I purchased Micromax A108 model from a reputed store in ahmedabad.
After 20 days, i got a problem of touch panel. I submitted it to authorized service center and the returned me with promised time period. But after 10 days, same problem created and I submitted it to service center on 6th october 2014. Today, its a 23rd december 2014, still they are asking me 30 days more to repair it. Lolz.
I called lots of time on given customer care number and asked for accurate time to return my device, but every time they demanded more n more time. Even, the senior executive gave me the time period of 20 days to return with full confidence, now 25 days almost have gone, no call from micromax side and when I called before 2 days, they again asked for more 30 days.
Even I mailed for the time period by written via mail on 28th november 2014, they are still sending me mail, but the mail server of micromax company is very poor and slow, that-why I have not got any mail.
They are not understanding the customers feeling and requirement. They just know how to play with customer. Because they earned their profit when customer purchase their product.
I am requesting you to do not buy or do not to think to buy the rubbish micromax product.
Saluting to Nokia, HTC and iPhone for their product quality and super fast services.
