I had purchased a Micromax mobile model no A310 on the 20th of Nov'14 through Snapdeal . Right from the 1st day, the set was giving problem in terms of draining out of the battery and getting discharged. The usage after each charge was not more than 2-3 hours . In view of that the set was given to M/s Apex Enterprise, authorised Service centre in Kolkata for servicing on the 5th of Dec'14 . Post checking, I was told the battery was defective and needs replacement . Regret to state that its more than 10 days, the battery replacement has not come and the standard Answer I am getting from the Authorised service centre is when the replacement comes we will let you know . This is a ridiculous state of Post sales service and in view of this I will have to write to newspapers and others stating the poor after sales service of Micromax . I would request you for a quick action on the same so that I am satisfied with the service .

Let me brie[censored]p the PATHETIC Service of MICROMAX: On 22/9/14: >> Had Display problem and gave it for Service Centre in Marathalli, Bangalore >> They took 20days to fix it. [protected][protected][protected] >> After 20th day, When I went to the Service Centre, they had fixed the display but corrupted my Camera. >> Both camera (Front & Rear) was not working. >> The Service Centre people took back the phone and asked to come after 3 days again so that they can fix the Camera issue. But they didnt open a JOB Card for the camera issue that day. >> When I went back to Service Center after 3 days, they said the phone has PCB issue. After an argument in there, they opened up a JOB Card for the camera issue and said they need to send phone to DELHI. Also, they said you will get the device in 20-25 days. [protected][protected][protected] >> From then, its almost like 3 months. I have tried calling the customer care, walk down the service center, but all I get is the phone is still under repairing status. ISN'T IT PATHETIC SERVICE..!!! >> IF YOU CANT FIX THE ISSUE, PROVIDE NEW PHONE.. Learn something from Big companies likes APPLE how well they respond to Customers issue and fix the issue ASAP. Am Waiting for MICROMAX people to get back to me.

      Dear Concern with the Ref:- Doc No-NO[protected], Micromax Model Code-SERMOB0473, got crashed or whatever issue in the phone in 3 months and more than 1 month has been passed but the concern responsible guys in service center of Micromax "saying due to shortage of tools and part in the company we can not provide any tentative time either it has been passed one month or whatever. we are not here to provide surety or declare any TAT of your phone's" No Body is telling me what exactly problem in the phone that company could not resolve in the one month and asking for more time..This is First phone of micromax and micromax guys realizing me that this is wrong platform of mobile products as well in services.

          Dear Sir/Mam, I am Avnish Kushwah and had purchased a handset Model Micromax A121 on dated 29/09/2014 but within one week, it got hanged and other major problems received like Sensor problem, Auto Switch off. I deposited the handset in your service center twice at M/S Future Communication – SCO-37, 1st Floor, Sector 41-D, Chandigarh and AKS Telecom SCO-09, Sector-20D, Chandigarh for repairing Handset last month.But both times, they reset the handset and give back to me. But the issue had not resolved till then. I submitted the Handset again to AKS Telecom SCO-09, Sector-20D, Chandigarh on Dated-02/12/2014. The service person informed me that handset's motherboard will be replaced under warranty till 15/12/2014 but still i did'nt receive any kind of information regarding the same. They are not proper responding regarding time to receive the handset back. I have called to Service centre yesterday, but they are saying that it will take one more week to solve the issue. I have also called to Micromax Customer care yesterday but the Micromax executive was also saying that it will take 30 days to solve the issue. Now i got fade up with this type of services from Micromax Mobile. I just want to know that when will I get my handset back??? Request you to take neccessary action.             I have bought one A250 canvas turbo[white] with IMEI [protected] from flikart on 11th june 2014 for Rs.14999/-.Around after a month's usage the mobile handset shown complaints of over heating and very poor battery back up.So that I approached your authorized service centre [M/S Tech Beam, 2nd floor A M K Complex, Poothole Road, Thrissur] and deposited there with job sheet no.S[protected]. They returned the handset after the service saying the defective battery has changed .But the problems persisted so that I again approached the same service centre and deposited the handset with job sheet no.S[protected].When I received it after the service, the handset shown complaints of over heating after making or receiving a call and complete black out of screen during calls.For the rectification of these complaints I once again approached the above said service centre and deposited the handset there with job sheet no. S[protected].Now it is 62 days the handset with them and I have already mailed this matter on 12th November 2014 and11th december 2014, but I could not get a reply from the other end.

