair at Micromax authorized service center, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, on 8/12/2014. It had reboot failure. When switching on it won't just go beyond, after displaying 'canvas'. The service center staff checked if there is any software issue, but it did not work. They suggested to send it to the company for detailed check up. I accepted it as they convinced me that it will take only around 10-12 days. But even after 14 days of waiting, there is no information about the handset. On enquiry they say 'they don't know'. The phone is within the Warranty terms. It did not complete even 5 months. It is very difficult to live without a smart phone for this much period. I am not able to have long journeys, as the phone is under servicing. The company is responsible for all my losses and difficulties. All my data including contacts have been lost now. This is against all trust I have kept on this company and their products. Anyway, what I want is a completely functional handset, as early as possible. I cannot wait any longer. Either they should make it functional immediately, or they should provide me with a new handset.                     I am using your canvas A110 and bought it three years ago. You people just forget your customers.It is your responsibility to provide users with latest firmware and latest operating system. The users are just stuck to the preinstalled version of os and firmware. where they should go in order to have the latest os. should they leave micromax and join some other brand? now you people just tell me this?

                      From last 2 months my phone is not working so I have given it to service station. It was ok but one day when I connected charger to my phone its display is gone . So I have given it to service station. After one month they said that it will not be repaired here it has to send to company . After that again one month completed so I called them so they are saying that still 15-20 days time will be required . Before completion of one year I am suffering this problem.

                        Sir, this is really very disappointing and frustating . i had given my mobile phone turbo A250 on 20th oct 2014 for servicing because its touch screen was not working at noida sector 27 micromax service centre. today its 2 months have been passed but i have still not recieved my phone, my ID is N[protected][protected]. Whenever i call service center located in Noida Sector-27, they talk very harshly and did not give any genuin response also the number they have given me of the company is not reachable please look into this matter because it is ruining the whole image of micromax mobiles because many customers like me are facing this same problem . there is a lady called Miss meera at the service centre who never response in a true manner she always lie and missguide the customers please take necessary corrective actions at your side. atleast there should be some online status and enquiry for the hansets which are given for services. i am really hopeless at my end regarding my phone you are my last expectation. otherwise i will never buy any product of micromax and also will never recommend others to use .

                              My name is Hitesh DSouza([protected]).I had bought 2 LED tv's from Vijay Sales at Linking Road Mumbai on 26 Oct 2014. (Code[protected]. Micromax LED 50C0200FHD.) I was very clear with them that my house was being done up and therefore the installation would be in Dec for which they said there was no problem. On 20 Dec when the Micromax technician came to my house in the 50 inch TV he found no remote. I called Vijay sales and the person there put me on conference with the Micromax representative. They both flatly refused to take responsibility. The technician Imran who came to my house also spoke to both of them and told them that he had opened a sealed pack. However sadly in India customer service and trust are a long way off. I will buy the remote but as a matter of principle I think it is atrocious for Micromax and Vijay sales to be so inconsiderate. A shameful demonstration of commitment and customer care meaning so little.

                                Respected sir i shweta kedia had taken my mobile on 24/12/13..Ater one months of taking mobile, it started showing a lot of problem..1st bettery, headphone, softwere, touch ..Now key problem (on/off key )is not wornkg..gallely people are telling me that they cannot replace my mobile...i have never seen such type of surive..Not providing a good service..i don't have photo copy of all the complain sheeet..i have phot copy of last complain sheet that i m attaching sir i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible..

Service center engineer said your motherboard would have been to be change and needed 30 Days time for it .After 15 Days they called me through the phone and said your phone is raddy when I reached there I found they not do any thing legging video problem still seemed in mobile

                                    My name is Richa and I live in Delhi. I purchased a Micromax Phone Model A190 Canvas on 3 Aug 2014 for Rs 11500. Since I have purchased I am facing ongoing issues with the phone and the service center. All the service centers are not dealing with the customers properly. All centers are quoting different issues and different pricing to repair the phone for same issues.

                                    Instance first: --- After few days of purchase my data cable stopped working. I went to Miramax service center (Wz-1, Ganesh Nagar-Tilak Nagar, Delhi - 110018, Opp Metro Pillar No-535 ). They promised me to replace it within15 days. But they replaced it after 2 months. Every week they told me to wait for another week and said due to some renovation work of center we are unable to replace it . After too many disputes finally they provided a local data cable.
                                    Instance Second:--- Now approx 1 month ago my phone got hanged and when I reinsert battery it didn’t work. Then 10 to 15 days ago I went to Micro max service Center (Shri Laxmi EnterprisesA-54, 1st Floor, Uttam Nagar, Delhi - 110059, Gulab Bagh, Opposite Metro Pillar No-750) First they told me that there was software issue no another problem after 1 hr one of their employee Sagar told me that there was a liquid damage and they need to send it to company and cost would me 2200 – 2500/-rs for replacement of that part and it will take 1 week.
                                    Instance Third:--Today(09 June 2015) when I went to another service center of micromax (ABC Telecommunications in Ramesh Nagar, ). They again told me that there would be software issue after that they told that there is liquid damage and the cost for replacing that part would be Rs 4200 and it will take 20 days . If still it will not work then we need to replace its motherboard and it would cost 7000/- rs and it will take 3 to 4 weeks. I refuse to submit my phone. After that I again went back to their service center at Uttam nagar(Shri Laxmi Enterprises). Firstly they refused to take my phone because my case was not closed by ABC Telecommunication. After too much discussion they checked my phone and said that there is a liquid damage and need to replace the mother board. It will take 3-4 week and cost would be Rs 3800.. Then I talk to their supervisor Sachin and asked him “How the other employee Sagar told me that it would cost approx 2500/- Rs and now you are saying that it would cost 3800/- rs?” Why are they quoting prices? He replied that we all are franchises only and we are charging differently because it depend on how much discount company provide us and how much target we meet etc. In all this I as a customer is being harassed and is still with a damaged phone which is still under warranty. There should be strict action against such companies and such franchises.
                                    I have already raised a complaint with Core Center of government portal. Still if it would not get resolved i might approach consumer forum.

                                    i have gave my mobile in micromax service center in salem at 30.05.2015 for charger connector pin brokage.but still they didnt corrected my handset and if i ask about that they are not responding me and they are saying me "i will take a week to correct".but still they havent corrected my mobile.
                                    the service given my micromax is very bad.so friends consider this things while u buy a new micromax mobile.
                                    i am living in salem.

                                      Dear Sir, Here I inform u that i am really unsatisfied with service provided by your service station at Bharuch & Ahmedabad. I have given my Micromax Colour 2 mobile for touch screen damaged at Bharuch, with job No. W[protected]. After 1 month i get my mobile back. I still found below problems. 1. Mobile camera resolution & Video resolution are change as before. 2. At any time, even showing 100% battery i[censored] restart your mobile then it will show 5% to 10%. and after that mobile will not start even after 4 hrs charging, To start that mobile I have to taken battery outside & charging separately & then it will start. I have again given my mobile to your service centre at Bharuch, with job No. W[protected]-13425851. With in 5 month I am suffering 2 times problem, I dont know after 1 year how it works. Yesterday I go at service centre they told that your mobile come back but still same problem is there. What I understand from this, Ahmedabad centre has not done work proper.                                         My new handset micromax canvas fire which I purchased on 08/08/14 from Distt.deoria (up), it accurs charging problem, I gave it micromax service center (deoria)on 15/08/14, but till date I m without my handset.
