I have visited two time in service center . One time they replied that bill is not sufficient for replace the accessory & second time they have replied that service center is closed on 3.30 pm. So sir this impossible for me to go in service center many time for just a simple problem. service center name Rohini sector -7. Thanking you

    I had purchased Funbook miniP365 on line on 21st Oct14 Item Code:[protected] and IMEI # [protected], but I had recived a defective piece which has a problem of very quick Battery discharge. Battery does not stay even for 30 mins when the Funbook is on. I visited the Micromax service centers in Bangalore twice and both the times the service center took long time and first time they told battery is changed and second time they told Mother board is changed but when I check it the same problem is existing. I am really fedup with this kind of Product and going around service center. I request Micromax to replace this defective piece. If not I will approach Consumer Forum and file a complaint for refund along with compensation. Regards, Sudheenda

        I had purchase micromax canvas 4 on the basis of kitkat update and shopkeeper also said it will be upadate on kitkat but till now i dont recieve any updates of kitkat what the rubbish.I trust that micomax gives best service but it is useless.I already put complains on this buy no reply from micomax.

          My name is Pinki from Sanjay Colony, Sec. 23, Faridabad. My contact Number is [protected] I have bought a micromax canvas doodle 3 on 7- Aug-2014. It hardly worked proper for 4 or 5 months. Then different colour lining in display problem started in this phone in this month of december. Then I gave it to service center named Simran Communication in Shop No 5 E / 35, Main Market No 5, Mungfali Chowk, Faridabad 121001. They considered this problem as software problem and install a new software in it but as I take my phone to home same problem start occuring in the phone then I immediately come back to service centre and when I said about the same problem to them then they misbehaved with me and they dont talk to me in well manner. Then they accepted my phone for changing its display then they said to give it to me after 15 to 20 days when I asked for a standby phone then they refuse me and again behaved with me rudely but they give me the phone in 4 or 5 days. Now 2 days before when I brought phone at home it has sim card problem and become hang again and again and not working properly and then again I took my phone to service center they start asking for charge for repairing the phone and when I said that it was your fault then they start blaming to me for this problem and started asking charge for repairing the phone. Now my phone is in dead condition beacuse of not working. And the staff of service centre asking for charge in its warranty period. And the staff of this service centre also does not know the way of talking to the customers also. And when I called the owner of this service centre named Prakash Chandra Mobile No. [protected]. He listned to my problem but dont gave me even a reply about my problem and disconnected my call and when I call again he switched off his mobile phone. So please Look out into my matter urgently so that I can have justice. I bought the phone by my savings in very difficulty and this phone does not worked even for 1 year properly. Now I will not even suggest anyone to buy the product of MICROMAX. Thank You.

              Hi All, I purchased micromax bolt A67 last year.Still one year is not completed and few days back my mobile is unable to start.So I visited M/S Vashi Services, Near Vashi Station, Navi Mumbai.I shown my mobile on 29th Nov 2014 to service center and they said there is motherboard issue so we need to send to company so that they can give the motherboard for A67. They said for this around it will take 10-12 days max.After that i call many times around 6-7. Allways they are saying still they not received motherboard from company.Because i am customer, So I need to take follow-up every time with service center there is no responblity of service center to communicate the same.They given many days, but till date they not received mother board from company.They also not sure when they will get and give it to me. I am unhappy with micromax phone as well service provider.At least they can follow-up with company to give service better. Finally today I called service center and told, if I not get any response up to Monday then I need to think about consumer court. Regards, Prashant

                    Hi, I have purchased a Micromax A120 in the month of September for my mother. But last week only it got hanged badly and nothing was working at all. We dropped the phone at the service center where they said that they are not sure if the phone will repaired or not also they denied that the phone will get replaced. The service center had not provided us any date to get back the mobile, they just said please come after 15 days and check if the phone has been repaired or not. Such a ridiculous comment from a product company who has just started their career in India. It was such a joyful moment in my mother's face but now everyone is sad due to this device failure, specially myself. Also, I am doubful if the device will work better afterwards or not. Please note this case as it's a very pathetic service response from the Micromax service center and moreover the phone has crashed within a month only. No wonder why we cannot believe on the Indian mobile companies.