              I had bought the Micromax mobile during Jan 2014, and started facing the problem of Mobile restarts automatically and display flickering and given the mobile for repair at M/s. Telelogic Communcations, Jalahalli, Bangalore on 28.10.2014 - Job Sheet Ref No. S[protected] and received the mobile after 20 days after replacing the new display and again the same problem started not even used the mobile properly for 07 days and given the mobile for repair again on 27.11.2014 with Job Sheet Ref No. S[protected], as they said we will get it repaired with 20 days with a new display from our Manufacturing unit in Delhi itself. But to my surprise when i contacted them today for status, again giving a reason saying it will take another 15-20 days...I am facing the worst service with the mobile i have bought and the customer care not able to reach or get any status update...Very unhappy with buying this Brand of MICROMAX. very bad service and mobile also

                Dear Sir, Yesterday(15/12/2014) given my micromax unite2(A106) to your Ernakulam service centre for claim warranty because of receiver speaker complaint there are saying it will be taken 15 day to repair such a minor complaint. Even I could get replace of receiver speaker within a minutes from outside shop but if I did so my warranty will be void. Dear sir kindly requesting you to please make fast replacement or repair for such a very minor complaints. My mobile became complaint after 2 months use only??                       Dear Sir, Its Amit, I had submitted my Micromax CANVAS MAGNUS A117 to micromax service centre of Patna of Banderbagacha branch on 24/11/2014.(job sheet no.E[protected]). In my mobile there is a display problem a blue spot is on the screen. They told me it take 10 Days of time to change display so I Submitted. I called on 2/12/2014 to a service centre asked for my mobile they said display is on pending so it take 10 days more.Again on 9/12/2014 I called they.again said same story and asked for more 10 days again I called today 15/12/2014 they again asked for more 15 Days as display is on pending.                         Hi sir, Dear sir, I'm satish sahu. I'm resident of Gujrat.I gave my canvas knight mobile IMIE no-[protected] to Mobile Zone sector-5, Dwarika New Delhi on 04Nov 14 as it is under warranty.They told me that mobile will be repaired within 20 days but it was not so I complaint on 27Nov 14(complaint no-MMX[protected]) so Mobile came to service centre & on 03dec14 when reached to service center they told that mobile has been repaired but is has come without sim trays and mobile back cover on which IMIE is written.So he took my old doc sheet and gave me new doc sheet(Doc sheet no-N[protected] and said that ur mobile Will be ready after two days on 05 December.I said no problem but on 05 when I called they said it will again take 3 more days so I told them that I have come from Gujarat and I have to go back on 18Dec and I have no plan to come back again in Delhi so he agreed and said that it will be done on 08 dec but they didn't so I called on customer care and lodge a complaint again complaint no-MMX[protected].On08 dec they again promissed me to return my mobile on 12 dec but again they didn't do so and again promissed to provide me on 15Dec I told them every time that I have tomgo back on 18 so provide my mobile before 18 dec but they didn't do so on 15 also.Sir I have to go back to Gujarat on 18dec so plzz do some favour to me so that I cud get my mobile before 18dec as my mobile is already repaired. The mobile zone service centre contact no is-[protected] or I have to file a case in consumer court against micromax and mobile zone service centre both with Rs 50000 as compansation.plzz give me any suggestions on mobile no-[protected] or on my id.Thnx alot

                              I have purchased Micromax A77 mobile phone from Saharanpur, bill no. 930 dated 18/4/14. After few days, the phone started creating problems like Bluetooth stopped working, WiFi stopped functioning etc. My mobile is under warranty so i rushed to micromax service center located in Saharanpur- M/S A.V. COMMUNICATION (UP), ABC PLAZA, OPP. MAIN BRANCH SBI, COURT ROAD, SAHARANPUR- 247001. My Job sheet date is 11/9/2014 & Jobsheet ID: N[protected] & IMEI No. Is [protected]. Already 95 days have passed but micromax is not returning my mobile, Because of this I am facing a lot of problems.

                              I am operating yuphoria device from last 15 months but it never gave me such utility as its price at least not me and now i am fed up from this. I want you to know that it is generating problem in calling also which is the main agenda of phone. Battery is also having problem and its display too sometime a black screen appears and much more screen problems and hangs every time . it cannot work i think without hanging or lagging... Waiting for early redressal...which is a right of a consumer

                                My handset My handset Micro max A106 was having a small touch problem in fourth month after purchase.                                   I have Micromax Elanza A121 which I had bought in July, it started problem in charging from September, when showed they detected charger problem at first replaced the charger, still problem persisted then I was told port got damaged & I had to submit it for 15 days in Jadavpur Service center on 15th October, tried to contact over phone & visiting by person I did not get the phone in my hand till date almost 2 months, what kind of service is this? Complaint no is E[protected] and IMEI no is [protected]. Either give my phone in proper condition or refund my money back.Please contact me @ [protected]

