I am facing many problems/issues with this phone.
The problems are as follows:

Keypad:
The day that I purchased this phone, I noticed that the keypad was as hard as stones and it takes efforts in operating the keypad.

Sir, I purchased Micromax mobile X550 on 19 Dec 2010. I have used BSNL prepaid sim in it. While using the same BSNL sim in the mobile of another company (Samsung- E2652 dual sim 2.4 inch) the battery backup problem does not take place. I gave him the mobile twice to the service centre.