                          Sir, I have purchased micromax canvas 2color A120 on 15/08/2014 . About 1 month their is no any problem bt after that I got error message "Internal storage running out" In my mobile their is Phone storage, Internal mem., External mem. these parts are present. But when phone storage is full, I am unable to download anything, even space is free in internal and external mem also. I gone to micromax care center (Baramati, dist-Pune, Maharashtra) but they are unable to give me perfect solution, so, Please give me perfect solution, I am very troubled from that.

                                DEAR SIR I HAVE MICROMAX CANVAS4 A210 MOBILE WHICH RINGER WAS NOT WORKING PROPER SO I CONTACTED DIYA COMMUNICATION, JYOTI TOWER, JAMNAGAR WHICH IS MICROMAX AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER IN JAMNAGAR WHO REPLIED ME THAT YOUR RINGER REPLACEMENT CHARGE SHOULD BE RS. 250/- AFTER THAT WHILE WE APPROACHED HIM FOR THAT WHO GIVE US REPAIR CHARGE IS RS. 300/- WHILE WE SAID THAT YOUR REP. HAD GIVEN US RS. 250/- EARLIER FOR THIS REPAIRING WORK HE HAD VERY POOR MISBEHAVE WITH US SO LOOKING TO THE ABOVE WE RECOMMENDED THAT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AGENCY SHOULD BE TERMINATED AND PROPER AND RELIABLE SERVICE AGENCY SHOULD BE APPOINT FOR THAT THANKING YOU

                                  I bought micromax canvas fire2 whose display stopped working within a week so I gave it to service center. They said that they just have to replace its display which will take maximum 10days, I waited 10days and then called them, then they said that we just found one more issue in your phone and that part should be replaced and asked me to wait 10 more days. They came to know about this issue after 10 days. Then after total 20 days when I went to them they said that your phone will get replaced as it cannot be repaired and asked me to wait another 10 days, then when I contacted them after 5 days they again said it will take 10 more days, now when I contacted them today after total 35 days they are again saying it will take maximum 10 more days, I am fed up of them now, I don't know when their 10 days will finish...WORST SERVICE CENTER I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!

BUT IT GOT DEAD AFTER FEW DAYS .THEN I SUBMIT IT through my friend TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AT E BLOCK H NO 308 B SEC 27 NOIDA UP 201301.                                     JOB SHEET NO : N[protected] JOB SHEET DATE: 26/11/2014 Sir, can you and your technical staff tell me the time period for repairing the mobile phone because my phone is submitted in your customer service centre. this is a second time that i am not please for your service because this is a second time that you service give me desperation First time i submitted my phone on 13/11/2014 for solving the problem of audio jack and received phone on 25/11/2014. when i received the phone, i found that the touch is not working properly so i submitted phone next time on 26/11/2014. and i tell you that my problem is not solving and it takes long times for repair. please take some effective steps on my complaint.                                       I got a mobile canvas 2.2 a114 6months back.IMEI NI:[protected]...battery S/N:V[protected]...the batery is so weak..so i requested to change battery during 5th month..i got battery after 15days..but the new battery is so worst.for 1st few days the batery is not bad...after a week it harldy stands only for 1hr..worst service by micromax...it cheats its customer...the how they wil buy again...Definitely action should be taken.against its forgery..

                                        I have micromax canvas juice A177 which I had given to the service center for repairing 3 times and there were no changes. My phone is not reading the memory card though it is visible in the manager, files are not transferred or read or downloaded to the SD card and hence I am not download any big files or games. My phone is warranty period and hence I expect some co operation as i have got no support from the service center in ghatkopar in chembur...
