i had purchased a micromax c2i mobile phone on september 2010, on 21/06/2011 i was facing a problem , my phone was not switching on , i contacted the shopkeeper from where i purchased the mobile, he tod me to apporach the service centre ,i went to service centre, they sent my mobile to company for repair on 21/5/2011,they returned me my mobile after 45 days on 4/07/2011 and told me that your mobile is ok,at the time of delivery battery of mobile was in discharged condition they asked me to charge the battery, when i checked the mobile after charging the battery, it was still not working, i tried to contact the service centre by mail and also by phone but no response till now, the company should replace or repair my mobile . my contact no is [protected]

    Hello…
    I have purchased a Micromax X250 in January 2011 for Rs.2500/-.
    I am facing many problems/issues with this phone.
    The problems are as follows:

    Keypad:
    The day that I purchased this phone, I noticed that the keypad was as hard as stones and it takes efforts in operating the keypad.

    Battery:
    After that I noticed for three weeks that there was a good battery back-up and after one month the battery would not even last for one day. There is a battery charging problem right from day one. The 1300mAh battery needs 4 hours and 20 minutes for a complete charge which is horrendous.

    Camera:
    The mobile has a VGA camera which takes very poor quality photos and the mobile needs to be still for ten seconds as soon as a photo is captured. The phone does not have a video recorder.

    Slow Operations:
    The phone does every single task and operation in slow motion, right from making phone calls to viewing images.

    Video Player:
    The phone supports 3gp video but it plays videos in extreme slow motion maybe 5fps and the audio in the video gets disabled automatically.

    Extras:
    The mobile never supports WAP, softwares, themes and even games. It also takes several seconds to view images (not captured by the phone’s camera) and if the images is above 100 kb the phone shows ‘system busy or decode timeout’.

    Internal memory:
    The internal memory of the phone is only half MB or 500 kb which hardly accommodates 5 images (not captured by the phone’s camera).

    Restarting/Switching off:
    My most disturbing problem/complaint/issue is that the phone restarts/switches off automatically while listening music or when it is kept normally in my jeans.

    Headphones:
    The headphones I got in the box are crap and the music audio quality breaks up.

    Display:
    The phone has a display problem after two months I purchased it. The torch and the screen brightness flicker every time I use it.

    USB Connection:
    The phone never gets connects to the computer instead it starts charging.

    This is the long list of my problem/complaint/issue I am having with Micromax X250.
    I am sure that many of you who own this phone must be suffering from the same problems stated above.

    Micromax is an Indian company and their products should be banned or discontinued. There is almost no difference between Indian and Chinese mobile manufacturing companies. Micromax must be ashamed of them and they are spoiling India’s name buy manufacturing such junk.

    If you want to buy a phone go for Nokia/Samsung. At least you will be happy and satisfied.

      I had purchased one mobile set vide model Q5 from Authrorised showroom in Lucknow which is still under warranty and have given to authorised service center as per belowmentioned details.Kindly note my complaint as till date no aaction taken by local service center.I want to know the time period to solve the consumer problem which is under warranty as i am facing lot of problem due to no alternative handset.Kindly lodge my complaint and get justice to me.

            Dear Micromax Team

            This is to inform you that I, Shanki Bansal had purchased a handset (Model Q7) on 22/08/2010 but it started giving battery problem in a couple of months and then i approached your service center Located in Guru Arjun Nagar Patel Nager Opposite Satyam Cineplex next to Sony Ericsson in November 2010.

            The handset was returned to me after 15 days with the comments that it was O.K. and that it has been repaired. But instead of getting solved , the problem got aggravated and I found that the track ball was also not working properly.

            Then I again appraoched the same service center in December,2010 and was the given assurance that it will be repaired again properly. However the problem with the trackball was solved but the battery problem remained the same.

            Again I submitted the set on 8 Jan,2011 with Job Card No 973689 and was told that my set would be forwarded to the company. But till date I haven't got the set even after calling your service center so many times.

            I also contacted your service center regarding this and they provided me the Complaint Number MMX[protected] ON 30 Jan 2011. I again called your service center on 05 Feb 2011 and they confirmed me that my Query has got closed and need to contact the service center for the set.

            In the meantime Mr. Vivek Tiwari called me regarding this matter and asked me to explain the problem in detail and assured me that appropriate action will be taken. But after waiting for a couple of days there was no response from his side. I called him up again on his mobile and he told me that the query has been solved and the handset must have reached service center.

