Earlier day my phone A 092 was software corrupt then company was change my phone with A93 with in 40 days but it also has many problem just like IMEI number corrupted. And it has repaired 2-3 times in 10 days Company was submitted my phone[protected] and new phone given[protected], and now today the new phone A 93 submit in Ahuja Mobile service center, indraganj gwalior MP, for repair . Please tell me I don't know what to do. They say if it will not repaired then they will send it company for changing . All these process take again 40-60 days please help me to save my money and time

    Hi, My complaint is against to micromax service center noida sector-27, U.P.(Jobsheet ID: N[protected]. I had given my phone before last two month ago. Which was purchased before three month ago. But now they exchanged my phone to other bad condition phone. So i given back to them many times, But they are not taking action on my talk and give damage body other mobile. Please do action on them hurry-up. Otherwise i will take another action on them.

      I have purchased a Micromax mobile( Bolt A075) from homeshop18.Its a misselling where micromax is advertising 8 megapixel camera but the camera quality is not even as good as a VGA camera.At the back of the mobile its showing 8 megapixel but actually the camera quality worst.Its a complete misselling by micromax.They are cheating customers.Plz do something.

Regarding the above Complaint, i have not receiving any Proper response from the Service provider . initally they have Committed that they will replace the mobile with in 2 Weeks but still date i have not received the device from them, it is already 50 Days over from Complaint date. I am soo much unhappy with the way of service from Micro max, i did not expect this much poor service from Reputed company like you. I kindly request you to look into this issue seriously and solve the matter immediately . other wise i have to complaint in "CONSUMER COURT " Please solve the grievance on Priority. I have submit my mobile (model a104 fire-2) to Ahuja service centre Gwalior infront of dainik bhaskar press jayendraganj lashkar gwalior MP. on dated 06/12/14 for solution of touch problem. At the time of submission they promised to me we solve your problem within 15 days, but they didn't give any response. I have also contact many times to technician but there is no proper response to me.So plz forward my complain to head of the department and give me proper response otherwise we don't believe on your company in future.                 My complain number is S0100881114135413541323. I had given the mobile in Bengluru service center near marathahalli. But they told that you can get the mobile within one month. Is this type of joke that Micromax service providing the service to customer. Government should take action against these types of mobile provider. One month is already gone but still didn't get mobile or any hope you will get in some days.

                I think you should track the details with complain number. But no problem I am sending the mail also. Let us see how many days you guys will take. Mobile warranty is only one year but repairing time is above one month.
                After the mail still I didn't get my mobile. This is very bad service of Micromax. Now it's pending from last one and half month. Let us see
                when he will solve the problem and provide the set.

                  Sir, i bought a micromax a121 from dehradun local dealer in july 7 2014. But after 3 months it got heating problem so i took the phone to dehradun micromax service centre on oct 27 2014.they told me that the phone had to send delhi for repairing and it takes 20-25 days.but after 35 days my fon get back on 2 dec 2014 but it had 2 more problem like brightnes not working and phone light is always on.so i told them for repair the fon but they said that it is the fault of delhi service centre and it took 20-25 days to get back fon because it it the 2nd time when phone goes to delhi service centre.but i have not recived my fon yet.when i call micromax customer care they told that it took 30 days more..i visited the service centre thrice but they always says that it soon your phone will be back.i am so frusted and so irritated ... I will never buy micromax phone anymore and not suggest anyone for that..please help me..I want my fon back k otherwise refund my money. Jobsheet no- E[protected]-12967989

                    i am ravi from hyderabad. i bought a mobile of micromax canvas A176 in march-2014. after it is giving lot of problems then recently i approached service center of hyderabad(ameerpet). they send my mobile to the gurgaon for mother-board replacement. they initial said it will take 20days. i satisfied with their answer. after 20 days i called him about an update of my mobile. Later they said sir, its 20 days our prirorities are changed so it will take again 25 days so you wait for that time. This time also i satisfied with his answer. After SUCCESSFULLY completion of 45 days i called service centre. They said sir your mother-board stock is not available not available in gurgaon it will take some more additional days. SEE your service. You didn't understand customer problem if the mother-board stock is not available then what should i do. its your problem with 45days what you people you do. I think you didn't wake up that time. I am requesting you Please wake up and repair my mobile as soon as possible.                         I submitted my Canvas 4 at the service center in Amritsar with jobsheet no n[protected] on dated 29/11/2014 with my phone bill showing warrenty which will expired on 17/12/14, , the service center took my phone when it was in warrenty and told me that it would be repired within 10 days ...And now when i asked for my phone they are saying that it has been repaired but your phone warrenty was expired since 29/09/14 and they are asking for Rs 5000 repairing charges, .please look over this issue !!

