Hello,
On 11th May, 2011 I gave my micromax Q75 for service (speaker and network issues) to the following nearest service center:
The Mobile Care
B-36, Guru Nanak Pura, laxmi Nagar,

This center is an efficient symbol of "Gundagardi" and 3rd class service.
Today (12th May, 2011) when I went there to take my mobile they took the jobsheet from me and asked to wait as it was getting repaired at that time.
In front of me, Mr. Amit (an engineer there) was repairing it. While fixing its 4 corner screws and its rubber caps with the pointed instrument, his hand slipped resulting in cracks on both the upper side screw areas.
Then they gave me my mobile and asked to check. I told them that it has developed cracks at their end and should be repaired. They (The Service Center Owner as well) said they are not responsible for any sort of mishappening while repairing.
When on repeated requests they did not the needful then I asked them to take back the mobile and return me the jobsheet which they also denied saying the mobile has been delivered and you (me) have signed it.
There is only 1 signature of mine on the jobsheet and that too was taken while giving the mobile for repair at the time of the jobsheet creation and not at the time of delivery.
I am not a fool who will sign the jobsheet without taking the delivery, correct in all aspects. I gave them the jobsheet in goodfaith as they said they will search for my mobile with the help of the jobsheet. If I had known their will I would not have done so.
Moreover, they have not repaired the mobile properly. There are still the same speaker and network issues. The sim cards working fine in other mobiles are facing network issues in my micromax mobile.
I have come to know that there are numerous complaints against this service center.

I also called[protected] today (12th May, 2011) and spoke to Mr. Pankaj and mentioned all my issues to him (Ref. No. MMX[protected]).
Jobsheet no.[protected] dated 11th May, 2011 (it may be wrong as they gave me only this number after repeated requests after giving broken delivery).
Now, I request to kindly:
(1) take action against this disaster service center which is putting Micromax in a bad position as well and,
(2) replace only the part broke by them during repair and,
(3) get fixed the old issues (speaker and network issues).

Micromax Mobile - Q75 — service station
My name is Manoj Shah and I am a customer of MicroMax Mobile - Q75. I was facing a problem like trackball was jammed and mobile is showing hands-free mode only. So I went to service station “Shree Ram Mobile, Rajkot” on 20th September, 2011 and complain No. is 2850433. They replied me orally will be return back to you either today evening at 5.30 or tomorrow. So I went again on 21st September, 2011 at 5.45 pm. And I asked my mobile. They replied it’s not done. I asked you told me yesterday I will give you tomorrow. Then he started with some rubbish language and told me if you want take it back you can take it. But it will be not done today any how. So I asked that is your responsibility to tell me at the time of taking mobile from me to inform when you will return back to me. Then he told now I will not returning to you tomorrow also (i.e. 22nd September, 2011) and using bad words like anything. Then he told me look that mobile will be hell for you by the remaining period of warranty. It means if it will be repaired also will be not repaired properly. So I feel the person is absolutely ridicules and not behaves properly with the customers. One of the supportive staff members spoke “galiya” and he told me I will kick you from this place.Note: my mobile is still in warranty period.