            Today i called your officer Pawan Kaha in the morning on his mobile no [protected] and '' He said that he had some handsets and asked me to call him after half an hour, I replied '' Kindly update me immediately if possible because your phone is always busy" He talked to me in a dissaproving and rude manner when I told him that my set was with him since 4 months and he asked me to go and ask the company the reason for the delay. Listening to such a careless reply, i was astounded and told Mr. Pawan that I would be complaining against him for such a lackadasical response. However, he seemed least concerned and asked me to go forward with the complaint.

            It is sad to say that employees like Mr. Pawan has lowered the service quality of Micromax, due to which your company is getting a bad name in the market. I assure you that if my problem is not solved immediately, I will approach the consumer court regarding my problem and will also flood all social neworking sites about your bad customer service.
            I want an immediate solution to my problem and Mr Pawan to give me a written apology for his rude remarks.

            But I am sorry to say that I haven't received any response from your side.
            Moreover, I had again submitted the phone in the service center in April 2011, but when I got it back, it was still faulty.

            If I dont get a response from your side within the next 24 hours. I regret to say that I'll be forced to register the complaint in the CONSUMER COURT. I expect my problem to be resolved immediately and my handset to be be replaced with a new one. Moreover,I want to be compensated for the agony I'm going through because of the rude and irresponsible manner of your staff.

              Sir, I purchased Micromax mobile X550 on 19 Dec 2010. I have used BSNL prepaid sim in it. While using the same BSNL sim in the mobile of another company (Samsung- E2652 dual sim 2.4 inch) the battery backup problem does not take place. I gave him the mobile twice to the service centre. First they return the mobile saying that there is no problem in the mobile. And now according to them the battery backup of this mobile is for one day only. I am not satisfied with this information given by them. When the mobile is kept in standby mode the battery works for 30 hours only. According to the manual of this mobile, the battery backup is for 6 days. I am providing the product manual below. You are kindly requested to fulfill my query and suggest me what should I do.

                I was bought a micromax handset X550 from a shop. Company is claiming for good battery backup but in this model i am not getting backup.I was changed battery from company service centre but result is same. Pls do needful.

                  Dear Concern @ Support Desk,
                  I purchased a new Micromax Mobile - GL-360 from Shiv Mobiles, Lucknow on 18-Apr-11 but after few days only handset started creating problem in Charging.
                  I approached to service center - Prince communication , Alluwalia building , Lalbagh Lucknow. I visited service center & given my set there.

                  JOB Order No - 4343
                  Status
                  12-5-11 Given to Service center & advise to come after 2 days - 15th /May

                  15-5-11 Visited again on 15th may - - Confirmed will take 2 days more

                  17-5-11 I advised same cannot be repaired at our end so sending to Head offfice. Will Take Weeks time.

                  27-5-11 I again confirmed not received from Head office & need to wait for some
                  4-5 Days........... still same story continue till date 25th June

                  I past one n half month i many time written to company but not getting any suitable answer... only assuarnce ... our team is working on it ..

                  Also called on toll free number & registered complaint but again .. will take 7-10 days.

                  Pls help me

                        I have charging problem since last 2 months . I was taken the mo. to the service center for solving my problem . They told me that your connector track is broken &you have to replace the connector . They replace the connector & charge me RS. 300/ while my mo. is under warranty.
                        When i receiving the mo. They don't show me what type of work they done . After 2 days the mo. have another problem i.e voice call cannot be hear without speaker. After that i have taken the mo. 3 to 4 times for the same compliant & now my mo. is not charging &they told me that your mo. is now non repairable .

                          I AJAY KUMAR TAMRAKAR have purchase Micro Max Qube on 24- Jan 2011 BILL NO 2121/1981015 from Mobile stores (STORE No- 1394) Jain Tower Russel chowk JABALPUR from the beginning it has charging problem it never shows full battery & discharge within one hour of continue talk
                          I have come to know from my friends and micro max company web site that QUBE-550 has good battery backup but from beginning my hand set get discharge very soon , Data Cable is not working properly , hanging problem , Auto on /off & on automatically with in 1min .

