Complain about Micromax service in Bhopal I have a micromax X266 phone. My phone was Dead on 1st Dec 2014 morning, i submit my cell in M/S R AND J ENTERPRISESSHOP NO. 42, PLATINUM PLAZA, NEW MARKET, T T NAGAR, BHOPAL. After one day 2nd Dec they says that cell phone is dead you should go in M/S KALRA MOBILE N COMPUTER SERVICES SHOP NO. 6, LAXMINARAYAN MARKET, HAMIDIA ROAD, BHOPAL. I went there on 2nd Dec evening, they submit my cell phone.3nd Dec they return my phone, I analyses that it has two problem in my phone-1- One one single button is not working properly.2- The (mike) voice is transmitted has very low volume.So again on 4th Dec i submit my phone (in ON condition) in KALRA they says wait for 15 min & after one/half Hour they says you come tomorrowi went there next day 5th Dec evening again they says to wait fore some time after one hour they says that one IC is damage in replacing mike you should come on Monday 8 Dec but this time they don't give any receipt of my cell.On Monday 8 Dec went there in evening they says the person whom you give your phone is on leave, the repairing person also on leave & the service manager is not in the center.After a long conversation (Argument ) they says me to come tomorrow on 9Dec.This time the behavior of their customer representative is abase .on 9th Dec evening when i went there they return my phone in Dead condition & says that IT can't be repair take your phone and go.I have a query that your center is for repairing per-pus or to Dead our cell phones.i want fast action about this complain & also I want to ask is any process to repair my phone, because of this I lost all my contact by your service representative center. my pone no. is off because of your service so we can talk only by e-mail Rahul PalBhopal sir this is the e-mail copy which i mail to micromax but still they dont take any action on that

      Mobile hand set sent to company on 25 Oct 14, promised to give it back in 20days but 50 days have already passed no news of the cell. Display unit had given way.display unit not working on 20 Oct. Submitted to service centre in Rewari, Haryana on 25 Oct, The custmer care suport Team said the set is sent to the company.         Sir, I bought a MICROMAX mobile model no. A 069 MICROMAX "Bolt ". After a few months there is mike problems in my mobile. I went to MICROMAX Service Centre F-1 PARAS COMPLEX OPP HOTEL LAND MARK LALPUR RANCHI - 834001Mobile No. :[protected] Phone No. :[protected] Email : [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com and they took my mobile with one photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement and tell me to come after a week and he is missing my battery of my handset.         I bought a MICROMAX mobile model no. A 069 MICROMAX "Bolt ". After a

        photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement constantly three four times (Jobsheet no.(1) E[protected]-90*, (same jobsheet as two times dated 20.10.2014 &15.11.2014 ) & (2) E[protected]* (dated 17.11.2014) ) and tell me to come after a week and
        he is missing my battery (Sl No. V[protected] of my handset. Still the Mobile is not Handover
        It is my humble request that kindly takes
        necessary action at the earliest and reimburse my money as soon as
        possible.

          Repair of Micromax Canvas A116. Submitted on 1st Sep 2014 @ SS Communcations Bangalore and yet to receive the product. Also this was within the warranty period. On follow up i get the same response 10 days more. I have raised a compliant with micromax customer care and the number MMX[protected]. They also told 10 more days. On Dec first week, i was told from SS communications that handset A116 will be replaced by A120 and provided to me on 6th Dec 2014. When i called them on 6th Dec 2014 i was told that battery has not come from head office and so more 10 days. Today on 17th Dec 2014, i was told that 10 more days. Dont know when this 10 more days will end ?

            Service Center Address M/S HARIHARA ELECTRONICS D.NO. 6-3-864/4/B/1, SBN ARCADE, OPP. GREEN PARK HOTEL, AMEERPET, HYDERABAD - 500016 4. Device Model A210 I have submitted my phone at the above mentioned service center of yours on 19th Nov 2014. The job sheet number is S[protected]. I have submitted my phone since my power button was not working . But after submitting the phone they told me that my phone was having mother board issue, so they need to send it to Delhi. Furthermore, they mentioned that it will take about 25-40 days to solve the issue. Now when I am trying to call them to know the status whether it has been send to Delhi, am not able to contact since their number is either busy or not getting connected. So if I want to know the status of my phone where should I go to? Does it even take 40 days to fix the phone and whether it is reasonable ? I feel let down since I have to take a temporary phone for my day to day needs for time-being. Please look into the issue and do let me know at the earliest.