                                      Dear sir / madam, i am a loyal customer of your " micromax " brand since many years. I have been using your phones since you were new to the market and loved your phones. I had used your q50 (My first qwerty phone), a57 (My first smartphone) and now i had bought your a210 model. I had bought the phone at poorvika mobiles private ltd, shanmugam road west tambaram, chennai - 600645.Invoice number : 27715dated : 01.03.2014. Imei 1 : [protected]imei 2 : [protected]while checking the phone (Micromax a210) at the store, the power/lock button was shaky/wobbly and we had asked the sales person about it, he said its how all the models comes and said there is no defect in it. The phone was working fine until 4 months back, suddenly the power/lock button stopped working. I had taken the phone to the poorvika, where they asked me to go to the service center for the repair or replacement of the handset. I went to m/s mobi tech, door no.29, 1st floor gst road kadaperi tambaram, chennai - 600045. They said it will take up to 15 days for repairing the handset. And after 15 days, i had been trying to call[protected] / +91 [protected]) for enquiring about the status of the phone, but no one answered the call. Later evening when i went to the service center for the status, after giving the jobsheet they made me to wait for nearly 1 hour just for saying that it will take a month more for repairing the handset irresponsibly, and told that they will be sending a conformation sms on my number when the handset is ready. I waited more than a month patiently and got the confirmation sms saying the handset is ready, and when i went to collect the handset i found that the power/lock button had gone inside and couldn't feel the click when pressing it, i enquired about it, they said because of opening the handset metal frame for repairing, the button has gone inside and somehow convinced that the phone will work fine and was working fine at the service center. Later when i reached home, i was surprised to see that the display was not working within half an hour of time. I again went to the same service center about this issue, they had accepted the device and promised me that they will be replacing the defective handset and give a new one, and would take a month for that and mr. Karthik at the service center (+91 [protected]) gave his mobile number for enquiring about the status. Job sheet number : * s[protected] *dated : 12/10/2014. But later on 21.10.2014, i got call from the service center saying the handset is ready, and as i went and checked the phone, again the display was flickering and slowly the display turned off in front of the service center executives, and they told that they will replace with a new handset and would take a month again, and said that they will proceed with the same job sheet. After a month when i tried to call the service center and mr. Karthik, no one answered my call, so i went to the service center and enquired, again they made me to wait for an hour just to say that the new handset is yet to come, so i told them that i would write a complaint mail to the micromax for testing the customer's patience, they simply smiled lethargically and gave me the e-mail id and told to do whatever i can lethargically and then they promised me that i will be receiving a new handset within 15 days. It was more than 15 days so i went to service center for enquiring about the status, where i was given a shocking reply saying that i have to pay rs. 3500 for repairing. So i came back with the handset. I never expected this kind of irresponsible reply and such a worst customer service from one of the best phone company in india. I hope to get a proper status on this complaint and to take serious action against the customer service executives, managers at m/s mobi tech, else i have to approach consumer court for the loss and mental stress caused by micromax and especially by m/s mobi tech.                                       I am using the Micromax Canvas LSeries A108 from last Six month without any trouble.But Now my mobile set facing the trouble as, if i am typing the screen password pin than Enter button is not working.So i am not going inside menu.and now my phone set is not working. what i can do please advise me. How to open my lock?

                                      What Krishna Kumar has experienced, me too had the same serious mental stress. Job sheets are handed over to the customers immediately to the customers. Instead they give only a piece of paper where they will write only Date, Signature, THAT TOO ONLY AFTER I INSISTED THEM. The service center people at Mobitech, Kadaperi still do the same thing to all customers particularly those with warranty. I have reported this with Micromax headquarters, Gurgoan authorities and they have promised me to return back the device in 10 working days. Regards.

                                        i was send my phone fore sensor problem dt.12/11/2014 after thsan i get it on 27/11/2014 but problem is not solve when i send it had only one problem but when i received it is problem with mic and music also problem so i send again repair on dt. 28/11/2014 JOB SIT NO. W[protected] PLEASE EARLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE REPAIR IT SATISFACTION BECAUSE I am belong to medal class so i have value of 12000 to 15000 but micromax dont know that W[protected] by this job sit number send A 190 mobile for repair i wont that really send or not because when i got my phone it have no problem solve but it have a many problem i have send again W[protected] by this job sit number i am really upset by micromax service i think i never buy a micromax any product in my life because micromax has a no value of costumer and his money i passed 35 days without phone and my warranty less also 35 day whose responsible for that i wont cery foreword .