                          1st Compliant I have already changed charger cum data cable which is still not working properly, at that time have given my hand set for observation to N P Electronics Napier Town Jabalpur , same I have reported next day .
                          2nd Compliant , that time have again given my hand set for observation with same nature of problem to N P Electronics Napier Town Jabalpur they have return my hand set but , unable to give a accessories , at that time charger cum data cable is not in stock .
                          After that I have call to N P Electronics Napier Town Jabalpur for more than 15-30 times for charger cum data cable within 15-20 days they have same answer that “ Pls contact Tomorrow the Cable is in Transit “
                          3rd Complaint, At last on 9th of June 2011 they accept that charger cum data cable is in stock when I give false statement that I have to buy the Battery & data cable.
                          On 9-6-2011 evening I went to N P Electronic Napier Town Jabalpur to collect charger cum data cable, but unfortunately they have issued me JOB CARD No 2191808 Date [protected] with two complaint
                          1 Date Cable not connect 2 Hand Set Dead
                          On [protected] I went to service center to collect the hand set but I return back , on same day I call to [protected] by cell no [protected] and one of your representative also talks with Mr RANA , than on [protected] service center return the Hand set with the statement “ that you can charge the hand set but you can’t transfer Data through Data Cable , due to some problem at the same time they have changed my Battery

                          Very 1st time requested N P Electronic Napier Town Jabalpur to depositing my hand set for your deep observation, with battery & charger cum data cable

                          It is very clear that the hand set has few technical problems which is neither sort out by the Service center & using trial and Error with my hand set

                          You are requested to take it for the above observation and informed me with in 24 hr and
                          if it has any technical problem I will send the Hand set for Replacement

                                  I regret to inform you that the Micromax mobile set Model No. Q75 which I purchased on 12/11/2010 from C. M. Enterprises, S-5/69, Gandhi Market, Bhootnath, Indira nagar, Lucknow is not working properly. After few days I observed auto switch- off problem in the set. I registered my complaint at the authorised Micromax service center, Prince Communication, opp. Bhopal House, Lalbagh, Lucknow on 12/05/2011 but they were unable to remove the problem. After that I submitted my set (micromax Q 75 ) again and again at the service center on the following dates :

                                    I made an order of micromax android A60 on 28th dec and after the payment it has been showing ready to ship status for last 7 days..i sent the query on their site 5 times but have got no reply..now even the site is not opening..im afraid they hav cheated upon me..what should i do now? their customer care also do not pick up the phone and keep it on hold all the time..how do i get my money back?

                                      Hello,
                                      I would like to register a complaint against Cosmic Telecom, Micromax Mobile Service Centre in Belgaum, for overcharging in minor repairs and harassment for providing bill for the same.
                                      On 13th June, i approached them with problem in track-ball navigation of my Micromax Q5 handset and they told me that cleaning dust of track-ball assembly will take care of the problem and would cost 200, and replacement of trackball would cost 450. I wondered why just cleaning is so costly and agreed for it anyway. Two days later, on 15th June when I went back to receive my handset I was shocked to know that they are not ready to provide bill for the work done and their attitude was worst to say the least. They now said that 200 is without bill and 450 is repair with bill. Finally the manager said if you need the bill it will cost Rs. 375. After some argument i had no choice but to pay Rs. 250 to have a bill for the petty work done without any part replaced! The lady receptionist, technician and the manager were all involved in the harassment and instead accused me of creating nuisance and said because it is a norm that we do servicing without a bill. I would like to know, what are the recommended service charges fixed by the company and why bill is not provided by service centres and it pains to imagine how many innocent customers are being harassed and looted in this manner. This is a scam. I expect an explanation and apology from the service centre and refund o[censored]nnecessary charges applied. My Jobsheet no. is 1509 and tax bill no. 764.
                                      I would like to know what steps I can take to have quick action in this matter and also regarding legal action in such matters. My mail Id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I am Waman a Govt. Electrical Contractor. I have purchased a mobile phone of your company Model : X 660 on 25.06.2012 and after that it stopped working on 01.10.2012 and I reported this to your Service Dealer Cosmic Telecom of Belgaum please refer JOB ORDER NO. 1258 ON 01.10.2012. Here I was ensured that after 25 days that will be repaired but till date I did not received that phone nor a substitute for the same.

                                      Please consider this complaint as a personal request. I am loosing my business please take necessary action and don't encourage me to take any action Please.

                                        I was staying in Kota for coaching when I purchased a Micromax Qube mobile phone on 23/12/2010. Due to some faults I had given the mobile for repairs at M/S Kota Mobiles which is an authorised service center for Micromax Mobiles on 27/01/2011. Till date the mobile has not returned to me despite repeated phone calls, e-mails and complaints at the center and their customer care. It has been more than 4 months and still there is no sign of the mobile getting repaired. I have even completed my coaching and returned to my home at mumbai. Please help.