                We have Purchased one Mobile Model Code-SCR MOB 0472 Item Name without Acc.A-106 Gray from More Electronics Shop No-153 MCD Mkt.Karol Bagh N.Delhi.vide Bill No-072 Dt.9/7/14.But afer few day it was given the Following Problems :- 1.Power does not Switch on 4101. 2.Camera 5001 Bad Images. 3.Hanging Problem. Further we have given the Mob.to your Authorizes Service Center M/S Cariano Telecom, 302, 3 rd Floor, Man-glam Palace Rohini-110085 vide Complaint No[protected] Dt.12/10/14 but till date they are unable to rectified the Problem.After that we have contacted your Customer care No-[protected] vide Complaint No-MMX [protected] Dt.-1/12/14. but they also not giving the satisfactory Reply.                   sir, i am ashok panda from bhubaneswar bought micromax A66 on[protected]..i have warrenty of 1 year...last two months my mobile got automatically shut down..i complained it in bapuji nagar customer care.they said 1st just it is due to switch problem n u need to pay 200-400 rs..but again they said mother board problem..it will cost 3500 Rs..sir i am totally harassed.now they saying that i have tampered...changing their stands completely...never thought micromax will do these things with me as i bought 2-3 micromax sets before..please call me [protected]..m totally helpless

                        Dear sir I purchased my micromax canvas 4 before 6 months but not happy from its service. I went 10 times its service center for getting many problems as its screen whiteness problem, hanging, battery discharging within 3hours, updated its software, network problem, switch off and on botton not working and now key pad not working. I submitted my handset before 50days but till now i am unable to find out even a single solution. Really i am very frustrated from this company. As i am sales person, i need it very urgently. So i request you to submit a complain against the company so that i can get my money back or change this defective mobile soon.                           I am Sandeep Kadtane from Bangalore. I purchased Micromax Canvas Night A290 on 24th August 2014. After using it around 30-35 days it suddenly stopped charging. I then submitted to the nearest service centre which is in Marathahalli on 14th October 2014 for repair. The receipt number is S[protected]. The person told me that they will return the mobile in 7 working days. I started following with them and sent my office boy almost every 3-4 days but they don't have any answer. They don't know when I will get my mobile. Its more than 2 months now but there is no answer. I waited for 10 days and bought some standby phone. Micromax authorised person don't have any answer and talk very rudely and asked me to do whatever the complaint I want and this is how they work. I spent INR 11800 for this phone and I could able to use only for 30 days. Since It was told to me that I will get my phone in 7-10 days, I spent INR 3000 for a standby phone but I never received the phone. We don't know to whom we should call. The toll free number is just ringing keeping me almost 45 minutes for waiting and getting disconnected. I am not sure to whom I should get in touch with. I bought this phone just because this was an Indian manufacturer but I was wrong.

Cell was not even a month old. It was bought in end sep and display unit not working on 20 Oct. Submitted to service centre in Margao Goa on 24 Oct, job sheet issued to me only on 06Nov stating that the set is sent to the company. Completely frustrated no phone for nearly two months. Very bad after sales service of micromax company. Really disgusting. Job sheet no. WO[protected]. Toll free no is also always engaged. Not able to get through making matters worse.