                          Hi, I Have submitted my Phone A114 at customer service Center at Shree Sai telecom, Shop no.1, Devi palace, Opp Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon For Repairing on Date 24/05/2014.I have been regularly visiting for collecting Headphones Five to Six time on the same service center for Last Six month as per there promise time.But Every time they make Excuse and did not return it.                             HI, I gave my micromax mobile for servicing center to repair the Mother board problem issue on 7th Nov, 2014 and today date is 23rd Dec still I didn’t get proper response. I called personally more than 5 times but every day getting same response like give more 2 days and mobile send to head office. Job card No- S[protected] and job date 7th Nov, 2014. EMI No- [protected]/[protected] Back ground history with fact’s 1) After 3 month of purchase, phone was not working like hang and low battery within 15 min 2) Due to some personal work I didn’t able to find service center in positive manner ( almost one month ) 3) After couple of days, I goggled and found service center no. 4) Next month I visited SP- SRI DHATRE Mobiles, Secunderabad TIN No- [protected] 5) Showed the phone and they told phone is ok but problem with battery ( almost 6 month that time) 6) I asked new battery with my on cost but service center didn’t have battery stock and told required at least 1 month 7) Will bought battery next month but phone having same issue 8) Again visited same service center and notify same problem and they agreed phone having board problem 9) Job card created but I didn’t remember date and no now 10) Phone was repaired almost in 45 day’s 11) During the delivery time waited almost 6 hrs. ( They saying phone is fine but some network issue now) 12) Same problem happened after 3 days 13) Notify through phone to service center but I can’t visit same time service center because I’m working in Bangalore and my wife having that phone. I requested to collect my home but not agreed) 14) Again phone was handover to SP- SRI DHATRE Mobiles Please help to fix the issue ASAP or let me know next escalation path. Note : Honestly we used this phone initially 3 month only after that no use till now

                              I have purchased new micromax phone Canvas L A108 in the month of September2014, after 2 months there is a touch screen problem. I have submitted my phone to Thane Service Center as on 16th December 2014, The service center executive told me, the problem will be resolved in 10-15 days then I have received a message from Micromax Company on 23rd December 2014 stating “Phone has been repaired, please collect it from service centre”; Suddenly my dad has visited service center, The service center executive told him, the repair work is still remaining, then I have received another call from service center, they have told me there is an another problem arise, The motherboard of the phone is failed and that part has to come from company and it takes again 10-15 days. This is really very ridicules & I am very irritated with this phone and service. I would like to say, I don’t want this phone. Either I want replacement or my money back. Regards Bhaskar M.                                 I purchased Micromax A108 model from a reputed store in ahmedabad. After 20 days, i got a problem of touch panel. I submitted it to authorized service center and the returned me with promised time period. But after 10 days, same problem created and I submitted it to service center on 6th october 2014. Today, its a 23rd december 2014, still they are asking me 30 days more to repair it. Lolz. I called lots of time on given customer care number and asked for accurate time to return my device, but every time they demanded more n more time. Even, the senior executive gave me the time period of 20 days to return with full confidence, now 25 days almost have gone, no call from micromax side and when I called before 2 days, they again asked for more 30 days. Even I mailed for the time period by written via mail on 28th november 2014, they are still sending me mail, but the mail server of micromax company is very poor and slow, that-why I have not got any mail. They are not understanding the customers feeling and requirement. They just know how to play with customer. Because they earned their profit when customer purchase their product. I am requesting you to do not buy or do not to think to buy the rubbish micromax product.                                   I had purchased one mobile set Model MMX A290 from Silicon Telepoint Pvt Ltd Kolkata -13 vide Invoice n0 STPL/14563 dated 8th Sep 2014. The set developed problem in charging. The matter was referred to customer cell at Asansol on 17th Dec 2014 vide job sheet no E[protected]. The personnel at the help desk wanted me to keep the set at the centre and told to collect the same after repair. On 23th Dec 2014 I was told to collect the same and accordingly the set was collected. But on reaching home I could find that the set is giving same problem and I understand that nothing has been rectified.

                                    sir, complaint is given first time for not holding battery backup. battery has been replaced within 15 days. After that still battery backup is not there and handset is getting heated up. I again approach to micromax authorized service center m/s service city shop no. 167/17(FF) part A near vijay ratan chowk, ambala cantt. After checking by service engineer, he told that motherboard needs to be replaced and handset is to be sent to micromax company. Handset is handed over on 18/10/14 vide job sheet no. N[protected]. the set is purchased on 30/08/14. bill no along with job sheet is attached herewith. On 6th Nov 14, manish malhotra called me for collection of my handset. while checking it reveals that screen of the handset is broken. He kept the handset and told me to come after 3 days. Again I went to collect the set he started telling company is not providing the screen so again called me after 10 days. Aagain I went after 10 days to service center and inquired about my phone, there I came to know that set has been return back without servicing due to screen broken received at Micormax company. Then he started telling all bullish that it is not my responsibility, it is company's responsibility. I tried contact on phone no. [protected].it is not being attended. Since the time I have purchased my phone I have used it only for 28 days. Is purchasing of Indian manufactured phone is a crime? as your representative here says that Indian company are like that only, you better go for other handsets, is it possible that I purchase a new handset daily? It is pain full to say being Indian I should go for other countries handsets. So many times I have sent mails and reminder only once micromax service care has only aplosied for that. But till date I have not received my hand set . Now, I kindly request for help in resolving the issue and justify that who will give my new handset that I can use .