                              I had bought Canvas HD A116 model on 1/11/2013 from Arora Communications, Krishna Nagar, Mathura. U.P..I was very much satisfied with the performance of the set. In September 2014 the set started hanging frequently then the touch function started malfunctioning. On 16/10/2014 I went to company Service Centre at Dampier Nagar, Mathura. I was assured that my set will be repaired and returned with in 15 to 20 days but despite my several visits and hot interactions I was very LUCKY that I got my set back.But all in vain. My almost new phone which was very crefully used now needs a cosmetic renovation and the speaker of the phone seems to be replaced with a fake one.Secondly the set switches off automatically with in few minutes. It seems I have been robed of my 13000/ bucks.Please help

                                Hi Team, I have given my Micromax A210 for repair on the 4th of Oct 2014. My phone use to get switched off suddenly. I had been to the service station M/S Tech Solutions Shivaji Nagar in Pune, they said that the software could not be updated and so they'll have to send it to Delhi to get it fixed. Hence, my phone is sent to Delhi for repair. I was informed that I would get my phone repaired within 30days. However, its been more than two and a half month, but I haven't received it yet. I called several times at the service station and made several visits to it. They said that my phone could not be repaired and I would get a brand new phone from Micromax A210. I asked them the status of it, they told me that the status is "Pending Dispatch". Every time I called or visited the service station I got the same reply "Pending Dispatch". So much so, that the manager (Neeraj) told me that I'll get my phone after 90 days. I called several times on your helpline number([protected]) but I could not get through as it always showed busy and also wrote several email, but no reply to any emails. My last visit to the service was on 13th Dec 2014, the executive said that the status is still PENDING DISPATCH and its been not updated since 29th Oct 2014. When I approached the manager(Neeraj) he crossed questioned me asking if I gave the phone to him for personal use, he was very rude and abusive. He said that he'll give me a standby phone for my use which I haven't received still. I request you to please look into the matter as high most importance and dispatch my phone within 15 days from now and also extend the warranty period and you have almost consumed two and a half months. Else I'l lodge a legal complaint with Consumer Forum about this matter.                                     Hi Team, I have given my Micromax A210 for repair on the 4th of Oct 2014. My phone use to get switched off suddenly. I had been to the service station M/S Tech Solutions Shivaji Nagar in Pune, they said that the software could not be updated and so they'll have to send it to Delhi to get it fixed. Hence, my phone is sent to Delhi for repair. I was informed that I would get my phone repaired within 30days. However, its been more than two and a half month, but I haven't received it yet. I called several times at the service station and made several visits to it. They said that my phone could not be repaired and I would get a brand new phone from Micromax A210. I asked them the status of it, they told me that the status is "Pending Dispatch". Everytime I called or visited the service station I got the same reply "Pending Dispatch". So much so, that the manager (Neeraj) told me that I'll get my phone after 90 days. I called several times on your helpline number([protected]) but I could not get through as it always showed busy and also wrote several email, but no reply to any emails. My last visit to the service was on 13th Dec 2014, the executive said that the status is still PENDING DISPATCH and its been not updated since 29th Oct 2014.                                       I am Akhilesh Yadav from Mumbai. I purchased micromax canvas gold A300 on 3 Sep 2014 for Rs 20, 000.00 ( Twenty Thousands only ) As you are aware that there is 2 different type of sim slot 1 is mini and other one is normal By mistake i inserted mini sim in normal sim slot that got stuck in that slot, so i visited M/S TAMANA INFOTECH in andheri (E) just to make that sim out of normal slot. The expert technician at M/S TAMANA INFOTECH was not even aware of how to open to canvas gold infact after trying for good 30 minute he opened the mobile but with damaged the back panel of my mobile and after asking them how this physical damage happened they were not giving reply and to my surprise he also told me he too has damaged normal sim slot. Asked me to visit another service centre. Then, i visited SP- MACRO MOBILE vile parle west. After examine they told me they will replace the damaged sim tray and wll charge Rs 850 for that. So, kindly explain me why i pay Rs 850 for damaged done by your appointed service centre with no fault of mine. One more thing for Rs 20, 000.00 i could have gone for number of reputed brand like Samsung, nokia, Motorola, LG. But i though to give a try to Indian brand. Is that my mistake, going for micromax.                                         I given Unite2 with job sheet number N[protected]. It already took 34days. My nearest service center already mailed to company about the issue. They said there is no spare parts availability. Then when my phone is going to repaired?? I am already in frustration because of the late. 34 days they done without doing anything!!
